Main Characters
Sarza Zarazell
A Zeltron and member of an old offshoot of the Jedi called the Nue Jedi, Sarza Zarazell is the titular naked Jedi.
- Authority in Name Only: Briefly applies to Sarza after she is declared the head of the Nue Jedi Order as she's literally the only member of the Nue Jedi at the time, although she swiftly gains an apprentice.
- The Empath: One of the racial features of the Zeltron, along with Living Aphrodisiac thanks to their potent Pheromones. It's noted that this is the reason for Zeltrons' reputation as hedonists: negative emotions are unpleasant for them to experience, positive emotions feel good, so they try and encourage positive emotions in the people around them to avoid discomfort. Sarza's sense of the emotions of those around her is key to her perceptions, and noted often in her POV.
- Ethical Slut: Sarza likes having sex, but isn't interested in anything long-term or monogamous. She'll gladly have some play time with anyone who respects her and her conditions, if she's in the mood. Sarza also makes it clear that she only seeks positive sexual encounters rather than sex for the sake of sex, and is put off by darker kinds of attention that make her feel dirty and devalued in contrast to the more genuine appreciation from others, although she is basically open to roleplay in the right circumstances.
- Green-Skinned Space Babe: As a Zeltron, Sarza has bright red-pink skin, and is very beautiful.
- Head-Turning Beauty: With her rose-pink skin, long royal blue hair, lithe yet voluptuous body, and impressive height, Sarza would turn heads if she didn't walk around everywhere stark naked.
- I Shall Taunt You: Sarza learns the Makashi lightsaber Form from Haara's holocron, as Master Haara felt it best suited her. (The Makashi Technique talent allows her to use her Presence instead of Brawn for Lightsaber attacks, and Zeltrons have a bonus to Presence.) Haara explains that Makashi requires making the Form one's own, adding their own style, flair, and panache to it. As seen in her spar with Kael, Sarza does so by teasing her opponents, generally with sexual innuendo.
- Nubile Savage: Despite growing up on a deserted planet with very limited resources, Sarza is gorgeous. This is handwaved away by virtue of her being a Zeltron, whose species hat is essentially Ms. Fanservice. Zeltrons are stated, for example, to be naturally hairless below the neck. Her Robinsonade combined with her Nue Jedi training give her a toned physique (in game terms, her Brawn is 2, strictly average, but her Agility is 3).
- Parental Abandonment: Sarza's mother died in the initial crash, and her father died of complications from his original injuries around a year later.
- Robot Buddy: Early in the story, Sarza rebuilds a droid, SX-99 (Essex). He's pretty much a floating toolbox that permits Sarza to have some gear (a comlink, stimpacks, and a kit to help her build, repair, and modify her lightsaber) while still being naked.
- Shameless Fanservice Girl: As Sarza explains succinctly to Kael when he tries to loan her his robe, not wearing clothes is part of the Nue Jedi philosophy. Sarza feels no qualms about being naked, even among crowds of complete strangers, and actually rather enjoys the lustful feelings her nudity inspires.
- Statuesque Stunner: Zeltrons are noted to be slightly taller than humans on average, and Sarza is above average for a Zeltron female.
- Wrench Wench: Sarza receives a fair amount of mechanical training in addition to her Nue Jedi training. Her Manipulate Force Power and Mental Tools talent from her Artisan specialization let her perform complex repairs without tools; using the Force as her tool.
- Young and in Charge: While Sarza is not an official Jedi Master, she is recognised by the Council as essentially the head of the Nue Jedi Order, authorised to speak on matters of interest to her order.
Meelan Lah
Sarza's apprentice in the ways of the Nue Jedi, Meelan Lah is a Yuuzhan Vong, who desires to be a Nue Jedi because she was unable to draw the loyalty of a Vonduun Crab to serve as her armor. This made other Yuuzhan Vong regard her as something of a failure; Meelan Lah has come to believe no Vonduun Crab bonded with her because it is her destiny to prove she doesn't need one.
- Amazonian Beauty: Meelan Lah, like most Yuuzhan Vong, is taller and more thickly muscled than the average human, and without the scarification the Yuuzhan Vong of old practiced, is rather attractive in her own right.
- Bare-Fisted Monk: Her Steel Hand Adept specialization gives her unarmed combat options in addition to her lightsaber, though her lightsaber is her first resort.
- Deliberate Values Dissonance: A relatively minor example of this comes up as Sarza is instructing Meelan Lah in the ways of the Nue Jedi. While the Yuuzhan Vong no longer seek to deliberately inflict pain on themselves as part of their religion, Meelan Lah is unused to the idea of sex for pleasure, even if she is willing to learn.
- Double Weapon: Her amphisaber functions as a double-bladed lightsaber.
- Full-Name Basis: Because Yuuzhan Vong place great stock in their Domains (essentially extended families/clans), Meelan Lah informs Sarza that it is offensive if she is referred to by other than her full name.
- Organic Technology: Her lightsaber is an "amphisaber," a Yuuzhan Vong biot that is a living creature with organic analogues of the technical bits that make a lightsaber work. It curls around her wrist when not in use, she draws it by having it slither into her hand and stiffen into a rigid hilt. She also has a chlitziwyrm, a Yuuzhan Vong organic comlink that looks like a slug that crawls into her ear.
- Shameless Fanservice Girl: When she approaches Sarza to become a Nue Jedi, Meelan Lah is wearing nothing but a mantle belted at the waist. As soon as Sarza accepts her as an apprentice, Meelan Lah whips the mantle off, showing zero hesitance or embarrassment about going around naked from then on.
- Tattoo as Character Type: While the Yuuzhan Vong no longer practice ritual scarification and mutilation, they do still heavily tattoo themselves. Combined with her impressive muscles, this gives Meelan Lah a much more dangerous, verging on brutal, air than Sarza's lithe sensuality.
Pilot
The Pilot of Meelan Lah's ship, Roh'lah, symbiotically bonded to the living vessel.
- Distinction Without a Difference: Sarza is initially unnerved to learn that Leviathans and Pilots are basically bred to serve, but Pilot points out that it's not all that different from droids being built to serve others.
- Homage: Is pretty much Pilot from Farscape.
Roh'lah
Meelan Lah's living ship, a Yuuzhan Vong creation grown on Zonama Sekot.
- BFG: Mounts a turbolaser in a top turret, something that would normally be impossible for a ship of his size. (The ship construction rules permit it with a costly add-on.)
- Homage: Is basically a scaled-down version of Talyn from Farscape.
- Organic Technology: While the Yuuzhan Vong have discarded the more disturbing parts of their religion, they still prefer organic technology where possible, and so have grown new living ships to replace their old yorik coral craft.
- Sapient Ship: Meelan Lah says Roh'lah is "intelligent, in his way." Roh'lah can really only effectively communicate with Pilot, though.
The Nue Jedi
General
The Nue Jedi split off from the Jedi Order before the Clone Wars, believing the Jedi's focus on non-attachment was hampering their connection to the Force. They left to found their own order, which was destroyed by Palpatine's clone troops. They left behind a Temple and a holocron of their founder.
- Shameless Fanservice Girl: The Nue Jedi believed that, since the Force is created by life, one could connect to it by connecting with the fundamental drive of all life: reproduction. Nudity, sex, and sexuality are key to how the Nue Jedi draw upon the Force.
Master Haara Skybright
The leader and founder of the Nue Jedi.
- Mentor Occupational Hazard: A thousand years before Sarza was even born, Master Haara died along with the rest of her order as part of Palpatine's purge of all things Jedi related. Her holocron survived to teach Sarza, and remains safe in the Nue Jedi Temple.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: While Master Haara went so far as to split from the main Jedi Order when the existing Council rejected the philosophies that led to the creation of the Nue Jedi, once Aayla Secura shows that the current Council are willing to explore her teachings Haara is willing to accommodate them in turn. As a particular example of this, while she would prefer that the Kyber crystals on this planet are exclusively for the Nue Jedi, Haara recognises that such crystals choose their bearers, so if other Jedi find a suitable crystal in the caves they are welcome to keep it.
- Shout-Out: To Haara Brightwater of Vow of Nudity, which greatly inspired The Naked Jedi.
- Spirit Advisor: The original Master Haara Skybright died centuries ago, but Sarza is instructed in the ways of the Nue Jedi by Haara's spirit from a holocron she created.
Jedi Council
General
The Jedi Council leads the Jedi Order, debating and discussing matters of galactic import and trying to help the Empress guide the Second Empire with wisdom and compassion. It is formed from the six wisest and most powerful Jedi Masters in the Order, and four representatives of the Imperial government: the head of the ISB, the Magister of the Justice Committee, the Grand Admiral of the Imperial military, and the Empress' personal Jedi advisor.
- Not-So-Omniscient Council of Bickering: When Sarza first enters the Jedi Council chambers, she senses the residue of many heated arguments, and it is shown that, even when just the Jedi Masters meet, consensus can be difficult to achieve. Adding in the non-Jedi council members adds to the discord.
Jedi Masters
Sanda Skywalker
The Grandmaster of the Jedi Order.
- Heroic Lineage: A direct descendant of Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade.
- Master Swordsman: Considered one of the finest bladesbeings of the Jedi Order.
Linden Solo
A leading member of the Jedi Council.
- Heroic Lineage: He's descended from Jacen Solo.
- Mentor Archetype: He has recently taken over training duties from Sanda Skywalker, instructing those new to the Order on the fundamentals of Jedi philosophy and contacting the Force.
- Young and in Charge: The youngest Jedi Master and Council member in the history of this iteration of the Jedi.
Vedras Shai
The first Yuuzhan Vong Jedi Master and Council Member.
- Four-Star Badass: He's the Jedi Order's battlemaster, the one most knowledgeable about combat and warfare.
- Organic Technology: Wields an amphisaber and wears Vonduun Crabshell armor.
- Tattoo as Character Type: Like all Yuuzhan Vong, his skin is decorated with tattoos. Combined with his size and facility for combat, Sarza describes him as "handsome in a brutal sort of way."
Toras Sebatyne
Sibat Naroon
A Kel Dor Jedi Master.
- The Quiet One: Kael states that Master Naroon doesn't often speak, but what he does say is worth paying attention to.
Aayla Secura
A Jedi Master of no meaningful relation to the Clone Wars era Jedi of the same name.
- Dual Wielding: Uses two blue-bladed lightsabers.
- Generation Xerox: While she's only a distant relative at best, she's pretty much exactly like the original Aayla Secura.
- Green-Skinned Space Babe: A blue-skinned Twi'lek.
- Heroic Lineage: Defied. Aayla is noted to be "no relation" to Clone Wars era Jedi Master Aayla Secura. Kael later admits that she's probably related in some way, just so far removed it isn't relevant.
- Home Nudist: By the end of Sarza's mission to Honoghr, Aayla Secura appears to have basically become this as she explores her interest in the Nue Jedi way; she still wears clothes most of the time, but when Sarza visits Aayla in her rooms, Aayla opens the door naked and invites Sarza and Meelan Lah in.
- Honorary True Companion: Aayla spends a couple of weeks learning from Master Haara and living as a Nue Jedi, but while she acknowledges the positives of the Order and confirms to her satisfaction that they aren't Dark, Aayla doesn't decide to become a permanent follower of the Nue Jedi way herself in the sense that she is going out naked in public.

Kael Skywalker
A Jedi Knight who responded to Sarza's Force distress call and rescued her from Tarizal.
- Friends with Benefits: As Sarza's first sexual partner, he soon accepts this dynamic with her.
- Heroic Lineage: Sanda Skywalker's son, and so also a direct descendant of Luke Skywalker.
- Rescue Introduction: He's aboard a Star Destroyer that tractor beams Sarza's wrecked ship aboard, his appearance is the first she (and the audience) learn about the state of the wider galaxy.
- Rescue Sex: Sarza immediately notes that Kael is quite handsome, and wastes little time "properly thanking" him for coming to save her.
Sixess Larune
A Jedi Knight Sarza meets during her first visit to the Temple.
- Green-Skinned Space Babe: Literally; as a Mirialan, she has green skin.
- Tattoo as Character Type: Sixess has Mirialan diamond tattoos on her face. (Not reflected in her character art, due to the limitations of AI art.)
Clone Army
The Second Galactic Empire
General
The Imperial Remnant stepped up as the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances fell, more often than not finding themselves working with the Jedi to preserve peace and order. As things finally stabilized, a Second Galactic Empire was the de facto new ruling power in the galaxy.
- Democracy Is Flawed: With the failings of the Old Republic, New Republic, and Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, people looked to the Imperial Remnant, and now the Second Empire, to provide security and stability. Though Kael points out that even for an Emperor, ruling every planet in the galaxy is impossible, and most planets are democratic up to the system level. The Imperial system is mostly in place from the sector level up, keeping an eye on any signs of corruption or crime, and the Jedi are watching over the Imperial system for the same.
Empress Leia Naberrie
The ruler of the Second Galactic Empire.
- Every Scar Has a Story: Has a blaster burn scar under her collarbone, earned when she uncovered a conspiracy of corruption. Her dresses almost always leave the scar showing.
- Heroic Lineage: Her name indicates some level of connection to Padmé Amidala Naberrie.
- Right Man in the Wrong Place: How her career started; as part of Naboo's Legislative Youth Program, stumbled on a massive conspiracy of corruption and helped resolve it.
Imperial Paladins
Force-Sensitive bodyguards who serve the Empress.
- My Country, Right or Wrong: When Sarza and Meelan Lah discuss the Paladins, Meelan Lah essentially brings up this point. If the Empress becomes a threat to the Empire, will the Paladins defend the Empire from her, or defend her from the Empire?
- Powered Armor: Imperial Paladins all wear suits of custom power armor to protect themselves and their Empress. This armor serves as their uniform, but there are personal embellishments, mostly in the helmets, that serve to identify individual Paladins.
- Praetorian Guard: Force-Strong, well-trained, and well-equipped bodyguards for the leader of the Second Empire.
- Shout-Out: Inspired by the Judges of Final Fantasy XII. The names of the Paladins so far identified are of Final Fantasy characters, such as Bartz, Golbez, Vaan, and Aeris.
