- Acting for Two:
- As usual, Frank Welker voices Scooby-Doo and Fred Jones.
- Grey Delisle voices Daphne Blake and Black Canary.
- Tara Strong voices Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.
- Tom Kenny voices Penguin and Plastic Man.
- Jeff Bennett voices the Joker, Leo Scarlett, Sam Scarlett, and the Don Knotts looking jail guard.
- Kevin Michael Richardson voices Detective Chimp and Clayface.
- John DiMaggio voices Aquaman and the Crimson Cloak.
- Fred Tatasciore voices Harvey Bullock, Killer Croc, Bane and Blockbuster.
- All-Star Cast: This movie boasts one of the most impressive cast of voice actors for any Scooby-Doo movie ever. We have Frank Welker, Grey DeLisle Griffin, Matthew Lillard, and Kate Micucci reprising their respective roles alongside Diedrich Bader, Jeff Bennett, Tara Strong, Nika Futterman, and so many more.
- Creator's Oddball: Played with. Two of the executive producers are Benjamin Melniker and Michael Uslan, who have worked on nearly every major Batman-centric film project since 1989, hence their involvement here. However, this is also the only Scooby-Doo project they've taken part in.
- Milestone Celebration: The movie came out on the latter show's 10th anniversary. It also marks the 20th anniversary of the direct-to-video Scooby-Doo films.
- The Other Darrin: If we're taking into account continuity with Batman: The Brave and the Bold, then this trope is in effect for some characters. For example:
- In the April Fool's Day episode "Batmite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases", which came out in 2011, Velma was voiced by her regular voice actress at the time, Mindy Cohn. This movie comes out in 2018, and thus her current regular voice actress, Kate Micucci, voices Velma here.
- Despite returning as Martian Manhunter, Nicholas Guest is replaced as the Question by his DC Animated Universe voice actor, Jeffrey Combs.
- The uncredited VA for Doctor Milo is clearly not Dee Bradley Baker, who voiced him during his in-series appearance.
- Tom Kenny reprises the role of The Penguin from The Batman, replacing his Brave and the Bold actor, Stephen Root.
- Tara Strong reprises the roles of both Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy from various projects like DC Super Hero Girls, replacing Meghan Strange in the former role and both Jennifer Hale and Vanessa Marshall in the latter role.
- Fred Tatasciore replaces Stephen Root, Michael Dorn and Dee Bradley Baker as Killer Croc, Bane and Blockbuster.
- Production Posse: Obviously with Batman: The Brave and the Bold, but also Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon, which James Tucker produced. In addition to the gang's voice actors, the film reunites Diedrich Bader, Jeff Bennett, John DiMaggio, Nika Futterman, Kevin Michael Richardson, Tara Strong, and Fred Tatasciore from the aforementioned movie.
- And just like with both Batman: The Brave and the Bold and the other recent Scooby-Doo DTV movies, Digital eMation is animating again.
- Except for Jeffrey Combs and Matthew Lillard, all of the voice actors in the movie worked with voice director Sam Riegel on various shows he's a voice director for, such as Sofia the First, Wander over Yonder, Future-Worm!, DuckTales (2017), Sanjay and Craig, Pickle and Peanut, Elena of Avalor, and Unikitty!.
- Role Reprise: In addition to the current voice actors for the Scooby gang, most of the cast from Batman: The Brave and the Bold reprise their roles here. This includes Diedrich Bader as Batman, Grey DeLisle Griffin as Black Canary, Jeff Bennett as the Joker, John DiMaggio as Aquaman, Nika Futterman as Catwoman, Nicholas Guest as Martian Manhunter, John Michael Higgins as the Riddler, Tom Kenny as Plastic Man, and Kevin Michael Richardson as Detective Chimp.
- Tom Kenny also reprises his role as the Penguin from The Batman.
- Jeffrey Combs voices the Question, reprising his role from Justice League.
- Tara Strong voices both Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, reprising her roles from other projects, most notably DC Super Hero Girls.
- In the French dub, in addition to the current voice actors for the Scooby gang, this applies for every DC Comics character with a speaking part except for Killer Croc and Professor Milo. The only reprises which differ from the original series are Emmanuèle Bondeville as Catwoman from Batman Returns and The Batman, Gilbert Lévy as Harvey Bullock from the DC Animated Universe, and Gilles Morvan as Clayface from The Batmannote .
- Sequel Gap: The film came out seven years after Brave and the Bold ended.
- What Could Have Been: There were going to be cameos from classic Scooby villains, but the idea was scrapped since it would be too similar to another idea.
