Renato Novara (born January 21, 1977) is an Italian dubbing voice actor. He's known as the Italian voice of Ted of How I Met Your Mother, and the second voice of Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece, replacing Luigi Rosa. He is frequenty cast as the main character.
