This page contains multiple references that were made throughout the fanfic, a handful of them are based of The Stories of Sodor, due to J Tom being a HUGE fan of Victor Tanzig, however there are other references outside the episode reactions, such as the songs performed during the food breaks or the clothes worn by the hosts.

  • Peeking Through the Fourth Wall - Lisa understood Lily's complaint about Clyde being 'overly dramatic' for the fecal incident, just like in the eighteenth chapter of this fanfic, where the latter girl's complaint was being used.

Cover Girls — References:

  • The Loud House - Luna revealed that, she and Leni have dressed as the latter once, in the scene where Leni and Luan were dressed as the former. This idea was meant to be used for this episode, however was scratched, a subtle reference to this.

  • The Stories of Sodor - Joe jumpscares the audience by suddenly appearing amongst them, his response to Lynn's question, references this series.
  • The Fairly OddParents! - Carlos, hence he's voiced by the same voice actor, did Denzel Crocker's signature moves in the air and shouted his catchphrase, as on-screen Lola made a sudden appearance in Lincoln's bedroom.

Funny Business — References:

  • Reunited Apart - Joe claiming to be Henry Mancini, using the term 'f*cking' while doing so, that quote is reminiscent to the first episode of the second season of this show.
  • Open Season - Lincoln correcting his name, when his then-female best friend Ronnie Anne teasingly called him Linka, due to the high pitched voice.
  • What is a Person Worth? - The emo girl Cassie being related to Carol.

  • COVID-19 Pandemic - Joe mentioned this as a piece of trivia.

  • The Fairly OddParents! - After Ang dumped cold water on all the men who were infatuated with Ms. DiMartino, Joe complained about Little Joshua Applebee, from the episode Timmy's Secret Wish.

  • Peanuts - Carl and Luan both remark that Lincoln looks like Charlie Brown.
  • Thomas and the Magic Railroad - Joe blowing the whistle and with Ang disappearing in gold dust.

  • Pair of Kings - Carl mentioned that this series has a episode with the same title.
  • Kronk's New Groove - Albert stating that Sue made him think that, he is an old geezer, but then again he feels just as old as he feels, mirrors a line from this 2005 movie.
  • The Simpsons Movie - As Sue ruined the moment between grandpa and grandson, Rita growling that the former woman will pay for ruining the golden family moment references this movie, similar to how Bart has ruined the golden family moment.

Baby Steps — References:

  • There Will Be Chaos - Lincoln referenced this comic, specifically the seventh panel/story Loud and Order by explaining to the audience that the last time he played with the twins, him as the 'evil brother troll', he had to meet his pressing engagement at the bathroom, however the twins forced him into the 'court' and pleaded him guilty, which lead him to be forced playing with them, despite him still needing to go to the bathroom.

Brawl in the Family — References:

  • Thomas & Friends - The negative reaction catchphrase of Gordon, James and Henry has been used twice.

Suite and Sour — References:

  • Joe mentions several staff members appearing as caricatures:
  • The J. Geils Band - Luna made a band, which was performing on a wedding, play their song Centerfold.

Back in Black — References:

  • AC/DC - Luna referenced their song, which had the same title.
  • Zoey Dean - Lisa mentioned the fifth novel in the A-List series.
  • Men in Black II - And Roger finished off with bringing up the tagline of this movie from 2002.
  • Married... with Children - When Lucy was dressed like a 80s diva, Mrs. Johnson remarked her appearance as Peg Bundy.
  • The Loud House Movie - Lincoln and Lucy both subtly hinted this movie, when the latter was dressed like a princess.
  • The Room (2003) - Luan had a flat expression and compared Bobby's poor acting skills with the one's from Tommy Wiseau.
  • Hotel Transylvania - Francisco mentioned this franchise during the episode, whilst Mollie and Sid compared Lucy and Rocky as Mavis and Johnny, the latter compared them as Winnie and Dennis, due to their young ages.
  • Mortal Kombat - Joe enters the dimension through a fiery portal based on Mortal Kombat.
  • Loud heroes - The dimension where Lincoln studies for his test and where time equals differently is based of this fanfic.
  • Johnny Dangerously - Before the next break, Leni asked Joe, where he's going, he gave a faux-terrified face. "Back to law school!" he said before speed-walking through the portal that closed behind him. That references this.

  • Spider-Man, Hulk & Flash - Lincoln mentioned those superheroes during the break, being curios as to how Joe and his sister got their magical abilities from.

No Such Luck Part 2 — References:

  • Loud heroes - Albert's late wife's name was based of this fanfic.
  • Thomas1Edward2Henry3 - Girl Jordan, Mollie, and Haiku shout "Bullshit" (2x) and "Absolute bullshit!", which is a reference to the episode Gordon Goes Swimming.
  • The Karate Kid - As the confrontation began to unfold, Liam banged his fists and told the Louds, sans Lincoln and Lily, that they're gonna pay for their actions.
  • The Secret Life of Pets 2 - Even Carlitos became furious at the Louds for their actions, Carl then pointed out to them that they've done it and got Carlitos truly upset.
  • The Stories of Sodor - Like everyone else, Chunk got really mad at the Louds, he pointed out how poorly they treated Lincoln during the show, and that the luck incident takes the cake. A reference to the episode Treasure.
  • Cobra Kai - Lincoln furiously asking, how often he needs to repay the guilt card, in order for the Loud sisters to realize that he can't be forced into everything and that they are selfish, mirrors the scene where Silver betrays Kreese from the episode The Rise.
  • The Penguins of Madagascar - Paula heavily insulting Lynn for her actions during the episode and saying that the side of her and her family shown on-screen just wants to make her puke in her own mouth.

  • Die Hard - Lynn Sr. mentioned this movie and Lynn Jr. wanted to blurt out the famous Yippee-Ki-Yay quote, only to be stopped by Lori.
  • Mission: Impossible Film Series - Carl hummed the Mission: Impossible theme song.
  • Predator - Luan exclaiming what Schaeffer told Anna to do, as some snakes approached the amphibian's.
  • The Breakfast Club - Fiona pointing out to Principal Huggins that, despite the frogs being paid by the school and stolen afterwards, he didn't need to act like Principal Vern.
  • The Stories of Sodor - Dr. Stanley Starling, who's meant to be voiced by Victor Tanzig, doing the Percy-jumpscare running gag from the Sodor shorts.

He also exits the same way the characters leave the Man Cave quicker: Going up the tube... losing his shoe, which he brings up. He also gets the Loud siblings, Santiago siblings, Clyde, Sam, Carol, Stella, Haiku, Tabby, and Sid into their L-Crew and L-Angels costumes the same way Captain Man and Danger Force get into their costume: Chewing gum balls from a gum canister.

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home - Joe enters the dimension the same way as Dr. Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus does.
  • Danger Force - And also exits the same way the characters do in this series.

  • The Beatles - Tabby mentioned this band.
  • A Quiet Place - Jackie brought up this movie, upon seeing Lisa's spider bug.
  • Finding Nemo - Ronnie Anne mouthing a sarcastic "Nice", when on-screen Lola gets soot all over on-screen Lincoln's suit, thanks to her princess car.
  • DuckTales (2017) - Sid reacted the same way Webby reacted to Della reuniting with her sons, after the Louds reconsiled with Lincoln over the luck incident.
  • Cobra Kai - Ronnie Anne referenced the episode Mercy by using: "...tear you new vaginas!” when threatening the Louds if they ever repeated the luck incident. The term was used by Sam LaRusso to Aisha Robinson when talking about what the latter did to Yasmine.
  • The Stories of Sodor - Chunk explained what the Sweet and Sour Pork Treatment, an old UK torture method is, which was also discussed about in the episode Treasure.
  • Knives Out - Robert and Thomas were berating the evil agents for their visit at the Tomaso residence, the former got really ticked off as one of them had a smug look on their face, so he threatened to slap it off their face.
  • Get the Picture? - Louds giving Lincoln kisses is inspired from this fanfic.

  • Modern Talking - Lori referenced this band from the 80s, when she asked Lincoln, if he had found his Cherry Cherry Lady, the band has a song with a similar title, upon seeing the title card.
  • SpongeBob SquarePants - During the scene where Leni thought that the mailman is her secret admirer, Sid pointed out that at least she didn't popped out of the mailbox and scared him, whereas SpongeBob did as seen in the episode Chocolate With Nuts.
  • Thomas and the Magic Railroad - When Joe returned from his visit, gold dust appeared around him and faded to reveal him, the gold dust is a hint for the reference.
  • Owl House & Hexside Watches the Owl House - Joe mentioned this fanfic at the end of this episode, whilst also mentioning several characters he met during his visit there, these include Luz, Eda, King, Gus, Willow and Amity.

  • Down syndrome - The Casagrandes revealed that CJ suffers under this disease.
  • What is a Person Worth? - Joe shared a piece of trivia about this fanfic, specifically the reason why the Santiagos had to move to Great Lakes City.
  • Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension - Just like Doofenshmirtz, Bobby pondered that, if he had a nickel for every time another guy tried to take Lori away from him, he'd have two nickels, the nickels being Clyde and Carl.
  • Peeking Through the Fourth Wall - Lincoln and his friend group revealed to Leni that some of their peers had laid eyes on her, similar to the peers in the sixteenth chapter of this fanfic.
  • Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers - Ronnie Anne referenced this movie, by sounding off a random foghorn in order to gain the attention of the others for the ultimate reveal.
  • Loud heroes - Carlos mentioned this fanfic.
  • Post Malone & Swae Lee - Joe had entered the dimension and sang the song Sunflower.
  • Rixton - Joe and Ang have summoned this boy band and they performed their song Me and My Broken Heart on stage, as a celebration for Lincoln and Ronnie Anne becoming a couple.
  • The Haunted Hathaways - Joe, wanting to clean up the dimension, accidentally flew into the drum set on the stage, becoming dizzy and when asked if he as alright he replied Hello, Droopy Dan. I’ll have a chocolate double scoop please..

  • Spider-Man - Joe entered the dimension, dressed as the green goblin, as he soared on his glider and was hovering above the audience and said "CAN THE LOUDS COME OUT TO PLAY?!", this references it.
  • On Our Backs - Joe mentioned and explained this Fanfic, as it was related to this episode.
  • Lil Roomie - Joe also mentioned and explained this Fanfic, the first fanfic which was contrary to a dark theme.
  • Spider-Man: No Way Home & Willem Dafoe - After Luan told Joe, that no one would hardly take him serious, provided he wore the green goblin costume, in response he just gave Luan a flat look before he suddenly tore the sweater and jacket into shred around the Goblin suit, slipping on black goggles, and putting on the purple hood and in a Willem Dafoe impression he went with “How’s the suit now?!”.

  • Dragon Ball - Joe entered the dimension with Frieza's hover pod with a guest.
  • Kingdom Hearts & Ben 10 - Said guest was called Ian and he was a matured Swampfire in an open Organization XIII cloak and wore torn jeans.
  • Cornholio4 - He was mentioned by Lisa.
  • Spider-Man: No Way Home - Joe referenced this movie, when suddenly, his clothes transformed into what looked like electricians clothes as yellow electricity swirled around him, forming a star-shaped mask, "You’re not gonna take this away from me." he snarled before he flew into the air and disappeared in a bright flash of lighting. That references this movie.

Fool's Paradise — References:

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home - This time Joe decided to give Luan an example on how to perform a scary prank without hurting anyone in the process, so he transformed himself into Sandman and entered the dimension.
  • Kingdom Hearts & The Owl House - In order to perform said prank, Joe got inspired to create an illusion of himself and Ang, which he learned of to do so by Zexion from Kingdom Hearts and Gus Porter from The Owl House, whilst also adding that he learned it from reading books.
  • An April Advisory - Joe mentioned and explained this fanfic, giving the characters a insight of a different playthrough of this episode.
  • Walmart - Prior to the Ghostface attack, Ang decided to do some grocery shopping there.
  • Phineas and Ferb - After returning from the screening dimension Joe and Angela sat down on the couch in the living room and turned Phineas and Ferb on, in order to calm down from their intense encounter with Ghostface.

  • Brian Stepanek - When on-screen Lori said, she knows who would perfectly play Lynn Sr., Ronnie Anne jokingly suggested him, accidentally correctly guessing Lynn Sr.'s voice actor in the process.
  • Cobra Kai - Casey mentioned Johnny Lawrence, comparing him with Mr.Grouse, during his training to become a IT worker.
  • Cornholio4 - Joe wrote an email to him, warning him about Ghostface.
  • West Side Story (1961) & West Side Story (2021) - Joe referenced both versions of this movie, when sending the email, by saying: "Dear Officer Krupke… KRUP YOU!".

  • Ghostbusters - Tabby pointed at a sign which read I AM UNAFRAID OF ALL GHOSTS, referencing the Ghostbusters theme song.
  • The Loud House - Joe displayed a picture of Lincoln playing the banjo.
  • Halloween - Jamie Lee Curtis and her role was mentioned.

Garage Banned — References:

  • Tangled - Tabby referenced the iconic scene with Rapunzel and her frying pan.
  • Amphibia - The episode Temple Frogs, specifically Anne's double take on the time was referenced by Ronnie Anne.
  • The Owl House - The episode A Lying Witch and a Warden, specifically Luz's cooing at King was referenced due to cooing at the on-screen shown mice.
  • Scream 2 & Scream 3 - Joe's encounter with Ghostface was a combination taken from Randy Meek's and Cotton Weary's death scenes from the second and third movie, respectively. The only difference was that no kills were made.

  • Ed, Edd n Eddy - Lincoln referenced the episode To Sir with Ed, specifically the scene in the bathroom between Edd and Eddy.
  • Mario Kart - When Stella asked Lincoln which game he was playing in one scene, he replied this.
  • Gravity Falls - Bobby did Soos's way of eye contact from the episode Soos and the Real Girl, which lead to the audience running away.

Voices — References:

  • Best Friends Whenever - Joe wanting to reveal the voice actors of each character, had a list of all of them, as he tried to show the list on multiple devices, each of them fell into the earlier spawned hot tub, which lead him to get the list which was on paper, an identic occurrence of that was seen in the episode Shake Your Booty, where Naldo tried to show his friends the 70s disco song of a band whom his dad was a part of.

    • Lincoln has seven different voice actors:
    • His first voice actor was Sean Ryan Fox, who voiced Lincoln only during the pilot short and his other role includes Japser Dunlop from Henry Danger.
