Diggs Tailwagger, the star of a failed Cartoon Network pilot of the same name. Diggs is part of a space crew of dogs, but the high-ranking members of the crew show him very little respect and give him menial jobs. Diggs wants to impress them so he can go with them to explore a new planet.

Fun fact, many people from the SpongeBob SquarePants production team worked on this pilot, including the late Stephen Hillenberg.

Fingers the Octopus, a minor character from the point and click adventure game Toonstruck, voiced by the late Dom De Luise. Fingers is a con man who comes from Zanydu, the land of wacky toons. He moved to Cutopia, the land of cute toons, because Cutopians are easier to scam. He runs an arcade where the player must win a "Test Your Strength" Game and an in-universe arcade game called Wac-Man to win various prizes.

Agent Fauna Fox, one of the main characters of a cartoon pilot called The F-Tales that was on Oh Yeah! Cartoons, but sadly didn't get its own show.

Fauna is a government agent who investigates fairy tale-themed mysteries with her partner, Chick Little. Chick is a raving conspiracy theorist, while Fauna is more calm and rational. She's also Badass Adorable.
