As Willy tells her, he'd stuck with Heyward for the long time it took for his career to take off, and then Heyward wanted to dump him the instant he wasn't necessary.
AccidentalMurder.Live Action TV: Features this in the episode "Twenty Two". In it the Villain Protagonist is ecstatic at being arrested for robbing a candy store with a toy gun because he believes it will give him respect and notoriety among his friends. His cell mate is horrified to learn that this is his first offense and pleads with him to apologize and promise not to do it again, but all of his pleas fall on deaf ears. Upon being questioned a second time, the officer asks Twenty Two why he had to hit the man he robbed. Only then does his smug and jovial demeanor start to crack and he tells the officer that he never harmed the owner until he started screaming and wouldn't shut up. He states that all they have to do is go to the hospital and ask him. The officer replies that he can't because the man died from a fractured skull. Twenty-Two enters a state of shock and constantly repeats "I Didn't Mean to Kill Him" while his cellmate says he sure picked a good offense for a first crime.

Just look at the case of "Genie".I'm going to guess that she was "evil" before being institutionalized. Given that we get that quick flashback with a man (father?) lying on the couch dead, having written "Get out of my head" in blood, while she was in the corner. Yeah, I'd say she's always been evil.However, perhaps that was a case of Then Let Me Be Evil, or even I Didn't Mean to Kill Him - she could, after all, have been confined to the basement with minimal contact prior to manifesting that ability, and even then she might not have had strong control over that ability to start with.

Characters.Town Of Salem: Vigilante Man: One of the only two Town roles (Three counting Vampire Hunter) that can kill a target of their choice. Jailor has the added benefit of Roleblocking his target (stopping said person from doing a night action), protecting them from other attacks, and being able to anonymously talk with the convict. Although this can lead to I Didn't Mean to Kill Him moments, when a Witch finds out that you have a high value target in your cell and makes you execute them.
