Fanfic ideas you have.

An alien or aliens arrive in our world and are fascinated by our culture, because in their dimension humans aren't sapient. Much of our culture overlaps and they don't know why. We even speak the same language.

In other words, a typical "human in Equestria" story, but we're the ponies.

Man, that just makes me imagine a cursed MLP verse where humans exist but aren't sentient. I think we had a work like that on here that got cut by 5P for...good reason.

More than fair. So ignoring that part, the role reversal concept is fun in general.

I'm working on a Mario crossover with Kill La Kill and BNA. I just finish the prologue.

A Ben 10 and MCU crossover. Takes place after original Ben 10 and during first Avengers film, with changes made to Ben 10 universe to combine the two

An Overlord 2012 AU where Ainz never changed Albedo's flavour text, so she's still a slut instead of having a Single-Target Sexuality for Ainz.

A fanfic based on Grand Theft Auto III but it's more based on how the setting was before the release of Vice City and San Andreas where Liberty City was a generic city as opposed to a NYC expy and I'd include some of the cut elements like the characters Darkel and Curtly

Eventually, it'd become a Massive Multiplayer Crossover and I'd also try to play up the gritty and often downright eerie atmosphere that Liberty City had in that particular game.

I've consistently had this idea for writing a Civilization Beyond Earth: Rising Tide Fanfic. Mainly cause I like the idea of sticking with three to four main civs, then telling a story of how they all interact with each other while trying to survive on the new planet. Specifically, I'd like to explore the slow change in how they treat each other as they all go down different Affinities. The Purity Civ getting in arguments with the Harmony or Supremacy Civs, or how one of them discovers a Hybrid Affinity that changes how the Civ's people think/act.

Unfortunately, I've never actually been able to write it. 1) Cause for some reason I keep wanting to make it into a Multi-Crossover with characters from other series all playing the game together. 2) I can never figure out if I'm going to tell the story from an in-universe perspective or from the perspective of the players.

I actually did write a fanfic following this idea, but have no idea how to keep it going.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon crossover where the human-turned-Pokemon protagonist is a character from another series. They still lose their memories, but their personality is the same and something from their universe eventually changes the plot.

As you would expect from a name like mine, most of the ideas I have are crossovers. Ones in particular that I want to do something for eventually include:

• A Kirby/Steven Universe one shot where Hyness and the Mage-Sisters stumble upon the Garden, Spinel included, and decide to make it the base they're going to summon Void Termina in. They quickly become attached to Spinel.
• A Steven Universe/Mystery Skulls Animated fic where Rose finds Lewis' body and revives him before he becomes a ghost. It's mostly plot bunnies, but I really like the concept, especially since it gives Steven some badass aunts and uncles in the modern day
• A separate SU/MSA fic where Lapis' mirror ends up in Vivi's hands and she unintentionally releases her, post-"Ghost". Hilarity Ensues as the Mystery Skulls take an antsy, homesick alien into their ranks. This one is also plot bunnies, but I have a lot of them.
• An Undertale/Steven Universe fic inspired by the 2016 "Jaspertale" meme; Jasper falls into a crevice and into the Ruins, becoming Frisk's begrudging guardian while they travel through the Underground. This one would mostly be for setup to a sequel fic, where everyone's above ground and I have much more room for divergence and crossover interaction.

Yesterday, my cousin and i made up some dumb pitch for John Wick 4, Where we figured that the only logical follow up and conclusion to the story would be john facing the High Table themselves in a kill bill -style boss rush...who reveals that there is a reason why they rule over all assasins: They are MGS-Style superpowered Assasins! Like, you would have a character who has its feet shaped like eagle claws and have fake wings Falcon-style and do quick aerial strikes like an eagle, A guy whose body is a giant Murder Hornet hive, a Psychic that excels in mind screw assasinations, A guy who chomps everything, even cars and tanks, and regurgitate weapoms out of his stomach, the abdjucator taking off her gloves revealing deidara-style mouths on her palms spitting explosive clay, and the elder is some shang tsung-style wizard who steals people's souls and does magic Kung Fu. And the bowery king leading an army of homeless people in an all-put assault on the high table's headquarters and perform a heroic sacrifice by blowing himself up with grenades tied to his pubes.

Yeah, we were drunk and watched ninja scroll and other crazy-ass 90s bullshit OV As during christmas time...it was worth it.

My own take on a Transformers story: it's got a lot of stuff from across the franchise.

Nods to Beast Wars, the original series, Animated, Prime and RID 2015, RID 2001, a bit of the Unicron Trilogy (namely Cyberton) etc, etc.

I even came up with the idea of have the Autobots use vehicle forms (first to disguise, and then to blend in) while the Decepticons use beast forms (as a form of intimidation by looking like animals that people know to be dangerous or would be scared of).

I've come up with a roster for both sides, giving them physical forms based off character from other series:

• Optimus Prime (of course), based off his [[Transformers: Robots in Disguise RID 2001 form).

• Bulkhead, from the Aligned continuity, namely Prime.

• Prowl from Animated.

• Evac from Cybertron. An oddball choice, but I picked him to give the group a different kind of flyer.

• Arcee, in her G1 form.

• Windblade from the IDW comics. Mainly due to not wanting Arcee to be the only female, and Windblade is simply a great choice.

• Omega Supreme, who will be a composite of his G1 self (the colours) and his Energon self (the robot and vehicle mode designs). Basically, This guy.

For the Decepticons (though I'm considering calling them the Predacons instead):

• Megatron, in a combination of both of his dragon forms with a touch of Predaking. (haven't decided whether he'll have multiple forms or not yet.

• Blackarachnia, based primarily off her Animated animated appearance but with a bit of Airarachnid's personality.

• Skybite. The greatest shark around, and the greatest shark in town, he's Anime RID Skybite with a bit of Cyberverse Skybite. I might make him a little bigger than he has been in previous series.

• Waspinator. Mainly his beast wars self, but with an underlying menace of his Animated self. Blow him up as much as you want. He'll remember....he'll always remember.

• Ravage. a wild card her, he's G1 ravage, but with a robot mode based off Nemesis Breaker from Cybertron. Beyond that he keeps his nature as a spy.

• Either Trypticon or Scorponok. I haven't decided. I wanted a bigger tranformer as a counterpoint to Omega Supreme (so either one of them gets shrunk a bit, or Omega gets beefed up in size), and which one I choose will be dependent on if I make Omega a Headmaster like Energon or not. The toy I used as the inspiration is not a head master like Energon Omega after all. There's also the factor of already having an arachnid in Black Arachnia, and similar to using G1 Arcee rather than Prime Arcee, I want to avoid too much overlap

• No clue who to use for the last member, but since I have two female autobots, I wanted another female Predacon/Decepticon....with a beast mode....which is not easy. There's Scylla from Beast Wars II, but her beast mode is kinda silly to me (plus I'm not too interested in the anime beast wars shows, considering they are ridiculous as a whole), Antagony, who would bring up the same problem that using Scorponok would, Manta Ray, who's not a predatory creature (neither is Antagony, but large groups of Ants can be pretty fucking terrifying) and as a wild card choice Filch from RID 2015. She's on the table entirely for having both robot mode and beast mode, as opposed to the Decpticons in 2015 RID who seem to be robots with Beast characteristics but still having vehicle modes.

Most of the characters I chose came from liking their designs (Optimus, Prowl and Bulkhead) wanting some wildcard choices (Evac) or not wanting to double up on certain beast/vehicle modes or universes (I'd originally planned on using Prime Arcee).

There's still a lot I haven't explained though. also I asked about female Predacons / decepticons with beast forms on the main Transformers thread to help me either find someone I hadn't considered, or choose one of the ones I mentioned....Oh, I forgot someone: The Beast Wars Uprising version of Dead End. She's a gender swap, but could still work.

Wow. This was a long post. And I shortened it quite a bit too. I had whole paragraphs for the Autobots at first. And there's still a lot of details I left out.

an idea for afinal battle i had: darkseid has barely come to the earth in dc: apocolips war,...and when very few members of the league are there to face him, a lot of portals opens and the athena saints, the z warriors, the sailor scouts, the great strawhat fleet, the shinobi alliance,the entire gotei 13 , fairy tail and all the guilds from fiore, the seven deadly sins and all the sacred knights from brittania, all the servants from the holy grail wars, all the students and pro heroes from MHA, all the heroes from to aru and railgun, madokami and all the puellae magae from the past, present, and future, all the pretty cure generations (i would dare to include some occidental mahou shojo like winx club and ladybug) the TSAB from lyrical nanoha,the entire digidestined generations and the royal knights from digimon, all the legendary pokemons, atem and the egyptian gods from yugioh, one-punch man, kenshiro, alucard from hellsing, guts from berserk, the four heroes from tate no yuusha, the masters of the ryozampaku dojo, the slayers, night raid, the tridimensional maneuvres squads fron shingeki no kyojin, the characters from re-creators, the stardust crusaders, the demonslayers from kimetsu no yaiba, all the gundam and zoids generations, mazinkaiser, grendizer, tengen toppa gurren lagan, Godzilla earth and basically ANY anime character capable of put a fierce battle comes from the portals...and to add spice to the matter, each one of them in their mightiest point of their stories, and marinette used the butterfly miraculous to give all and each one of the aforementioned characters an akuma that multiply exponential their physical parameters and strenght their powers, along with give them new ones, similar to what hawk moth did in the heroes day... everything while a mix of these two themes sounds in the background:

I'll admit, I had one idea that I'm not really proud to have. This idea came up around 2002, when I was still young and had finally gotten a chance to see Basic Instinct. The idea was a sequel idea (which at the time, there were rumors of one, but it was reported as being in development hell and reports that the script would be reworked to make it an original film). But the idea I had for Basic Instinct 2 would have been influenced some from another Alfred Hitchcock film much like how the first one was influenced by Vertigo, borrowing some elements of Rear Window. And, it would have involved Catherine Tramell corrupting a group of teenage friends who recently graduated from high school (continuing on the themeline that Paul Verhoven had when it came to how he imagined Catherine Tramell as the Devil, which is how she was so easily able to be masterful in manipulating people. And having the Devil corrupting youth seemed like a rather fitting idea). And I thought it was good because it would have had teenagers portrayed as being capable of being just as adults in adult thrillers instead of being just set dressing for any adult lead (like being the child of the adult lead who is in the adult thriller). Looking back now, probably not the best of ideas. But not as bad as the real Basic Instinct 2 we got.

So, I've been thinking about a Shared Universe for fanfics that's largely based around my own reinterpretation of Universal Horror set in an alternate timeline that is best described as a vague point in the late 90's and early 2000's.

In addition to the established elements of Universal Horror, I wanted to expand upon it and include some more elements to crossover. Most of these are public domain sources but there are a few that aren't (one is also owned by Universal and the others are owned by Toei, Koei, Paramount, and Warner Brothers)

Anyway, these would be the monsters and characters I'd incorporate into a new fanfic based Dark Universe.

I remember seeing a fanfic based on "When Danganronpa characters die they go to Kirby's world" But it was for one particular character Kaede Akamatsu who got to pal around with Kirby after dying. So a premise like that, where characters from darker fictional works have afterlives in more light-hearted works.

Basically, characters from The Punisher's Song of Evangelion and I Must Scream die and go to My Little Rainbow Princess Pretty Moon Shortcake.

Funnily enough I thought about something similar the other day because of a Super Paper Mario mod for Friday Night Funkin'; the idea is that Blumiere and Timpani got sent to the FNF universe after sacrificing themselves. Thankfully for them this world is much more accepting of Interspecies Romance, so they can finally live their lives together in peace - as much peace as living in the FNF world will give them, anyway.

The Infinite Loops, but with a character from a Dead Fic who gets spared by a god (in the original form I thought up, I was thinking Mithras from Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey) when his universe collapses. Now it's his job to evacuate characters from other dead fics/Cut Short series before their worlds also collapse. (Why are they collapsing? Another character explains that completed stories are like wheels on spokes; you can spin them indefinitely. Unfinished worlds, however, are like VHS tapes; the more you repeat them, the more degraded and worn-down they get, until finally they break.)
