Lucky Rabbit Reflex! is a commercial otome (girl pursues boy) Slice of Life Dating Sim set in Europe. Created by Chensterrain. Inspired by the Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side series.

You play as a seventeen-year old girl in her first, and last year at a new school, Northmain College. You spend the year building various stats as well as meeting other students and wooing or befriending them in order to gain an ending at the end of the year.

It was previously distributed by Hanako Games, not anymore. Now it's on Steam.

Lucky Rabbit Reflex contains the following tropes:

  • Age-Gap Romance:
    • A small one occurs between the player, who is in college, and Beck, who is about to graduate from university.
    • An even more minor one occurs between the player and Per, the latter of which has just started sixth form by the end of the game. Notable, since you keep worrying about whether or not people will consider you a “cradle snatcher.”
  • Asleep in Class: Shuppin’s always seen falling asleep both in and out of class because he’s pulling hours at the bakery, his dad’s music shop, and practicing to try to get into a prestigious conservatory.
  • Bookworm: Rhett. Searching through his checkout history at the library reveals he will read just about any kind of book.
  • Britain Is Only London: Averted. While the game is set in England it actually takes place somewhere up north, near Scotland.
  • Advertisement:
  • But Not Too Foreign: Averted with Petime and Per, who hail from Denmark and speak quite an odd form of English as a result. Also averted with the secret character, who is a Frenchman studying in England. Played straight with Rhett, who offhandedly mentions that he is part German, but only buys German things to appease his grandmother.
  • Everyone Is Related: Apart from the secret character and protagonist, each character either a sibling or cousin to someone else in the cast.
  • Everything Sounds Sexier in French: Shuppin's Scottish accent is mentioned in-universe as one the reasons why so many girls adore him.
  • Family Theme Naming. Runs rampant in Rhett and Merle's families. All of Rhett's siblings are named after variations of the color red (Ruby, Scarlet ect) while all of Merle's sisters have names beginning with the letter M (Merry, Marlon and the like).
  • Green-Eyed Monster: Makes an appearance during the date at the cinema with Marius and Shuppin, leading the both of them to literally and figuratively butt heads while trying to make a move on the player character at the same time.
  • I Want My Beloved to Be Happy: All the dual end losers have shades of this. However Beck takes the cake by admitting to being in love with the Protagonist for several months beforehand, and that the only thing that stopped him from making a move was the fact that she was getting chummy with Rhett.
  • Late for School: The player character is late for her first day of school and the school-wide assembly, leading to a Meet Cute with either Shuppin or Marius. Also a bit of Lampshade Hanging as she comments that it's just like the generic anime life she always wanted!
  • Love Triangle: To get the Dual End for Shuppin and Marius, you have to woo them both and maximize their relationship bars. The same goes for the Dual End for Rhett and Beck. At the end of the game, you’re required to choose a guy.
  • Missing Mom: Along with the whole Parental Abandonment issue, Dys and Shuppin's biological mother is revealed to be dead.
  • Model Scam: Happens in Beck's Boutique path when a sleazy photographer tries to get the main character to go with him so that she can 'make connections' in the industry. Luckily Beck steps in before things get too nasty.
  • Moment Killer: A mild version happens in Marius's best ending, when the sports pitch's sprinkler system comes on during the confession scene.
  • Multiple Endings: Two per guy, plus two dual endings, one for each of the five girls, a "default" end with no romance, and one for the secret character makes nineteen!
  • Noodle Incident: Whatever happened at the club Merle drags the girls to in her ending.
  • Older Than They Look: Per often has customers at work ask him if he is even old enough to be working there!
  • Teacher/Student Romance: You meet Beck when you fail your mock exams and end up in remedial classes. Beck also becomes the substitute teacher for art class. You can also get him to show up a bit earlier if you're friends with Lamb and have high Charm.
