Gilbert Lévy (born November 20, 1949 in Tunis, Tunisia) is a French actor and voice actor.

He is well known for his large voice range, his low key smokey and raspy voice that fits mooks, low rank gangsters and grumpy, if not Hair-Trigger Temper characters in particular. He has frequently dubbed Colm Meaney, Randy Quaid and David Paymer.

He's voiced many animated characters such as Master Roshi in Dragon Ball Z Kai, Detective Harvey Bullock in Batman: The Animated Series and its films, Moe Szyslak, Lenny Leonard, Groundskeeper Willie, Professor Frink and Cletus Spuckler in The Simpsons and Jimbo Kern, Jimmy Valmer and Mr. Mackey in South Park.

He has appeared as small roles in some films such as La Vérité si je mens!.
