- The Cast Show Off
- Broadway star Daveed Diggs shows off his singing chops in “Mouse”.
- Pitch Perfect star Adam Devine shows off some singing talent in "Fox" when Sam is humming a soothing tune to distract the fox while Guy takes his necktie.
- Channel Hop: The first Dr. Seuss adaptation produced through Warner Bros. after the 2018 transfer of the exclusive adaptation rights to his work from Illumination Entertainment to WB. (Before Green Eggs and Ham, WB produced the Looney Tunes adaptation of Horton Hatches the Egg, and also acquired all of the animated TV specials based on Dr. Seuss' stories.)
- Content Leak: Two cuts of rough animation from Season Two were accidentally released early on March 3, coinciding with Animation Magazine's coverage on the same day.
- Crossdressing Voices: Jeff Bennett voices Snerz's mom. The same goes for foreign dubs.
- The Danza: In a way. Ilana Glazer provides the voice for E.B., whose full name is revealed to be Elanabeth.
- Dawson Casting: 32-year-old Ilana Glazer plays 10 year old E.B.
- Deleted Scene: One scene showing off BADMEN HQ only made it to storyboard.
- Died During Production:
- The last Dr. Seuss adaptation to be directly approved by his widow, Audrey Geisel. Her only involvement was signing over the rights to Ellen DeGeneres before her death in December of 2018, a year before the show debuted.
- Blair Kitchen, Yowza! Animation's animation supervisor, passed away during Season Two's production on January 5, 2020. Unfortunately, much like Season One, his individual name and many animators remained uncredited.
- Dueling Works: With If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, another streaming service-exclusive show that is based on a popular book. Due to this show receiving more widespread attention from both the target demographic and animation enthusiasts, it wins.
- I Want You to Meet an Old Friend of Mine:
- Diane Keaton and executive producer Ellen DeGeneres had previously starred together in Finding Dory.
- Piero Piluso (one of the directors) and Dee Bradley Baker (voice of the Chickeraffe) previously worked on Phineas and Ferb .
- Playing Against Type
- Michael Douglas usually plays dangerous types, characters who are "morally, sometimes fatally flawed". Here, he plays a grouchy and finicky but good-hearted everyman.
- Fred Tatasciore is known for playing big, monsterous brutes. Here he plays the nasally meek Yes-Man.
- Real-Life Relative:
- In the Latin American Spanish dub, Guy's parents are voiced by Jorge Roig Sr. and Rocío Garcel, both married in Real Life.
- Also from the same dub, Eduardo Garza (Sam) is the uncle of Susana Moreno, who voice E.B.
- Schedule Slip: The second season premiere was initially listed as November 5, 2021, but taken off a month later. It ended up premiering in April 2022.
- Screwed by the Lawyers: Animator Andrew Dickman directly called out Warner Bros. for not allowing him to use his animation for the show in his reel, due to a clause in all animation outsourcing contracts stipulating that only studios be credited and not individual artists. He and several other of the show's artists had their reels taken offline as a result.
- Series Hiatus: "The Second Serving" has been confirmed to release in April 2022, meaning it took nearly three years after the first season for it to release.
- Uncredited Role
- While the studios which animated the show are credited - Tonic DNA, Yowza! Animation, Elipsimage and Snipple Animation - for contract reasons, the individual animators are not. As mentioned above, one of the animators was not happy about this.
- "House", "There" and "Anywhere" lack a credit for each episode's voice director.
