Heartwarming Moments, Funny Moments, Moment of Awesome, Awesome Music, Tear Jerker, and Nightmare Fuel subpages tend to attract low-quality and unillustrative images that don't evoke the emotions they should, even if the scenes are examples in context. While it is very easy to pull them, the Image Pickin' forum has trouble finding replacements most of the time, leaving most of these threads to close due to inactivity and take up room while doing so.
In order to free up slots, this thread is designed to handle moments subpages with a single bad image.
This thread is not for:
- Start a thread in the following cases
- Removing an image because you already have an alternative suggestion on hand
- Moments page images that are duplicated somewhere else
- Moments pages with multiple images
- Pages that are on Image Pickin' Special Cases (assuming their status allows it)
- Images that you personally don't find funny/sad/heartwarming/awesome/scary, or can't fully glean the context of, but still have some visual element of the Moment they're supposed to evoke (for example, a messy explosion might still be worth keeping on an Awesome/ page even if you don't understand what's exploding, because of Stuff Blowing Up). Remember that these are YMMV items.
- If the only problem is that it's low-quality, try the quality upgrade thread
first.
- If the problem is that the on-page examples are bad, please see the Moments cleanup thread and the specific Nightmare Fuel cleanup thread.
How it works
- First, have you Failed a Spot Check? Check the page source: maybe a previous thread has explained the reasoning for why it's on the page. You can also go to the Ask for Explanations thread for other opinions.
- Link the page with the image you want examined. Please explain why you think it is a bad image (e.g. JAFAAC, "more funny than scary"). Posts without such reasoning will not be entertained. (You can use the Image Pickin' thread guidelines for reasoning help.) If suggesting multiple pages in a single post, please put them in a bulleted list to ensure that each entry can stand on its own and that they won't be missed when the crowner is made.
- Similar to the Image Suggestion thread, a crowner will be run containing the proposed pulls. Each crowner will run about 15 items at a time and last for 5 days. Please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 24 hours, anything with 10 or up votes will be pulled.
- After 3 days, anything with 8 or up votes will be pulled.
- After 5 days, anything with a positive ratio of at least 2:1 will be pulled.
- Pulled images will be tagged as such:

If nobody suggests anything else, we can move the Funny image of Deadman Wonderland to the Nightmare Fuel page.
I honestly don't think the Deadman Wonderland NF image is that bad, considering there seems to be blood on her face and she has bright red eyes. I feel like "character looking menacing" is more bad when it's just a normal-looking person with a generic evil grin or something along those lines. This is coming from a guy who knows literally nothing about the series.

- NightmareFuel.Moon Knight: doesn't feel particularly scary, moreso somewhat surreal
- NightmareFuel.King Kong 1976: the image is too dark to properly identify the giant snake

I'll keep the Book 2 one.
Iroh is a keep because the orange sky, streams of tears, and unsmiling face that is barely holding onto together. JAFAC doesn't apply to him.
Only image that may be cut is Sokka and Yue's kiss since it could be a heartwarming moment as well as a tearjerker.

Another round of explanatory keep votes because I worry about this thread overcorrecting sometimes:
- Funny.Death Battle Season Seven because thread and like... people find it corny but dabbing is always done for humor ironically or not.
- Awesome.Death Battle Season Four: I don't know exactly what's going on but it looks like a laser blowing stuff up which is good enough for Awesome/ to me.
- TearJerker.Solar Opposites: Dead animals are played for sads often enough that I don't need to see his face
- Funny.Fist Of The North Star: It looks like a goofy Oh, Crap! to me, especially paired with caption.
- Funny.Death Battle Season Eight: Like the above, he's making an Oh, Crap! face at a giant butt coming at him. That's pretty funny in concept.
Also not voting on this one because I'm very meh about AM images, but AwesomeMusic.Fire Emblem looks like she's relaxing while listening to fluffy white headphones.

Okay, I’m not seeing Funny.Alan Wake in the new crowner.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.
Like I said, items are added to the crowner in posting order. It is a lot of work to do this so each crowner only has <20 items at a time. The crowner description already links to the last post that is included, which is many posts ahead of your suggestion of Alan Wake. That will be on a later crowner.
