Main Characters
The Rabbit
A nameless rabbit and the (presumed) titular main protagonist of the series.
- Catchphrase: "Crudmonkeys!"
- No Name Given: Despite the title, his name isn't "Stone", and what his true name is remains to be seen.
- Oh, Crap!: Often whenever he encounters enemies in crowds, coupled with his Catchphrase.
- Fighting Your Friend: In Superhero Stampede, he fights the supervillain Malice, who turns out to be his closest friend, Andy.
Andy Wolf
The Rabbit's best friend.
- Best Friend: To the Rabbit, especially.
- Butt-Monkey: Tends to suffer the most during the Rabbit's adventures.
- Heel–Face Turn: In Superhero Stampede, the villains convince him that his friends are just using him, leading him to become the supervillain Malice. He gets better after a speech from the Rabbit.
- Nerd Glasses: Has glasses, and knows a lot about comics.
- Nervous Wreck: Tends to try to talk Rabbit out of risky plans. It rarely works.
- Youthful Freckles
Henri Tortoise
One of the Rabbit's friends, and whom he shares a small rivalry with.
- Bruiser with a Soft Center
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Downplayed in that Henri isn't outright evil, but he does care for his grandpa and friends.
- Gasshole: In The Night of the Living Dust Bunnies, whenever Henri gets teased having Judy as his girlfriend, he belches putrid gas, much to the disgust of his friends. Fortunately, it became pivotal in the Dust Bunnie's defeat.
- Raised by Grandparents: Zig-zagged. Henri occasionally visits his grandpa in the same town they live in; however, it's left ambiguous as whether or not he actually lives with him.
- The Nicknamer: Henri often calls the Rabbit "Dumb Ears".
- Vitriolic Best Buds: Especially with the Rabbit.
Judy Goose
- Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: She's blonde and a valuable friend to the Rabbit.
- Pink Means Feminine: Downplayed, she's a Tomboy with a Girly Streak who only has a few pink in her normal outfit, although she did wear a princess costume in Night of the Living Dust Bunnies.
- Teen Genius: Invented a portal into fictional universes despite being a child.
Minor Characters
Grandpa Tortoise
- Bad Boss: Implied in Ninja Silce. Byron outright calls Grandpa "hateful" when recounting his backstory.
Milton
- Expy: In ‘’Superhero Stampede’’, Milton becomes Doctor Strange wielding the Infinity Gauntlet.
Villains
Willie
A caveman who seeks to rule the continent of Pangaea.
- Contemporary Caveman: Zig-zagged. While Willie is certainly a caveman living in ancient times, he has technology that would've developed thousands of years later.
- Corrupt Corporate Executive: He is a fast-food executive who wants to take over prehistoric earth using wind-up robots.
- Devoured by the Horde: An implied family-friendly example. He lands in the velociraptors' nest and likely this fate in the hands, or rather, jaws, both the velociraptors and the Tyrannosaurus rexes.
- Evil Nerd: He is a nerd caveman as a kid, and still is as an adult (presumably).
- Evil Is Petty: Willie seeks to take over Pangaea solely because of his misfortune being picked on during his childhood, which ranged from [[Wedgie getting a wedgie by a bully]] to being egged during trick-or-treating as a toddler.
- Mad Scientist: A caveman scientist who developed an army of robots and a complex factory to rule the ancient world.
- Nerd Glasses: Willie sports large, black glasses.
- Starter Villain: Of the first book.
- Too Dumb to Live: Willie leapt out of his blimp and crashed into a velociraptor's nest just to catch the barbecue sauce, not knowing the Tyrannosaurus rexes had followed him and prepare to devour him alongside with the velociraptors.
Captain Barnacle Bob
- Body Horror
- Cursed Item: His peg leg. Once the Rabbit hit a nail on it in order to fix his table, Barnacle Bob was released.
- Ghost Pirate

Melvin the Plutarkian
An alien criminal who sets up the Rabbit for his crimes, then proceeds to wreak havoc on Earth.
- Achilles' Heel: Cold things.
- Voluntary Shapeshifter: Before the reveal of his true form, Melvin disguises himself as an anime-faced Dumb Ears.
The Dastardly Trifecta
A trio of supervillains: Lord Morbad, Concretin, and the Iceberg.
- An Ice Person: The Iceberg uses an ice gun to freeze and imprison her enemies.
- Dishing Out Dirt: Concretin can manipulate concrete with his hands.
- Expy: All three villains are clear expies of Doctor Doom, Magneto, and Mr. Freeze, respectively.
- Emotion Control: They convinced a captured Andy that his friends don't care for him, which led to his transformation into the supervillain Malice.
Byron the Delivery Boy
- Artifact of Doom: The Dragon Orb of Might, which is what turned Byron into his oni form and imbues the trio with ninja skills.
- Bond Villain Stupidity
- Dude, Where's My Respect?
- Evil Is Petty
- Rage Against the Mentor: Fights against Grandpa Tortoise while in his empowered shogun form and calling the tortoise out for firing him.
- The Resenter
- What Happened to the Mouse?: He isn't seen after the destruction of the Ninja Slice restaurant.
- Youthful Freckles
The Dust Bunnies
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Once combined together, they took the form of a larger dust bunny.
- Body of Bodies: The Dust Bunnies all merge into a giant monster so they could chase after the heroes easily.
- Glowing Eyes: They glow a spooky yellow.
- Living Dust Bunnies
- Madness Mantra: "Eat!" is the only thing the Dust Bunnies can say, which gave them the idea to consume people across the town. All because a human kid in a costume wanted some Halloween candy.
- The Assimilator
- You Are Who You Eat: Inverted. Whoever the Dust Bunnies eat will become one of them.
