Requests for page history moves

This is the thread for requesting page moves when you want to preserve the page history.

A few rules:

We do not handle wicks, indexes and custom titles here. If you ask for a page move, it's still your responsibility to handle these.
We can't do page splits or mergers here.
Please refrain from asking moves on pages with no useful history.
The page mover tool requires that the destination page be nonexistent or cut. If you want to move a page to an existing redirect, please use the Cut List and ensure that the page is a Red Link before coming here.

I think there was a typo in the first request. MediaNotes.File Formats should be at MediaNotes.Film Formats.

The custom title is misleading - it shouldn't be used to look like the page is in the right location^note.
