Kyōko Hikami is a Japanese voice actress who was born in Kobe on January 11, 1969. She was part of the voice actress trio Furil which also consists of Wedding Peach voice castmates Yuko Miyamura and Yukana.
She mostly plays Genki Girls or quiet ladies... though both types tend to have some bite.
