Lets start this off, its all Decade's fault.

And you can be pretty sure Shocker (more like Dai-Shocker) has a role in this too.

Yuta Mochizuki will return as Kouji Segawa (Kamen Rider J) (and maybe Geki as well).
He's already returning as Geki in Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters, now here's the oppurtunity to reprise his Rider role. Also since 2014 is 20 years since Kamen Rider J was released, it would fit in with the anniversary homages in this movie (5th - Decade/W, 10th - 555, 20th - J, 30th - ZX, 40th - X).- Jossed.

The Orphenoch King will return
Since both Faiz and Kaixa are returning as themselves and the Arch Orphnoch wasn't killed at the end of 555 and put into a Convenient Coma, perhaps it's time to follow up on this plot point.- If we're counting flashbacks then yes.
The Space Sheriffs and Kikaider will make a cameo.
- Jossed - maybe they're waiting for a new Zubat to create a new version of the rare hero lineup from OOO - Den-O - All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Rider.
Narutaki will finally be dealt with.
Decade posed the question of who he was in Super Hero Taisen, and the latest issue of Figure-Oh suggests that Narutaki will indeed appear.- Appears, yes. Dealt with, no.
- Narutaki was/is seen slightly on good terms with Decade and claimed that he is an ally of the Kamen Riders which can be assumed that he was dealt with offscreen which then leads to Narutaki going through a sort of Heel–Face Turn.

- The closest we get is ToQ-Oh with the DenLiner since they conveniently have an actual train.
A new Lockseed(s) (Showa Riders / More Heisei Riders / Sentai) will appear.
Confirmed! The mysterious Kamen Rider Fifteen is confirmed to have not only the Lockseeds for Wizard and Fourze, but also new ones for Gaim and Decade! And we still don't know if he has more... Not only will Great Leader be the Big Bad but he will have a new form as well.
- More likely due to the presence of the Badan Empire. In the ZX TV special, the Great Leader appeared as the Generalissimo of Badan, a giant ghostly skull. Hell, we could even see Susanoo.
The one behind it all is Ouren Pierre Alfonso.
He has pitted the Heisei and Showa Riders against each other so he can join the Rider War and fight not just the other Armored Riders but all the past Riders as well, he will then challenge the Super Sentai teams before proceeding to defeat Dai-Shocker thus ensuring that Kamen Rider Bravo is given the recognition he deserves as the Uchuu Saidai no Superhero (Greatest Superhero in the Universe). "C'est bon! Merci, merci!"- Jossed, not even a mention. Sad, really.
There will be more returning Actors
However, since filming is apparently done, they'll be voice only. Likely returns include Nigo, V3, Black/RX, Agito, Blade Riders, and the Taros.- Well Momotaros is definitely in there.
There will be more secondary riders
Kaito and Kusaka are confirmed for the time being, however neither of them seem to be around for the climatic scene, so perhaps around that time we'll see a few only the 'main' secondary riders fighting elsewhere.- Jossed.
Gaim will get a movie-exclusive form.
That this movie has a Kamen Rider of its own (something which didn't happen in the previous two Super Hero Taisens) is a surprise so it could well be.- Confirmed with Ichigo Arms.
The Generalissimo of Badan (AKA Great Leader) will appear.
- Confirmed.
Kamen Rider Cyclone will appear.
The preview shows Kamen Rider Joker fighting Black and Black RX, so Philip can change into Cyclone to even the score.- Sadly jossed - Phillip doesn't even get a mention.
Team-ups for the finishing blow
Gaim and Ichigo against Fifteen, ZX and Decade against Ambassador Darkness/Southern Cross, Faiz and X against..Kaiza? Assuming we have another robot fight it'll be ToQoh using Gaim arms- If a recent toy ad is any indication, ToQ-Oh will not be combining with Gaim. It'll be using Den-Liner.
- The Gaim and Ichigo one is almost spot on - Gaim obtains the brand new "Ichigo Arms", giving him Kamen Rider Ichigo's abilities.
Kamen Rider G will make a cameo
Because he's a Rider too!- Jossed. Besides, he's only supposed to be, at best, a parody of Kamen Rider.
The Kyoryugers and Tokkyugers will each take a Kamen Rider era team's side.
- Jossed. First of all, the only Kyoryuger to appear is Daigo. Second, he and the Tokkyugers don't even show up until after the Showa and Heisei Riders have joined forces and are battling against the Badan Empire. Third and most important of all, their only appear as a means of helping the Kamen Riders defeat the Badan leader in its giant tyrannosaurus form with their Transforming Mecha. After that, they disappear for the remainder of the movie.
If they appear, the Gokaigers will change into the last 6 Heisei Kamen Riders.
I'm guessing Red as Decade, Blue as Gaim, Yellow as Wizard, Green as Double, Pink as Fourze, and Silver as OOO.- Jossed.
- Jossed and to be precise, the Gokaigers didn't appear at all.
The Ambassador Darkness is ZX in disguise.
- Confirmed.
Shotaro has a reason for using Joker rather then W
Specifically, it's to try and scupper Badan's plans. It seems Badan's aim is to get all the Rider's defeated and take their Lock Seeds, So Shotaro, in case he's defeated, is using Joker so they can't get W's Lock Seed.- Jossed. Joker is still turned into the Double Lockseed when he and Black take each other out in the final battle.
The last surviving Riders
The first few minutes have been leaked which, in a flashforward, show Kabuto defeating Stronger, Skyrider defeating Kabuto, Fourze (in Rocket States) defeating Skyrider, J (in Jumbo Formation) defeating Fourze, and then Kota henshins into Gaim and fights J using Suika arms. Assuming the logical progression , Gaim will presumably defeat J, so that's 6 Riders out and turned into Lock Seeds. We also know that Joker and Baron will fight Black and RX, and regardless of what happens to Baron, Ryugen and Zangetsu, Joker probably defeats RX. I reckon, either before or after this climatic scene leading to Gaim fighting J, Super-1, Shin, ZO, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Blade, Hibiki and Den-O will have been defeated. Then, as we've seen some evidence of picture wise, Rider 1, 2, V3, Riderman, X, Amazon and Black will go up against, Gaim, Wizard, OOO, Joker, Decade, Kiva and Faiz. During this battle Fifteen will show up and defeat most of the Riders, leaving Gaim the last RiderExcept for the fact that ZX will not be getting turned into a Lock Seed, and is probably doing something in Badan's base leading to the Lock Seeding being undone, but not before Badan successfully creates the Heisei Rider Lock Seed using the ones thay have.- Mostly confirmed up to the final battle. But instead of Fifteen, the surviving seven Showa and Heisei Riders take each other down leaving Gaim the last standing. Fifteen doesn't pop up until Ambassador Darkness reveals himself to be Ryo Murasame (ZX) in disguise.
Kaixa is actually Back for the Dead
The teasers have Faize with a burning blue thingy that could be an Orphenoch death.- Jossed. He does appear, but it's as a ghost.
Now that the movie has been released, WMGs for the inevitable NEXT Super Hero Taisen movie
- Serial Escalation being in full effect, the next film will be a Crisis Crossover not just between Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Metal Heroes, but also an unexpected return of Madan Senki Ryukendo.
- The Super Sentai involvement will be due to the return of either Jaden Sentai Nejiranger or Dark Buster, with either villain(s) hijacking the Shadow Line for unknown purposes, forcing the ToQgers to put a stop to them, with cameos from past sentai teams including (but not limited to) the Kyoryugers (to justify another appearance of the Kyoryu Ressha), the Go-Busters (in order to have an excuse to make a new Ressha), or the Gokaigers (possibly even using the GoGoFive Great Power, so we could see the original Train Mecha of Super Sentai fighting alongside it's successor.
- The Kamen Rider involvement will be due to Kamen Rider Nega Den-O returning, gaining his own Climax Form (utilizing the powers of the other Den-O movie Riders), and attacking Gaim, Baron, and Zangetsu, forcing them to team up and eventually receive help from Den-O himself (or New Den-O), along with possible cameos from the rest of the 2nd Phase Heisei Riders...and Decade.
- Metal Heroes involvement to be discussed later
- The involvement of Ryukendo will be due to yet another incarnation of Shocker awakening a previously unheard of Jamanga general and executing a plan to reopen the Power Spot and harvest Minus Energy from all over the world, forcing the Madan Warriors out of their retirement from superhero duty.
- The conclusion of this movie may involve:
- The returning Gokaigers gaining new keys, allowing them to transform into the Madan Warriors, the rebooted Kikaider (as a nod to his appearance in Gaim), and Inazuman (as a nod to his appearance in Movie War Ultimatum)
- Gaim, Baron, and Zangetsu obtaining new Lock Seeds which let them access Super Sentai Arms, Metal Hero Arms, and Madan Warrior Arms, respectively.
- The Madan Warriors gaining new keys and becoming Super Sentai Ryukendo, Kamen Rider Ryuguno, and Metal Hero Ryujino, respectively.
- Jossed, at least on Ryukendo, due to it being a product of Takara Tomy, and Bandai won't allow them to come on over to the movie.
- Alternatively, it could be a collaboration of Sentai, Riders, and Ultraman (the three franchises have already teamed up in special events). In particular, if they didn't feel like it would be too much of a retread of the first Taisen, it could have the Gokaigers, Decade, and Ultraman Ginga (S) teaming up at once!
- Very likely jossed for Ultraman as well, since the Ultra Series' a product of another company, Tsuburaya Productions.
- A triple hero movie consisting of the latest entires of Kamen Rider, Digimon (if it does have a series by then) and Pretty Cure. In 3D.
- A Sentai consisting of the current red and the other four being hero/heroine from other series like Kamen Rider.
- All of the above are jossed - what ended up happening was that they used the idea of Shocker creating a Kamen Rider 3 for a rider to fight the Double Riders.
There will be a Super Sentai Taisen film.
Since Toei has now done a Super Hero Taisen movie dedicated almost entirely to Kamen Rider, it would only seem fair that they do the same thing for Super Sentai, their other Cash-Cow Franchise.- Still jossed for now until they decided to do it. The closest we have for such a film was in Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle though no other heroes like Kamen Riders and Metal Heroes appeared in it.
- Well, depending on your point of view, Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero Taisen does kind of fit the bill of a "Super Sentai Taisen" movie, since we do see Sentai teams fighting one another. Although still jossed in the sense that it mainly focuses on Sentai, since it seems that there's going to be an equal focus on riders and rangers.
