Amabel dos Santos Cezar, best known as Mabel Cezar, is a Brazilian voice actress and voice director. One of the most prominent female voices in Brazilian dub, especially from Rio polo, she started her career in dubbing at 18, and attended a voice acting course and became famous from the 2000s forward. Some of her earliest iconic roles include Jessie in Toy Story 2 and Little Lulu. She's also associated with Jay Kyle from My Wife and Kids and the protagonist of the Mexican telenovel Rubi, and is the current voice of Princess Leia (having started in 2015 when the Original Trilogy was redubbed) and Minnie Mouse. Her voice is frequently associated with Deadpan Snarkers and firm, stern authority figures.
She's bisexual and married to fellow voice actress Rayane Immediato. Together, they founded the Sociedade Brasileira de Dublagem (roughly "Brazilian Dubbing Society"). He daughter Luiza Cezar is also a voice actress.
