Scarlet the Bandit King from Armello. My favorite of all twenty four playable characters, and not just because she's a fox. Scarlet's stats are by far the most rounded of the player characters, which makes her ideal for any of the four victory conditions. Coupled with her special ability to gain a new recruit every time she saves a settlement, and being in the Bandit Clan whose rings have incredibly useful effects, such as constant stealth in settlements day and night, gaining Prestige for killing a guard (you usually lose Prestige for doing that, imagine becoming famous for murdering a cop), and moving through mountains without a movement penalty, and Scarlet is by far the most versatile of all possible characters.

But to answer your question, that's Yoh Shirono. While he's originally from the music video of Ano Ko Secret (by the artist E_ve), he also makes a brief debut in MECHA-UDE as one of the Protagonist's classmates.

A random guy from Aku no Hana anime rotoscope version. Got this as a pfp because well... I think Rotoscope is an underrated animation technique and Aku no Hana got lambasted because of the use of rotoscope and I feel bad for the studio tbh

An abusive vet running an animal shelter of questionable quality alongside a pair of dogcatchers, Applecheek joins the many foes trying to catch Tom, Jerry and Robyn after Aunt Figg places a $1 million bounty on her.

Kotaro Tatsumi, the manager of the zombie idol group Franchouchou who resurrected the girls to make them an idol group. Hilariously hammy and can be a jerk, but still cares about the girls and offers advice and help at times

Alcott Grimsley, the protagonist of The World in Deeper Inspection. He is a detective, working to help the deceased move on in peace. His knife’s edge efficiency can oftentimes land him into a variety of sometimes disastrous but mostly unexpected situations, which are made worst by his struggle (both personally and professionally) to adapt parallel with humanity’s advancement into modernity.

That’s Crash Fever‘s version of Cthugha, a person who’s mostly well known for being a Yandere to Nyarlathotep and wanted to burn the entirety of the Virtual World of ALICE down because Nyarlathotep sided with the Player Character, though after the Cthulhu Mythos arc ended, she isn’t that much of a Yandere anymore.

Mr. Toad, The Dragon to Professor Pyg (the previous avatar) in Beware the Batman. Unlike in the comics, Pyg and Toad are Affably Evil eco-terrorists. While I've only seen a few clips from this show, I like this portrayal of the two.

In a world where cryptids and hidden horrors run amok, this not evidently human, somewhat Francophile masked Abominable Snowman runs the extremely popular TV show Weird World, identifying cryptids (as many as eight thousands!), testing out cryptid venom and collecting various artifacts and memorablia. Of course, Weird World is just a front for V.V. Argost's quest to capture the ancient and extremely powerful cryptid Kur, which is why the Secret Scientists - our protagonists included - must keep him and his minions from interfering with the horrors at bay.

Kimahri Ronso. He is a Ronso (anthropomorphic cat beings) who was alienated from his own people after being unable to honorably accept defeat in a duel, which resulted in his horn being broken. He has been Yuna's protector since just after her father defeated Sin as part of a promise he made to a dying samurai.

Hajime Nagumo, the protagonist of an edgy Isekai anime called Arifureta. Basically he's an Isekai version of Kaneki Ken from Tokyo Ghoul after he got abandoned by his classmate and left to die getting eaten by the monsters. He Took a Level in Badass after that incident.
