    Blitzo
As a running gag, Blitzo will lose his phone in every episode and replace it in the next
In the pilot, he feeds it to Loona. In the first episode, he has a new one and leaves it behind after their job. Every episode Blitzo could lose his phone because of Stolas.
  • While hard to say for certain in the series as a whole, it seems to be a pattern so far. In addition to losing his phone in the woods in episode 1 due to Stolas's untimely call, in episode 2 Blitzo excitedly smashes his phone to pieces (seemingly by accident, based on his expression afterwards) while hanging up after being promised a big paycheck from Stolas for agreeing to be his bodyguards for his day out with his daughter, Octavia.

Blitzo is borderline illiterate due to being severely undereducated
The billboard he commissioned is full of errors thanks to him using a text-to-speech device. Now, one could write this off as him being lazy or careless, but his business clearly means the world to him and he takes his job very seriously, even going so far as to sleep with someone he's clearly not attracted to so he could obtain the book that would make his company work. Speaking of said book, Blitzo gets offended when Stolas calls it a grimoire, not understanding what he meant and thinking he was insulting him. To him, a book is a book, no more, no less, and calling it by a fancy name only confuses him. And once he has this incredibly powerful item in his possession, he uses it to... start a small business. Not take over territory or make himself more powerful. Clearly, despite his ambition, he's relatively straightforward and humble. He couldn't imagine himself ruling over anything; to him, success means making money and having a happy family.
Now, let's tie this in with what else we know about Blitzo. We know that he grew up in the circus, so it's entirely possible he didn't have much formal education. And we also know that he's not the one who operates the book, Loona is.
Conclusion? Blitzo can't read or write properly. It's Loona, not him, who uses the book, since she can make better use of it than him, due to being able to actually read it. He also comes from a lower-class background, and is motivated by wanting to make sure those he considers family end up in a better position.
  • As an extension of the above theory, given how much Blitzo loves his daughter and/or pet, it's entirely possible that he tried to make sure she got the education he never had the opportunity to receive, so she could enjoy a better life than the one he was able to provide her with growing up. It might also explain why he made her his receptionist: he thinks her education makes her more presentable than him, so he's hoping that she might be able to pull customers in.
  • Another extension of the theory: Mrs. Mayberry is not paying the full price with cash but Blitzo's part is paid by doing him a favor: she promised she will give him education he has been missing and fill the holes in his knowledge.
  • He also regularly misspells basic words on his Instagram.
  • This probably explains "Loona" too, he might have been trying to name her after Princess Luna but couldn't remember how it was spelled.
  • The part about undereducation is somewhat Jossed in Episode 6, as according to Blitzo's own testimony, he actually went to a college, which he proceeded to drop out of for unknown reasons.

Blitzo's behavior towards his employees stems from a bad experience with his biological family.
There are hints that Blitzo used to work in the circus with his sisters, and he insists on treating his employees as family, while also exhibiting behaviors such as doting on Loona and bothering Moxxie and Millie outside of work. Considering that family is such an important thing to Blitzo, it's almost a little odd that the only indication of his biological family is a lone poster...unless it turns out that family wasn't always important to Blitzo, and he had a falling-out with his sisters or other family because of it. If, perhaps, Blitzo is on bad terms with his biological family because he didn't pay enough attention to them in the past, that would explain why he now pays a little too much attention to his new "family."
  • I agree with 99% of this but I think it'll turn out Blitzo's experience with his family will be his Freudian Excuse and it'll mark his loss of innocence.

Blitzo's dropped cell phone will be important later
Seriously, a demon dropped his cell phone while on Earth and left it behind. That really does seem like a plot point.
  • Considering the second episode, it's looking more like a Running Gag.

There will be a Running Gag of Blitzo's cell phone being lost or destroyed while he's talking to Stolas on it
It happened in both the pilot and the first episode. Maybe one reason I.M.P is having financial difficulties is because Blitzo has to keep buying new, replacement cell phones.
  • Continued in episode 2

Blitzo used to be part of a circus
There are several posters implying such in the office, and during the Flashback Within a Flashback that shows Blitzo stealing a grimoire from Stolas, we can see that his body is covered in polka-dots. Finally, Blitzo's office door has the "o" crossed out, as though it originally wasn't silent. It's also somewhat implied by Billie calling Blitzo "a selfish, greedy clown".
  • One of said posters seemed to be for an act with him and a sister named Barbie, suggesting it was a family business. That might be why his father crushed his musical theater dreams, and would explain why he wants his employees to be like family so badly.
  • Confirmed, he was a clown at Loo Loo Land's circus, who got shown up by a robot. And the "o" was not silent when he worked there.

Blitzo and Stolas first met at Loo Loo Land
Since Blitzo worked there at the time Stolas and his family frequented the park, it seems pretty likely.
  • Jossed: Blitz and Stolas met as kids at a different circus

Blitzo's white markings are the result of some infernal counterpart to vitiligo
Self-explanatory, really.
  • Jossed. "Oops" reveals that they're burn scars.

Blitzo is part succubus/incubus
While we don't yet know if different kinds of demons can interbreed, it would explain how he managed to seduce at least two people who are out of his league in multiple ways.
  • Not confirmed yet, but we know that hellborn demon hybrids exist (Striker, some of Crimson's goons).
  • If you look closely at his photo with his sister Barbie and their mother Tilla, you can see that Tilla doesn't have stripes on her horns like other female imps (look at Millie or her own daughter Barbie). This could've been a production mistake, but it's also possible that it's ment to imply that Tilla is a hybrid, or she's not an imp at all, but prehaps a succubus or a demon type we haven't seen yet. In "Harvest Moon Festival", Striker tells Blitzo something along the lines of "Both of us know that we're superior to the most of our kind". Striker also appears to be a hybrid due to his tall stature, pale skin and stripes on the white of his eyes, which might mean that he's an imp/shark demon hybrid. He can tell that Blitzo isn't just an imp either, and sees them both as superior to lowly "pureblood" imps who are the bottom of the barrel of Hell's chierarchy.
    • Tilla being a hybrid might also explain why Barbie has male-sized horns with a female stripe pattern—male imps tend to have larger, curling horns where females have straighter, smaller horns. Barbie having hybrid DNA might have given her some sort of genetic quirk that gave her different horns.

Blitzo used to be a sex worker
He had to make ends meet somehow in the time between giving up performing and setting up I.M.P. And his resentment at the mere possibility of being seen as a "day hooker" seemingly implies he may have actually been one at some point, and he's not proud of the fact. That may be how he met Verosika and/or Stolas.
  • Since he's a massive pervert, it's possible he took it up under the belief that it would be fun, only for things to not go the way he wanted them to.
  • Let's just hope he wasn't working for Valentino...
    • Jossed, it's confirmed he used be a circus clown.
      • That doesn't mean he couldn't also have been a sex worker at some point.
      • or at the same point, as we see at least Robo-Fritz pulls double duty

Blitzo is well connected
While he is far from an important person in Hell, Blitzo is hinted to have connections to several figures in Hell that're further up in the hierarchy than himself, but he cannot use these connections for much. While Stolas and Verosika are the most obvious, there's hints that he knows other prominent demons as well. Based on the drawing he has of Sir Pentious note  or his comments about Fizzaroli, it is implied he knows them personally. Additionally, his presence in Katie Killjoy's studio in the Hazbin Hotel pilot requires him to, at the very least, know someone within the studio. Surprisingly, the fact that Blitzo wears a Halloween costume in the studio could also give off the impression that it is a social visit and not simply being part of the regular crowd like Moxxie (who's shown in silhouette).
  • Confirmed that he knows Fizzarolli personally, as they go all the way back to childhood. But their relationship turned extremely sour at some point.

Blitzo does care about Stolas, but is scared Stolas only sees him as a sex object.
In his hallucination during "Truth Seekers", Blitzo sees hallucination!Stolas sitting on a shining golden throne, high above him, as opposed to Moxie, Striker, Fizzarolli, and Veroskia all being down in the tarry mud, drawn in different styles. The sludge covering Blitzo is cleaned away as he ascends the stairs, but he's also fitted with manacles the farther up he goes. By the time he reaches the top, he also gets a collar and is pulled into hallucination!Stolas' lap, looking uncomfortable and helpless as hallucination!Stolas strokes his chin. Right around this point, hallucination!Moxxie is talking about how Blitzo doesn't know anything about how intimacy really works while simultaneously craving it, and then hallucination!Stolas vanishes in a flash of light.

In the previous episode, Striker's comments about how Stolas only views Blitzo as a plaything seemed to be the one thing that really shook him, and his hallucination is that fear made manifest - that he really is just whoring himself out for favors from a privileged noble who sees him as nothing more than an amusement, and will abandon him once his novelty has worn off. Whether Stolas is just using Blitzo, or genuinely cares about him (there's more evidence leaning towards the latter, but the series isn't over yet), remains to be seen.

Blitzo was in a relationship with either Fizz or a robot version of him at some point
Much of their dialogue is filled with innuendos, and Fizz has a broken heart in Blitzo's hallucination... much like Verosika.

Blitzo will try and repay Verosika for what he did to her
While it's not likely that they'll reconcile, Blitzo may try and try to at least mend the fence with his ex by repaying her the money he stole, if not for her sake or for his own bad conscience, then to make sure Verosika doesn't target his crew again (like with Moxxie).

One way to do this is to grant Verosika shares in I.M.P and that way repay her gradually, which means she has an economical incentive not to sabotage the company, with the added bonus of also being able to get on Blitzo's nerves.

Another is for Blitzo to speak with Stolas (with some heavy Sex-for-services involved) and have him become Verosika's benefactor, as Stolas is both rich, powerful (politically and magically) and can freely open portals between Hell and the Living world.

Blitzo left his family on bad terms
Following Blitzo's pattern of destroying relationships by pushing people away, he might have gotten into an argument with his mother and sister which lead to him quitting the double-act with Barbie and leaving the circus, but not before saying something hurtful like how he hated them or that he wished they weren't family. Blitzo's mom passed away before he could get a chance to apologize and Barbie has since cut him out of her life or is too preoccupied with rehab to give him the time of day.

Blitzo knew Moxxie before starting I.M.P
One of the pictures on Blitzo's phone shows the day Moxxie got hired, but the way Blitzo is holding the card seems to indicate that it was also the day I.M.P was officially founded and recognized as a business. This implies that Moxxie was hired right when the company started, which in turn implies that he and Blitzo knew each other beforehand.
  • Seemingly confirmed: "Exes and oos" shows that the two met in prison right after Moxxie got busted in a heist that went wrong that he did for his mob family. As for why Blitzo was there, we currently don't know.

Blitzo adopted Loona so he could have someone in his life who couldn't leave him
Knowing how desperate he is for connections, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to imagine him adopting an orphan who's not only a member of a marginalized community, but also on the verge of getting kicked out of the foster system. Someone in that position would, in all likelihood, have to choose between being adopted by him or ending up homeless, especially someone without any friends like Loona. And since Loona has no support system outside of him, considering he's also her employer, she has no choice but to live with him. Moreover, since Blitzo adopted her, he thinks he's entitled to control her life despite her being a legal adult. For all her faults, Loona isn't stupid, and she no doubt at least suspects Blitzo adopted her for selfish (albeit understandable) reasons, but she has no other option than putting up with him. That's not to say they don't care about each other, but their relationship is undoubtedly a very toxic one built on a shaky foundation. Sooner or later, they will have to address this.

Blitzo killed Loona's biological parents
Loona came from Hell's answer to a Mafia family, and Blitzo did some hits for them as a side job. At one point, Loona's father betrayed Blitzo and he killed Loona's family in retaliation. After finding out that his former boss had a daughter, he took her in out of a mix of regret and pity. Either Loona doesn't know that Blitzo orphaned her, or Loona's father was so abusive that she didn't care.
  • Jossed, Blitzo adopted her from a Hellhound orphanage.

Blitzo adopted Loona shortly after his breakup with Verosika.
  • When Verosika and Blitzo re-meet, one of her first jabs directed at him is that she "should've known he'd be there when she heard the Amber Alerts". It's unlikely she would know or particularly care about Eddie (the child from the pilot) unless she was paying that much attention to human news. One potential alternative is that she knew about Loona, or at least the fact that Blitzo had adopted not long after the split. And given that Loona was not yet 18 when the adoption went through, its a low but easy blow she could've made. Even if not in a romantic sense, she may have been angry about the fact that immediately after the breakup Blitzo put all his energy and attention towards a much younger girl. And for an additional level of humor, Blitzo's adoption of Loona can be seen as a parallel of how some people adopt dogs or other pets after particularly bad breakups.

Blitzo will be forced to make a choice between Stolas and the Grimoire
And after agonizing about it, he'll choose Stolas. From then on, they'll need to rely on Stolas for portals.

Blitzo became evil because his mother was killed
That could be on why Blitzo became the way he is in the series.

Before the events of the series, it could be possible that sometime before he met Moxxie and formed IMP (Immediate Murder Professionals), a criminal likely got her killed or she passed away over a sickness. That could be why since at the end of episode 7 “OZZIES”, the last photo that Blotzo was looking at on his phone was a photo of him with his sister and their mother with cups they have made for her, which made him sadly in tears.

Blitzo would now have trouble talking and seeing Stolas

After what happened in “Western Energy”, Blitzo would have trouble visiting Stolas in the hospital. He would hold a huge amount of guilt for not taking the kidnapping seriously and Stolas getting badly hurt because of it. It would also most likely remind him of what happened with Fizz when he lost his limbs.]]

Western Energy was now a wake-up call
It’s both a wake-up call for Blitzo and Stolas. Stolas will now realize getting kidnap isn’t a fairy tale game and due to his “crying wolf”, it was tough for Blitzo to take it seriously. With Blitzo, he would now realize it doesn’t matter if Stolas is a prince with money and strong powers, he can still get hurt and killed like everybody else.

Blitzo is blacklisted from getting an Asmodean crystal
Succubi and Incubi use Asmodean crystals to travel between Hell and Earth, and we saw that Barbie has one despite not being a succubus (WMGs about her heritage notwithstanding) and working in Sloth. So it's not unreasonable to suppose that Asmodeus sells or leases crystals to non-Lust demons, or at least businesses that have something to do with the human world. If so one wonders why Blitzo didn't just buy a crystal instead of going so far as to steal a Goetic prince's grimoire. The most likely answer is that Fizz convinced Asmodeus to blacklist him out of spite from whatever happened between them.
  • Confirmed in "Oops." Asmodeus refuses Stolas' request for a crystal for Blitzo specifically because Fizz hates him.

The reason Blitzo's o is silent
In the episode THE CIRCUS shows young Fizzarolli calling blitzo with the O pronounced but Blitzo doesn't seem to mind when they played as kids . Since that the older Blitzo and Fizzarolli are now enemies, Blitzo hates the O pronounced as a reminder of the broken friendship.

Another reason is that Blitzo with the O pronounced reminds him of Cash Buckzo

Blitzo hired both Moxxie and Millie to IMP in hopes of getting them to fall for him
It's already shown he's interested in sleeping with both of then and he's cripplingly lonely, so it's possible that he hired them both in hopes of getting them to enter into a relationship with him. Thus, it would be an even bigger blow to his self esteem, that not only did neither fall for him, but they fell in love with each other.

Blitzo's character development will culminate in him pronouncing the "o" in his name again
To show that he can finally at least try to move past his trauma, Blitzo will start using the old pronunciation of his name again. On a meta level, this will turn out to be why the o is silent as opposed to being outright removed.

Blitzo has a cluster B disorder, most likely Histrionic.
Not due to the murder thing - not all cluster B people are violent, that part's because he's a demon and it's a Bloody Hilarious show. However, he does have a clear lack of empathy (though he's not lacking in sympathy for those few individuals he cares about) or concern for boundaries, both his own and others. While he does protect Fizz from Arick, that could be taken more as possessiveness, and he initiates sex with a drunk Stolas, is annoyed but not really frightened despite the very risky power imbalance when Stolas originally makes unexpected advances back, stalks Moxxie and Millie to a terrifying degree, asks them invasive questions, masturbates with dolls of them in the office where they could easily walk in on him, treats Loona like she's a little kid though she obviously hates that, and doesn't even try to be polite to the clients who he's supposed to be trying to get to pay him. He also shrugs off nearly being killed multiple times or being beaten up by his own daughter, but flies into a murderous rage over a stolen parking space, despite it being arguably karma since he originally stole Verosika's car. This is all obviously Doylistically played for laughs, but Watsonially, a lot of these traits match up to personality disorders, especially the lack of ability to judge between different levels of being wronged. Melodramatic reactions, hypersexual behaviour, and trying to insert himself into relationships he's not a part of suggest HPD specifically. As for how he got this way, well, cluster B is usually spawned by severe early childhood trauma combined with genetic predisposition. The circus fire was way too late in his youth to be the root of the issue, though it certainly didn't help his mental health in general. Going back to before that, though, Cash Buckzo demonstrates a complete lack of empathy or caring for Blitzo, being willing to rent him out to a stranger for the day for five dollars and a condom. The genetic predisposition seems to be there, and emotional neglect that severe might be enough to cause a personality disorder, but there might be even more serious Fridge Horror causes. If Cash did that once, he'd be willing to again, and what would a lot more people want to do when renting out time with a vulnerable kid than have him hang out with their son?

    Moxxie
Moxxie's parents were murdered
In the pilot, Moxxie claims he had a dream about his parents being murdered. That in itself doesn't necessarily mean anything, but his behavior in "Murder Family" suggests it may have been more than just a random nightmare. He was very reluctant to kill Martha in part because she had children and showed a lot of concern for said children's future and wanted to give them a chance.
  • Jossed for his father. Very likely confirmed for his mother unlike you believe she's just hiding.

Alternatively, Moxxie's parents are/were abusive
It would explain why he wanted to go back to dreaming about them being murdered.
  • Confirmed for his father. Jossed for his mother who was a good parent.

Moxxie dotes on Millie so much because she's the first romantic partner he's had and she's the only person who's given him any degree of positive reinforcement
He clearly had a bad relationship with his parents, since he has pleasant dreams about them being murdered, and there's no real indication of any other friends or relatives beyond Millie. And he's clearly desperately insecure, as seen how he takes Loona's weight-loss fax and gets riled up by her and Blitzo's dick jokes. Add to that the "Virginity Rocks" t-shirt Blitzo finds in his closet and it's pretty clear that before he met Millie he was probably pathetically lonely or such.
  • Moxxie didn't say that dreaming of his parents getting murdered was pleasant. The joke is that having such a terrible nightmare is preferable to having Blitzo stalk him and his wife to the point of watching them while they sleep.
  • Jossed with the "Millie was his first partner part", because as of "Exes and oos" it's shown that he was in a relationship with Chaz, one of the enforcers of his father's mob. There is a chance that Millie was his first healthy relationship though.

Moxxie comes from a different part of the wrath ring
Maybe a literal Urban Hellscape. It would explain why he's so different from the other inhabitants we see; just compare different parts of Texas.
  • That would explain why he has a different accent.
  • Partially Jossed: Moxxie appeared to be raised in the Greed Ring by his mob father, but his mother was from Wrath and he identifies much more with his mother's side of the family and "culture". It's unclear if he has any other family there and if he's met them before.

Moxxie's family is wealthy
He has an appreciation for fine art, usually wears formal attire, is knowledgeable enough for it to be plausible he had a good education, doesn't have much in the way of physical strength (implying he has no experience with the kind of labor-intensive jobs many imps seem to have), and never went to the very cheap Loo Loo Land despite being experienced enough with amusement park mascots to know they creep him out. Maybe his parents run some successful weapons business, maybe they own a plantation, or maybe he was adopted by upper-crust demons. As for why he's working for Blitzo and living in a dingy apartment, it's possible he had a major falling out with his parents that forced him to find his own way in the world without their financial support. There are some hints that he might have abandonment issues, after all.
  • It's also possible that his parents were live-in servants for some high-class household. Maybe he's the son of a security guard and a personal musician.
  • Confirmed: His father is a mob boss and Moxxie was raised in wealth while recieving gun training to be a valuable asset for his family once he grows up. He left the family on bad terms after a heist that went wrong and he doesn't keep in contact.

Moxxie is on the Autism spectrum
This is in no way an expert opinion and it relies on rudimentary observations, but there do seem to be signs. He avoids direct eye contact most of the time, gets nervous meeting new people, displays certain repetitive movements (especially when he's anxious), talks at length about preferred subjects without noticing that other people aren't interested, uses facts and statistics as conversation starters, has trouble with nonverbal cues, and uses overly formal or technical language in casual conversation. Some standout examples of these include monologuing at length to Millie's parents and only stopping when she signals him and his inability to understand that Striker was threatening him during their first confrontation in the farmhouse.

Moxxie joined I.M.P before getting together with Millie
We see Blitzo looking at some pictures on his phone that seem to be shown in reverse chronological order, and the picture of him with Millie and Moxxie comes before the picture of him hiring Moxxie. This suggests that he knew Moxxie before he knew Millie. At the start of the business, it was likely just Blitzo, Moxxie, and maybe Loona, so the two of them were probably closer than they are now, even if they still had their arguments. Moxxie might've been one of the few friends Blitzo had at that point. But him falling for Millie and eventually marrying her inevitably meant he would spend less time with Blitzo, causing him to feel lonely again, along with a mixture of envy at their relationship and a desire to experience it vicariously. Though he does like Millie as a friend, which prevents him from being too resentful of the time she spends with Moxxie, hence why he keeps trying to intrude on their relationship.
  • Seemingly confirmed: He was thrown in jail after a heist that went wrong and which likely ended his relationship with Chaz. There seemed to be no time for him to meet Millie before, since he met Blitzo in prison and they started I.M.P right after getting out.

Moxxie will quit working for I.M.P
Temporarily, of course. After the events of "Ozzie's", Blitzo, now desperate for affection and comfort and unwilling to talk to Stolas (and deep down, feeling jealous of M&M's stable relationship), will go too far in his usual bullying of Moxxie and he'll finally quit, with Milly following suit. Then all he'll have left will be Loona, and if "Spring Broken" is any indication, that relationship on the rocks too.

Moxxie will have his own version of Striker
Specifically, an antagonist will be interested in recruiting Moxxie, especially with Moxxie's exceptional intelligence compared to most other imps. They will of course remind him of how much he's humiliated by the rest of Hell, and clearly won't approve of his attachments with Blitzo and especially Millie.

Moxxie was partly raised in Wrath
It's possible that he spent a significant amount of time living with his mother's side of the family.

Someone will take Moxxie’s catchphrase
If Moxxie ends up with another villain who he may meet in the future, instead of hon saying it, the person will take his catchphrase and say “Speaking of crumbs”, which could shock Moxxie more.

    Millie
Millie has possesive tendencies thanks to Sallie Mae
Millie seems overly protective of Moxxie to be "normal" even by Hell's standards, where open, casual relationships seems to be the norm. Well, looking at her family, she seems to have been the only girl among all her brothers until Sallie Mae came out as trans; Millie might've been forced to share her stuff with Sallie Mae afterwards, until the time the family could afford to get her her own stuff, if at all.

This is the reason why she's so protective of her relationship with Moxxie, since it's the one thing in a long time that's truly hers, despite Moxxie being less than adequate in her family's eyes. Maybe that inadequancy is a plus to her, since Sallie Mae seens like the type of bitch who would steal her sister's boyfriends, but Moxxie is just that unappealing to her to not being worth the trouble.

Millie impressed Asmodeus.
Asmodeus was impressed by Millie daring to attack a close associate of one of the rulers of the seven circles of hell.

Millie is Bi
Despite being in love with her husband, Moxxie, she did appear to be one like her husband, since in "Spring Broken", she ask Blitzo what sex with Verosika was like in a flirting way than in a normal way.

Millie was originally hired as Loona's babysitter
Who better to look after an aggressive teenage hellhound than the capable, fierce but loving farm girl from Wrath?
  • That would also explain why Loona considered Millie to be much older than her when that is not really the case in reality (just five years difference). Loona knows Millie since she was seventeen and twenty two year old might have seemed like an ancient adult to Loona while she was a teenager.

Millie will call out Stella for her abuse of Stolas
When you think about it, Stella is basically Millie's Evil Counterpart in terms of how they treat their husbands, which will lead to something like this happening.

Stella: You deserve better than that spineless, shrimp-dicked loser!
Millie: That's my husband you're talking about! Sure, he's really awkward and can't stand up for himself, but I love him all the same. Oh wait, you wouldn't know the first thing about loving your husband, whether he cheated on you or not. Stolas may not be totally squeaky clean, then again barely anyone in Hell is, but you basically did this to yourself by just being the biggest goddamn sorry excuse for a wife. I hope you're happy with yourself for that.

Millie met Blitzo first
After breaking up with Verosika, Blitzo decides to get drunk. At a bar, he meets Millie, who's drowning her sorrows after her breakup ex Chaz. They bond over they're past relationships and afterwards common interests. It's when they bring up that they both have a knack for violence (mostly for Blitzo) and killing people (both for Millie) that Blitzo decides to start an assasination company.

Millie's own insecurities come from her family life
While she has very loving parents in comparison to the rest of the group, her parents still somewhat scold her on certain aspects of her life, such as her violent behavior discredit her assassination work as "freelance" despite getting paid. She might also feel jealous of and overshadowed by her other siblings, specifically Sallie Mae.

    Loona
Loona faked the call
After Eddie insults her, she goes through her phone and just so happens to get a call from the client, saying that the kid was the right target. Is it possible that she simply faked a call and got him killed out of spite?
  • Pretty sure there was nothing that stopped them from killing the child. They are demons afterall. The text just made it so they would actually get paid for doing it.
    • They still wouldn't get paid — "kids die for free".

Loona was a reckless and irresponsible teenager in life
She already acts like it, so what length is it to say that she wasn't? Perhaps in life she was addicted to her phone, drank underage, had unprotected sex (which would explain the implication that she contracted syphilis) and overall behaved like a high-school delinquent. As for how she died, it was likely tied with one of her personal issues, with drinking or being by her phone and getting into an accident, syphilis complications, or a combination thereof being particularly likely reasons.
  • She's a sinner? I figured Hellhounds were native-born demons?
  • If true, this may explain why the only time she genuinely smiles and seems appreciative is when Blitzo defends her as being "part of the family." Deep down she regrets how horribly and wild she acted, disregarding her human family's warnings, she misses them. Though she still acts like the same wild teenager she was in life, it's pretty clear that she's not a very happy or satisfied person, but possibly figured "well, I'm in Hell, so no point in trying to be better." Possibly building off of this, one plot will feature her finally not being able to handle it and using I.M.P's special access to Earth to try and find her mortal family and apologize for being such a problem child. This might in turn lead her family to try once more to get her to turn over a new leaf after forgiving her and she decides to quit the I.M.P and eventually crosses over to Hazbin Hotel as one of the patients.
  • According to a livestream that Viv did, Hellhounds are native born demons like imps.
    • Then the question is how Loona contracted syphillis.
      • You think Hell wouldn't have STDs?
      • I meant where, why, and how did she get it? And that also goes for whether or not Loona's kind gets infected with that stuff from (or after) birth as some kind of "punishment" or to put them in their place.
      • You know what? It would seem the pilot episode's canonicity is questionable at best, and should therefore not be accounted for.
Loona's contempt for her coworkers is based in wolf pack dynamics.
Hollywood's outdated ideas aside, a pack of wolves usually consists of a mated pair, their unmated relatives, and their pups. I.M.P, Blitzo's attempts to treat them like family aside, do not act like that.
  • Blitzo in particular tends to act too needy for Loona to respect him as an alpha, one of the few times she's seen listening to him is when he acts a little assertive after Stolas' call.
    • Another possibility is simple power dynamics. Hellhounds may be more powerful than Imps, but usually are treated as pets. Loona just ended up with Blitzo, who never particularly displayed power.I

Loona wasn't being serious that she had an STD.
Basically she just said she did to freak out Blitzo.

Loona's fashion sense is inspired by Octavia.
She follows her instagram and is a not-so-secret fan of hers.
  • They also buy clothes at the same place: "Stylish Occults", the shop that sells weird taxidermy.

The real reason Loona stays with Blitzo
It's possibly out of pity. As lazy as she is, she has shown to be more intelligent than she lets on, and likely knows the real reason why Blitzo adopted her; he wanted to force a person in his life so he didn't have to be alone anymore. Loona still opts to stay with him, partially because her original home life left much to be desired, but especially because she secretly knows how much a self-destructive trainwreck he was in his past ventures and relationships, and she's basically the only thing keeping him in line. This makes their relationship more sympathetic, but still ultimately as toxic as ever, and it won't help if Blitzo is within earshot of this confession...
  • Seems likely considering that in one of the leaked trailer shots of EP 8, Blitzo is just being a drunken burden getting into flings with strangers, with Loona annoyingly having to come to his aid, reinforcing the theme of how she truly thinks of him.

Loona's behavior isn't atypical of Hellhounds.
They never mature beyond the moody, bratty teen stereotype. It's why there are advertisements encouraging adoption for them, and why they have their own magazine that presumably caters to their interests. On their own, they just cause all kinds of trouble. Adoption provides them with some parental/authority figure to keep them from causing problems for Hell's more mature and relatively responsible denizens.
  • So they're neotenic, like dogs?
  • If episode 3 tells us anything, then this is Jossed. Vortex is a Nice Guy. A Big Scary Black Man that doubles as a bodyguard, but still a Nice Guy from all that we've seen of him. Loona's bratty behaviour has been possibly justified in that she was only adopted at the age of 18, so her bond with her adoptive-father isn't particularly strong.

Loona is originally from the Sloth ring
Her adoption papers were apparently signed by "Bel", which could very well be short for "Belphegor". And it would certainly explain why she's such a slacker at work.
  • Jossed: According to a livestream, the "L" of the signature was meant to be a stylised "E" making "Bel" into "Bee" for "Beelzebub"

Loona is spayed.
Well, Blitzo DOES treat her like a pet sometimes, and it would explain why she's so grouchy all the time. (You'd be too if your surrogate father took you to get your ovaries removed as soon as you hit puberty.)
  • She was adopted shortly before she turned 18 (and well after she hit puberty, and it's doubtful that the denizens of Hell would give enough shits for spaying and neutering to be a common practice.

Loona will rewrite or memorize the grimoire in the future in case another scenario where she can't read it pops up
When she realized she couldn't read it, she looked genuinely scared and worried, and some of her body language implied she was ashamed of herself. And at the end, she looks inquisitive. It seems likely that she'll try to find some workaround to keep her team from being trapped again in case Stolas can't bail them out.
  • Maybe scan it and make a PDF she can read on her phone?

Loona's antagonistic behavior towards M&M stems from jealously of their relationship.
Loona is shown to be incredibly lonely and desires romantic companionship, so having to see her madly in love coworkers every single day while she fails to make connections makes her resent them. On a similar note, the reason she targets Moxxie could be that she secretly finds him attractive, with her fat jokes being thinly veiled references to his rear (or penis).

    I.M.P
I.M.P will add new members
And they might actually stick around, unlike the Striker situation.´
Moxxie and Millie have an Age-Gap Romance
On Moxxie's Instagram account he mentions that he has been in professional assassination work for more than ten years, so clearly he must be in more than his 30s, while Millie looks quite young, she does not appear to be more than 24 or 25 years old. Possibly this is another reason why her co-workers criticize her for her choice of her husband, since Moxxie was a single person of more than 30 years, without family, before she met her.
  • By "Truth Seekers", you can conclude that Millie is 27 (she's 5 years older than Loona, who is 22), and Moxxie was an assassin as a young age, so probably jossed.

Moxxie reminds Blitzo of his dad
Moxxie will call Blitz out on stuff like his dad did, the main difference being that unlike with his dad where he probably just had to stand and take it, Blitzo can shoot comebacks at Moxxie to make himself feel better. That line of this from the pilot ("all I see is my dad's asshole talking to me") makes one think of a certain expression. Opinions are like assholes. Everybody's got one. So that was Blitzo's way of telling Moxxie his opinion didn't matter. This also adds a new layer to the way Moxxie appeared in Blitzo's hallucination. Him appearing as a doodle and later dressed as an 18th century European noblewoman was Blitzo trying to make him seem absurd so his insults wouldn't hit as hard. And it seems likely that Blitzo's father talked down to him using twenty-dollar words he may not have understood to make him feel inferior just like Moxxie in the hallucination.

Loona and Millie will have a girls' night while Blitzo and Moxxie have a guys' night
Basically Blitzo makes up an excuse about why he can' be with Stolas and claims that he has guys' night with Moxxie who is understandably freaked out but goes along with the lie while Millie takes Loona out on a girls' night. Loona is less then thrilled but they end up having a great time while Moxxie and Blitzo have a 'Let's never bring this up again' moment and agree to not tell Millie and just act like every thing was fine.

The I.M.Ps will become fugitives by the end of season 1
If the theory of Stella killing Stolas comes true, she will frame the I.M.Ps for it. With every lowlife in Hell out for their blood, they have no choice but to retreat to the living world where they have a better chance at survival. Season 2 will be about them trying to clear their names. However, their refuge in the living world becomes squandered by D.H.O.R.K.S. revealing them to the government. They will also later encounter the C.H.E.R.U.Bs again, who will at first revel in their rivals getting kicked out of Hell, but eventually form an Enemy Mine to take down Stella.
  • Jossed, I.M.P is still in business at the start of season 2.

The I.M.Ps will form an Enemy Mine with the C.H.E.R.U.Bs to take down Striker
The season 1 trailer implies that the finale may be a Villain Team-Up episode (if that wasn't just a Missing Trailer Scene to set the tone for the show). When Striker has them on the ropes, Blitzo convinces the C.H.E.R.U.Bs to help them by raising the possibility that returning the Blessing-Tipped Rifle to Heaven could help them get their banishment lifted. Though they don't finish Striker (since the season 2 trailer shows that there will be another encounter with him), they're at least able to take the rifle from him and stop him from killing Stolas with it. However, the angels still refuse to let the C.H.E.R.U.Bs back into Heaven, so Blitzo takes pity on them and invites them to stay at I.M.P's office.

I.M.P will be hired to kill Bryce Tankthrust from Brandon Rogers
Bryce has killed a lot of people and some of them likely have ended up in hell and want to go even, if they succeed in killing her she'll join I.M.P in exchange that they let her return to Earth so she can continue to run her company.

Loona and Millie will have an episode together and it will be about their rocky relationship
One of the show's main topics, besides trauma and abuse, is definitely racism and more specifically classism. And none can convey this struggle in the main cast than with Millie and Loona, especially on Millie's end. Millie does not see Loona as a person but rather as a pet, or at best a bodyguard. She refers to Loona as just "the hellhound" of the group.

So maybe the Millie-Loona centric episode could revolve around this. Why does Millie think of Loona this way? Further explore Loona's feelings. Loona likely feels devalued by Millie's words deep down. It's an opportunity to give both of them ample depth and character development.

We're not shown I.M.P using the Grimoire anymore because they've memorize the one spell they need to use
While it could just be The Law of Conservation of Detail, I.M.P thoughout the entire show use the same spell to get to the human world, over and over again. They've done it for about a year or several months I assume, so they likely have the spell committed to memory, and therefore don't need the book anymore.

I.M.P used to carry out assassinations in Hell
Blitzo tells Crimson that his company doesn't kill people who are already in Hell anymore, all but stating that they started out by doing hits on other demons. Why they stopped is probably a combination of how dangerous it was, how much competition they had and acting murders for hire in the mortal realm being an unfilled niche among demons.

    Stolas
Stolas planned for Blitzo to steal his book, as he wanted someone who could deal with living world matters that he was too busy or lazy to get around to.
  • Why didn't he just give Blitzo the book? Because it wouldn't be nearly as humiliating.
    • Or, by some screwed up Hell logic, just giving something that useful up would be seen as "weak".
      • I think it's far more likely he just wanted to contrive a situation in which Blitzo fucked him.

Stolas knew about the hit on himself
He was aware that Stella put a hit on him and, to avoid suspicion, mislead Blitzo about going to the Harvest Festival because Stolas was confident that Blitzo would find out and stop Striker.

Stolas is a general outcast/black sheep among the high princes of Hell, and attaches to Blitzo because no one else can stand him.
Think about it. The first time he's seen in the pilot, he's advocating for Blitzo to kill a candidate that's trying to combat global warming, to the end of getting more people to die and come to hell, purely to have more people to talk to. Considering that the series Helluva is a spin-off of is centered around the concept that Hell has an 'overpopulation problem', this would be a particularly tone-deaf end for what basically amounts to a government official to be seeking. Combine that with the fact that his wife calls him an embarassment for sleeping with an imp (phrased as if it's something horridly depraved to have done), it's possible that Stolas is a complete bohemian/enfant terrible who is alienated from other high-ranking populations of Hell, and hangs out with I.M.P because they're the only ones (other than, seemingly, his daughter, as of Episode 2) who are willing to put up with him.

Stolas is going to die at some point in the series.
Or at least be under threat of execution which will require some kind of intervention to prevent. Given that:It seems like a ripe set up for someone, likely his wife, to expose Stolas's multiple crimes, which will lead to him getting executed.
  • Partially confirmed. Although he hasn't successfully been killed, Stella hired an assassin to kill Stolas for his infidelity.
  • Alternatively, instead of Stella exposing Stolas, Charlie finds out Stolas is responsible for Hell's overpopulation problem, so while she and Vaggie trash I.M.P headquarters and try to kill Blitzo and friends, Stolas falls in battle with Alastor, and Stella kicks Octavia to the curb for being a reminder of her horrible excuse for a husband. And Husk is left at the hotel with Angel Dust and Nifty, and Hilarity Ensues.
  • The gang confronts Stolas who will be pissed after hearing what they did to Blitzo. He'll effortlessly kill Alastor and (or wound) Vaggie...
    • Charlie will come to the tragic realization that she's just gotten Alastor (and Vaggie) killed. She returns to the hotel and begins viewing herself as some sort of hypocrite and/or monster.
    • Charlie will kill Stolas in a fit of rage. But her unpopulatiry combined with the fact the she just killed a prince of hell causes huge problems for her father who will be understandably furious with her. He'll either disown her (provided they have a strained relationship) or he'll force her back home so he can keep an eye on her, pulling the plug on her hotel and dream.
  • couple problems with the theories above: 1. Vivziepop has stated that Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss will NEVER have a crossover, which means all the above scenarios involving Charlie and the rest of the hotel cast are impossible. 2. the extended version of Stolas' song revealed he was talking more about the biblical end of days and may have been simply trying to ease Octavia's fear. 3. Even if the song was really foreshadowing Stolas going away, there are many other ways it could manifest: divorce where Stella takes custody, being stripped of his title and exiled, and many other options that don't result in death. 4. most importantly, at it's core Helluva Boss is a COMEDY. If Stolas died then it would completely ruin the semi-lighthearted tone of the series as he is a beloved character and a source of a good portion of the jokes, not to mention his grimoire is vital to the plot. I dunno, from a thematic angle it just doesn't make sense.

Stolas was cursed by an alien wizard.
  • Hang on guys. I mean, come on, this is getting a little ridiculous. Wizard aliens? We all know what's going on here, don't we? Whenever a story breaks about some rich famous demon going around and having sex with tons of imps, we all wanna act like we don't understand it, but we do. We're guys, you know? Our brains are wired to strive to be the alpha male and get all the imps we can. We don't have to condone what these powerful demons do, but... we can at least admit that, given the same temptations and opportunities that somebody like Stolas has, a lot of us guys might do somethin' similar.

Stolas and his family live in the Circle of Greed
They eat Mammon's cereal and have a very nice house, after all.

  • Jossed. The sky in the Greed Ring is green while the sky where Stolas lives is Red which means that they live in the Pride Ring.

Stolas will seek out Barbie
In a desperate attempt to get closer with Blitzo, Stolas will arrange for the imp's sister to visit, hoping to rekindle a spark with Blitzo by getting to know more about his past and reminding him of his familial ties. Predictably, Barbie causes havoc and Blitzo feels betrayed by the Goetia even further, as Stolas didn't even bother to figure out that the two siblings were on rather sour terms.

Stolas is on the autism spectrum
He has very specific hobbies that he is heavily invested in (astronomy and botany), has difficulty with putting his thoughts into words (his consolation of Octavia and his bargaining with Blitzo) and has a very hard time understanding social cues or maintaining relationships (his lack of tact, inability to read a room and his very troubled relationship with Blitzo.)
  • This seems to be even more prevalent in Season 2. As a child he infodumps about a disease horses get purely to explain a joke only he finds funny, seems to have a vast knowledge of random facts, and as an adult he reads dense fine print for hours partly for the enjoyment of it.

Stolas's sound effect bleeps aren't censorship.
Rule of Funny aside, I always thought it was odd that the other swearing in the series isn't bleeped out, but most of Stolas's is. This makes me think that his bleeping is not just censorship added for the audience's sake; he is literally making bleeping sounds when he talks to Blitzo for whatever reason.

Stolas doesn't genuinely love Blitzo, and only likes him for the sex
Striker may have a point. Stolas may act amiable towards him, but it's less like a real romantic relationship and more like Stolas just treating Blitz like a cute pet/toy. We have yet to see any indication that Stolas is willing to do or sacrifice something for Blitz for a change, and angering Stella wouldn't count because they never really loved each other anyway. Think about how prominent this is in real life. Just because someone wants you for good sex doesn't mean they actually care about you in the long run. Worst case scenario, they'll probably find another expendable figure to fill their lust as soon as they get bored or if you stop performing well.
  • Jossed as of late Season 1 and early Season 2, as it's clear Stolas genuinely does love Blitzo even if he didn't at first and he was only being forward with Blitzo due to misinterpreting his actions in "The Circus".

Stolas won't die, but he'll retire.
After Stella's defeat, he'll step down from his job (possibly due to an injury) to spend more time with his daughter, and give Blitzo full-time ownership of the grimoire to show that he does genuinely care for the imp.

Stolas doesn't react to Stella's attempts on him because he can easily kill her or anyone she could send after him
The fact that she's the mother of his daughter is quite literally the only reason Stolas hasn't killed her.

The reason Stolas simply didn't kill Agents 1 and 2 is because he actually can't
He's able to possess and terrify humans but as a highly ranked demon who's job is to be summoned into the human world, he's bound by laws that come from either Hell's rulers or even Heaven itself that forbid him from killing humans when on Earth and so he simply scared them into submission.

Stolas knows about Stella and Striker but hasn't dealt with them yet because he doesn't see them as being worth the effort
Considering how "Truth Seekers" revealed how powerful Stolas truly is, there's a high chance that he's already aware of Stella's little murder plot, but doesn't see any reason to stop it because A. I.M.P has already beaten Striker and B. if it came to blows, he'd win easily. I can see him repeatedly trying to get Stella and Striker to back down, only for them to take that as him being scared, at each point he gives up and shows them both just how in over their heads are.
  • Jossed, in "Western Energy" Stolas doesn't indicate that he knew about the previous attempt at his life and he does realise, to his befuddlement, that he is actually in danger with the assassin.

Stolas will become shocked over realizing that Stella tried to kill him
If Stella appears in the season finale, it will become likely that Stolas will become shocked and heartbroken once he realizes that Stella tried to kill her by hiring an assassin.
  • Jossed, while Stella doesn't appear in the season one finale, Stolas gets targeted by Striker in Western Energy who confirms Stella hired him, and Stolas really isn't surprised given how much his wife hates him.

Stolas will be not executed but will be banished to earth instead.

Stolas is native from the Sloth Ring
Each of the Rings have a specific color associated with it, that also seems to correlate to the color of its sky. Thanks to a Freeze-Frame Bonus at the hell-evator in Episode 7, we can see that Sloth's color is pink.

Back at the pilot, Stolas' mansion was seen with pink skies behind it, and with Stolas' Fatal Flaw of passivity, either by his tendency of escaping emotional turmoil and hardship instead of handling the problem head on until it blows in his face or by waiting for Blitzo to take the first step into taking their relationship further despite him being the one most emotionally invested, thus showcasing his emotional laziness, I can see the Stolas clan being part of the Sloth nobility.

  • Jossed, since we see at the end of "Ozzie's" that the sky around Stolas's mansion is the same dark red as the Pride Ring. Blitzo also had to drive back to his apartment, which he couldn't do if his place was in another ring separate from Stolas's. And earlier in the episode, Blitzo asked Stolas how fast he could "get down to Lust", implying that Stolas lives above the Lust Ring while Sloth is the bottom-most ring. It's likely that the pink shown in the pilot was meant to be a lighter shade of red to indicate that it was morning.

Stolas's father is a Abusive Parent
He is the one who set up the arranged marriage and emotionally, physically and mentally abused his son whenever he tried to stand up to him. Stolas is trying to be good parent to Octavia because he didn't want to become like his cruel father.
  • Confirmed, Paimon is no prize as a father, not bothering to remember Stolas' name and openly insulted him when Stolas did something he didn't approve of, like crying or bowing politely to a member of the lower castes. Despite this, Paimon considered himself a good parent.

Stolas will find out that Stella hired Striker to kill him
Since he was unaware despite overhearing Stella yelling over the phone with Striker, it is possible that he will likely find out that Stella hired Striker to hunt him down since he hasn’t known about it due to divorcing Stella at the end of “The Circus”.
  • Confirmed, he isn't surprised when Striker confirms it, even having a small chat with him about how much Stella hates Stolas.

Stolas ends up in the hospital
In the trailer if you look closely, you see Stolas on the train tracks when Striker was spinning on his whip. Then another part of the trailer, we see a black hand with bandages and an IV moving the hospital bed. It's very possible it could be Stolas. He could of gotten badly injured by Striker or protecting Blitzo from danger.
  • Confirmed, courtesy of Striker torturing Stolas while his powers were diminished.

    Octavia
Octavia hates Loo Loo Land at least partly because of a childhood trauma
We know Octavia hates the place from promotional materials for the second episode, but it may not necessarily be due to considering it a knockoff of a better amusement park or because she's embarrassed by her dad bringing her there. Or at least, not just for those reasons. In one teaser gif, we can a worried-looking Octavia apparently being carried towards a stage with animatronic musicians... but she isn't wearing her beanie, and she looks more like pictures of her younger self. That means this probably happened in the past, and depicts something bad that happened to her, leaving her traumatized.
  • Confirmed, at least in regards to the clowns.

Octavia was conceived via rape.
Stolas and Stella clearly never loved each other, even before Stolas first slept with Blitzo, making one question how they could possibly have gotten close enough to conceive Octavia. Given that Episode 5 revealed that Stella is nasty enough to murder her husband for cheating on her, it's entirely possible she forced him to impregnate her against his will, only to lose interest in her child immediately after giving birth, resulting in Stolas taking it upon himself to provide this child with well-deserved love in spite of her origins. I imagine at some point, Octavia will find out about this, which will make her even more depressed than she was in Episode 2 upon realizing she was conceived via evil means.
  • Jossed. The first episode of season 2 establishes that Stolas was in an arranged marriage with Stella by his father to have a child, and despite efforts to make it work, Stella proved herself unbearable to the point of having their anniversary being how many years they didn't divorce while talking about how she was relieved to have given birth once to no longer care about wanting to get it with him. Come the end of the episode, Stolas divorces her on the terms that the only reason he was forced to marry her has already become a young adult and no longer needs to put up with her abuse.
  • I don't think that josses it exactly. Being in an arranged marriage neither party wanted that they can't get out of till they reproduce would make it Questionable Consent on *both* parts.

If Striker and Stella succeed in their plan, Octavia will grow to resent Blitzo
I mean, think about it. She may hate Stella for ordering the hit in the first place, and they were never really close to begin with, but Octavia's grief-riddled mind would also blame Blitz for it for a variety of reasons, not mutually exclusive:
  • IMP failed to protect Stolas in time.
  • She feels that Blitz seduced her dad first and indirectly drove Stella to hire the assassin.
  • Octavia was also implied to be fighting for her dad's attention with Blitz in Episode 2, and may not like the fact that the Imp is practically the only remnant of her father's memory, so she will refuse being adopted by him.
  • Someway, Blitz finds another easy ticket to the mortal realm, and drops the ball to Octavia that he didn't care that much about her dad.

Octavia will take her dad's place in the future as the new "Stolas" demon
"You Will Be Okay" implies that Stolas' days are numbered due to a future cataclysmic event he won't survive... but Octavia will. She will then become the new "Stolas" that the Ars Goetia summons and her abilities will be opposite to her dad's: while Stolas is knowledgeable of plants and teaches astronomy, Via will be knowledgeable of animals and teach, say, geology.
  • That somewhat implies that "Stolas" is more of a title than a name, which could explain how Solomon could have enslaved "him" and the other demon lords listed in the Ars Goetia 3,000 years ago.
    • I mean, for what other reason would the princes of Hell need to have descendants if they're basically immortal or at the very least long-lived, while there's an overpopulation crisis?

Octavia will work for I.M.P
Given how Octavia isn't all that close with her parents she may end up refusing to live off of their money, Stolas, being the supportive father, would help her get a job working with Blitzo. Of course having Octavia work with Blitzo will give Stolas more reasons to see him, making it a win/win for him, Octavia will just be glad to no longer live off of her parents' money.
  • this could also leave to hillarity in that if shes not living with her parents she might end up staying with Blitzo, and inevitably accidently call him dad

Octavia will become the new owner of the grimoire
Purely hypothetical right now, but in the event if Stolas does get assassinated, with his last breathe, he will relinquish the grimoire to his daughter.

Octavia will become shocked of her mother trying to kill her father
Since she was heartbroken of her father being in love with Blitzo, she might be shocked once she realizes her mother sent an assassin to kill Stolas.

Octavia isn't Stolas's biological child.
They try to conceive a heir but couldn't so Stella decided to have a affair with one of Stolas's relatives in hope of conceiving a heir without him knowing. She succeeded and she finally got pregnant with Octavia. This make Stolas and Octavia's sweet father-daughter relationship much more heartbreaking when it is revealed that Stolas isn't Octavia's biological father and Stella turning out to be a hypocrite.

Octavia is nonbinary.
Because "every boy, every girl, every woman, every man loves Loo Loo Land" ;)

    Stella
Stolas and Stella have a huge age gap
  • "You will be ok" and his general laxness imply that Stolas has lived for so long that he has Seen It All and cares little about what people say about his behaviour. Octavia is merely seventeen years old, such a young age for a demon (Charlie's age is implied to be in the hundreds) and Stella's preoccupation with Stolas' status (and therefore her family and her own) seem to indicate that she's relatively new to Hell's socialite politics. If the Arranged Marriage theory is true, Stolas postponed his marriage until it was absolutely necessary in order for him to have a child who will take his mantle.
  • Probably jossed. Stolas and Stella appear to be about the same age, with maybe a year or two of difference between them.

"You Will Be Okay" is about how Octavia will be fine even if her father is no longer around, and this would be a good opportunity to test if this will be the case. Given how one of her biggest fears is her father running off, this would probably send her into major trauma, and presumably Blitzo will adopt her like he did with Loona.Leia

Stella is going to gather a bunch of I.M.P's enemies to take them out.
She's already pissed at Blitzo for sleeping with her husband, and they foiled her plan to have him killed. So she has plenty of reason to want them dead. Most likely, this group will include Robo Fizz, Verosika and her posse, and Striker, as well as possibly Martha and her family and the fallen members of C.H.E.R.U.B
  • Likely, given that in the Season 1 shots for unknown episodes, Verosika is seen attacking Blitz while Fizz and a mysterious giant are seen attacking Moxxie. One has to wonder who Stella would hire to deal with Millie and Loona.
  • The reason why he looks different is more likely that he's from a seprate ring of hell. Probably Lust.
  • Partially unlikely, since Stella doesn't bother with why Striker failed, so she's unlikely to personally spend the time and effort to track down I.M.P's enemies to deal with them specifically. On the other hand, Striker might do it, as he' already shown his willingness to manipulate others by preying on their personal issues and insecurities to make things easier.
  • Building on this, since IMP is too occupied to fight back against Striker and Stella, Octavia will take the spotlight, as it's all up to her to stop her mother in a dramatic, climactic encounter.

If Stella succeeds in killing Stolas, she will pin the blame on Blitzo
Not only would she want to kill her husband for cheating on her but she would also want to bring down the one he cheated on her with. What better way to do that than frame Blitzo for Stolas' murder?

Stella won't be written as The Sociopath or an abusive mother.
While Octavia doesn't get along with her mother, there's no evidence she's intentionally abusive. Sure Stella is written as a Hate Sink, but to keep her a realistic one she won't be written as any more awful than she already is. Whenever we see Andrealphus/her friends in more detail she'll be shown as more amiable and not someone so odious even snobbish nobility would think she's a bitch. Not to make her any less of a Jerkass mind you, just to show that a character can be intentionally hate-able while also having dimensions outside of that (and possibly a more realistic abuser and classist).

Stella was threatened to marry Stolas
Now that we know Stella hates being married to Stolas as much as he hates being married to her, why didn't she signed up for divorce as soon as Octavia was hatched? Stolas endured for the sake of Octavia having a quasi-normal life, but for what reason Stella stayed? It couldn't be for the prestige, since Stella using her brother as leverage against Stolas implies it's actually she the one with a higher ranked family. So my theory is that Stella's life was in the line unless she accepted to marry Stolas. Probably her family only saw her as an exchange piece in the game of power, and if she didn't play along until death do her apart from Stolas, it would be her the one to be disposed of.
  • It will explain why she's just so angry all the time and the reason why she resents, belittles and abuses Stolas: she sees him as the reason of her own imprisonment in this unwanted marriage.
  • And before someone says it's too much of a stretch, remember this is fucking hell. If she can contract a hitman on her husband within earshot of him and he doesn't bat an eye, who can tell nobles don't dispose of troublesome children that don't fall in line to the family's desires? After all, Paimon has a lot of kids, so the other families might as well; they have plenty of spares.
  • Speaking of, that might be a further reason she stayed so long; she has a brother, so she's probably not the heir to her side's money and needed a rich husband or else she would get shoved off into Hell's equivalent of a convent or something.
  • We already know why she stayed married to Stolas since she said it herself: "I like tormenting you." Stella is a bully, plain and simple, and based on the image of her as a child Stolas was shown, it's just who she always was. And the reason why she didn't sign up for the divorce? Status. She very much cares about her status and her reasoning for Stolas sleeping with Blitzo had more to do with him sleeping with a "low class Imp" than the adultery itself, since as demonstrated at Ozzy's, the idea of a Goetia having an affair with an Imp is a point of mockery, hence her living with him and tormenting him in private rather than making the affair public. And just because she threatened to use her brother doesn't mean they have more status than the Goetia family, it just means Stolas is terrified of her brother. Stella is just a one dimensional sadistic bully and Hate Sink, she's not meant be deeper, she's just a vehicle to explain why Stolas is the way he is.

Stella is also having affairs
It's pretty clear that she and Stolas are well past the point of trying to make their marriage a loving or even functional one, and she seems more angry that Stolas slept with an imp "like a fucking plebian" than the fact that he cheated on her in the first place. Because of this, it's not too much of a stretch to imagine that she's also unfaithful, but won't consider doing it with someone of such low status, either because her pride won't allow it or because she thinks that would be too much of an insult to her husband.

Stella has some care for her daughter, Octavia
Despite it not being confirmed yet, It's also possible that she does have at least some care and love for her daughter, as she split the custody of Octavia, likely to get her out of being in harm's way.

That wasn't actually Stella in the pilot
Stella was somewhere else at the time. It was actually one of her associates, and Blitzo just assumed she was Stolas' wife.
  • Jossed by "The Circus" showing that scene from Stolas's perspective.

Stella wouldn't be so angry about Stolas sleeping with Blitzo if he were the dominant partner
Really, she's less upset about him sleeping with an imp, and more about him being submissive to him in sex. She finds it improper for someone of his status to play bottom to an imp. In Ancient Rome, it was considered shameful to allow someone of lower status to top during sex, and similar sexual mores are in play here.

Stella will succeed in killing Stolas, but it won't end well for her.
Stolas is considered royalty. Stella may also be royalty, but not by birth. All she will succeed in is getting herself killed by whoever gets her hands on her.
  • If Stolas is considered royalty based on his title of "prince" then it must be noted that said title doesn't only refer to a male member of a royal house, but is also one of the highest ranks amongst the nobility (often THE highest). So Stolas and his family isn't necessarily royalty based on this fact. Regardless of that, as a member of the Goetia family, it's likely that the other Goetic demons will find umbrage with Stolas' demise and make an example out of Stella and /or Striker as a matter of principle: "Don't touch a Goetic demon".

The difference is that she only cheats with fellow aristocrats instead of "lower" demons like imps, which is implied to be the real reason she's so angry with her husband. She also never sleeps with the same person twice, unlike Stolas who clearly only wants to sleep with Blitzo.

Stella has connections with smugglers
It's hard to believe that a weapon capable of killing demon royalty just finds its way into Hell. It's entirely possible that, given Stella's conniving nature and position in Hell's hierarchy, she may have arranged a deal to have such a weapon smuggled to Striker from Heaven.

Stolas and Stella really did love each other... at least for a little while
Most likely, Stolas started feeling attracted to Stella when he realized she could curse like a sailor. She looked every part the princess and knew how to present herself as such but her personality could be as coarse and salacious as... well... Blitzo's. What may have been a standard arrangement had the potential to blossom into something more. I wouldn't be surprised if Stolas was quite taken with Stella as she was the opposite of what a lady was supposed to be deep down. Blitzo is the opposite of most of Stolas' experience with imps. Then, some time after Octavia was born, Stolas and Stella started drifting apart. It wasn't a sudden thing, but a gradual process. Looking back, it's easy to weigh years of neglect and miscommunication as "we never were -" but one can't help but wonder if Stella would say the same.

  • Likely jossed. It's implied never really loved each other despite Stolas trying to make their marriage work, with Stella constantly criticizing and belitting Stolas even before Blitzo showed up.

Stella will try to force Octavia into an arranged marriage
Since Octavia is right on the cusp of turning eighteen, her mother will likely try to find a suitor for her, assuming there isn't one lined up for Octavia already. There will likely be even more pressure on Octavia to be married off since Stella would want to salvage some of her family's reputation after Stolas brought disgrace to them by sleeping with an imp. Naturally, Octavia wouldn't appreciate her mother trying to control her life like this and especially wouldn't want anything to do with arranged marriages after seeing what happened with her parents. This will lead to her either running away from home or confronting Stella about it outright, possibly with support of Stolas who also wouldn't want Octavia to be forced into a relationship where she isn't happy.

Stella is both an adulteress and a hypocrite.
Stella is every bit as guilty of sleeping with lower caste demons as Stolas, the difference being that she sleeps with the hired help (whose silence is ensured through increased pay and/or threats of extreme violence) as oppose to just any imp or hellhound off the street.

Stella is a cautionary tale about people being born into privilege who think their status allows them to get away with everything
She'll genuinely believe that because she's a denizen of Hell who's born into royalty, Stella can get off with abusing Stolas scot-free. It'll also serve as a dark Take That, Audience! to fans who defend Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel by saying the content is totally okay because the characters live in Hell.

And she'll use it to become The Corrupter towards Octavia.

Stella will try to kill Blitzo now that she can't kill Stolas.
Now that Stella can't kill Stolas due to Andrealphus' Plan, She will try the next best thing: Go after Blitzo. She'l kidnap him and Make Stolas Watch. It's possible since she'l do it via Striker, He'l kidnap Moxxie and millie as well.

Stella does care about Octavia.
When her brother points out Octavia would get Stolas' money, she doesn't even consider killing Octavia too. Might just not have occurred to her, but a hater of Hate Sink writing can dream.

    Other Goetia
Stolas' siblings will play a role in the future
Paimon mentioned in "Circus" that he has many children, considering Stolas situation, both public shaming and his divorce with heavily implied interference by Andrealphus, it is likely that some of Stolas siblings will take action, some likely taking Stolas side, either for some semblance of family feeling or to reign his indiscretions in and lessen the impact on the Goetia as a whole, while others will outright try to erase the stain on their family.

Stolas and his family have some kind of connection with Asmodeus
Maybe they're even allies of his, and he uses them as go-betweens in dealing with Mammon.

  • Confirmed. Asmodeus is implied to be one of the kings of the Ars Goetia like in the original versions since Stolas refers to him as "sire".

We'll see more of the Goetia class of demons in the second season
In the S2 trailer, there's a brief shot (as in rough sketch version) of a Goetia demon we haven't seen before, it'll likely play a part in exploring why the Goetia are near the top of Hell's hierarchy and tie into Stolas' character arc this coming season, as well as flesh out Stella and Octavia a bit more.
  • Confirmed for the first part at least, it's stated that Andrealphus, a marquis of hell and Stella's brother, will appear in S2.
  • Partially confirmed since Stolas' father Paimon is also set to appear in S2 and there have been a clip released that shows Stolas as a child.
  • Heavily supported by an article in "Oops" about Asmodeus' relationship with Fizzarolli, where the goetia are noted to be displeased. Come "Mammon's Magnificent Musical Midseason Special (ft. Fizzarolli)" where that rumor has been confirmed by Ozzie himself, they're going to be up in arms about the whole thing.

The episode with Stolas' brother in law will be about Stolas learning to stand up for himself
Basically Andrealphus and Stella will spend and episode trying to demand Stolas do damage control and talking down to him. Stolas is not good with conflict so the episode will see him learn to stand his ground, likely when either character goes too far by disrespecting Octavia or - the more likely - Blitz.
  • Jossed, The episode introducing Andrealphus has Stolas be kidnapped by and not doing too much about it, letting Millie and Moxxie deal with Striker. Admittedly, Stolas does get angry when Striker mentions Octavia.

Andrealphus will be symbolic of wider problems within the family in general
Simply put: ice powers. Both he and Stella struggle with showing affection (i.e. they are 'cold' people), which was part of what motivated Stolas to eventually have an affair. The episode will also hopefully flesh out at least Stella, showing why she is the way she is because of her own background. On a related note, Stella and Stolas may reconcile in the hopes of not passing their dsyfunction down the family line to Octavia (at least not more than they already have).

The Goetia are Legacy Characters
"The Circus" shows that Stolas was a child 25 years ago, putting him in his 30s or 40s at most. However his name is listed in the Ars Goetia that is at least 400 years old and supposedly lists demon nobles that were summoned by King Solomon 3,000 years ago. That seems to suggest there's been multiple Stolases over the centuries. This explains the differences between the Goetia in the show and their more traditional depictions.
  • The question is whether they are susceptible to old age or just keep getting assassinated.
  • If Paimon and the other kings are actually immortal and have sired many iterations of the princes it might help explain why Paimon didn't recognize Stolas at first.

The Goetia Family owe their privilege to Asmodeus
It's more or less confirmed that Asmodeus is technically a member of the Ars Goetia, and the fact that the entire clan are made up of bird-people and Asmodeus has rooster characteristics would imply some relation. It's possible that they are all his descendants (I mean, its no secret that he gets around), though some could be cousins or siblings or whatever. If the Seven Deadly Sins running Hell are Fallen Angels as basic theology claims they are, then it's possible that the royal families were all given their titles because of blood relations and loyalties during Hell's founding. This would also add justification towards Stolas's reaction to meeting Asmodeus in "OZZIE'S": anyone would be nervous around the guy who's authority is where your authority comes from.

All of the members of Ars Goetia, as well as possibly other high ranking demons, have affairs with imps
Considering that both Stolas and Asmodeus are shown to be in love with imps, I'm sensing something of a pattern. The only reason everyone is targetting Stolas over it? Because he's the dummy who revealed it publicly when it's more like an Open Secret to the others.

Different members of the Goetias are likely to have traits that tie back into their Goetia entries.
This claim isn't that unfounded - in fact, many already do.
  • Stolas is noted to be in charge of Astronomy - something that the actual Demon teaches according to the Goetia. His penchant for gardening also matches up with his entry, which states that he also gives knowledge of poisonous plants and herbs.
  • Asmodeus resembles a rooster, rules over Lust, and has three faces, one of an ox, one of a ram, and one regular face, as stated in his entry.
With that in mind, it would be likely that other Goetia members share similar traits to their entries.
  • While we don't know much of Paimon, he shares "a great voice" and his enjoyment of the circus may be a call-back to the fact that the original teaches the arts.
  • Andrealphus is likely to be Good with Numbers, as his entry notes that he "teaches geometry in a perfect manner." This may in fact link to his ice theme due to the fact that snowflakes are ice fractals.

Andrealphus and Stella are planning something big
If Andrealphus' talk with Stolas is any indication, then it could mean that they plan on doing something that is not good.

Andrealphus is planning to arrange a marriage for Octavia.
It's shown that he's interested in profit, so it seems like it would be in character for him to try and get something out of his niece approaching adulthood.

The Goetia are hybrids between Fallen Angels and Hell-native demons.
We know that at least one of the Seven Deadly Sins in the HB universe is a Fallen Angel, Lucifer, and Vivzie has stated that he's in charge because he can only be killed by a more powerful angel, and he was one of the strongest in Heaven to start with. While the Goetia, like Sinners, can be killed by discarded angelic weapons, and common demons can just be killed with ordinary weaponry. So, the hypothesis is when Lucifer and his followers fell they took over Hell by virtue of being unkillable and had some wild parties that resulted in a class of hybrid demons with a bit of their angelic parents' invulnerability. The stigma against Goetia having relations with lesser demons like imps started as a means to prevent diluting their power, but developed into standard classism. Meanwhile, the Sins don't care what their descendants think and keep "relating" with native demons who aren't related to them.
  • Stolas' threatening question in "Truth Seekers" about Agent One never seeing a "real" demon before, seemingly contradict that goetia could be hybrids. Additionally, Asmodeus' testimony in "Mammon's Magnificent Musical" that he has "known Mammon since the start of Hell", strongly indicates that the Goetia as a race predates Hell itself and have likely been in power long before that, and simply retained their royal titles post Lucifer's takeover.

There's a separate branch of the Goetias who are feline in appearance.
Every Goetia seen so far has been a bird, which was a common appearance in the Ars Goetia, but just as many took the form of cats, mainly lions. Whereas their bird counterparts are high in the pecking order, these Goetias will be fat cats.

The Goetias are inbred.
They're referred to as "the Goetia family", plus, their elitism, with Stolas's affairs being abnormal, means it's highly unlikely they will reproduce with the other demon species. They avoid the expected physical and mental deficiencies we expect from royal inbreeding in real life probably thanks to being powerful demons.

Paimon's own father treated him even worse than Paimon treated Stolas.
By Paimon's standards, taking Stolas to the circus on his birthday to cheer him up after telling him about his Arranged Marriage was being nice. His father/Stolas' grandfather would never have done such a thing.

    C.H.E.R.U.B
Regarding C.H.E.R.U.B
  • What the acronym stands for is unknown, but it more than likely relates to their protection profession, much like I.M.P (Immediate Murder Professionals) relates to assassination.
    • Maybe Crusaders Helping Everyone Reach Uplifting Benevolence?
    • Alternatively, it doesn't stand for anything.
  • C.H.E.R.U.B's jingle states that they don't charge for their services. This would imply they are a non-profit organization. At most, Heaven-born individuals can use donation and charity drives to support those working on Earth. Since they live in Heaven, however, they may likely acquire more/better resources than I.M.P can in Hell. Perhaps God Himself provides said resources for C.H.E.R.U.B for their good work?
  • Is the company a small office like I.M.P? Or part of bigger organization.
    • Do they have a secretary or assistant like I.M.P's hellhound Loona? Perhaps an angel or lion?
  • They can't guarantee they can save everyone. In which case, they can ensure the departed pass on peacefully.
  • Residents both of Heaven and Hell can contact C.H.E.R.U.B for select jobs. Perhaps "forgiveness" gigs which consists of the cherubs delivering cards or something like that to mortals the clients forgive for fatally screwing them over. In terms of the damned, they have to overcome Revenge Before Reason in order to have their requests accepted.
  • They don't exactly interfere with I.M.P's work, so much as make sure it's done right in order to mitigate collateral damage or unneeded casualty. If they do get in the way of their assassinations, it may be because there are some misinformation on I.M.P's part. It wouldn't be the first time I.M.P killed a legitimately wrong target, especially if it's their own client.
    • Episode 4 had both of them competing for the life of the same target. While it does raises questions, this can be considered jossed.
    • While they might be Incorruptible Pure Pureness, C.H.E.R.U.B is very protective of their clients. Though they may lack weapons unlike the Excorcists, and mostly oppose violence, they will make whoever tries to hurt or kill their client pay dearly through other creative means.
    • Jossed that they lack weapons. They have personal sacred cross bows and other weapons at the ready if anyone gets in the way of their work. Confirmed that they will make anyone pay for trying to kill their client.
  • The workers of C.H.E.R.U.B (and perhaps Heaven's residents in general) have their own personal vices, but said vices are done without excess at best and rarely regarded as an actual sin, to the point of damning them. So they can't be [easily] corrupted.
    • Somewhat jossed. The trio, though not yet damned, loses their access to Heaven thanks to an Accidental Murder. While justified, it can be implied that any form of vice/sin can geta saint, or even a Heavenborn, kicked out.
    • They swear, but it falls into Gosh Darn It to Heck! territory. It steps out of that for a Precision F-Strike if, or when, things go horribly wrong, which almost never happens.
      • Confirmed. They start swearing hard the moment things start getting worse.
      • In relation to that, and since they're in Heaven, they either use "Godblessit" as a swear instead of "Goddammit", or be very creative in words that go with "G.D.I".
      • Jossed. They never use God as a swear since "saying His name in vain" is considered a big no-no. Collin does this under a state of panic and Keenie slaps him for it.
  • One or both sheep have some strange fascination of Hell and visit often as a vacation. That said, they would never live there because 1) they are often easy targets for demons (halos and wings/feathers are extremely valuable in the black market), and 2) Heaven has health insurance, while Hell does notnote .
    • Jossed. They aren't fans of Hell or demons in general.
    • A sibling/friend/fellow employee of one of the sheep may have ended up a Fallen Angel and sent to Hell in the past. They visit that person on occasion and try to convince them to come back. The damned ally in question would decline not exactly because of the fun they have down there, but the fear of wasting a second chance.
      • Somewhat confirmed. The trio become fallen angels after accidentally killing their client, but whether or not they are sent to Hell is unknown.
  • The Cherubs can be "killed" but can recover instantly, as a Running Gag. They can see this as a nuisance but not much else.
    • Then again, Word of God established that death in Heaven or Hell is considered final. So there may be another way to avoid death if the plot demands it. If anything, the cherubs can have a "blessing" of sorts that gives them a Healing Factor when (not if, when) they get shot at, among other things.
  • They treat Blitzo and the other imps like they are best friends. While Moxxie and Millie interact with them as acquaintances at least, Blitzo is easily annoyed and despises them. And they know it.
    • Jossed. They treat Blitzo and the others like any other demon, in contempt.
  • They pay I.M.P in halos and feathers from Fallen Angels if they ever need their help (which is rare) and if, and only if God (or someone up there that oversees the organization) gives approval. The imps kill the target that presents a threat to C.H.E.R.U.B's own client, since they may have a "Thou Shalt Not Kill" policy (not that they'd want to, anyway), and God passes judgement on the target. Being a resident of Hell, Blitzo doesn't like being part of anything benefiting "The Man Upstairs", but the value of even a single halo and still being able to kill more than makes up for it.
    • Jossed. It's shown that they want nothing to do with demons. Having someone killed under their watch is unacceptable. They automatically lose their access to Heaven because a client died by their hands, even by accident.
  • They are not biblethumpers, aggressively spewing bible quotes at every turn, and aren't fans of Jehovah's Witnesses. This can be a rare case of Strange Minds Think Alike with I.M.P.
  • Following the events of episode 4, the C.H.E.R.U.B trio end up wanting revenge against I.M.P for getting them banned from Heaven, and their efforts result in them Jumping Off the Slippery Slope by them taking actions that they wouldn't have taken before their run-in.

C.H.E.R.U.B were set up to fail by some of Heaven's higher-ups
Lyle was already hellbound because of his unethical experimentation on humans, and considering how sick he was, it's doubtful he could've redeemed himself before he died even if he wanted to. With this in mind, it would make sense if C.H.E.R.U.B's assignment to protect him was intended to give some authority/authorities in Heaven an excuse to kick them out, though who would want to do so and why is up in the air. Maybe any angels who want to try something similar in the future will be more judicious in deciding who to protect.
  • To possibly add to this, in the first episode, Stolas brings up that I.M.P are using the Grimoire to interfere with the lives of mortals "less than legally". Given that Millie brings up the fact that C.H.E.R.U.B are also interfering with the lives of mortals, it's possible that the higher-ups in Heaven weren't happy with what C.H.E.R.U.B was doing, but couldn't do anything about it because they hadn't technically done anything wrong up until that point. Once they had (accidentally) killed a mortal though...

C.H.E.R.U.B are going to end up Hell, and be dead set on revenge against I.M.P
.Like Mrs. Mayberry, they've lived a straight and narrow road, only to completely shafted by life. Mrs. Mayberry went from being kindly schoolteacher to a vengeful harlot after being cheated on. After being horribly screwed by Heaven, it is likely C.H.E.R.U.B are going to end up the same way.

Collin and Keenie are dating
The two are foils to Moxxie and Millie, but instead of a loving supportive relationship the two have a toxic relationship (as seen when Keenie slaps Collin and shoves him in front of monsters). The two are seen hugging in the CHERUB advertisement, and Keenie is the most offended when Blitzo suggests Cletus and Collin are fucking.

Collin and Keenie's relationship will result in a breaking point for the C.H.E.R.U.B trio in a revenge episode.
Spending time on Earth could allow Collin to notice that his relationship with Keenie, if they are in fact dating, isn't exactly normal. Even though the setting doesn't exactly have the best examples, presumably he'd notice that most people aren't physically abusive to their significant other. While he doesn't seem the type to confront Keenie about this unprompted, a particularly stressful moment could see him blowing up on Keenie and potentially swap sides.

The Cherubs weren't kicked out of heaven for accidentally killing a client. They were kicked out of heaven because the people around them hated them.

Beneath the sugary sweet demeanor they were unrepentant jerkasses. Collin was the "nicest" member of the cast, but the poster implied he was only that way so he could be associated with higher ranking individuals. The jingle states they're saving humans in order to spare their loved ones the grief of losing them, so why choose someone who killed people through experiments, was a general jerkass, and hated everyone as much as everyone hated him? It's awfully convenient that they wanted fame and Lyle's only merit was that he was famous. Then their client died in a way that's completely ridiculous without context. Deerie seemed a bit too enthusiastic about kicking them out of heaven, and C.H.E.R.U.B looked genuinely shocked by Deerie kicking them out, which implies its not normal protocol. While it's still not justified, she probably jumped at the opportunity to get rid of them and never have to interact with them again. Since they were such jerkasses, people didn't ask as many questions as they usually would because they assumed their Glory Hound tendencies lead to them becoming corrupt and falling.

Collin is actually GOD himself
Collin's the Big G himself. Not that you'd ever know. It's no coincidence that the cherub is the only good angel we've seen so far who harbors no hatred for demons or a self-righteous attitude around sinners (making his Bad Boss posters of God and taking his own name in vain all the funnier). At some indeterminable point he decided to put his own creation to the test and assume an Angel Unaware role.

C.H.E.R.U.B. has a Stolas equivalent
Each of the trio is a parallel to the I.M.P. assassins, and there was a cut lion cherub who was Loona's counterpart. While C.H.E.R.U.B. has no problem traveling between Heaven and Earth, they probably do have someone acting as their benefactor, seeing as cherubs are implied to be Heaven's imps in terms of social standing. What better angel than Stolas's own opposing angel Manadel?

The members of C.H.E.R.U.B. will become more and more demonic every time they reappear.
As they slowly fall further and further into sin trying to get revenge on I.M.P, this will reflect in their appearance, where they slowly get more and more demonic looking until they aren't even recognizable as angels anymore.

    D.H.O.R.K.S.
We'll see the D.H.O.R.K.S. interrogate someone again
Considering that the agents repertoire of ways to loosen their target tongues it seems likely that we'll see either the "Truth Bomb" (which was shown to be very effective) or the "Bitch Juice" be used in a future episode, most likely to extract information about Hell from a demon.

One of the D.H.O.R.K.S. will show up in Hell.
I.M.P killed a lot of the agents, and statistically one of them had to be bad enough to go to Hell. So why not use the opportunity to continue their research? They could even try and infiltrate I.M.P under the anonymity of their new demon identity.

D.H.O.R.K.S. will target Verosika
Agents One and Two have footage of Verosika talking to I.M.P, so they know that she have some sort of connection to them. This likely makes her their best lead in tracking down I.M.P for either vengeance or to gain more information about Hell and demons. And since Verosika is famous in the living world as well, it's only a matter of time before someone alerts D.H.O.R.K.S. to her whereabouts and she's captured, alongside Vortex and possibly her posse.

The leader of D.H.O.R.K.S. is...
  • A disguised demon. Agent One and Two tried to stop I.M.P and demons from killing humans, it would be a shocker when they find out out their boss is a Demon. This would explain why their superiors don't take them seriously, and they'll have to team up with I.M.P to stop their boss.
  • A resurrected Albert Wesker who, after being killed by Chris, was revived by Lucifer, seeking vengeance on Chris and the entire World.

D.H.O.R.K.S. is working with C.H.E.R.U.B
  • After being banished, the Cherubs formed an alliance with the Agents to get back at I.M.P to redeemed themselves.

The Vatican will aid D.H.O.R.K.S.
With irrefutable evidence that demons are on Earth, the American government will work with Vatican City to aid their agents. This can be through supplying blessed weapons or even religious artifacts. Oh, and holy water. The idea of demons treating Super Soakers filled with holy water like they're actual guns is hilarious. Communion wine could also be a great disguised poison, considering how many demons are alcoholics.
  • Conversely, once D.H.O.R.K.S. and The Vatican make their moves against demonkind, devil worshippers and those studying the black arts will have a compelling reason to start working against them. This can be an opportunity for the creator to pay homage/parody works such as Castlevania (featuring a knockoff Belmont Clan member who uses a whip and various subweapons), Devil May Cry, and Bayonetta for future episodes taking place on Earth.

No one believed the D.H.O.R.K.S. when they presented their video footage
A bunch of people who have been trying for years to get others to take them seriously suddenly have footage of a massive slaughter of their own men. In this world, chances are people would simply write them off as having photoshopped one of their agents having a mental breakdown and snapping with "demon" footage. Thus, that would allow them to still be a threat as they would need an actual, live demon to convince people to take them seriously.

    Fizzaroli and his Robotic Counterparts
What happened to the Original Fizzaroli
The recent teaser gif on Twitter shows what the real Fizzaroli looked like and if you notice his tail, he's an imp. However, a imp tail doesn't appear on Robo Fizz at all. Blitzo in Episode 2 called him a sellout. Maybe they had something going or because they were both imps, Blitzo felt imps could be given a chance from the other races in hell with how popular Fizzaroli got. However, maybe Fizzaroli got blinded by fame, betrayed Blitzo and allowed robo duplicates to be made of his image.

But then what happened to him? Maybe the teaser takes place in the past or the present. If the former, then something foreboding might've happened to the Original Fizzaroli after the robots were made. If the latter, maybe he's still living it up big, not thinking about helping the rest of his kind. Or maybe for both, there's something more going on than meets the eye.

  • "Ozzie's" reveals that the real Fizzaroli is doing just fine and works for both Asmodeus and Mammon, but still hates Blitzo despite having been childhood friends with him as shown in "The Circus". "Oops" reveals that this was because of an accident Blitzo caused on Fizzarolli's birthday fifteen years in the past that ruined his limbs as well as the fact that someone intentionally lied to both of them about not wanting to see the other.

Blitzo and Robo Fizz are bitter exes
Robo Fizz is capable of sex, and some of the dialogue they share is... pretty suggestive.
  • Jossed, Fizz viewed Blitzo as his best friend that he believed betrayed him, though Blitzo is all but outright stated to have harbored feelings for Fizz when they were younger.

The real Fizarolli works at Lu Lu World
Blitzo calls Robo Fizz a ripoff of the original Fizz—since everything in Loo Loo Land is meant to copy Lu Lu World, it would make sense they'd try to copy one of the star attractions as well.
  • Seemingly jossed, though Fizzarolli dislikes Loo Loo Land, he is part of Mammon's brand, so is unlikely to work for Lucifer in Lu Lu World.

Robo Fizz is a Soul Jar.
I think this one is pretty obvious, but it would explain his sentience, and perhaps even his Sexbot functions. It may also explain his green, glowing eyes.

Fizz is one of Blitzo's exes
The way that Robo Fizz reacted to Blitzo is one sign. Also, the "what a mouth" comment from Blitzo hints to them being intimate.
  • Jossed, Blitzo and Fizzarolli were childhood friends who split because of misunderstandings and a tragic fire that Blitzo accidentally set. Admittedly though, Blitzo was heavily implied to have harbored feelings for Fizzarolli and wanted it to be more than friendship, but it never came to be.

The Fizzarolli who appeared in Blitzo's truth serum trip isn't the Robo Fizzarolli
It's the real one, and real!Fizzarolli simply looks like a Fleischer-era cartoon character. The reason his robotic counterpart doesn't is because he's a robot.

Fizzarolli has had a bad (if not traumtic) experience with pirates
  • Likely, Fizz was abducted, nearly killed, or had suffered something worse, by pirates before he joined the Circus with Blitzo, which would explain why he threatened to punch Blitzo if he keeps talking about them during their game.

Fizz is hiding the fact that he's an imp and it helped his career
Fizz's outfit and makeup leave no hints that he's an imp. Most viewers didn't even guess that he was an imp, and largely assumed he was some kind of jester-like demon. In contrast, Blitzo's clown outfit seen in a flashback still makes it clear that he's an imp. We already know that imps are a very low-ranked type of demon, above only hellhounds, and not by much at that. So it's not a stretch to assume that, much like non-white American actors in the days before the Civil Rights Movement, imp performers have a difficult time obtaining mainstream popularity. Taking all this together, it's fairly easy to imagine that Fizz is deliberately concealing the fact that he's an imp, much like how some people would pretend to be white so they could more easily climb the ladder of success in less enlightened times. This could also be at least one reason why Blitzo referred to Fizz as a "sell-out"; Blitzo never tries hiding what he is, except when necessary for a mission.
  • Apparently Jossed as of "Oops". Striker and Crimson seem perfectly aware that Fizarolli is an imp.

Fizzarolli will leave Asmodeus' palace at some point
Not in the sense that the two will break up or Fizz will move out, but it's likely that Fizzarolli will want to leave the palace to go outside for a bit, just to show Asmodeus that he's not helpless and can be on his own. After the whole situation turns belly up and Fizzarolli is saved, this will likely lead to the two having a serious talk about Asmodeus overprotectiveness over his lover and Fizzarolli's own faults, not communicating his situation and lack of combat abilities.

  • Somewhat confirmed. The beginning of "Oops" has him convince Asmodeus to let him go to Ransom city in the Greed Ring without any escorts and he ends up captured as a result. The end of the episode however has no such talk.

Fizz isn't as happy as he seems and suffers from imposter syndrome
Yeah, he's got wealth, fame and a relationship with the Lord of Lust himself... but he feels like he doesn't deserve any of it.

Fizz will learn how to handle himself in combat
That way he can defend himself if he gets targeted again. Maybe Blitzo could help teach him.

That card Blitzo was going to give Fizz wasn't actually his
It was written by Barbie. The writing on the envelope was spelled perfectly, even though Blitzo is a terrible speller. Barbie developed a crush on Fizz and asked Blitzo to give him a card she wrote. Part of why she hates him now is because she blames him for ruining any chance she had at a relationship with Fizz.

Cash kept Blitzo and Fizz apart
Considering how avaricious and exploitative Cash is, it seems perfectly in character for him to try and make sure Fizz was under his thumb. And the fire Blitzo accidentally started seems like something that would have destroyed any affection Cash had for his son. So he decided to kill two birds with one stone: punish his son by making him think he'd burned the bridge he had with Fizz, and isolate Fizz from any outside influences that could get him away from his self-serving management. He was the one who fed them those lies for that purpose.

Fizzarolli will take the deaf imp kid from Season 2 Episode 7 under his wing as Fizzys apprentice and teach him how to be a clown.
  • Fizzarolli clearly saw a lot of himself in that kid, helped by the kid having a disability and broken horns just like Fizzy. So if that kid wants to be a clown just like him someday, then Fizzy will be more than happy to guide and teach them himself. Plus what better way to stick it to Mammon for his years of abuse then showing exactly how someone should take someone under their wing?

Fizzarolli is not a pure Imp
This came to mind because Fizzarolli visibly has greenish sclerae in his eyes, which is unusual among imps because imps usually have yellow sclerae. The only other imps in the series who have eyes that deviate from the typical yellow color are hybrids, such as Striker, who is only part imp, as well as some background characters. It's unlikely that the unusual eye color is simply the result of eye contacts, as he has had these eyes since he was a child and he also still has these greenish eyes while getting up from bed in the episode "Oops" (you're not supposed to keep your contacts in while sleeping).

If Fizzarolli got sick or injured before the Magnificent Musical Midseason Special...
...Glitz and Glam would have sent him a bouquet of squirting flowers and a card that said, "Get better so we can kick your ass at the clown pageant, loser."

    Verosika
Verosika and Blitzo's breakup.
Blitzo is an Imp. The lowest on the totem pole in hell. It could be that this low status contributed heavily to their eventual breakup. All of hell could forgive her drinking and debauchery. But the one thing that could legitimately damage her reputation? A serious romantic involvement with an Imp.
  • Their conversation in the parking lot suggested he ran off with her credit card.
    • We still don't know the context behind what led up to the event. Him stealing her card could have been a response to some argument or other. Or as a bad response to the breakup. That could just the one event she keeps bringing up because it was so outwardly wild.

When Blitzo confronts Verosika in her temporary office, it's revealed she has a crossed-out heart tattoo which has the name Blitz written in cursive. Implying that their relationship was more one sided than while Blitzo was probably dating her for his own ends, she may have been particularly more invested in the relationship, thinking it was seriously going somewhere.

  • It could their now hostile relationship during Episode 3. Seeing Blitzo in person reminds her of their breakup so she's lashing out.
  • That and her now crossed out heart tattoo. Her seeing it as a more permanent reminder of their breakup.

Alternatively as Blitzo has already openly stated he doesn't believe anyone loves him he didn't think their relationship was serious. Blitzo was under the impression, at the start or as a result of a misunderstanding later on, that the whole thing was just a fling and that when Verosika got bored of the novelty of fucking him she'd bounce like any other carefree popstar with no morals. As a result he saw no problem with getting the last laugh before his heart got broken and effectively robbing Verosika blind.

Verosika was thinking of it as a real potentially long lasting relationship because she enjoyed the fact that Blitzo didn't treat her special thanks to her wealth or status. He would actually talk to her like an equal instead of sucking up to her for stuff so she could let down her normal facade around him. The breakup and apparent betrayal hit her a lot harder as a result leading to her hostility as well as a resurgence of her drinking problem.

Loonas' lack of interaction with Verosika will be important later
It is unlikely to be a coincidence, that at no point in Spring Broken does Verosika see that Loona is associated with Blitz (she doesn't see Loona nor hear her, neither in human nor in her normal Hellhound form). The following could happen if the two met by chance, which is highly likely since their offices are adjacent and Loona is on friendly terms with Vortex:
  • They strike up a surprising friendship, likely based on alcohol and partying.
  • Verosika takes Loona under her wing and acts like a motherfigure of sorts for her, complete with Mama Bear instincts when it comes to her promiscuous posse. This could all change when she realizes that Blitzo is her adopted father.
  • There'll be some massive revelations about Blitzo and Verosika's past and their relationship.

A possible hint at this is her crossed out tattoo. She probably could've had the tattoo removed, instead she made an x over it, the tattoo of Blitzo's name is still there meaning she didn't want to remove it.
  • Great theory, but I would view it in a more tsundere kinda way. She is way more heartbroken than she lets on, but really doesn't want to express her insecurities to others, especially her ex. Instead, she opts to act snobby and mean in order to guilt Blitz into apologizing. This all means she still genuinely wants her boyfriend back, but needs to do so in a manner that secures her ego and doesn't come off as desperate.

Verosika met Blitzo at Loo Loo Land
Hell, maybe she used to work there.

Verosika's Crew will join Verosika at the Lust Ring
Given that Verosika will be returning in Episode 7, her crew (including Vortex) will likely join her in getting revenge on Blitzo and his crew.
  • Somewhat jossed: Most of Verosika's posse are guests at Ozzie's (Josh, Ace, Coco, Apple, Milky and Kiki) but none of them joins Verosika in her thrash-singing some of Blitzo's many faults. Vortex is at a party elsewhere, and the last member of the crew (Kat) is nowhere to be seen.

Verosika's Crew will join IMP
Given that they are soon to likely care for each other, they may join IMP, along with their boss, Verosika.

Vortex will join IMP
Given that he is friendly towards Loona, he may join IMP with Verosika, and her Crew.

Loona will sympathize with Verosika
Given that Loona showed sympathy for Millie in episode 6, it is possible that she will try to sympathize with Verosika.

Millie will sympathize with Verosika
Given that Millie likely knows who Verosika is presumably, it is possible that she will try to sympathize with Verosika.

Verosika will join IMP
If she reconciles with Blitzo, she along with Vortex, and her crew will join IMP.

Verosika's career isn't going that well
Episode 3 gave some hints that Verosika's career may be running low on steam. First off, she's forced to work for a small company in a rundown building and has to go for a cheap solution for headquarters. Another indicator for this is that her Springbreak concert is on a relatively small scale.

One reason for this drop in popularity could be Verosika's alcoholism, as being caught up in rehab repeatedly will hinder her ability to perform, while another is simply that the taste of the music industry has changed from her orgy inducing lyrics to something else. A third obvious one, is her general behavior: appearing drunk on stage, almost walking about without her human disguise (she just had time to change, but her horned and winged silhouette is briefly shown) or the crown jewel, recklessly throwing demonic liquor which can cause instant mutation into a human crowd! There's literally no telling what similar stunts she's pulled in the past.

And her reckless behavior may come back to bite her because of recent events involving D.H.O.R.K.S. Verosika shows up in one of the tapes that D.H.O.R.K.S. has of the imps where she's angrily walking away from Blitzo as he flips her off from the portal. That shows that she has some sort of connection with I.M.P, giving D.H.O.R.K.S. the incentive to track her down for questioning. Which could allow them to discover her role in creating the giant demon fish or even find out that she's a succubus. Best case scenario, her career on Earth would need to be put on hold until D.H.O.R.K.S. backs off. Worse case, she, her crew, and possibly Vortex get captured by them.

Verosika's song was to deliberately break up Blitzo and Stolas
Verosika's not likely to be happy about Blitzo dating someone new, as she knows he's not the best boyfriend around and still be upset about their breakup (and having to give up her parking space). Her lyrics focused on his negative traits, such as selfishness, lack of reciprocating and stealing, sung in front of Stolas.Verosika's original episode 3 rant was about Blitzo getting mad, and THEN stealing her car, maxing her credit cards and leaving her with a hotel bill. Blitzo's temper being a trigger for his crazy behaviour.

Since Blitzo isn't one to take criticism well, Verosika knew he'd be furious at her and Fizzarolli singing all his bad traits right in front of him, and with Asmodeus there, it'd be fatal to lose his temper, so the anger kept bottling up. Therefore, it'd be likely that Blitzo would sabotage his relationship with Stolas by letting his anger out on him.

Her motive for this can vary, wanting to hurt Blitzo for betraying her like that (and rendering Blitzo available again) or the more positive possibility, wanting to spare another (Stolas) the heartbreak she'd herself had been through.

Verosika will try to steal Loona away
It's just obvious at this point, especially given their curious lack of interaction. Knowing that the adopted daughter of her ex is not only a fan of hers, but also has a crush on Vortex? Verosika will no doubt attempt to gradually persuade her into leaving Blitzo. This will give Loona the ultimate test of her conflicting loyalties. Best case scenario? Loona will refuse, and maybe even convince the pop star to forgive her ex to some degree. Worst case scenario? Verosika will kidnap the hellhound out of a misguided motive to protect the next potential victim of Blitzo's cruelty.

    Striker
Striker was supplied with his blessed rifle by a fallen angel, directly or indirectly
Why would a fallen angel let a demon have such a weapon? Maybe it's because they think being responsible for the death of a Prince of Hell would allow them to get back into Heaven, or maybe they want to destabilize Hell for whatever reason.

Striker is related to Moxxie
Striker looks strikingly similar to I.M.P's resident firearms specialist. They have what looks to be the exact same hairstyle under Striker's hat, and their horns are shaped extremely similarly. On top of that, they're both musicians, and they both have a good amount of knowledge about weaponry, and they're both from the ring of Wrath. If Striker is Moxxie's Evil Twin or other Long-Lost Relative, and Striker is aware of it but Moxxie isn't it could explain Striker's animosity towards Moxxie; he sees himself as above other imps, and the fact that Moxxie is I.M.P's Butt-Monkey while still being related to Striker makes him feel as though Moxxie could be more than he lets himself be. This could set up Striker to be the Cain to Moxxie's Abel, given how Striker was completely fine with murdering Moxxie.
  • Seemingly jossed. During "Oops", neither Striker nor Crimson comments on the similarities between them, nor does Striker have an advantage when he applies for a job with Crimson. Although they have a lot of the same reactions to events during the episode, like Fizzarolli's continued singing and antics to distract them, this isn't sufficient evidence for a shared familial trait.
    • That doesn't necessary mean it's jossed. If Crimson was unaware that a possible mistress had given birth before killing them, he could have just written off Striker's similarities in appearance to him as a coincidence, with Striker doing the same if he didn't see Crimson kill his mother.

Striker's responsible for the death of Millie's family's old farmhand
It seems like too much of a coincidence that they'd die a week before the Harvest Festival, freeing up a position with a family whose house is a convenient vantage point to shoot Stolas from. The flaming twister was probably how he covered it up.
  • An extremely likely scenario given Striker's ruthless character and penchant for manipulation.

Striker is actually 'Demon Royalty' himself.
Likely the bastard son of one of Hell's nobility. Episode 5 introduces the idea that Demon Royalty like Stolas can't be killed by mundane weapons, and Striker himself shrugs off a lot of damage over the course of the episode, from being stabbed several times by Milly and suffering numerous injuries in his fight with Blitzo, and is seemingly no worse for wear afterwards. At the same time, the only point where Striker seems to be legitimately concerned for his life is when Moxxie has his blessing-tipped rifle, a weapon that CAN kill Demon Royalty, trained on him.
  • Mind, Moxxie and Blitzo take a similar amount of damage during the fight, Millie is only taken out by getting her leg caught in a bear trap.
  • Unlikely, Striker literally had a superpowerful weapon fired at him and then the wielder was making ready for a second shot. Guy had reason to be scared, especially since he knew there was no way to talk his way out of it after trying to off both Blitzo and Moxxie and having harmed Millie. Anyone, regardless of social status, would be concerned under those circumstances.
  • This would also explain why he looks so different from most imps. The other potential reason is that he might be from the ring of Envy, as mentioned in another entry on this page.
    • Wouldn't it be more likely that he's from the ring of Lust?

Striker was used for sex by a demon noble
Which is part of why he wants to wipe out Hell's aristocracy.

Striker is an Envy Ring imp

There's a couple of points in favour of this hypothesis:

  • He has green, ringed eyes, and is tall; in essence a green eyed monster by imp standards.
  • His persistent association with snakes could well be a reference to the reptilian nature of Leviathan, the Prince of Envy.
  • He's extremely resentful regarding how the princes of hell with fortunate circumstances live compared to imps like himself, while also not wanting to elevate imps as a whole, instead believing he (and similarly 'special' imps like Blitzo) is above the rest of his kind. All this behaviour is indicative of class envy.
  • He actively exacerbates Moxxie's inadequacies and sings a song aiming to make others envious of him.
  • He's noticeably paler than most Wrath Ring imps, even paler than Moxxie, suggesting he may be an outsider.

Striker will be killed by Moxxie
Moxxie will kill Striker with the blessing-tipped rifle that Striker left behind in episode five.

Striker has some shark demon blood
He has a noticeable snout, and some shark demons have spikes like his.
  • To tie this into the "Striker is related to Moxxie" theory, it's possible that Striker is Moxxie's half-brother. In keeping with Crimson being in the Mafia, he may have had a shark demon goomah (mistress), and they became Striker's parents. Crimson then sent Striker to be raised in the Wrath Ring, partly to make sure he'd grow up to be a hardcore badass in case his legitimate children disappointed, and partly so he wouldn't have his spare affair child around. If this is true, it may explain why Striker hates Moxxie so much: he resents him as Crimson's legitimate son.
    • Alternatively, given the fact Crimson is shortsighted and Striker seems to hate higher-ups in hell, it's possible Crimson only accidentally had Striker after Moxxie was born, then killed Striker's mother while leaving Striker to die because he believed he could raise Moxxie properly and didn't want competition against his legitimate heir, leaving Striker bitter for vengeance. In a great twist of irony, Moxxie would become everything he hated, Striker would become everything he wanted, and both loathe Crimson for killing their mothers.

Striker will be in the final episode of Season 1
He's still at large, and his contract on Stolas' life is still in play. Moreover, the fact that his target's wife and daughter happen to be away might not just be coincidence...
  • Jossed, the honky-tonk clown doesn't appear.

Striker is half-succubus/incubus
He's confirmed to be a hybrid and his color scheme looks fairly similar to the succubi and incubi that we see.
  • The fact that all Stolas had to do was describe him as "sexy" for IMP to realize who he was talking about supports this theory.

Striker's killed demon royalty before
This would explain why he took a while to go after Stolas again; he had other fish to fry in the meantime, and it's doubtful he'd pass up a chance to kill a demon royal for a contract on someone of lesser status, considering his grudge against Hell's higher-ups.
  • Seemingly jossed, in "Oops" Striker only mentions almost killing Stolas a week prior, but notes that it was called off, it's unlikely he wouldn't mention killing a goetia or other demon royalty (or even overlords) as a selling point during his jobinterview with Crimson.

Striker's family had royal connections.
Explaining both his connections and hatred to demon royalty. We've seen imps as butlers and servants to the Goetia family, often ending up as chew toys. Striker's family worked for nobles but were abused and discarded for petty reasons, giving him a chip on his shoulder but also an insight into demon nobility that makes him a useful assassin. The Boomerang Bigotry is because he and his kin were close enough to absorb some of that elitism, leading him rather conflicted.

Striker lost everything because of Andrealphus
Whether this was Andrealphus' intention or just collateral damage from one of his schemes, he's responsible for Striker's misery.
  • Another thing that supports this is how Striker and Andrealphus seem like a Foil to one another. Both are incredibly intelligent, arrogant (according to Stolas in the case of Andrealphus, anyway), and assist Stella in being a genuine threat. However, Andrealphus is a filthy rich royal, while Striker lives in an abandoned mineshaft, and Andrealphus is more book smart instead of street smart like Striker. In addition, Andrealphus lives in a cold place and has a blue coloration-Striker lives in the orange-red wrath ring, a desert (and underneath a volcano no less), and has a similar hue as his surroundings.

Striker hates Moxxie due to his background.
Striker doesn't just hate demon royalty, but all of Hell's elites, whom he views as corrupt and self-serving to a one. And he somehow knows that Moxxie is the son of a powerful mob boss. This would explain a lot about why he seems to have it out for Moxxie in particular.

Striker was a father whose kid died at some point due to the higher-ups in Hell.
While Western Energy makes it clear that his vendetta against the Goetias, and presumably the rest of Hell's higher ups, is extremely personal. Considering how much Season 2 seems to be about parents (learning more about both Blitzo and Moxxie's abusive fathers and dead mothers, Blitzo and Stolas trying to be good fathers to their daughters, learning of Stolas' distant father, etc.) it would tie things together if Striker, an antagonist, was revealed to have lost a kid, and is doing anything to get his vengeance as a result. Besides, Striker is already a Foil/Evil Counterpart to Blitzo, it wouldn't be too much to add one more similarity to the pile.

Striker will eventually meet one of the nicer higher-ups.
With Striker maintaining that every royal in Hell is a stuck up elitist who doesn't care about those under them, having him be forced to send time around one of the nicer royals such as Bee or Ozzie is a plot that seems ripe for potential, as it could possibly him up for a redemption or cause him to sink deeper into insanity as he either deludes himself into believing that said royal is just putting up an act and could never really care or cause him to realize that, by stereotyping Hell's royals, he's not any better then the royals he loathes.

    Minor Characters

Sally Mae is a transwoman
She has a deep voice and the black and white striped horns we've only seen on male imps so far.
  • Confirmed by her voice actress on Twitter here.

Wally Wackford serves as a minor Sitcom Archnemesis to Blitzo.
Not in a major way, but Blitzo is clearly annoyed with Wally's desperate ad campaign and shoots the TV when it comes to it. When Wally bursts into the office, Blitzo is clearly even more annoyed and even more so when Wally refers to him as Blitz-O, which may indicate that Wally used to be in the circus at the same time as Blitzo.

Wally Wackford is more than he seems
He may seem like a comedic character who pops up every now and again, but there's probably more to him than meets the eye. Some possibilities, which aren't necessarily mutually exclusive:
  • He's an agent of Mammon, or possibly Mammon himself.
  • He's working for Stella and may have been in on the plot to kill Stolas.
  • He was the manager of Loo Loo Land and was masquerading as a humble torch seller, and wants revenge on Blitzo for destroying his park.
  • He's working for Stolas on the down-low.

Chaz will be Saved by the Fans
Even with the confirmations of his death, a lot of fans are clamoring for a return for the shark demon and who's to say Vivize won't please her fans and deliver? As for how Chaz could still be alive, Crimson could have decided that death was too good for Chaz's attempt at scamming him and he's currently in a Fate Worse than Death.

Barbie Wire wasn't at the circus at the time of the fire
It's implied that Barbie was successful enough to be consided a wash-up by Verosika, and for some reason she waas eliminated from the final cut despite being present in the working animatic. That's because the Spindle Horse team remembered Barbie was already working outside the family circus by that time, and she discovered about the fire and her mother's death by third parties, that of course would escalate Blitzo's involvment in the accident, causing her to hate her brother.

Glitz and Glam are from Envy
They have an aquatic theme going on, and Envy is ruled by Leviathan.

Glitz and Glam will be rebuilt as cyborgs
Fizzarolli's prosthetics didn't make him any less popular and Mammon needs a new face, but Glitz and Glam got crushed by that column after Fizz quit.
  • Mammon could probably still extort the cyberization out of Asmodeus, arguing that he owes him for letting Fizz get away.
  • He might even have them rebuilt as one two-headed cyborg for the gimmick. And they'll hate it.

Glitz and Glam will reappear as foils for Blitzo and Barbie
With two pairs of foulmouthed demon siblings, that uses their twin status to draw a crowd when performing as clowns in the shadow of Fizzarolli and who also shows signs of squabbling amongst themselves at the drop of a hat, it’d be very surprising if Glitz and Glam didn’t return as foils for Blitzo and Barbie later in the series.

Chaz is still alive
Someone on reddit pointed out that, in the background of OOPS, one can see a flyer for what appears to be someone looking for a new set of teeth. This could be Chaz, who managed to escape after having his teeth removed by Crimson and he is simply laying low for a bit.

Chaz saw Moxxie and Millie at the same time
Let's be honest, it would definitely be in character.

Millie was a rebound relationship for Chaz
Of course, this assumes he started dating Millie after his relationship with Moxxie ended.

    Hell Worldbuilding
Only hellborn can use the portal to Earth
Vivzie said that normally only Royals can access Earth, and that Stolas is somewhat unique, but we've still only seen native demons in the land of the living. We'll probably see what happens when a sinner tries to use the portals if the series gets picked up.

The reason why more demons don't go to Earth.
According a some Word of God stuff that may-or-may-not be canon anymore, Imps have an easier time using portals than other demons. Perhaps the real reason why is that heaven views them as small time which is how Blitzo and crew are able to get away with assassinating a few people in the living world, if a more powerful demon like an Overlord were to try to get to the mortal world then it's likely Heaven would send some angels to deal with them. This may explain why Stolas tries to get Blitzo to kill people on Earth rather than taking care of business himself.

  • Later episodes reveal that for demons to legally enter earth, they need an Asmodean crystal in order to travel between realms without issue. I.M.P. didn't even have an Asmodean crystal until Stolas tried to help them get one in "Oops" with Asmodeus originally turning him down due to Fizzarolli's previous hatred of Blitzo before he convinced him to give it to them at the end if the episode.

Stolas' grimoire is made of a special paper
I always wonder why Blitzo didn't just photocopied the pages of the portal spell (or the entire book) so he doesn't have to deal with Stolas again, but if the pages of the book are magical themselves, maybe even the entire reason why the spells work at all, it would explain why Blitzo needs the real deal.
  • In the first episode, Stolas did say that the book was given to him, so it's an unique item even for a noble, Goetic demon like him. Most probably, Lucifer gave one grimoire to every noble family to do their duties (whatever those are) and the pages are imbued with Lucifer's powers.

Stolas' book is the Ars Goetia.
Stolas made his debut in Demonology in the Ars Goetia, a grimoire that is part of The Lesser Key of Solomon used to identify demons, explain how one summons them and what to do when this is accomplished.

It is likely that this works both ways, demons allowed to use the same book to help them open portals to access the living world. If such a thing actually works, it makes sense that one would not have these things just lying around and are best kept by Hell's royalty and other classified individuals, hence why Stolas only seems to have one of them.

  • And being the original it is imbued with the infernal power necessary to actually make it work, unlike the $0.99 copies you can download to your Kindle.
  • The book literally has Stolas's symbol/"lesser key of Solomon" on the front page and spine. It is possible that every demon from Ars Goetia has their own book. If Lucifer is the king of Hell, maybe he owns the books of every single Goetic demon or has them in their library. He uses them to summon and bind "Hell's ruling class" and loans their book to them only when they need to manifest in the real world. Or maybe there are two books, one with moon and another with Sun on the front page. The moon is for power, the Sun is for binding.
  • Another possibility is that Lucifer's book is essentially a master copy, with connections to the Goetic books of the 72 named Demons of status. Perhaps it's less a binding and more a direct line to them for communication and summons.

Hell is governed by heaven's rules.
This is probably obvious, given the yearly extermination, but it stood out to me that Stolas mentions allowing Blitzo to use the book "Less than legally." Given the amount of shit that goes down in hell, you wouldn't think that anyone would care about someone attempting to go into the living world. No one in hell would, but a bunch of people in heaven probably would.
  • Another possibility is that there's laws governing the higher echelons of Hell's citizenry, possibly at the behest of Lucifer himself. The sinners are fair game (after all, hell is to be their punishment). But Imps, Hellhounds, and Princes are bound to certain rules.

The little chihuahua-horsefly hybrids that pop up every now and again are native to Lust...
...and Asmodeus sometimes gives them as gifts to the big names in the Lust industry. Subtitles give their species as "quieves", as in singular "queef"—seems appropriate for an animal from Lust, and it explains why Valentino would have one and Fizz would have a small pack.

The cast's home rings
  • We know Millie is from Wrath from one of the previews, and it fits her tendency towards carnage.
  • Blitzo is from Greed, aside from formerly working there he seems the most in it for the money. And proof that greed doesn't come with good spending habits.
    • It's also worth mentioning that he worked at Loo Loo Land; it makes sense that for a job that didn't require interfacing with sinners, he would want to work close to home.
      • His parents' names are Cash Buckzo and Tilla—both related to money. It makes sense if Blitzø's a second-generation Greed imp.
    • Alternatively, he's originally from Pride, which is why he's too proud to work the same kind of jobs as other imps.
    • Yet another possibility is Lust, given his seductive capabilities and obsession with sex.
  • Loona's from Sloth, being a huge slacker.
    • Alternately, Gluttony—there seems to be a large number of Hounds there in "Queen Bee," and we see Bee's signature on Loona's adoption papers in an Instagram pic.
  • Moxxie's a mystery, he doesn't seem to exhibit any of the sins to any particular extent, maybe Gluttony based on Loona's suggesting he's fat?
    • Considering his condescension towards Blitzo, and how uptight he tends to be when things don't go as he plans/expects, Pride is a likely option.
    • Moxxie's from Pride. More over he's an original inhabitant being a fallen Cherub, the original imps rather than their descendants, who sided with Lucifer back in the day. Specifically he thought Lucifer might be right on some moral grounds given hells existence which got him condemned.
    • In "Harvest Moon" he claims to be from Wrath, though clearly not from the same part of the ring as Millie.
      • "Exes and Oohs" plus Word of God have confirmed Moxxie is half Greed, half Wrath.
  • Although his family is mentioned above to likely to live in Greed, the prince himself could originate from Lust.note
  • Note that all of the above assume that Hell-borns take on the sinful attributes of the ring they come from, which may or may not be the case.
  • Some leaked storyboards have Blitzo mentioning that both Millie and Moxxie are from Wrath
  • Striker is from Envy, which explains his snake-like qualities and the chip on his shoulder he has about Hell's aristocracy.
    • It's also speculated that the aquatic-looking demons we see are originally from Envy—if Striker is, say, half-imp and half-loan shark, this theory holds water (heh).
  • Wally Wackford is from Greed. He first appeared there, and it would explain why he has a fixation on money.
    • Would also explain how he knows Blitzø from way back when, if the above theory stands.
    • Heavily implied by his appearance as a child in "Mammon's Magnificent Musical" where he attends Mammon's show in the greed ring, both as a child and adult.
  • Since Succubi are confirmed to be Hell-borns, I think we can assume all of them are from the Lust ring.

I.M.P killed Jeffrey Epstein
They can make it look like suicide, as per their jingle.

The ring an imp is born and/or raised in can affect the way that they develop in both appearance and personality
Self-explanatory, really.

Wrath ring imps are smaller than most
This could explain why Stolas referred to imps of the Wrath ring specifically as "tiny".

Imps come in multiple different races, possibly even species
This would explain why their appearances can vary so wildly.
  • It's also possible that each one is native to a different ring.

High-ranking demons can't go through the portal into the living world themselves.
While Stolas has been shown to be able to create portals to different worlds at will, even without the book, he instead decides to create a proper summoning circle to call himself into the D.H.O.R.K.S. base. While it's possible he just did it to scare the crap out of Agents One and Two, since we've only shown him using those portals to travel to a collapsing solar system and back into Hell, it's possible that he (and, by extension, other high-ranking demons) cannot enter the living world on their own, and must be summoned. His self-summoning could be him using his mastery over magic to Rules Lawyer himself onto Earth, and he might be the only demon capable of doing so; fitting, given his seeming role as the portal master of Hell's nobility.
  • Jossed in "Seeing Stars" where Octavia, who Stolas hadn't taught about portals at the time, uses the grimoire to travel to the living world through a portal. Stolas later conjures up a portal to travel to the living world with IMP and a portal for his daughter and Loona in the human realm. So although Stolas states his powers are diminished by not having his grimoire, he can still make portals.

There are subsets of demons who live on Earth by choice
Stolas talking about how a political candidate on Earth is causing trouble for his associates and the succubi going to Earth to spread STDS shows that some demons are granted special access to travel to Earth while disguising themselves as humans for business purposes. It's possible that some of them could have shifted priorities and decided to stay on Earth permanently for various reasons (to escape from the violence of Hell, an affinity for human culture, ennui, etc). A few demons might have even mellowed out from their time up top and made genuine connections with some humans, maybe even choosing to reveal their true identities to a trusted few. I.M.P could earn the ire of one such demon if one of their targets is the demon's friend or family member. Or these demons may be angry at I.M.P because them being caught on camera means that D.H.O.R.K.S. has become more of a threat to demons living among humans.

The works of H. P. Lovecraft are based on in-universe mythology in Hell.
From what we seen even the native demons don't have a high opinion on Heaven, and since the only one confirmed as a Fallen Angel is Lucifer, it seems likely that many in Hell wouldn't be that sure about the true nature of the universe even if they know things like the afterlife existing. Perhaps new creation stories emerged and rather than following a yet unseen Godnote  some like the Goetia family believe in eldritch beings like Azathoth's tears as an explanation. Some may think God exists, but think He is a lesser being to eldritch beings or some other Crossover Cosmology. H.P Lovecraft learned about Hell to an extent and based his horror stories off "Yog-Sothism". How? One possibility is that he made a deal with a demon for wisdom, and the price was the cancer that killed him. Another possibility? Lovecraft was a demon who based his writings off his beliefs. His premature death was either a cover so he could return to Hell, or was forced to do so and faked an illness with demon magic to avoid suspicion.

What happened to two rings of Hell?
The Divine Comedy lists nine circles of Hell (Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Wrath, Heresy, Violence, Fraud, and Treachery) and the Ars Goetia has nine kings (Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmodeus, Vine, Zagan, and Belial). However, while Paimon and at least some other Goetia exist in the Helluva Boss universe there are only seven rings based on the Seven Deadly Sins and they seem to be ruled by Binsfeld's Princes of Hell. There could be a few possible explanations for this:
  • Infernal civil war: Some or all of the Goetic kings rebelled against Lucifer's imperial rule and in the ensuing war two rings were completely destroyed. Afterwards Lucifer reorganized the remaining rings and stripped the Goetic kings of their political power, appointing new rulers.
  • Ring collision: Stolas said "if the seven rings collide" because such things have happened in the past.
  • Hell is actually Purgatory: Dante's take on Purgatory has seven rings based on the Seven Deadly Sins, and unlike Hell it's actually possible to leave and go to Heaven (eventually). Something happened to the original Hell and the surviving demons invaded Purgatory.
    • Jossed, Circles aren't the same as Rings in Hell in the series. A sign for Imp City in "OZZIES'S" literally states it's in the Pride Ring, Second Circle, so the Circles do exist as part of at least the Pride Ring. Although there hasn't been a confirmed number of Circles, neither has there been any claims that any of the circles were missing to begin with.

Different rings have different prejudices or outlooks on different demon races.
In most places imps are seen as second-class citizens, with Striker mentioning it's impressive for an imp like Blitzo to have a business. And yet we see two imps working in the Greed Ring, that being Fizzaroli and Crimson, be successful without facing any apparent prejudice. Why? Well different rings would have somewhat different values, which might result in certain demon races being treated worse or better depending on where you are...often with the Sin. In the Gluttony Ring hellhounds seem to be treated well and nobody cares that Beelzebub is dating a hellhound yet in the other rings they are discriminated even more so than imps. Bee herself is part fox so she has a soft spot for hellhounds. Imps have a lot of upward mobility in the Greed Ring unlike every other Ring because they are seen as a lower-class race. For Mammon, this gives imps all the more motivation to succeed and break out of their social strata, and that's in the spirit of greed. While Asmodeus is probably somewhat of a pushover by Hell lord standards, Mammon likes Crimson and would probably be annoyed if Asmodeus just cut the bs and just kill the guy. And of course, there's Lucifer. There are plenty of reasons why he limits human-born sinners to the Pride Ring, and one of them might be because as someone fallen from grace (the original) and possibly being married to a former human, he likes humanity more so than other demon lords.

The shark demons in Greed are actually from Envy.
Mammon has clowns, spiders and even Christmas as his motifs, but sharks are nowhere to be found in his design. In fact, it's been implied that Envy will be depicted with an aquatic theme as Leviathan will be depicted rather traditionally, so it would make more sense if the shark demons were native to Envy rather than Greed. It's possible they're found working in Greed since, out of all of the sins, Envy's inhabitants would be the most likely to see that Greed's got quite a bit of cash flow and want a piece of that pie for themselves.

The musical blessing of Lilith also made it impossible or very difficult to interrupt a song unless it's dramatically or comedically appropriate.
Stella both hates Stolas and has a legit grievance about his singing waking her up, but she doesn't actually come to yell at him until he finishes singing, and none of the goons shoot Fizz during "Look At This!" but they do freely shoot at Blitzo when they notice him again, since he isn't singing. Mimzy is able to interrupt "Hell's Greatest Dad" only by inserting her own verse into it, and Sir Pentious and Millie do cut off Alastor's and Asmodeus' songs, but only when they were one syllable from the end anyway.

    Rulers of Hell
Mammon and Lucifer made some kind of arrangement regarding Loo Loo Land
It seems likely that Lucifer would allow Mammon to copy him, provided he gets some benefits in return. Whether they negotiated a licensing agreement or conducted their deal on a more informal basis remains to be seen, as is what exactly Lucifer gets out of it.
  • Another possibility is that Lucifer is aware of Mammon ripping off his theme park, but simply allows it because he's the demon lord of Pride. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all. Plus, it may feed his pride that Mammon is TRYING to copy his success, and FAILING to do as well (imagine someone copying your idea, only to make a fraction of your profits)

Asmodeus will be portrayed as both a Goetia and a King Of Hell
.Since in demonology Asmodeus is portrayed as both, he would be shown as one of Stolas' many brothers.
  • Both Jossed and confirmed. Asmodeus isn't portrayed as a Goetia despite his rooster theme nor does he have any apparent relation to Stolas, familial or social, but he is shown to be higher ranking than Stolas, who is a prince, so Asmodeus would naturally be a king.
    • It's unknown whether Asmodeus is Stolas's brother specifically, but he is almost certainly a Goetia given his Goetic sigil is literally the thumbnail of Episode 7 and is seen etched on the end of the runway in Ozzie's. Not only that, but the way Asmodeus speaks to Stolas suggests some degree of familiarity beyond hearsay.

Asmodeus will be portrayed as a Foil to Valentino
Unlike the physically and sexually abusive Val, Ozzie is actually Benevolent Boss (by demon standards at least) despite being much more overtly threatening and I.M.P runs afoul of him by messing with his employees.

Satan is, or at least used to be, an imp
Notice how so far, not counting Martha, only imps have ever mentioned Satan by name, as a stand-in for God (Drunk Moxxie has his slip near the end of Spring Broken & there's the homeless imp, with sign saying "Satan Bless" in the pilot). He seems to mostly be a big deal to them, then the other species of Hell. And it would make sense for him, to be the Prince of Wrath, if the Wrath ring is the home of much of the imp population. As seen in the Harvest Moon Festival, where it seems to be almost exclusively populated by the shorter, more violent imps. When you add in that most of the imps share many similar traits, to how Satan is often depicted as having (such as red skin, horns, the triangle tail & cloven hooves), there's a lot of hints pointing that he may be the Christ version of an Imp, just more powerful and dangerous than the run-of-the-mill ones, we've seen so far.
  • The lawyer shown in "Oops" does yell out "oh my SATAN" when Asmodeus get to him, so it's not just imps that treat Satan like a diety.

Alternatively, all of the seven rulers of Hell are the original versions of the demons in their rings
Specifically:
  • Satan is the first Imp. The Imps originated in the Wrath Ring with him, but ended up immigrating into other Rings over time.
  • As a Fallen Angel, Lucifer could be seen as the first damned sinner (Hazbin Hotel implies that Adam and possibly Eve managed to ascend so they don't count), hence why the Pride Ring is mainly populated by them.
  • Bee would obviously be the first Hellhound.
  • Asmodeus might be the first Goetia, meaning all the other wealthy avians originated in Lust (which would certainly explain Stolas and Andrealphus).
  • She isn't a Deadly Sin, obviously, but going by her traditional portrayal, Lilith was probably the first Succubus.
  • While we haven't seen Mammon's full appearance yet, the abundance of shark demons in Greed might mean he's a shark demon like them, while the goat demons in Sloth are most likely reflections of Belphegor. No word on Leviathan yet.
    • Jossed with Mammon, despite his ring having shark demons, he's actually an arachnid demon.

Bee is the illegitimate daughter of the last Beelzebub and a Hellhound.
There's already some suggestions that the Goetia are Legacy Characters, it's not too implausible that the reason Bee-Lzebub is so different from most depictions of the Lord of the Fly is that they were different holders of the title.
  • There was a big scandal and the previous Beelzebub was killed in the fallout, but Bee was the sole survivor out of all their heirs and had the raw magical power, which was all that really mattered.
  • And this is why she's so nice to Blitzo and dating a mere Hellhound, she sympathizes.
    • The mid season special implies this is jossed, since Ozzie mentions knowing Mammon sine Hell began, meaning all the sins are immortal.

The Seven Deadly Sins will be introduced in the inverse of Purgatorio's terraces
In the Divine Comedy, the order of the Purgatorio mountain is Pride, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Greed, Gluttony and Lust, with the one being considered less worse than the former. And while in Helluva, the rings are in a different order, it seems like Vivzy is going to introduce the lords of sins in that order.

We were first introduced to Asmodeus, and then (technically) in the next episode, Bee-lzebub makes her intro. Mammon has being teased with incoming episodes centered around Fizzarolli, Bee name dropped Belphegor, and Satan has being name dropped by Moxxie quite a lot. It would also explain why Lucifer would be the last to make an appereance (if ever).

  • The problem is that Paimon was introduced next, and while he's not tied to a specific sin in any demonological texts it seems that all the kings of Hell in this series represent a deadly sin and we know that Mammon is Greed.
    • Beelzebub is not even part of the Ars Goetia, yet is the demon of Gluttony in the series.

Beelzebub and Belphegor are transgender
As a way of explaining their respective Gender Flips.

The Gender Flipped Sins are due to sexism
It's why early entomologists recorded the big bees and ants in colonies as "kings" rather than "queens," why wouldn't the same be for demonologists?

Bee's honey isn't real honey...
...But rather the concentrated energy of all of the assembled partygoers, taking a physical form that happens to resemble honey once it comes in contact with Bee's magic. None of the partygoers are seen eating the stuff—just the foods Bee conjures up—and she tells them to "keep making [her] that motherfucking honey!" during her song.
  • Sounds like Mr. Wednesday's description of soma in American Gods, he compared worshipers to bees with soma as their "honey" produced from their concentrated prayer taken form.

Beelzebub is in reality only nice as a facade
I thought to myself that maybe she is only nice to Loona and because otherwise Vortex would leave her, and that maybe Beelzebub's very unhappy in order to cope with awful things she has been through...

Oh, and her demanding Blitz be taken out? He's a disturbance in Beelzebub's aura and blocking off the emotions she can suck out of the guests there, but she won't do it herself.

All The Seven Deadly Sins feed off of the vices of other demons/humans and get their powers that way.
As Bee implied she can 'taste the vibe' of the party. She also said that Blitzo's vibe was off. If all TSDS have the same perception as Bee has, they could very well also be focused on maintaining a specific vibe to feed off of the feelings of their guests/underlings. As we've seen with Asmodeus, he only stepped in when realizing Moxxie wasn't singing about lust but love. It could be possible that the princes of hell literally have a distaste for anything which goes against their vices, on the flip side getting (a power) high when guests engage in their vices openly and without restraint.
  • Ozzie also said that Moxxie's admission of preferring wholesome lovemaking over wild fucking was "killing the vibe".
Belphegor will never appear on screen.
It would be fitting that the lord of sloth never shows up, only gets mentioned.
Belphegor has dominion over all drugs in Hell

Bee mentions that Belphegor is the one with a stash of party drugs. Based on the presence of her name on Stolas' antidepressants and the fact that St. An's hospital is located in Sloth (Belphegor's ring, traditionally), it makes sense for Bel to be in charge of Hell's meds.

Each of the Seven Deadly Sins will be given their own music genre
Asmodeus and Bee-Lzebub were introduced singing songs, and teasers for Mammon's introduction are at a live concert. Each of the Seven Sins will be introduced with a bombastic music number based on their own personal genre of music. Here's a list of possible choices:
  • Lucifer
    • Symphonic Metal
    • Big Band Jazz
  • Asmodeus: Broadway/Burlesque
  • Bee-Lzebub: Pop
  • Mammon
    • Hip Hop
    • Glam Metal
  • Satan
    • Country
    • Death Metal
    • Groove Metal
  • Leviathan
    • Surf Rock
    • Reggae
  • Belphegor
    • Smooth Jazz
    • Synthwave
    • EDM

Satan will be just as Affably Evil as Bee
Bee mentions that the two of them are close enough to consider each other siblings, and it seems unlikely that the kind and considerate Bee would be so close to a massive jerk.

Bee-Lzebub isn't part Hellhound
She's a unique demon who just happens to have a Hellhound-like appearence. In fact, every Deadly Sin is its own kind of demon rather than being part of any demon sub-species populating Hell (imp, succubus, Hellhound, shark demon, Possessor, etc...).

Potential circus motifs for the rest of the seven sins…

  • Satan

  • Belphegor
    • A fortune teller (a traditionally feminine role to fit with the second known lady sinner, plus a role generally considered more "sedate" to match her slothful role)
    • Alternatively, the technician, since Belphegor is the demon associated with invention, plus she doesn't have to do any acts herself, again fitting her domain.
    • If Belphegor is a Composite Character of the original Belphegor and Baphomet who is usually depicted as a demon with female breasts and a goat head, she could potentially be a Bearded Lady featured in freakshow portions in some circuses.

  • Leviathan
    • A diver or other such water-related act (Leviathan is a sea monster, after all)
    • An escape artist, both for a pun on "slippery as an eel" and one of the most famous escape acts being in a tank of water.
    • A stage performer: Their EnVee app has a logo resembling a comedy and tragedy mask, suggesting a theatrical theme.

Mammon is one of the bigger pricks out of the Sins.
Asides from Pride which is where human sinners go to, Greed is probably the most obviously crappy Ring we've seen, and it's a place that Crimson has thrived. To contrast Asmodeus and Bee-Lzebub, who are generally level-headed and reasonable despite spreading excess, Mammon will be a Jerkass Bad Boss. Dante's Inferno has greed as a circle below lust and gluttony, and typically greed is considered a worse vice than lust or gluttony so Mammon being nastier than the two we've seen on-screen would track. Granted he may not be completely unlikable and have a few Pet the Dog moments (like being nice to Fizzaroli because he makes a lot of cash), but being more of a scumbag than his contemporaries would track with what we've seen of the Greed ring.
  • If season 2, episode 7 means anything, we can call this confirmed.

Belphegor is a combination of the original Belphegor and Baphomet.
Many of the demons in the Sloth Ring share traits resembling Baphomet and the picture of Belphegor on Stolas's antidepressants resembles Baphomet as well. If its any indication of what she looks like, she could end up resembling the goat demon.

Belphegor and Baphomet are a fully royal couple like Lucifer and Lilith, with Belphegor being a plague doctor demon
Belphegor canonically being in charge of producing and experimenting with medications and drugs in Hell along with representing sloth she may have no interest in actually ruling a ring, so her partner, Baphomet steps up to rule, at least at first. Baphomet initially running Sloth would explain small details that imply tourism is the secondary industry of Sloth and may have been the primary one before Bel got more involved, reorienting the industry towards the medical. This would also explain why most of Sloth's native population is at least partly candlehead, while the plague doctor demons who take Stolas away at the end of "Western Energy" are a rarer sight, presumably spending most of their time as Belphegor's lab assistents, also implying Bel will have plague doctor elements to her own design.

Leviathan will be the last member of the Seven Deadly Sins to appear in Helluva Boss.
While Mammon will appear in Season 2 Episode 7 and Lucifer unable to appear at all since he is Exiled from Continuity due to being in Hazbin Hotel, we will eventually meet Satan, Belphegor, and finally Leviathan in that order.

Satan will be composited with Azazel.
Since the two are often seen as synonymous, and a Sin being conflated with a different demon has precedent since Bee has the sigil of Bael.
  • Jossed. In the "Hazbin Hotel" episode "Dad Beat Dad", Charlie's contact list on her phone has Azazel on it, implying that they are two separate entities.

Leviathan will be either female or nonbinary or both
I could be wrong, but so far, Viv and crew don't appear to have confirmed what gender this version of Leviathan is. Given that so far, we have four male sins (Lucifer, Satan, Mammon and Asmodeus) and two female sins (Beelzebub and Belphegor), it's possible that Leviathan will either be added to the roster of female sins, depicted as nonbinary or be some combination of the two (like femme-presenting/leaning nonbinary). For bonus points, nonbinary is sometimes abreviated as "NB" or "enby", which obviously sounds like "envy", aka Leviathan's sin.

The sins who appear in the show will be "split" between the Affably Evil and Jerkass ones
So far, we've seen that Beelzebub and Asmodeus are pretty chill, all things considered, but Mammon is a pure asshole. Perhaps to keep the Seven Rulers of Hell from seeming too reasonable (and thus, lacking in conflict), the six who appear here (Lucifer obviously doesn't count) will be split between three "friendly" members and three "evil" members. Specifically:
  • Satan will probably be one of the nice ones, since the equally Affably Evil Bee says that he's like a brother to her (implying that they're close).
  • Leviathan will be one of the more actively malicious ones. If the aquatic demons do in fact come from the Envy Ring, then it's probably not a coincidence that most of them have appeared as antagonists.
  • Belphegor will also be one of the more villainous ones. We know she has an adversarial relationship with Bee (though admittedly, Bee's implied to have started it) and she's implied to be both a drug dealer and shifty doctor.

All the sins are fallen angels like Lucifer.
Asmodeus claims to have known Mammon since Hell began implying that they existed before that. Lucifer was an Archangel before he planned his rebellion against god and was cast out of heaven. The other sins were angels loyal to him at the time.

Lucifer will be mentioned in the show but not by name.
They are Seven Deadly Sins in the universe but Lucifer isn't allowed to cross over with the cast of Hellva Boss. So they will call him names like the Big Sin, Hellva Boss, King of Pride and King of the Sins.
  • Jossed as off "Loo Loo Land", Octavia directly calls Lucifer "Lucifer" when she compares Loo Loo Land with Lu Lu World.
    • Plus, given that Lucifer is technically a Public Domain Character, they could likely get away with mentioning his name as long as his Hazbin Hotel design doesn't appear onscreen. This could also go the other way, with Lucifer in Hazbin mentioning the other Sins but never showing them.

Belphegor will be the eldest of the Seven Sins by technicality, as well as the OnlySaneSin
Since there is an old saying about goats being old and since we have yet to see how Viv and her crew will do with Belphegor (whose a female in the show), and since all the denizens of the Sloth Ring appear to be goat like, have plague doctor masks or be demons with candles on their heads, maybe Belphegor will probably be a mash up of all three, a goat demon with a plague doctor mask over her eyes and a candle (or better yet a Candelabra) on her head. She'll also probably be the eldest of the seven sins, the only one who takes her role as the Sin of Sloth seriously, and She'll also have hints of being a drug dealer and shifty doctor as mentioned above.

Leviathan has either two heads or two faces
The logo for their EnVee app shows a masklike face split in half, with one half resembling a comedy mask and the other resembling a tragedy mask. Not only that, but in some classical depictions, Leviathan is claimed to have multiple heads (though this wasn't the case in The Bible).

Belphegor will occasionally speak Gratuitous French.
The Dictionnaire Inferna states that Belphegor is also Hell's ambassador to France.

Leviathan will be the eldest of the Seven Sins, the most animal-like and the largest of the seven
If the theory of Belphegor being the eldest might be jossed, it's possible Leviathan might be the eldest. Along with being the most animal-like and the largest of the Seven Sins, acting like an actual Sea Serpent with elements of Intelligible Unintelligible added in so that the other sins can understand them, while the audience and other demons (even the fish like demons they supposedly rule over) can't. Additionally, according to the Bible, the Leviathan is an ancient monster of Primordial Chaos who God Himself had to personally beat into submission.

Belphegor and Asmodeus are likely after Barbie Wire
Given that we know Barbie Wire is a drug dealer and we don't know how she got the Asmodean Crystal, it's possible Belphegor and Asmodeus are secretly after her for both theft and drug dealing. (If either of them became aware of it that is).

Leviathan will have a strong Cthulhu Mythos theme
After all, it's a primordial sea monster, and Cthulhu himself, though not actually from the sea, is heavily associated with it and Lovecraft had octopuses in mind when giving a description.

Leaning into their implied status as a social media influencer, Leviathan will be depicted as having a tendency to "cancel" people.
Envy is often associated with not only coveting what others have, but wanting them to suffer or meet their downfall for having it. Perhaps Leviathan will make a habit of making callout posts about people they don't like, sometimes (frequently) falling into the realms of Malicious Slander.

Satan's appearance will ironically be the iconic Big Red Devil depiction, as a way to refer to the common misconception of him and Lucifer being the same person.
It may also plant the idea that Satan, although not as powerful, is more liked and well-renowned than Lucifer due to the latter being a depressed recluse who doesn't interact with the demonic lower class. Additionally when taking into the account of Wrath's agriculture setting, its possible that the devil's signature trident is merely a regular pitchfork that Satan uses for farming.

    Heaven
Heaven has some bad apples, just like Hell has some good ones.
Deerie is one of Heaven's bad apples and Charlie is one of Hell's good apples.

Heaven is the way it is now because God's Hands Are Tied.
The theory was made by Finn the Pony, but it's worth bringing up here. The theory is that Heaven is as bad as it seems in the Helluva Boss episode C.H.E.R.U.B because God is no longer actively governing Heaven. With populations on Earth constantly climbing, maintaining humanity to some level of stability has taken up all of God's attention and efforts. He trusted His angels to run Heaven by following His standards and example, but they became complacent and entitled as time passed, turning Heaven into a gated community where they keep the "trash" out so it won't spoil their little utopia. If and when we finally meet God, he'll be a completely overworked, neurotic mess in desperate need of a hug and a nap. See the video bringing up this theory here.

Deerie lied about C.H.E.R.U.B being unable to reverse their barring from Heaven.
The tone in which she gave the news sounded very insincere and passive-aggressive, making it likely that she arranged for the trio to be banished from Heaven out of spite and told them that they could never go back to Heaven ever to cover her ass. It's only a matter of time before her bitchiness comes back to bite her in the ass.

Deerie lied about C.H.E.R.U.B being unable to reverse their barring from Heaven, but for a very different reason, and also about the actual reason they were kicked out.
They had either Fallen or came close to becoming Fallen due either to their growing spite for I.M.P or some external factor, and so it was necessary to send them on a journey of soul-searching before they became as bad as Lucifer. There actually is a way for them to get back into heaven (The Happy Hotel itself may or may not be involved), but if they were actually told as much then they'd go on the journey for the wrong reasons.

Deerie will experience Laser-Guided Karma for kicking out C.H.E.R.U.B
Namely eventually she will make some kind of mistake which will in turn cause her own superiors to kick her out of Heaven in a way similar what she did to Cletus, Collin and Keenie. If the trio are out for revenge by this point then this will also have the result of leaving her at their mercy without the protection of Heaven. Alternatively Heaven might have some Reasonable Authority Figure in it who decide Deerie was too unfair and so fires her and lets the trio back in.

Deerie is one of the reasons not many can make it into heaven
Because she was raised in Heaven, she only sees natural angels as the rightful residents, so she makes it her job to cast out any she sees as 'evil', i.e. Humans. She's certainly not the only one either.

Deerie is the architect of the Exorcist program
Deerie, from what we've seen of her, is a plainly intolerant being who harshly punishes people for the most minor of deeds. The idea that she honestly believes she's doing the right thing is undercut by the fact that she smiles while expelling three forlorn beings from Heaven. If she's this harsh toward her fellow cherubs, how would she be toward residents of Hell and sinners?

It is very well possible she's the being who pushed for the extermination of Hell's inhabitants. In her own narrow mind, she can't imagine anyone who sins is capable of being good. She would even despise Charlie just for being the daughter of Old Scratch, and not because of anything she did.

  • Jossed. Adam is the one who came up with it and Sera reluctantly approved. In fact, nobody besides the Exorcists and Sera even know the Exterminations happen.

The angelic equivalents to succubi are cupids
Instead of spreading lust and STDs, cupids spread love. However, like C.H.E.R.U.B., they aren't really doing this for good and oftentimes don't care if the people they're matchmaking aren't truly consenting.

    Earth
Everyone on Earth knows that Hell exists
It would explain why people don't seem all that surprised to see literal demons walking around.
  • I mean, that's already been confirmed? C.H.E.R.U.B advertises their company on Earth, meaning that humans already know that Heaven and Hell exists in their universe.
    • Not so—in the commercial, Cletus addresses someone who clearly just entered Heaven ("You must have done something '' good"...etc), making the service strictly available to those in Heaven who need to protect their still-living loved ones.
  • Jossed in Episode 3, where it's all but stated that there's a masquerade regarding the existence of Hell, with demons being required to wear disguises when on Earth, and Millie using the fact that Verosika accidentally created a kaiju to blackmail her into forfeiting a bet. Loona called out her fellow imps for overlooking this rule and there was a good chance she was the only one who can shapeshift, which was why they brought her along. The only reason the imps got off easy was that the humans were too drunk and/or stupid to notice. Some of them mistaken Blitzo and Moxxie as a leprechaun and possum, respectively.

The authorities killed Martha's family and blew up her house in order to hide/cover up something
What that is could be any number of things. Or they might have some other sinister reason...
  • Perhaps the authorities figured out that Martha and her family were all murderous psychopaths and wanted to cover up after months to years of her being hailed as a hero.

Humans killed by demons (at least "natural" ones like imps) don't end up in Hell
It would explain why nobody at I.M.P seems concerned about their victims coming after them for revenge.
  • Episode four josses this. Blitzo outright tells Loopty that if they kill Lyle, he will go to Hell and Loopty was actually hoping that would be the case.

The people killed by I.M.P don't end up in Hell...
The grimoire they use to access the mortal world actually collects human souls. Most likely, any human killed by a demon that used the book has their soul taken by it. Hence why none of the company's targets have come after them for revenge. Because none of their targets are actually in Hell. The mysterious "job" that Stolas was given the book to do? Collecting human souls. This is why Stolas seems to have no problem at all with Blitzo using the the book. Because Blitzo is just doing Stolas's job for him. Likely the reason why Stolas wants the book back for one night a month is to extract the souls that I.M.P have been unknowingly collecting for him.
  • Seemingly Jossed by "C.H.E.R.U.B" when Blitzo reminds Loopty that his old business partner will go down to Hell with him, and while not directly killed by I.M.P we do see Lyle as a demon in the end.

Not everyone will accept the evidence obtained by D.H.O.R.K.S.
Some people who see it probably will, but there will probably be others who think it was just an elaborate hoax they concocted.

The government already knows about Hell… they just want it to be kept a secret.
The reason why D.H.O.R.K.S. are ignored by corporate is because they already know Hell is real but they'd rather keep the masquerade to prevent the public from freaking out and religious nuts taking advantage of the existence of Hell.
  • The pilot has Stolas hiring I.M.P to kill a politician trying to convince people that global warming's a thing. More specifically, he describes him as 'causing trouble for a few of my associates'. This implies that Hell has it's talons in the government, using it to further suppress evidence of demons (if you were a politician, would you want the voters to know that you sold them out to literal demons?).
    • Plus, it would be bad business, for both Hell and Earth, if the world becomes the one just like in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise: angels and demons openly waging war with one another, humanity struggling to survive with magical wrist-strapped computers, and so forth.
    • The world turning up like the one in Go Nagai's Devilman would be unfavorable as well.
  • Stolas' "associates" are in fact the "suits at corporate" that One was complaining about when they captured Blitzo and Moxie. Once the evidence is turned over to them it will disappear, and the surviving D.H.O.R.K.S. will get none of the recognition they are looking for.

D.H.O.R.K.S. is the Helluva Boss Universe's version of the Unusual Incidents Unit
They're a government body dedicated to investigating the supernatural but is really inept at their job. QED.

D.H.O.R.K.S. stands for...
Some possible meanings for their acronym.
  • Demon Hunting Organization Ready to Kill Satan
  • Demon Hunting Organization Record Kill Specialize
  • Demon Hunting ORKS
  • Demon Hunting, Or Rather Killing, Services
  • Demon Hunting Organization for Rookies, Kooks and Scientists
  • Demon Hunting Organization Really Kinda Sucks
  • Demon Hunting Organization Responsible for Killing Shit
  • Demon Hunting Organization in Really Kool Suits

Angels helped D.H.O.R.K.S. get established
Whether these were rogue angels or not is yet to be determined.

    Future General Plots

Possible episode plots
  • Stolas makes I.M.P hire his useless kid.
    • Alternatively, Octavia ISN'T useless, and Moxie, Millie and Loona get extremely jealous and/or pissed off when she turns out to be better at the job than any of them, risking their job security.
  • They get contracted to kill a superhero (or villain), who just, won't, die.
  • Blitzo cures Loona's syphillis, which makes her marginally less Jerkass, freaking Moxxie and Millie out.
  • The mother of the kid murdered tries to avenge her son's death.
  • The I.M.P go to the Hazbin Hotel.
  • The people I.M.P kill go to Hazbin Hotel.
  • Blitzo is diagnosed with syphillis about 2 weeks after he takes Loona to get surgery.
    • I highly doubt that, given how Blitzo treats Loona less like his lover and more like his daughter/dog.
  • Blitzo's family tries to convince him to return to the circus.
  • A Hazbin Hotel character making a Required Spinoff Crossover.
    • More likely, a Transplant character if one show ends earlier than the other. Imagine Angel Dust interacting with Loona, or maybe Octavia with Husk.
  • One of their clients tries to use their portals to return to Earth.
  • Following an office party, Moxxie wakes up in bed next to Loona, while Millie finds herself curled up in Loona's bed.
  • If Loona is Blitzo's adoptive daughter there will be an episode dealing with their father-daughter relationship, maybe detailing how Blitzo came to adopt her. By the end of the episode they will have a better relationship with each other.
    • Alternatively, Blitzo and Verosika will slowly rekindle their relationship somehow, probably by reluctantly teaming up to take down a common enemy. This seems like a more likely scenario, considering that Blitzo and Verosika making amends means that Loona can get closer to Vortex.
  • Some sort of melodramatic Very Special Episode for each of the characters' flaws and learning to deal with them: Blitzo's craving for attention and affection, Loona's abandonment issues, Moxxie and Millie having some sort of relationship drama.
    • Partically confirmed in Truth Seekers, highlighting how Blitzo craves love and attention, but yet how his own insecurities ends driving away those he cares about.
  • I.M.P learns Demonic Possession, and decides to take advantage of this ability to haunt their next targets, which consist of a family who have just moved into a house previously owned by Satan worshipers, as a parody of the supposedly true ghost/demon haunting stories seen in shows such as A Haunting.
  • The people who've been killed by I.M.P will eventually come to their door looking for revenge.
    • More likely, it won't just be exclusive to sinners. Who's say that ALL of I.M.P's enemies won't want to team up and take them down? Especially for a Grand Finale or at least Season Finale.
    • Seemingly confirmed in the preview trailer. In a brief scene, we have what appears to be Fizzaroli and a monstrous Verosika (given the similar boots and star symbol on the lower body) about to attack Moxxie.
  • Martha's family will be Back for the Finale as antagonists having secretly escaped before the police blew up their house.
    • Or having been killed and all gone to Hell at once, forming an immortal demon family that I.M.P has to find a way to kill (or redirect towards their client).
      • Possibly they could have ended up living in the Cannibal Colony.
  • Moxxie and Millie have a baby.
  • Blitzo and the team attempt to raise funds for their company by defrauding a legally-destinct GoFundMe/Patreon rip-off, and are left scrambling to accomplish some ambiguous impossible task at the last minute when the backers come knocking to see where their donated money is going.
  • Someone uses the grimoire to escape to earth and I.M.P has to hunt them down before anyone important finds out.
  • Someone on Earth discovers I.M.P's portal and follows them into Hell. (Either an innocent child, a dog or cat who Millie wants to keep, or a Mr. Crocker-type lunatic trying to prove demons exist.)
  • I.M.P end up on an alien planet by accident, as a call-back to Stolas taking a young Octavia into space in "Loo Loo Land".
  • A training video episode, similar to "The Krusty Krab Training Video".
  • Loona and Octavia striking a friendship with each other over their embarrassing dads.
  • Based on the end of "C.H.E.R.U.B", we can consider these two plots jossed.
    • C.H.E.R.U.B and I.M.P will likely work together once because their assignments will cross with one another. C.H.E.R.U.B gets to save while I.M.P gets to kill. Everyone wins, except for I.M.P's target.
    • C.H.E.R.U.B's boss and I.M.P's Blitzo will agree to have the two sheep and Moxxie and Millie, respectively, trade places for the day. Both sides perform their tasks extremely well, while working around if it goes against their beliefs (The sheep can kill indirectly by outsourcing cultists from Earth, while the imps focus on clients who inevitably die), but their opposing residence's influence will slowly corrupt them. Blitzo relishes in C.H.E.R.U.B's corruption until they plot to kill him and take over I.M.P, forcing him to help change them back.
  • A human warrior of legend, an Expy of the Doomslayer, arrives in Hell and everyone wants a piece of him. Residents of Hell go after him for a huge bounty, despite his legend of exterminating a race of space demons and evidently being unstoppable. Angels of Heaven are assigned to retrieve him so he can be made a soldier of righteousness. I.M.P gets caught in the middle and decides to jump in on the fun, and for the money.
  • Octavia being stalked and harassed by creepy fans, as a reference to what happened to her real life Character Blog on Instagram.
    • Maybe not. They already did that plot in episode 3.
  • A new character will fill in for Loona's job of Receptionist in a future season, allowing the hellhound to work with the imps more directly. This could be temporary or permanent, depending on the plot.
  • Following the end of episode 3, it's possible that I.M.P could be hired by Vortex' Girlfriend to spring Verosika and co. out of prison. said girlfriend will wait at the office and befriend Loona in the meantime.
    • Not happening since Verosika and Co. escaped on their own.
  • An episode centering around Octavia meeting her betrothed, another Goetia or child of an Overlord. Stolas didn't know about the engagement because he was doodling when his wife planned it at one of her teaparties. Octavia runs away and hires I.M.P to hide her thinking they're bodyguards.
  • Loona getting captured by a dogcatcher, either in hell or the mortal world, Blitz goes bananas.
  • Millie's family shows up and demands money from the I.M.P.
    • Not likely as the family seems convinced that the freelance work I.M.P does is actually free.
  • The firm is taken in another direction as Moxxie replaces Blitz as CEO for incompetence.
    • Also unlikely, since Blitzo is the owner of the company, with no investors or stockholders to force him to step down.
  • I.M.P is hired to hunt down an assassin that's after Verosika, forcing them to work together.
  • The imps meeting a target they don't want to kill.
  • A client refuses to pay because the imps are of a lower social status and are thus meant to serve sinners.
  • An episode regarding Stolas meeting an uncertain, yet iron-handed fate, separating him from the cast. Following a Trauma Conga Line for the whole cast, mainly Octavia humming herself Stolas's lullably in denial of Stolas' disappearance, and Blitzo reevaluating his feelings for Stolas, with the I.M.P crew consoling them.
  • Vortex will have a falling out with his boss. It is very likely that Blitz and Verosika's feud will slowly get more violent as the show progresses. Cue the moment where Verosika takes it a wee bit too far and demands Vortex hurt Loona in order to spite her ex.
    • Either that, or Blitz will put further strain on his relationship with his adopted daughter. He'll hurt Vortex in the ongoing feud, and Loona finds out...
      • Highly unlikely, at least if it's about doing any intentional damage, as in "Queen Bee" he doesn't show any hostility to Vortex, and with Tex dating Beelzebub, Blitz will steer clear of angering her.
  • An episode mostly shown from the perspective of some people targeted by IMP, which will show just how scary the group would be from an outsider's perspective.
  • Blitzo hires a new employee.
  • An episode focusing on six of the Seven Sins.

Possible arcs and long-term plot points
  • Millie becomes pregnant, forcing her to temporarily act as the company's receptionist while Loona joins Blitzo and Moxxie out in the field.
  • It's discovered that I.M.P are illegally using Stolas' grimoire to travel to Earth, forcing them to become fugitives.

Striker is planning to double cross Stella if he succeeds at killing Stolas
His "We Can Rule Together" speech towards Blitzo certainly implies that he isn't a fan of Hell's royalty...

Striker will use Octavia as bait on his next attempt to kill Stolas
Striker never told Stella how he was going to commit the deed, one way in order to get Stolas's attention would be threatening his own daughter which Striker will use to his advantage.
  • This could also be a good way to gauge just how bad Stella is once she's made aware of the plan. It could go any way, but some particularly likely possibilities include:
    1. She doesn't care about her own daughter being put in harm's way to kill her husband (thus cementing her as well and truly evil, even by this show's standards)
    2. She's shocked and genuinely thinks Striker's going too far, but hates Stolas enough that she won't stop him (making her somewhat more sympathetic, but ultimately irredeemable)
    3. She has a change of heart upon learning that her daughter is being targeted and stops Striker; whether this one results in her dropping the hit altogether depends on just how things played out beforehand (but either way this would confirm that as evil as she is, she does genuinely love her daughter)

The finale will finally give us Loona calling Blitzo her dad
Possibly while she pulls off a positively awesome Big Damn Heroes moment.
  • "GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF MY DAD!"

Blitzo will defeat Stella as revenge for trying to kill his only ticket to the mortal realm.
Bonus points if his Pre-Mortem One-Liner is a Meaningful Echo to his first line to her in the pilot.
Sorry... I FUCKED YOUR HUSBAND!

As a callback to S 2 E 1, Stolas will get hired by Blitzo... as a secretary.

Possible Couch Gags for the show, depending on its opening
If the show uses the ad where Blitzo explains how I.M.P works. There will be a different previous customer talking about why they hired I.M.P.

If the show just uses the jingle, the final note on "professional" features one of them shooting the target of the episode.

The theme of the show will be overcoming abandonment and insecurity and learning to love again
Kinda related to the above and previous WMG about Blitzo, but Loona, Stolas, and Blitzo all clearly have emotional baggage to some degree; Blitzo doesn't seem to be on good terms with his bio family and stalks Moxxie and Millie out of a desire to feel like he belongs, Stolas is married to a woman he clearly doesn't love and a daughter he can't relate to, and Loona's angst and reaction to Eddie's comment about "not talking to dogs" indicate a past of Fantastic Racism, not to mention the fact she's adopted. Blitzo chases affection from Loona and M/M, but he wouldn't know what to do with it if he got it; Stolas clearly cares about him but he keeps his distance and acts like it was a "one night stand" when they're clearly in some sort of relationship, because ultimately he doesn't believe he's worthy of it and because he's scared that he'll be hurt again. This also extends to Octavia to an extent; she's clearly smart enough to realize that her parents don't love each other and acts distant from Stolas because she's afraid the same is true of her (or might be, given that we know next to nothing about her mother). This oddly makes Moxxie the foil who has, essentially, already "beaten" this arc and managed to find love and affection (I would say Millie, but given how so far she seems to be nothing but a Satellite Character for Moxxie...well, I'm not holding out for any kind of developed backstory, unfortunately. Look how dead her Instagram page is). The show will probably end with Stolas and Blitzo committing and marrying with Loona and Octavia settling into a big sister/little sister dynamic, probably with Blitzo finally opening up to Moxxie and admitting he feels isolated and unloved and can't fathom that anyone would love him.

The gang will "babysit" Octavia at some point.
Maybe Stolas (and maybe Stella) will have to go to some important meeting and since he doesn't want to leave his daughter home alone, it's possible that he'll hire I.M.P to keep an eye on her while he's gone. Perhaps we'll see more insight into Octavia's social life and interests, and maybe we'll get to see how she interacts with Loona.

Some cataclysmic event will happen in a future episode
And Stolas will play a part in it.

There will be an episode where Loona apologizes to Blitzo
Basically the two end up in bad situation and Blitzo reveals that what she said really hurt and she apologizes and they make up.

Josh the sex demon will return and have a larger role

Blitzo's sister will appear
And will be passive aggressive, loving but rude and not to mention a roast master.

  • Partially confirmed, Barbie appears, but she's not passive aggressive (it's very upfront towards either Blitzo or Moxxie), and is very rude without any hint of love behind it.

Verosika, Fizzarolli and the cherubs want revenge against I.M.P in a future episode
In the season 1 trailer, Blitzo being thrown on the floor and a pair of legs resembling Verosika's walks up to him and a silhouette of Fizzarolli on the shoulders of a giant being behind Moxxie are seen. They want revenge for destroying Loo Loo land(Fizzarolli), getting blackmail and arrested by the police(Verosika) and getting kicked out of Heaven(C.H.E.R.U.B). It makes perfect sense, especially considering that imps like Blitz are on the very bottom of Hell's social classes, so few people would care if Blitz ended up missing and/or dead.
  • Building on this, the characters that I.M.P helped such as Mrs. Mayberry, Stolas and Octavia, and Loopty and Lyle will be the ones to help I.M.P out.
  • Bonus points if the three recurring villains share an episode and the IMP allies aren't needed that much. Why? Because of predictable personality clashes getting in the way of their Legion of Doom and each of them constantly insisting that they deserve to finish IMP, Blitz in particular. A perfect ending would be that Blitz and the gang would start cooperating more with each other when they realize they could end up just like their enemies.

Alternatively, the former C.H.E.R.U.B members will team up with I.M.P to get revenge on the rest of C.H.E.R.U.B
This could likely happen after they attempt revenge on I.M.P, only to gradually be convinced that the rest of C.H.E.R.U.B are at fault for banishing them.

Loopty and Lyle are going to help Wacky Wally Wackford rebuild Robo Fizz
Wally's commercial has him talk about how he needs skilled roboticists, Lyle and Loopty are very good engineers who have gone on record saying they want to continue their ventures in Hell, and the episode seemingly ends with Wally hiring the two. Since Wally used to work at Loo Loo Land, it's not impossible that Mammon might contract a business run by a trusted former employee to rebuild his park's mascot.

A future episode will feature Blitzo being the Abhorrent Admirer to Stolas
Blitzo, under the influence of either alcohol, drugs, or magic, will be the one to deliver a censor-laden phone call to Stolas, who will be so shocked he either won't say anything or he'll react like Blitzo normally does, complete with him ruining his phone somehow.

If Stella succeeds in killing Stolas, she will pin the blame on Blitzo
Not only would she want to kill her husband for cheating on her but she would also want to bring down the one he cheated on her with. What better way to do that than frame Blitzo for Stolas' murder?

IMP will start offering to kill sinners
Considering that Moxxie was able to steal Striker's blessed rifle, which he states can kill even demon royalty, Blitzo might come with the idea of using the rifle to off sinners for more cash.
  • I'm pretty sure most of their targets have their fair share of sins already.
    • I meant people already in Hell.

Blitzo and Moxxie will be kidnapped by humans
The gif from episode 6 shows that two humans are interrogating Blitzo and Moxxie, which might be implying that they will be the ones who will capture them.
  • Confirmed.

There will be an episode where Blitzo will try to reconnect with Verosika
During the Disney Acid Sequence, Hallucination Verosika was the one who says that Blitzo pushes anyone who gets too close till them hate him which probably cause Blitzo to drive three rings to Wrath. Blitzo will have a Heel Realization and will apologies to her.

Stella will become Blitzo's Arch-Enemy
Since she is trying to have her husband killed, she will become an enemy of Blitzo while planning on killing him and Stolas.

Loona will have an Arch-Enemy
If Loona encounters an enemy, he or she who will become an Evil Counterpart of her.

It's been shown that Summoning Rituals exist, even if only so Stolas can make a dramatic entrance. It's not out of the question that the imps will have to deal with humans summoning them for either revenge or a job.

  • Naturally they'll catch them at an awkward time.
  • And that stupid jingle will be chanted as part of the ritual.

The decisions the main characters have made will bite them in the ass big time in the season finale and bleed into Season 2
Let's recap, shall we?
  • I.M.P have had some moments where they were a bit too overt in the mortal realm.
  • Stolas has loaned his grimoire to them, which he's not technically allowed to do.
  • Stolas likes bringing I.M.P on day trips with him.
  • Blitzo has made some very powerful and dangerous enemies.
  • One of said enemies is an assassin hired by Stella to kill Stolas as revenge for him cheating on her with Blitzo.
  • In the episode the C.H.E.R.U.B were introduced, we learned that A) The C.H.E.R.U.B are likely going to make another appearance now that they're banished to the mortal realm, B) Heaven isn't necessarily as clandestine as one would assume (judging by Dear-y's dialogue and the posters in the C.H.E.R.U.B commercial) and C) in a setting where beings with varying degrees of immortality exist, exile is a real punishment.
  • In Episode 6, despite Blitzo and Moxxie being captured by D.H.O.R.K.S. and subjected to massive amounts of truth mist and having emotional dissections via acid trip, the entire episode was an undeniable celebration of the casts' strengths. In addition, it reestablishes everyone's' roles, relationships and motivations.
  • In addition to the truth mist stopping and the D.H.O.R.K.S. agents eating snacks while watching a delirious Blitzo and Moxie, it's entirely possible that something happened that we aren't aware of yet.
  • In the lullaby Stolas sings to Octavia at the start of Episode 2, he repeatedly states "...when I'm gone, you'll be okay".
Now that we've established Chekovs Arsenal, here's what I believe the last two episodes have in store, as well as the premise for Season 2:
Episode 7 will revolve around Stolas taking the I.M.P out on the town somewhere in the Lust ring (judging by his attire while lounging in a club and Moxie being on stage with a guitar in a similar-looking establishment). While this happens, Blitzo's major enemies are going to attack (judging by the silhouette standing behind Moxxie, Verosika's high heels standing in front of a prone Blitzo and Striker most likely making another assassination attempt as well). This will most likely be a complete beatdown of the cast, maybe with a last minute partial save considering the high they just went through and how each of these enemies put them through the wringer while they were acting alone.
After this resolves, the evidence D.H.O.R.K.S. collected (plus whatever Blitzo and Moxie revealed while tripping balls) will hit the public in the mortal realm and the news will trickle down into Hell. As punishment for screwing up so fantastically, and to establish a scapegoat, Stolas and the I.M.P will be banished to Earth. From this point onwards (most likely the main conflict of Season 2), the cast will have to juggle living in the mortal realm while contesting with the enemies they've made thus far. Stella probably won't be satisfied with the banishment and will continue to send Striker after them; we haven't seen the C.H.E.R.U.B after their banishment yet, so they'll most likely have at least one episode dedicated to them; and the D.H.O.R.K.S. (now with corporate backing) will be hunting them down. Additionally, Verosika has already established her ability to travel to the Human World, so we'll most likely see her and Tex again.

I.M.P will get summoned by mortals at some point

A future episode will feature a fight between Millie and Moxxie
One reason could be that one of them gets corrupted in some way, either via mind control or because of some spell/drug that reverses someone's personality (considering how much the two imps love each other, a personality swap would end with deadly results). The most predictable option would be to have Millie be the corrupted one, since she is the more violent of the two. However, it could be interesting to have Moxxie be the corrupted one. This would force Millie to try to survive Moxxie's onslaught while staying on the defensive rather than the offensive like she usually does, because she wouldn't be able to bring herself to hurt Moxxie. As for how one of them could end up being affected by such a spell/drug:

Maybe Octavia could steal the grimoire (or find another one) to use the spell on her mother to make her a better person, but Octavia would somehow mess up and the spell would affect either Millie or Moxxie.

It could be engineered by Crimson, drugging Moxxie to manipulate him into killing his own wife.

  • A fight between the two does occur in "Unhappy Campers" but it's because Moxxie is jealous of Millie for how much better she's doing in the human world. fortunately, they make up for it after Moxxie apologizes.

D.H.O.R.K.S. and C.H.E.R.U.B will team up
The Cherubs could offer their services to the agents in hopes that, by helping stop the demons coming to Earth, Heaven will allow them back in.

    Pilot and Season 1 Episode-Specific
Eddie wasn't the actual target...at least to start.
  • Moxxie appeared to be aiming at the bratty kid's mother when his gun went off and shot the kid. In the ending news report, the same mother is seen begging for her son back, but the boy's father is nowhere to be seen. It's possible he died and was sent to Hell for some reason. If he was the one who hired I.M.P to start, he could have been aiming to kill his ex-wife—when their son (an obnoxious little asshole with a big mouth on him, remember) was caught in the crossfire, Mr Bratty Father probably saw an even better way to get his revenge by making Mrs Bratty Mom live with the guilt and anguish. And besides, kids die for free—it would be extremely easy to go "Oops, actually yeah, the kid was the target all along, guess I don't owe you shit."

Previewed episodes
  • Loo Loo Land:
    • Loona strikes up a friendship with Stolas' daughter, which sours by the end of the episode with catastrophic results.
      • Jossed, Loona doesn't even go to the park.
    • Moxxie finds something actually entertaining at the theme park, while Millie's opinion of the parks gets soured.
      • Jossed in an inverted sense. Millie still has fond memories of the place. Moxxie's experiences with theme parks are traumatic for him, especially with mascots.
  • C.H.E.R.U.B
    • Imp on Cherub conflict is pretty inevitable, isn't it?
      • Just how much of a nuisance will they be, as a protection organization, to I.M.P's assassination one? Do the cherubs simply undermine the imps' efforts or is there more to it?
    • Loona thinks the sheep Cherubim look rather delicious, Blitzo keeps mistaking her desire to eat them for... something else.
  • Harvest Moon:
    • Moxxie and Millie are enthusiastic about going to the festival, but Blitzo remains suspicious and can't have fun because he's constantly waiting for the hammer to drop.
    • It's a Halloween episode. And Stolas needs the book so his fellow royals can have some fun in the mortal realm.
  • The Loo Loo Land and Harvest Moon episodes could also result in the I.M.P being surrounded by ex-marks, and being forced to fight their way out.
    • Jossed in Loo Loo Land as they deal with an old coworker of Blitz' and other imp assassins. Very unlikely to happen in Harvest Moon since it takes place in the Wrath Ring and Sinners (ex-targets) are only allowed in the Pride Ring.

We haven't seen the last of Eddie.
Let's say the Easy Road to Hell is in place and Eddie was considered bad enough to have a hit put out on him; he was technically alive in Hell when he was killed. Now that he's dead, where's he gonna go? Detroit?
  • Adding to that, Eddie will end up working at I.M.P... as a janitor or other demeaning job that the rest of the cast, especially Loona, will make it difficult for him solely For the Lulz.
    • Or alternatively, he could've been the demon seen getting ran over by Angel Dust in the beginning of Hazbin Hotel's Pilot.
      • Except Loona was watching part of Charlie's musical. So it follows that this happens some time AFTER the Hazbin Hotel pilot.
  • For irony, he'll be turned into a dog-like demon for that cat person comment.
  • Eddie is bound for heaven, but will deliberately pull some strings to get sent to hell as part of a Resurrection Revenge plot.
  • He didn't do anything evil that we know of. He likely would go to heaven.

Eddie was never actually the target.
The last thing Eddie does before he dies is insult Loona. Shortly after this Loona very conveniently receives a message saying Eddie was the target all along. Knowing Loona, I wouldn't put it past her to fake a text just to get Eddie killed as revenge.

Jangle put out the hit on Eddie.
He couldn't let that kick to the shins stand, but as a Halloween spirit, he had to play by the rules and couldn't identify Eddie in his costume, so he initially targeted his mother.
  • Alternatively, Jingle put out the hit on Eddie for roughly the same reason.

Martha and her husband have an open marriage
It would explain why he's still with her even though he almost certainly would've known about her sleeping with another man.
  • Also, the second man to call her a "hero" while having sex with her definitely wasn't her husband.

Martha made a deal with the devil to survive her death
Its the reason why she survived, she received a huge check, and everyone around (including the students) called her a hero.
  • Which devil? Martha didn't seem particularly knowledgeable of demonology when she tried to send Blitzo and Millie "back to Hell".
    • One that didn't give her a name, it was just a deal: her soul and maybe the souls of her family.

Robo Fizz deliberately egged Blitzo on so that he could finally die
An Easter Egg shows that Robo Fizz isn't just for entertainment, but is also designed as a Sexbot. Chances are Mammon took advantage of this feature, while also using Robo Fizz as a cheap carnival attraction. And to top it all off, Robo Fizz was most likely programmed to be unable to self-terminate. So when Blitzo showed up, Robo Fizz decided to commit Suicide by Cop and taunt Blitzo into destroying him, finally ending his miserable existence.

Lyle and Loopty didn't die in an accident. It was murder
In the shot where the de-aging machine is finished, the switch is set to Young, but when they're inside, it changed to Old. Someone changed it when they weren't looking, making it look like an accident.

Asmodeus will appear in episode 7
He was seen in the trailer with Fizarolli while ambushing Moxxie in Lust Ring.
  • Confirmed, the big guy appears.

Fizarolli will appear in episode 7
He was shown in the trailer with Mammon while ambushing Moxxie in Lust Ring.
  • Confirmed, he appears.

Verosika will return in episode 7 to get revenge on Blitzo
Her heels can be seen in the trailer while attacking Blitzo, with her shadow in a silhouette being shown.
  • Confirmed, and she does get a sort of revenge on him by thrash-singing him.

    Season 2 Episode-Specific
Season 2 Episode 3 will be a Millie centric episode
Think about it. The episode centering around Millie's family was really about Moxxie.

So clearly this next episode about Moxxie's family will be about Millie.

  • Sadly, jossed.
  • Season 2 Episode 5 is the Millie centric episode, though only barely.

The shark demon in the teaser is Moxxie's ex-boyfriend and broke up due to their relationship being toxic and abusive.
One of the previews for an upcoming episode features a gif of a shark demon, revealed to be named Chaz, holding up signs saying "Tell your dad it's a salesman" and "Will you bone me?" suggesting that they were romantically involved. An earlier teaser shows Moxxie and the shark guy running away robbing some place.
  • Confirmed, at least half of it anyway. Chaz is Moxxie's ex but the reason Moxxie broke up with him isn't because he was abusive(he's more just narcissistic and obnoxious than anything), its because Chaz abandoned him on a heist.

Possible new characters who might appear in Season 2
With Season 2, there are a few possibilities of what kind of new characters might appear in Season 2.

  • Leviathan
  • Mammon: His appearance was teased in "Loo Loo Land", his name featured in the trailer for season 2, and his putline was revealed in a tweet.
    • Confirmed. Mammon will finally appear in Season 2 Episode 7.
  • Satan: With how many times his name has been mentioned as a curse by main characters, or that Beelzebub reveals a few details about him, his appearance in the series should come as no surprise.

Possible new allies who could appear in Season 2
With Season 2, there are likely a few possibilities of any new potential allies appearing, that could likely aid IMP.

  • Barbie Wire
  • Vortex
  • Verosika Mayday
  • Fizzarolli
  • Millie's Family

The Season 2 Finale have Stolas and/or Blitzo arrested for illegal use of the grimoire.
It's established that Stolas was given his Grimoire by his father Paimon in order to fulfill a specific role, and it's been mentioned multiple times that I.M.P's use of the book for their assassinations are "less than legal". In "Exes and Oohs", Crimson mentions that I.M.P has been gaining traction, with demons in Greed taking notice of their business. Odds are, they will eventually be detained by demons higher in the pecking order — Kings or Presidents of Hell, perhaps even the Seven Deadly Sins — where they will be tried for breaking taboos even demons in Hell shouldn't break.

The counselor client is in Hell for the sin of sloth.
Unlike the other clients who have obvious reasons for why they're in Hell even if they aren't that bad to be around (Ms Mayberry committed a murder-suicide, Loopty Goopty was a Corrupt Corporate Executive) the drowned counselor seems like an innocent. It could just be the Easy Road to Hell, but maybe there's a less obvious reason; he's damned not because of what he did, but what he didn't do. Camp Ivannokumore is shown as a rather unpleasant environment. Perhaps the reason he's in Hell is because he knew about the bullying and toxic environment, but didn't do anything about it. In other words, his sin is Bystander Syndrome and thus a form of the sin of sloth.

Season 2 Episode 8 Will be a Millie/Sallie may episode.
Season 2 Episode 8 will apparently be titled "Full Moon". It has been confirmed that Millie is going to get her own episode this season, and that Sallie may will come back, so another episode that takes place on the Harvest Moon Festival focusing on Millie's family would make sense.

Episode 6 will have Fizzarolli get captured by D.H.O.R.K.S
One teaser shows Blitzo shooting at someone while Fizzarolli runs for cover, another shows a nervous Fizzarolli wiping sweat off in what looks like a cage and a third shows Asmodeus becoming enraged over something. What this troper believes is going to happen is that Fizz goes into the human world for some reason, gets captured by D.H.O.R.K.S and both Blitzo and Ozzie mount a rescue to save him from D.H.O.R.K.S' clutches. The episode would end with Fizzarolli (begrudgingly) thanking Blitzo for the save.
  • Jossed. He's captured by Crimson and Striker to blackmail Asmodeus.

Episode 9 will focus an Blitzo and Verosika
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear that the episodes name is Apology Tour is world tour an organized trip for musicians

If episode 9 is going to be about Blitzo and Verosika, it's going to be because of Fizzaroli that Blitzo tries to make with her
Considering that Blitzo is now on much better terms with Fizz, due to simply talking things out with him, he may be inspired to try the same thing with Verosika in hopes of making things, if not right, then at least better. Alternatively, it could be someone close to him, such as Loona, pointing it out to him in hopes of getting them to make up.

"Ghostf**kers" (Episode 10) will be the return of D.H.O.R.K.S
The title is almost certainly a play on Ghostbusters, and of everyone seen so far that would most likely take the role of Ghostbuster parodies, the human agents trying to expose demons are the most likely. It's still possible that the "ghost" could be some kind of Villain of the Week and the title doesn't mean anything akin to Ghostbusters is present, but if the episode would be anything like Ghostbusters media at all, D.H.O.R.K.S having a major role and picking up from Agents One and Two being spared is a likely bet.

"Sinsmas" will be a twist on the Subbing for Santa plot.
Where instead, I.M.P. will sub for Krampus and compete with Saint Nicholas in the same vein as "C.H.E.R.U.B.".

    Crossover Guesses (Hazbin and Otherwise)

Alastor and Stolas met before.
Prince Stolas was one of the demon lords Alastor fought. Alastor found him to be Too Kinky to Torture and refuses to talk about what happened.
  • Another possibility is that Alastor is aware of Stolas, possibly even acquainted, but he has zero interest in going after Stolas, as he finds Stolas either uninteresting (since Stolas seems comparatively uninterested in territory or consolidating power), or terribly fascinating (a Prince who's entirely down with "bending" the rules, has no issues with lower-caste demons, and genuinely seems more keen on being a dad and awkwardly trying to be friends than the usual machinations and scheming of other demons).

Helluva Boss is part of the Brandon Rogers Canon
Or at least will be referenced in a Brandon Rogers video.

Mrs.Mayberry will end up going to the Hazbin Hotel
People like her seem like the perfect clients: A good person who made one fatal mistake that got her damned. Plus, now that her business is settled, she might try to seek redemption for her acts, since she did seem to regret at least killing her husband in front of the kids.
  • That said, she put the hit out on Martha's innocent family as well as Martha. The fact they turned out to be serial killers was (un)lucky coincidence.
    • Mrs. Mayberry only mentions Martha as the target and so does Blitzo, the rest of Martha's family were just collateral and would've been left unharmed if things hadn't gone sideways for I.M.P.

Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss share a universe with Brandon Rogers' videos
We already know that Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss take place in the same Hell. We also know that most of Brandon Rogers' videos take place in a shared universe. Brandon Rogers is co-writer of Helluva Boss, and voice of main character, Blitzo. A character that looks just like Brandon's character Flint Dicker appears in the Helluva Boss pilot. It seems very likely that they could share a universe. Maybe people turn into cartoons when they enter Hell. The living world is live action, but is shown through an animated filter in Helluva Boss, or maybe some other explanation.

Valentino hired the thugs who attacked Stolas
The little bug-dog thing seen dragging away Millie at the end of Episode 2 looks a lot like Valentino's pet Queef, and Valentino and Stolas hate each other.

There will be an episode involving Valentino
Basically Val offers to buy Loona (claiming that she's popular) from Blitzo who angrily refuses and Val then threatens to ruin their business unless he hands over Loona and Blitzo is forced to ask Stolas for help with Val.

Charlie will appear in a episode
She and I.M.P will be at each other's throats due to their opposite goals; one wants to redeem sinners to get them into Heaven and curb overpopulation, the other works to bring in more sinners.

Stolas will cameo in Hazbin Hotel
  • Specifically, he'll appear in the episode of Hazbin that formally introduces Lucifer. As one of Hell's royalty, Stolas will be part of an official meeting where Lucifer and the other princes talk over the current state of affairs in their domain.

Possible Transplants for Hazbin Hotel
  • Some time after Helluva Boss has ended, Loona will mature, go clean, and find a nice job and house near where Charlie lives, becoming neighbors. Hilarity Ensues, especially by interacting with Alastor.
    • Alternatively, Octavia will grow up and move into Charlie's neighborhood, possibly starting a relationship with somebody. Her embarrassing dad will check in with her every so often.
  • Millie and Moxie become recurring characters, and have an arc where they are tempted to become residents at Charlie's hotel so they and/or their baby can have a better life in Heaven.
  • Mrs. Mayberry will try to redeem herself.
  • Assuming succubi are sinners, one of Verosika's minions will try to redeem themselves.
  • If C.H.E.R.U.B do actually end up in hell rather then just being stuck on Earth, they will attempt to redeem themselves to get back into heaven. They'll probably stick around if they find they can't go back due to a combination of not having any other safe place to stay and, in a condescending way, a desire to help others even though it won't benefit them (the small chance of someone getting redemption will piss off Dearie is a side bonus.).
  • All of these are jossed along with any future transplants. Vivziepop has stated that Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss will NEVER have a crossover, so the cast of both will forever be seperated.

The treatment of sinners in both Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel is a metaphor for a corrupt, overtly authoritarian, and punitive judicial system

There are some rather strong signs that the attitude of Heaven and Hell toward sinners of all stripes parallels real life flaws of many judicial systems all over the world. For example:

  • Tough on crime
It is clear that the treatment of sinners is downright HARSH. Sinners go to hell no matter how bad the sin was.
  • Vaggie, who seems like a decent (albeit tempermental) person, was sent to the same place as Jeffrey Dahmer, a cannibalistic killer.
  • Mrs. Mayberry, a woman who had never been guilty of a crime in her life, found herself in the same boat over a single crime of passion. That's not to say what she did wasn't terrible. But she was never given a single chance of repenting, and was instead sent straight to Hell. As a result, she became a bitter human being for whom vengeance was all she had. This is a reflection of how first time offenders can become hardened criminals because of how they are treated by the prison system.
  • Zero tolerance
    • It is clear that any sin, no matter the context, can get you sent to Hell. C.H.E.R.U.B were banned from Heaven forever because they accidentally caused the death of an already dying man while fighting with the forces of their eternal enemy. This is a parallel of because of zero tolerance policies, a person who fights back against a bully can also be punished.
  • The coddling of the wealthy and the punishing of the poor.
    • Heaven's priorities don't seem to extend to actually helping anybody but rich people. Three cherubs were sent to save the life of a miserable old man who had caused misery with his evil experiments on poor people, and C.H.E.R.U.B were punished for his death, and not the death of others in the opera audience. And yet, when Mrs. Mayberry, a genuinely good person, was driven into a murderous rage, there wasn't a single angel who could intervene and talk her down from her anger.
    • Heaven sends Exorcists to exterminate demons. However, the higher ups of Hell like Satan and Lucifer are not the ones targeted, while sinners, no matter their crime, are the ones who are under threat of being wiped out.
      • In both places, your wealth and power seem to matter more than your own actions.

Both Heaven and Hell seem to operate under incredibly classist, authoritarian, and downright harsh lines.

Eventually, someone might take a contract out on Charlie, and this might force them to confront their own actions

I.M.P have so far been portrayed as contract killers who typically go after people who happen to be worse then them. But what happens when they end up being sent after a genuinely good person?

It is possible that Charlie's plan might actually work, but this might aggravate someone who would oppose the idea of redemption, and so Charlie might end up on someone's shit list.

This could be a major turning point in the group, as it might force them to confront that for all their pretensions, they are still guilty of terrible crimes.

  • They'd get caught by Alastor, Charlie would stop him from disposing of them like street litter and give them a lecture. In the end they'd reject the job, not because she's a genuinely good person, but because they're scared shitless of the Radio Demon.
    • Alternatively, once they figure out the hit is on LUCIFER'S DAUGHTER they'd drop the job like a bad habit. Probably even rat out their client so they don't get killed.

Deerie will be a major antagonist for Charlie
In her short screentime, Deerie revealed herself to be an incredibly strict being with a narrow idea of good and bad and quite a nasty attitude to boot. She kicked out three loyal angels for an accidental death caused in part by I.M.P.note  From this, it can be gathered that she believes every sinner, no matter their crime (even someone who was guilty of jaywalking), deserves to be damned for all eternity. She would not only not believe in the idea of redemption, she might actively block any damned soul from returning from Hell, even ones who performed genuinely good acts.
Charlie: I thought you believed in redemption?
Deerie: Yeah, no, sorry, their souls are too contaminated to come back, yeah, no, sorry.
Charlie: But...but...
Deerie: Yeah, no, sorry, yeah....
  • Then what the Hell is she doing in Heaven?
    • She would be in Heaven because it really is a strict authoritarian place.
Deerie could be the one who drove Lucifer into evil
That's not to say Lucifer was perfect, or everything he did was OK. Lucifer could very well have been a genuinely troubled being who did harm to others. But because of Deerie's impossibly high standards, Lucifer might have given up on trying, since even his best efforts weren't rewarded.

Deerie is Alastor's mother
She's a deer cherub, he's a deer demon. Plus both never stop smiling, and both have rather condescending attitudes towards people they talk to.
  • Then that would mean she had sex with Black Hat.

    Future Casting
There'll be more Broadway cameos as the series goes on
So far, we had Alex Brightman as Robo Fizz and Barrett Wilbert Weed as Octavia, not to mention A Gentleman's Guide To Love and Murder's Bryce Pinkham as series regular Stolas. Its possible that we'll have more Broadaway cameos as the series goes on. Possible musicals from which actors could cameo include but are not limited to:

    Villains

Possible ideas for future antagonists
  • A supernatural hunter who captures and dissects the most unique prey they can find, and sets their sights on Blitzo and/or Moxxie, believing them to be the unique Imps due to their intelligence and general infamy. They will develop a rivalry with Millie, believing her to not be special among most other Imps.
  • Loona's biological parents, who are most likely horrible people. Special case if they are already dead by this point in time, but their traumatic influence on their daughter still hasn't truly left.
  • A shapeshifter who constantly gets the better of I.M.P by deceiving and using all of their personal weaknesses against them.
  • Evil alternate timeline versions of any of the main characters.
  • Blitzo's sister Barbie Wire. There's a reason that Blitzo doesn't mention her and she hasn't shown up yet, it's more than likely she shares her brother's worst traits.
    • Confirmed. Barbie Wire appears in Season 2 Episode 5 as the one profiting over the drugs hidden by the killer of I.M.P's current client and wants nothing to do with Blitzo even when he just wanted to help her after getting out of rehab.
  • An Evil Counterpart and/or Arch-Enemy of Loona.
  • An Evil Counterpart and/or Arch-Enemy of Moxxie.
    • Confirmed, Moxxie's father Crimson apppears and fills this role nicely, being assertive, domineering and vicious, especially towards his own son. Crimson also serves as a minor antagonist as a whole for the IMP, as he's also very vindictive, and after having been foiled by IMP twice, he's unlikely to let it slide.
  • An Evil Counterpart and/or Arch-Enemy of Millie.
  • An Exorcist who catches them in the middle of a job.
  • A Serial Killer (or possibly Serial Rapist). He would have been sent to hell after a potential victim of his killed him self-defense. So, he hires I.M.P to get revenge against the One That Got Away, but lies to them and claims that the victim was a serial killer, and he was sent to hell for a less severe sin. However, they learn they've been had after finding out that the victim went to heaven instead.

Possible new villains who could appear in Season 2
With Season 2, there are likely a few possibilities of any new potential Villains appearing.

  • A new villain who could surpass Stella as the Big Bad over the end of the season as well as third season.
  • An Arch-Enemy as well as rival of Millie, who used to be a former friend or hers.
  • Another Arch-Enemy of Moxxie, who is (unlike Striker and Crimson), the Token Good Teammate.
  • An Emperor or King who plans on wiping out all demons.
  • Some small demon who tries to be the center of attention and constantly claims to be I.M.P's worst foe. They barely know him, let alone take him seriously. But he could grow more powerful later down the line.

There will be antagonist who serve as an eviler counterpart of Stolas with his negative traits exaggerated

A Viler Villain will be introduced at the end
Once IMP (Imeediate Murder Professionals) stop Striker from killing Stolas, a new Viler Villain will be introduced at the end of the episode or future upcoming episode in shadow of planning on taking down both IMP and The Goetias.

    General
Ralphie will take Moxxie's words to heart
Ralphie seemed to at least be a case of Even Evil Has Loved Ones, even getting a universal remote for the kids. And Moxxie made a fair point about the kids still having their whole lives ahead of them. So while Episode 1 may have had something of a bleak ending in that regard, perhaps in the future it will be shown Ralphie is making an attempt to turn his life around, either if he survived or in Hell. Perhaps him and the Kids may even end up as clients of the Happy Hotel.

Martha, the mother of the satanic, cannibal family, slept with other men in order to kill and eat them
The only reason why her husband didn't mind her sleeping around is because it was all a set up to target unsuspecting men and murder them with Mrs. Mayberry's husband being one of those men (but was found out by his wife before Martha herself could kill him).

Moxxie will meet a character voiced by Rosearik Rikki Simons or Grey DeLisle as an allusion to his roles as Invader Zim and/or Billy in a future episode.

Episode 7 will begin or end with show Stella taking Octavia with her.
Given that a sneak peek in the trailer, showed a sad and lonely Stolas sitting in the table, this might mean that Stella and Octavia left.
  • Somewhat jossed. The two don't appear at all in Episode 7 outside of Asmodues creating illusions of them. However, Stolas does say that Octavia is at her mother's for the weekend, implying that he and Stella no longer live together.

Stolas will see Blitzo getting attacked by Verosika
]In the trailer, he was shown to be horrified, implying to he will see Verosika attacking Blitzo.
  • Jossed, while Stolas is surprised at seeing that Verosika dated Blitz, the reason he's horrified is that he's about to come face to face with Asmodeus.

Octavia and Stella not being seen in Episode 7 is a bad sign
This could be the start of Stella and Striker's plan to assassinate Stolas using Octavia as bait.

Blitzo's family were killed by Exorcists during the annual Extermination.
One of the carnival games in Loo Loo Land featured an Exorcist and a picture of an Exorcist was also shown on the newspaper Blitzo was hiding behind when spying on Moxxie and Millie. "Loo Loo Land" and "Ozzie's" are both episodes that place focus on various elements of Blitzo's past, so it's curious how an Exorcist shows up in both cases. While it's still unknown if Exorcists slaughter native demons in addition to sinners, Word of God has confirmed that they are extremely violent and it's likely a lot of hellborns get caught in the crossfire because of that.

It's possible that Blitzo's parents could have died during an Extermination. And since Blitzo's mom seems to have cared for him and Barbie Wire very much if the picture on Blitzo's phone is anything to go off of, she likely sacrifed herself to save her children. Not only would this have severely traumatized Blitzo, but also given him immense survivor's guilt and may even be the root of his self-loathing if he believes her death was his fault.

  • Jossed. "Oops" reveals that fifteen years in the past when Blitzo's family circus were celebrating Fizzarolli's birthday, Blitzo shoved the imp with a birthday cake that had it's candles already lit fall on the ground and light the entire circus tent on fire. While Cash Buckzo was last seen running away and his fate left unknown, Tilla was killed in the fire and Fizzarolli had fireworks blow up at point-blank range in his face which left scars on him and Blitzo as well as burnt his original limbs. Since the last thing he saw before passing out was Blitzo running away he assumed that he intentionally started the fire due to jealousy of him being a better performer and led to their falling out for years as well as Blitzo's self loathing coming from blaming himself for the accident and his mother's death.

Asmodeus reconciling Love
As a demon king of lust, Asmodeus has very very good reason to keep his genuine romantic affection for Fizzarolli a secret- it ruins his image, love has a terrible (or "wonderful" depending on how you want to put it) reputation in hell, and seemingly being in love is contradictory to his entire job. But as many non-ace couples will tell you, love can enhance physical desire for one's partner. And as many sitcoms, comedies, fanfics, and for some viewers life experience will show, it's entirely possible for a relationship originally started in physical, emotionless sex to develop into something more meaningful given time and compatible personalities.

From this, I think it's possible Asmodeus views his relationship with Fizz as love being a natural (or "unnatural" if that's how you want to put it) evolution of mutual lust (assuming their relationship started as such). It's possible he assumes Millie and Moxie's relationship is something similar- and given he knows first-hand how love amplifies lust, he probably doesn't have a problem with M&M being in love in and of itself. He simply has to put on a public show of detesting love, and thus can't just let them be sappy in the middle of a club he owns, on a night where he's personally present- not without making a public show of how much he "detests" their love and romance.

Openly mocking a sappy couple in love casts suspicion away from his own personal relationships. The trope "homophobe in the closet" describes some IRL common behavior, though in this case it'd be closer to "love-hating romantic with a reputation to preserve"

Plus, demon king- even if he understands M&M's relationship, he's not necessarily going to be empathetic towards them. Hypocrisy is (probably) a sin, and this is hell.

There's an in-universe explanation for the poster change
When Tilla was removed from Blitzo's old circus poster and it was changed from advertising "siblings" to "twins", some fans assumed it was just a retcon made between the pilot episode and the first season. But Tilla's apparent appearance in a picture on Blitzo's phone seems to have put the kibosh on that idea. More likely, there are actually two different posters. Tilla used to be part of the act, but something happened and she couldn't or wouldn't perform anymore. Because of this, the act had to be changed, and so the circus had to make new posters advertising it.

Blitzo and Fizz had a falling out after being involved in a horrible accident
It's long been speculated that the white markings some imps have on their skin are actually scare tissue. Judging from the pictures on his phone, Blitzo's face turned from red to red and white at some point between his teenage years (when he and Fizz were still on good terms) and him getting involved with Verosika. We also know that Fizz has robotic limbs. These things may all be connected. It's entirely possible that something terrible happened to Blitzo and Fizz that disfigured the former and dismembered the latter, and that the end of their friendship was related to it.

  • Confirmed.

What do the other rings look like? What about their Demon Lords?
So far, we've seen that the Wrath Ring (or at least a significant portion of it) is the wild west, the Lust Ring appears to be one big Red Light District (owned by Asmodeus) and the Pride Ring (owned by Lucifer) seems to be mainly cities. That still leaves Envy, Gluttony, Greed and Sloth. So what do they look like, and how are their Demon Lords?
  • If Satan is the Lord of all Hell, that would only leave Amon or Moloch. While we saw Wrath as Moxxie and Millie's home Ring, we have yet to see who runs the place.
  • Gluttony is most likely were all the best restaurants in Hell are and also more than likely where the food is processed. It's amazing, but all the workers are treated like garbage and health and safety standards don't exist.
    • Beelzebub, the Lord of Gluttony, can be a pig, a rat or, more biblically accurate, a fly.
      • He has a very refined taste, but no preferred cuisine. So, he and will eat anything from fine dining or junk food. Because of this, he is often called upon to try different meals. Being Lord of the Flies, he has many children who have the same appitite and can even eat spoiled foods.
      • Confirmed that Beelzebub is at least half-insect, specifically a [Queen] Bee-lzebub but is female. While not much is known about her, she does have the ability to size up and provide quantities of food for her parties.
    • As shown in EP 8, the ring of Gluttony appears to be bee-themed.
  • Greed is where all the fun stuff is, but it is beyond pricey and almost everything is overpriced and often not worth it.
    • Loo Loo Land was actually located in Greed, and although we don't see anything but the theme park itself, it pretty much matches your theory.
    • It can also serve as a huge Casino Park, encouraging playing for big prizes. Said games can be minor, like scratch cards or slot machines, or death games to win at the cost of your own life.
    • With Mammon being the Lord of Greed, he has the influence to fluctuate prices, making them dirt cheap or astronomically expensive, and giving residents many reasons to want it or even need it. He does not look down on thriftiness as he has made money off of being cheap on himself and selling for profit.
      • This can explain why Loo Loo Land is (or in some cases, was) his pride and joy until it was torn down, but he can just pay for cheap reconstruction.
    • Greed can also host massive shopping areas and malls that encourage people to spend their hard-earned cash for the latest things. They can even fight tooth and nail for big sales.
      • Episode 3 of Season 2 gave us a look of Greed outside of Loo Loo Land-it's mainly made up of factories and organized crime.
  • Envy can serve one or both purposes:
    • Purpose 1: It can be the "Hollywood" of Hell where all of the biggest movies and TV shows are made, though news stations and local studios can take place in other Rings. Where else can you sell out and become famous and be the Envy for all?
      • Since it's Hell, Trash TV and other stuff are permitted and pretty much anything can be allowed to air with little to no censorship (in-universe FCC). Why else was the C.H.E.R.U.B ad allowed to air in down there without any demons to block it?
    • Purpose 2: It can be the "Fashion Captial" of Hell, where some of the most popular clothing brand are made. Everyone is looking for the next big trend to lead or follow and will be ostracized if they fall behind, hence where Envy exists.
    • The Lord of Envy [Leviathan or Belial, or even both as Co-Lords] is always the trendsetter. If there is something that's better than what they have in store, they will always provide a twist in seconds to make it their idea since it's considered better. They can also take pleasure in following said trend if they are interested.
    • Purpose 3: Envy is the only Ring of Hell with an ocean. It provides fish for all of Hell, either for food or for cosmetics and pharmaceutical purposes. It'd also have tourism as its big moneymaker as the only place you can enjoy a day at the beach.
  • Sloth can be super high-tech, the capital of industrialization with machines that cater to your every whim. Presumably, most of Hell's richest citizens live here.
    • Belphegor, the Lord of Sloth, can sleep forever. Her mind can be connected to a machine Matrix-style for her to view and interact with anyone in the Ring. Just because she's incredibly lazy doesn't mean her mind is.
      • Alternatively, Belphegor gets around her domain with a segway or high tech wheelchair, being Too Important to Walk.
      • All jossed. The Sloth Ring has a purple sky and is the location of Hell's hospitals with Belphegor being the one in charge of the medication administered.

The card Blitzo and Barbie Wire are shown holding isn't a birthday card, it's a possible Fizzarolli connection
In episode 7, the last photo Blitzo looks at on his phone is of him, Tilla and Barbie Wire. The card says "Happy Berth Moma". While this misspelling can be chalked up to Blitzo and Barbie being children at the time, it might actually mean that they were congratulating her on giving birth to another sibling.

As an addon to this theory, the child their mother was carrying may be Fizzarolli, as it could explain the black skull/heart shaped mark in Fizzarolli's forehead, which is identical to the one Blitzo has. This mark could be a family trait or tradition, since both Tilla and Barbie are shown having the same mark in the past.

A future episode will have Nick Bakay as a Guest Star
And as a Shout Out to The Angry Beavers , he'll play Moxxie's older brother.

Everyone who worked at Blitzo's circus got a forehead marking
That could explain why Fizz has one under his makeup despite there being no indication he and Blitzo are related.
  • Seemingly confirmed, as seen in "The Circus" every imp that worked/lived at the circus Blitzo grew up in had that marking.

Hell's rings have different morality when it comes to theft and property destruction
Lust, Gluttony and Sloth usually don't care much about it. Wrath encourages property destruction but doesn't care about theft. Envy actively encourages theft, you want it, you get it, but it hates property destruction. Greed actively discourages both theft and property destruction. You can exploit others as much as you want, including wage theft, but openly stealing or destroying someone's property? It is the greatest sin possible. Pride is weird about it. It usually discourages both unless you do it in flashy and elaborate way, heist style.

Asmodeus and Fizzarolli are in a wholesome relationship.
Just like Millie and Moxxie, despite claiming he's against romance. He presents himself as a showman and he has a reputation as the King of the Lust Ring, but that doesn't mean he has to define himself by it even if he loves to flaunt the idea of lust. His criticism of Stolas is partly because at most he and Fizz have an open relationship, so he is privately peeved at Stolas' infidelity. Of course since he's second only to Lucifer's family in Hell's hierarchy he needs to play off valuing lust above love to preserve branding.

  • Confirmed. "Oops" shows that they are in a loving relationship and only despise love in public due to their reputation while trying to keep it secret from everyone else despite it being Hell's worst kept secret. At the end of the episode however, Asmodeus says he already knows that the denizens of hell already know about it and doesn't care since he can just force everyone to stay quiet due to his position by threatening them.

Season 2 will feature a series of interconnected episodes
For experimentation purposes, there could be at least three episodes that are happening roughly around the same time as each other, each focusing on a prominent duo, and possibly an antagonist to go along with it:
  • Based on the S2 trailer, Blitzo tags along with Loona at one of Vortex's hellhound parties, and she actually falls for one of them and gradually strengthens her rocky relationship with Blitzo, but tension rises when Verosika is also at the party.
  • Also based on the S2 sneak peak, Moxxie and Millie attend a concert of some sort (possibly to support a musical performance by Sallie May), but Striker is hot on their trail to ensure no more interference with Stella's orders, and also because Stolas can't be easily reached at the moment, so Striker will bide his time by killing the "weakest" members of I.M.P.
  • Stolas and Stella's marriage is on the brink of a total collapse, and he may even find out about her assassination attempts on him, promoting him to care for his daughter more than he ever did before and take her to a place where she can escape the stressful situation, only to be continuously harassed by Fizz and Asmodeus...that is until the two are exposed for their own secret lovey-dovey relationship.

Season 2 will feature a flashback to Blitzo and Stolas' first meeting
Seems very likely given some of the shots in the promo - we see Blitzo aggressively pursuing Stolas on a sofa, and given that he has only once initiated intimacy between them in the show (end of ep6, which in itself was in response to Stolas asking for thanks for saving his life) and they are distant from one another at the end of ep7, it seems likely this shot is a flashback. There is also a very pointed shot of Blitzo looking down at the book while Stolas smiles at him (see the thumbnail for the promo).

This could be intercut with Stolas' present day predicament, and cast more light on why Stolas fell for Blitzo in the first place (likely because the imp is Stella's polar opposite - he's crass, much more dynamic and initiated physical contact Stolas didn't have in his relationship with his wife).

  • Confirmed, the first episode of Season 2 "The Circus" is mostly compromised of this flashback.

A24 will pick up this show
Due to realizing how successful Helluva Boss is getting, and also the fact that both it and Hazbin Hotel have a shared universe anyway, A24 will attempt to work out TV deals on Helluva Boss as well, thus mitigating the Exiled from Continuity problem and giving fans the proper crossovers they've been wanting

Loona will take a vacation to the living world and meet Octavia there
The S2 trailer shows Loona buying coffee in her human disguise, thereby heavily implying that she's in the living world. While Loona is a slacker on the job, it's unlikely that she's just going for a coffee run in the middle of an assignment, meaning that she's probably there for fun. The trailer also shows her do a Spit Take at something.Later in the trailer, Octavia is seen tearing up a brochure with a star on it, likely being out sightseeing. It's quite possible that these two instances are connected and Loona is shocked to see a Goetic demon walking about in the human world without a disguise.
  • Mostly Jossed, in "Seeing Stars" Loona and I.M.P goes to the living world to track down Octavia who has gone there by mistake, trying to see the stars (in the sky, but she's transported to Los Angeles). Loona slacks off with some coffee in the middle of the job, but drops it when she realises she can find Octavia through the other girls' sinstagram posts. But the two clips were related.

Asmodeus and Stolas are former lovers.
  • When Asmodeus first appeared, he mocked Stolas for his pervy nature, this would explain why Stolas is Lustful and Asmodeus is the lord of Lust.

Exorcists were literal exorcists in their past lives.
And Heaven makes exceptions towards blatant murderers if a human only kills demons.

And Death will be voiced by Greg Eagles as a Casting Gag of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Plus Moxxie is voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who also voiced Billy in that show, and its creator, Maxwell Atoms, voices quite a few background characters in both HH and HB. Blitzo will also Squee! over the horses and if the writers want to REALLY dive into Black Comedy, Pestilence will reference the COVID-19 Pandemic.

A Doom imp will appear.
Either it will have an unchanged design in the show's cartoony art style deliberately as a gag or it will simply have the series' signature horns slapped on.

Deerie isn't anywhere near as important or threatening as fans think she is
Far from it. She didn't cause Lucifer's Start of Darkness, she isn't trying to stop people from ascending to heaven out of disdain for the impure, and she's not trying to take god's place. In reality, she's just a middle to high-ranking member of Heaven's bureaucracy who's just a complete asshole.

Mortals who were born in third world countries are reincarnated as imps and hellhounds - if at all
It's a massive insult that is completely in tune with the corruption in both Heaven and Hell. As an explanation to why Heaven and Hell are even less 'overcrowded' than expected with real-world statistics (even if purges happened every day, we'd see more people on the streets of Hell per capita), or why most of the Earth action takes place in first-world countries, the majority of the underclass of all societies in this world are either 'recycled' as further slaves designated to take the shittiest jobs for no reason than 'nobody important cares about them', or simply cease to exist, as their purpose as slaves is fulfilled.Heaven doesn't care about justice. Just the morality of the celebrities.
  • Imps and hellhounds are hellborns, not reincarnated humans.
  • Why would it be more crowded than we see it? Hell's big. Also, the action isn't so much in "first world countries" as in America specifically.

We'll meet the angels of the Ars Paulina.
Stolas, Asmodeus, and Andrealphus are from the Ars Goetia, but it isn't the only book in the Lesser Key of Solomon. While the Ars Goetia talks about the demon lords of Hell, the Ars Paulina details the angels corresponding to the hours of the day and the Zodiac of Heaven.
Charlie stole Inside of Every Demon is a Rainbow from Loo Loo Land

Hell is only really a "bad" place for Sinners
I mean, think about it. No one seems to address how strange it is that several demons in the show (Blitzo, Stolas, Moxxie, Millie, Octavia, etc.) have genuine likeable qualities. That's because it probably isn't strange. Hell is only really painted as a place of perpetual suffering to sinnners specifically to keep the system nice and stable. While lower classes like imps and hellhounds are subject to racism, it still doesn't seem to be too vindictive and personal in a way, along with not being too far off from well...real life prejudice and slavery. This could also explain why only sinners looked down on Charlie for being so nice, because at that point, most of the sinners were subjected to extreme propaganda and just became complacent with their "punishment" of an afterlife for being "terrible individuals beyond redemption." Besides them, Hell might be a fairly normal society for the denizens.

Blitzo will eventually reconcile with Verosika and Fizzarolli, but won't get back together with them
Blitzo clearly has some issues regarding his severely damaged relationships with them, "Truth Seekers" showing them as being two of the "demons" that haunt him, Fizzarolli being his feelings of inadequacy as furthered in "The Circus", and Verosika being his regret for pushing her away and destroying their relationship as first demonstrated in "Spring Broken". Part of Blitzo's character arc is obviously gonna be him having to reexamine himself and abandon his more toxic mindset, and part of that will likely come down to him apologizing to the two of them, owning up to how he screwed them over and ruined two of the most important relationships he had.

Now, obviously, there's no guarantee either will accept his apology, since the amount of bad blood they have is something they can't easily erase. But, it's entirely possible, if not likely, that they'll accept, if only to let go of their own grudges. But they won't get back together him. Putting aside the meta reason in that Blitzo and Stolas are obviously meant to be the main ship, from an In-Universe perspective, Verosika likely wouldn't be able to trust Blitzo not to hurt her again, and Fizzarolli is all but said to now be in a relationship with Asmodeus. Maybe Verosika could join Blitzo and Stolas for a coveted "Three Way" Blitzo dreams about instead of it being with Millie and Moxxie, but Blitzo and Fizzarolli will likely return to being friends. Probably not as close to each other as they were in "The Circus", but much better than where they currently stand.

  • Confirmed. "Oops" has Blitzo and Fizzarolli talking about their past after being held hostage by Crimson and Striker and ends with them finally reconciling with each other after Blitzo saves Fizzarolli from a fire that breaks out in the end.

The reason Fizzarolli and Blitzo are on bad terms
Unlike Blitzo's relationship with Verosika, there's no actual confirmation as to why Fizzarolli and Blitzo despise each other now. They were once close, as evident by "The Circus" and two photos Blitzo kept on his phone in "Ozzie's". So what happened?

The answer is actually hidden within several of Fizzarolli's comments to Blitzo throughout the show, and Blitzo's behavior towards Fizzarolli.
  • In "Loo Loo Land", the Robo-Fizzarolli says "I guess the kiddie's are still running away from you!". Blitzo meanwhile yells at the robot "I make more money killing people than you do being a cheap ass robo-ripoff of an overrated, sellout, Jester!"
    • The former is hinting at the idea that, when Blitzo tried his own act, he wasn't particularly funny, something "The Circus" confirmed with his failing at making a balloon horse.
    • The latter meanwhile is more personal, Blitzo now considering the real Fizzarolli to be both "overrated", likely resentment over how everyone loved Fizzarolli even when they were kids, and a "sellout" of some kind, possibly referencing how Fizzarolli publicaly works for Asmodeus now rather than remain at Loo Loo Land.
  • In "Truth Seekers", Fizzarolli's hallucination told Blitzo "You tried the solo act, which didn't work out so well", suggesting that, at a certain point, Blitzo left Loo Loo Land to strike out on his own, and as hinted at in "Loo Loo Land", failed at it, before abandoning the clown life altogether.
  • In "Ozzie's":
    • When Blitzo realizes Fizzarolli is at the club, he immediately moves to hide his face, and even when he speaks up in Moxxie's defense, he looks noticeably uncomfortable doing so despite his normal "give no shits" attitude, because he's letting Fizzarolli know he's actually there. And when he's at his apartment later scrolling through photos, one photo shows the two of them as teenagers having fun together.
    • Fizzarolli meanwhile is the one who starts the song shifting to being about Blitzo, telling everyone he's a "total disgrace" after mockingly asking if he was really "showing his face", and saying he has the "nerve" to comment on a relationship while calling his love life a "pile of shit", even flashing a vicious smile at Verosika tearing into him. All of his words end up sounding like that of a bitter ex taking pleasure in seeing just how pathetic their ex has become.

So, what happened? Well, it sounds like that, at some point, Blitzo and Fizzarolli ended up entering a more romantic relationship when they were teens, but Blitzo still harbored some level of resentment towards Fizzarolli for always being better than him. Asmodeus then appeared, seeing talent in Fizzarolli, and offered him a job working as an entertainer at his clubs, even making the Robo-Fizz's as a means of franchising. It was this point that Blitzo let his jealously get the better of him, thinking Fizzarolli would just abandon him for Ozzie's, leading to a brutal breakup between the two, all while promising he'd become a solo act and be even bigger than Fizzarolli all on his own. Fizzarolli made it big time though with Ozzie's, while Blitzo just fell to the bottom. Fizzarolli caught wind of it, and saw it as Laser-Guided Karma for Blitzo lashing out instead of being happy for him. He then kept tabs on Blitzo, learning about his relationship with Verosika and how it ended messily with Blitzo maxing out her credit cards and running three rings to Wrath, making Fizzarolli see Blitzo as just a disgrace who causes nothing but problems.

Blitzo, ashamed at what he had become and just how far he'd fallen, decided for a fresh start. He made the "o" in his name silent, dropped the clown act altogether, and opened up I.M.P, moving as far as he could from his old life so he wouldn't have to face his past, leading into the final flashback in "The Circus", his attempt at stealing Stolas' Grimoire so he could get I.M.P up and running.

  • "Oops" reveals the real reason. Fifteen years in the past when Blitzo's family circus were celebrating Fizzarolli's birthday, Blitzo shoved the imp with a birthday cake that had it's candles already lit fall on the ground and light the entire circus tent on fire.

Moxxie killed his mother.
Moxxie's mother was the person who was in the boat with Moxxie and Crimson. Crimson had her disguised so Moxxie would have less trouble putting the block in the water, which would cause her to sink to the bottom. When Crimson and Moxxie got back home Crimson told Moxxie what he had done to his own mother, just to make Moxxie suffer.
  • Unlikely to be the case. The horns of the bagged imp are those of a male.

Moxxie's mother is alive
There is no way she could've died just when she divorced her husband, Crimson. As the voice was more of a male than just a female. She likely moved somewhere in the rings after she divorced Crimson.
  • Alternatively: She somehow saved herself from Crimson's drowning attempt and lost a shoe in the struggle. She decided to hide under a new identity and may come back to assist the I.M.P in an inevitable episode where Crismon will try to take revenge on Moxxie.

As Stolas' standing among the Goetia continues to fall, he'll find himself with a surprise secret ally: Asmodeus
Like Stolas, Asmodeus is strongly implied to be in a loving romantic relationship with Fizzaroli, an imp. While being a hypocrite is perfectly fitting for a King of Hell, the connection between Asmodeus and Stolas does not end there. Fizzaroli is Blizo's childhood friend (and maybe ex-lover) and should Fizzaroli and Blitz find a way to reconcile and become friends again, Asmodeus will suddenly have a VERY vested interest in helping Blitzo's paramour Stolas. He won't throw his support behind him publicly to protect his image, but Asmodeus will be sure to use his influence behind the scenes to help Stolas salvage his reputation.
  • "Oops" reveals that, aside from the events at "OZZIE's", Stolas and Asmodeus are actually pretty good friends, enough for Stolas to reveal to Asmodeus how he's been letting Blitzo use his Grimoire to go to the human world, and Asmodeus only denying Blitzo an Asmodean Crystal when Stolas asked out of concern for Fizzarolli, so he's already in Stolas' corner. As for his own image, "Oops" and "MAMMON'S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MIDSEASON SPECIAL (ft. Fizzarolli)" had him make clear he's long since stopped caring about his reputation being impacted, since he loves Fizz more than anything else, and even before then it was considered "the worst kept secret in hell". But, suffice to say, Stolas already has the Sin of Lust's backing just in case something happens.

Crimson is failing in his role as head of his Mafia family
His apparent need for Chaz's money and the lack of attendance at the wedding imply a lack of both funds and respect. The fact that he apparently never took the time to verify Chaz's claims (which Blitzo was able to find proof against after ten or fifteen minutes of snooping) gives an indication as to why: he's running his family into the ground. Maybe he seized power in a violent takeover only to find that wielding power is different from taking it, or maybe he was made the Boss on the basis of his success as a Capo only to find himself completely out of his depth, but either way, he's doing very poorly as the leader. It seems likely that the main thing keeping him in power is his fearsome reputation.

Crimson married Moxxie's mother because he wanted a strong woman to give him the children he wanted
And he thought marrying a chick from the Wrath Ring would be his best chance at getting the crazy rage-fueled murder machine kids he was after.

If she has a speaking role, Moxxie’s mother will be voiced by Jennifer Hale
I mean, Richard Horvitz does Moxxie and his dad, so why not complete the set?

The reason so many fans appear injured in Mammon's audience.
A handful of fans in the audience at the clown pageant have some sort of visible injury—some have broken horns, some have eyepatches, etc. While it makes sense Fizzarolli would have a following in the disabled community of Hell, his panic at a tiny blemish on his eyebrow seems to suggest he wouldn't want to go around showing off just how injured he truly is to the masses. So why are so many Hellborn injured? Notice these fans are specifically missing body parts—some fans might have been desperate enough to sell their own body parts for a little extra cash to see their idol in person. If any Ring would have a thriving black-market organs scheme going on, Greed would be the one.

How Ozzie and Fizz met
Fizz during his breakdown states how he has Asmodeus thanks to Mammon, so it's possible they met when Mammon was showing him off to the other Sins.

Fizz's birthday in "OOPS" was also a celebration for him winning his first clown pageant.
It stated in "OOPS" that the circus fire happened fifteen years ago, yet the mid season special states that it's Fizz's tenth clown pageant. Yet Fizz implies that Mammon was the one who commissioned his cybernetics. So how could this work? If Fizz won his first pageant the same year of the accident, it's possible that Mammon was impressed enough to see him as worth the investment enough to allow him time to recover and giving him his prostheses. So, Fizz simply took a few years off, both to get used to his new limbs and to promote himself across Hell before returning to the clown pageant circuit once Mammon started ordering him too.
  • Maybe Mammon and/or his employees were the ones who told Blitzo that Fizz didn't want to see him.
Martha and her family will reappear in Cannibal Town.
  • If the attack on Martha's home killed Ralphie and the kids, likely possibility, then the whole family will likely be relocated to Cannibal Town when they arrive in hell given the decore of their home.

The inventors in “C.H.E.R.U.B.” are Sir Pentious’ descendants.
The Hazbin pilot heavily implies Pentious had a son, so he could easily have descendants who lived into the 21st century. The inventors’ old-timey aesthetic would be their way of honoring their ancestor, with their For Science! mentality possibly being Pentious’ when he was alive, and he only realized Being Evil Sucks after more than a century in Hell.
