Wendy feels left out when all the fourth grade girls start emulating the slutty antics of Paris Hilton, who tries to buy Butters from his parents as a replacement for her recently deceased pet chihuahua.
"Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset" contains examples of:
- Adults Are Useless:
- All of the adults let their daughters dress and act like whores just so they won't be unpopular for not doing it. Wendy's dad tries to put a stop to the whole thing after Wendy shakes him off his apathy, only for all the mothers to cry Double Standard and two teenage girls flirting with him. The only exception is Mr. Slave, who delivers the Aesop.
- Double subverted with Linda, who is initially against selling Butters to Paris Hilton, but she eventually gives in to the offer.
- Abusive Parents: Butters' parents try to sell him to Paris Hilton for $250,000,000 and only let him stay with them if he achieves the same amount of money himself by coal mining, much to his dissatisfaction. They also scold him when he begs to not be sold to a Spoiled Brat who is using him as a replacement for her deceased pet. When Paris Hilton ends up shoved inside Mr. Slave's rectum, Stephen and Linda ground Butters because they won't be getting any money from her now.
- All of the Other Reindeer: Wendy is ridiculed by her friends for not being enough of a whore. By the end of the episode, they all apologize to Wendy for not calling her a stupid spoiled whore and Wendy forgives them.
- Anti-Role Model: Paris Hilton is a pathetic, slutty, and immature woman with nothing to really offer the world and who is only Famous for Being Famous.
- Ass Shove: In the whore-off, Paris Hilton shoves a pineapple up into her vagina, but Mr. Slave wins by launching himself and shoving Paris Hilton herself up his rectum.
- Ate Her Gun: Tinkerbell, Paris Hilton's pet chihuahua, takes Hilton's chauffeur's gun without either of them noticing (with the chauffeur being busy driving and Hilton talking to a friend on the phone) and uses it to kill herself via shooting herself in the mouth, not wanting to suffer from Hilton's poor treatment of her anymore.
- At Least I Admit It: Mr. Slave is a dangerously promiscuous man, but he knows his behavior isn't anything to be emulated and thinks it is wrong for someone like Paris Hilton to be held up as a role model.
- Bait-and-Switch: Stephen tells Paris Hilton that he and Linda won't sell Butters to her for two hundred million dollars... because they want two hundred and fifty million dollars instead.
- Bigger on the Inside: Mr. Slave's rectum.
- Bittersweet Ending: Mr. Slave stops the stupid spoiled whore trend and Wendy is no longer ostracized by her peers, but Butters gets grounded since his parents can't sell him anymore.
- Buy Them Off: Paris Hilton convinces Butters' parents to let her take him away by offering two hundred million dollars. Stephen and Linda then demand two hundred and fifty million dollars for Butters.
- Chronic Pet Killer: Paris Hilton treats her pets so badly that they end up Driven to Suicide.
- Cluster F-Bomb: After failing to get invited to Bebe's "stupid spoiled whore" party, a furious Cartman gives an epic one to Bebe and the girls.Cartman: [walks up to the girls and flips each one off in turn] Fuck you, Millie! Fuck you, Annie! Fuck you, Bebe! Fuck you, whatever your name is (Red)! And fuck you, bitch!
- Continuity Nod:
- Mr. Slave once again shows his ability to shove things up his ass.
- When Bebe refuses to invite him to the sex party, Cartman walks by to flip off the girls the same way he did to Stan, Kyle, Bebe, and Tweek in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society".
- A Day in the Limelight: Wendy for the A-plot and Butters for the B-plot. The main boys are barely in the episode.
- Dirty Kid:
- All of the girls (aside from Wendy) hit on the boys walking by in the hallway (aside from Cartman), making sexual remarks, and later sexually behave around them at the "stupid spoiled whore" party.
- Cartman is the only one of the boys that actually wants to go to Bebe's "stupid spoiled whore" party. Unfortunately for him, Bebe didn't invite him.
- Double Standard: Parodied. When Wendy's father shows disgust at the mothers letting their prepubescent girls dress like sluts, they respond by pointing out nonexistent double standards, like claiming people find it weird when women "shave their balls".
- Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Subverted. All of the boys (sans Cartman, who wasn't invited), even Kenny, are clearly very uncomfortable with what the girls to do them at the sex party; this is not Played for Laughs at all.
- Driven to Suicide: Because of how poorly she treated them (alongside how obnoxious she is), all of Paris Hilton's previous pets have killed themselves. Notable examples include a Chihuahua that blew its brains out (which happened earlier in the episode), a poodle that hung itself, a cat that slashed its wrists, and a spaniel that committed seppuku, all shown in her photo album labeled "My Pets".Paris Hilton: [sees that her Chihuahua blew its brains out with her chauffeur's gun] Aaaaghgh!!

Paris Hilton: Another dog killed itself! - Dude, She's Like in a Coma: A toned down example since it's Butters, but when Paris Hilton passes out drunk in Butters' room, he innocently starts touching her private parts.
- Everyone Has Standards: Mr. Slave of all people believes children shouldn't look up to whores as role models and act slutty. After winning the whore-off, he tells the town that his own depravity shouldn't be celebrated either.
- Famous for Being Famous: When Wendy asks her friends what does Paris Hilton do that makes her so famous, Annie and Red (and a random bystander too) only state that she is rich, spoiled, and a whore.
- Fate Worse than Death: Given how all of Paris Hilton's pets have killed themselves, they clearly consider living with her this. Not wanting to suffer the same fate, Butters bails out of Paris Hilton's limousine before she can take him away.
- Humiliation Conga: For Butters. Paris Hilton wants to use him as a replacement for her deceased pet, dresses him up as a bear, refuses to call him by his given name, offers to buy him from his parents, his parents accept, and in the end he is grounded by his parents after Hilton ends up shoved inside Mr. Slave's rectum and they realize they can't get any money from her anymore.
- Hypocrite: Butters' parents call him selfish because he didn't want to be sold to Paris Hilton for money.
- Karma Houdini: Butters' parents get no punishment for trying to sell their son to Paris Hilton. Instead, they punish Butters because Hilton ends up inside Mr. Slave's rectum.
- Kick the Dog: Stephen tricks his son to dig for coal just so he and his wife can complete their transaction to Paris Hilton problem-free.
- Misplaced Retribution: Butters is grounded by his parents because Paris Hilton is now inside Mr. Slave's rectum and therefore can't sell him to her anymore.
- My Little Panzer: The titular playset. Besides the fact that it's a toy for little girls to make sex tapes, it also contains ecstasy pills.
- Noodle Incident: During Bebe's party, we see that Beth and Clyde were playing 2 Minutes in Heaven in the closet. When Beth comes out, she claims they had a great time, but Clyde came out in pain and holding his backside...
- Only Sane Man: Mr. Slave delivers the episode's Aesop to the town's parents, telling them to make sure their kids have good role models (while fully admitting that he himself is no one to be looked up to).
- Only Sane Woman:
- Wendy amongst her female peers, due to her refusal to behave like a whore.
- Wendy's father is initially appalled by the fact that the other mothers are allowing their 8- to 10-year-old daughters to dress and act like sluts, but after the mothers cry Double Standard on him and two teenage girls seduce him, he too allows Wendy to dress and act like a slut.
- Out-of-Character Moment: During the stupid, spoiled whore party, Kenny is seen screaming, trying to run away while being chased down by Annie. It would be logical for him to enjoy what the girls are doing to him due to his perverted antics.
- Out of Focus: This episode focuses more on the girls — and Butters, for the B-story — than the four main boys. Cartman is the only one who has a notable speaking role, while Stan only has one line.
- Pet the Dog: Mr. Garrison is quite accommodating to Wendy when she comes over for advice, even making hot cocoa for her. This is likely due to her being one of his better behaving students.
- Pimping the Offspring: Played With. Mr. and Mrs. Stotch sell Butters to Paris Hilton so that she can use him as her pet. Considering that Paris Hilton is a massive whore and all of her previous pets killed themselves, the implications are not pretty. While Butters (or, Mr. Biggles) is miserable under Hilton's care, Hilton gets shoved up Mr. Slave's ass before she could do anything too horrible to him.
- Raging Stiffie: One girl makes a remark on a boy's erection.Sally: [sees Jason walking by] Jason has a huge bulge. You're gonna get it, boys.
- Rich Bitch: Paris Hilton complains to a friend on her phone that South Park is a "lame cowboy town" full of "stupid redneck idiots". She also complains about the Stotch house many times during her stay there.Paris Hilton: Ew! This room's all middle-class and small!
- Spit Take: Both of the Stotches do this with their cocoa when Paris Hilton offers them millions of dollars for Butters.
- Spoiled Brat: Paris Hilton is this in spades. Her preferred method of getting what she wants (even if it's a human child as a replacement for her deceased pet) is to scream the place down until people give in to her demands so their eardrums don't burst.
- Take That!: Towards Paris Hilton and the affect her lifestyle has on young girls in today's society. And if Word of God is anything to go by, this is one of the few celebrities with whom Trey and Matt have had a personal beef (the others being Barbara Streisand and "psychic" John Edwards). When Hilton said that she felt flattered by being featured in the show, Stone said it showed "just how fucked up she is. That's terrible that she's flattered by it." There's also a minor one towards Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Tara Reid, with Red calling all of them stupid spoiled whores.
- Too Smart for Strangers: Parodied. Butters' parents told him to never ever get in a car with a stranger... unless it's a limousine.
- Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: The fourth grade girls start dressing and acting like Paris Hilton so they can be popular and famous just like her. Bebe then proceeds to throw a "stupid, spoiled whore" party at her house, in which she and the other girls sexually harass the boys and also do ketamine. Only Wendy's father (initially) and Mr. Slave are concerned about this.
- Uninvited to the Party: The girls invite several boys over for a party. Wendy and Cartman are not invited, the former for not being enough of a whore in their eyes, and the latter simply because the girls don't find him attractive. Later on, Cartman tries to get in, only to be turned away each time. When Mr. Slave and Wendy crash the party, Cartman manages to sneak in.
- Vocal Evolution: When the girls are hitting on the boys who walk by in the hallway, Millie note speaks with a strong Southern accent, but during the "stupid spoiled whore" party, her voice lacks the accent.
- Womanchild: Paris Hilton is a woman in her 20s, but she acts like a spoiled, vapid teenager. She treats Butters like a pet to collect and not a child to be cared for.
- Wrong Genre Savvy: Butters and his parents think that Paris Hilton is in love with him, when in reality she just wants him as a replacement pet. The most bizarre part is that they believe Butters when he says that Paris Hilton wants him to be her boyfriend, but they don't find it strange that a woman in her 20s is interested in a 9-year-old boy.
- You Are Grounded!: Stephen and Linda ground Butters after they realize that they won't be able to sell their son to Paris Hilton anymore because of Mr. Slave.
