The multiplayer Wide-Open Sandbox nature of Minecraft allows for a lot of shenanigans to happen without the need for any organization. It also helps that hololive has its own servers to keep everything localized.

JP Server

• The whole "Neighbor Wars" conflict between Aqua and Shion on the Minecraft hololive server. It spawned so many fan-clips that led to the official hololive VTuber Group channel posting their own compilation of clips.
  • It all started with Shion building her massive house, with it dwarfing Aqua's less than stellar rock hut. Feeling her right to sunshine being violated, Aqua files a lawsuit to Shion, asking for diamonds as compensation.
  • Shion responds in kind to the lawsuit by placing torches all around Aqua's home, thus giving her all the "sunshine" she needs, though due to getting hurt by Aqua's berry bushes, proceeds to request her own compensation in the form of tridents for the injuries.
  • Aqua decides to give her the "tridents" she wanted, as in the sweet berries that injured her before, just renamed via anvil "Trident". In pure silence, Shion plants more thorn bushes around Aqua's house.
  • The end result of this feud, after a series of escalation in the form of Aqua building an underground secret passage connected to Shion's house, the formers latest prank has her rig the latters house with TNT. Unfortunately for her, she ends up prematurely triggering it with redstone, leaving a hole in the house and with Shion to answer to. After trying to make amends by repairing the wooden house with gaudy redstone and lapis blocks, Aqua ends up grovelling to Shion when the witch threatens to sue, akin to Aqua first threatening a lawsuit at the beginning of the whole ordeal.
• On the hololive Minecraft server, there are several pixel-art creations courtesy of Haato. There's always one pixel-art recreation of YAGOO's face with stubby limbs somewhere. The girls' reactions to discovering one vary from amusement to joking disgust. Sometimes a face gets partially destroyed, also courtesy of Haato, only for another face to be built in the vicinity. Special mention goes to Suisei, who tries hard to ignore it but always got tempted to take a glance.
• Aqua sparks her Minecraft neighborly feud with Shion again by burrowing underneath Shion's new house, this time roping Marine into her shenanigans. The two of them build a small basement with a set of looping minecart tracks arranged like a merry-go-round, each holding a minecart with a dyed sheep or some other animal named after a hololive member.
  • When Shion logs in after the completion of the merry-go-round, Aqua and Marine plan to also be riding on the merry-go-round by the time she discovers them. However, they realize that they also need to be asleep to get time to advance. As they panic and dash to the merry-go-round, Aqua plans for Marine to sleep while she logs out, but day breaks just as Aqua tries to make a getaway. Cue Marine awkwardly rising out of Shion's floor, only to have a sword drawn on her.
  • Shion actually finds it funny at first, and also jumps onto the merry-go-round. Eventually, Aqua and Marine try blaming each other for the prank, and Shion just chases both of them out of her house while trying to kill them with an enchanted trident. Aqua falls to her death when she slips off the staircase on the way down.
  • Hilariously enough, said failed prank ended up coming back months later, when a wandering Okayu found the basement filled with animals named after the other gen 2 members, and left with some... peculiar ideas about Shion.
• When 5th Generation decided to play Minecraft for the first time, they meet Matsuri who was greeting them with items and suddenly leaves. They then see Suisei, Towa, Haachama, Watame, and Subaru at a burning wreck, and then suddenly an explosion occurs until the aforementioned three girls commit suicide by burning themselves (Subaru and Haachama blew up near a YAGOO construction). NePoLaBo were completely confused by what they had witnessed.
• Aqua tricks Marine into falling through a false floor into a cramped jail cell, with the bare minimum of provisions and entertainment. Marine actually takes no issue with being imprisoned, but radiates Tranquil Fury when she learns that the "R18 Doujinshi" is just a renamed book that can't be read. Such is her fury that she pressures Aqua into promising to write a proper ero-doujinshi, before turning the whole situation on its head with Marine calling the shots.
  • A few days later, Aqua uses Marine's account to lure Mio and Subaru into the same prison cell. Mio goes first and falls in, while Subaru who's laughing over her demise gets punched into the same trap.
• Amelia and Gura visit the Hololive JP Minecraft server with Moona as their tour guide. Hilarity Ensues.
  • One of the first things that happens, while Moona is fixing issues with her stream, is Amelia and Gura coming across a Redstone machine they can't fathom. Amelia says "What Does This Button Do?"...and discovers that she's activated Miko's "flying machine", which drops multiple blocks of TNT around her. The girls panic and try to get away before the TNT blows.
  • They meet Aqua who rushes to them ignoring all the berry bushes that are damaging her along the way. Gura tries to greet her close up but ends up getting pricked by a berry bush and pushing Aqua into another bush. Aqua died the moment she moved due to earlier damage leaving her with a pinch of health.
    Amelia: Gura! You killed her!
    Gura: I didn't meant to, I just bumped her.. (types in the chat) GOMENASAI
    Moona: We see something we should not see. [...] At the first day, on Hololive's Japanese server, Gura kill her senpai. With a berry bush.
  • Aqua leads them on a tour of her house by slowly dropping a trail of kelp behind her.
  • Gura looted a bow and shoots at Amelia whenever she gets a chance. She actually kills Amelia with it before they end the stream.
  • They are the first ones who entered Pekora's "The Sorrow" maze with Gura got shot by an arrow to her leg.
  • Sora who logged in that time is stalking the three. Amelia spotted Sora but didn't say anything. When all three catch Sora later, she tries to hide but to no avail.
  • Moona asks Gura to stay in a hot bath for a while, then she throws carrots in the bath, jokingly claiming she's cooking shark soup. Even funnier when Gura at first thinks Moona is just giving her carrots as a gift, and doesn't realize what's going on until Amelia and Moona spell it out, complete with Evil Laugh.
    Gura: The tour guide's trying to eat me!
    Amelia: Good thing detectives aren't very tasty.
    Gura: I beg to differ, I beg to differ.
  • When they are about to close the stream, Moona somehow mishears Amelia's "say goodbye" as "take a fight" and stalks Amelia who flees knowing she can't win against someone with full diamond gear. Amelia punched Moona anyway, who then attacked both her and Gura.
  • Gura and Amelia later did a stream that has some meta humor, as both girls used the same piece of fanart for their video thumbnail. However, while Gura's thumbnail shows the two of them running together like friends, Amelia's shows her with◊ Gura on a leash like a dog. And it gets even funnier if you've seen the original fanart, which shows both Gura and Amelia on leashes, being held by Moona (since it was made for their tour of the JP server).
• Pekora's 2020 Halloween prank was a small maze called "The 3rd Dungeon: The Sorrow" (despite the name, the 1st and 2nd dungeons don't exist, something that Haachama and Polka pointed out). It contains a blatantly obvious arrow-dispensing trap near the beginning and a pitfall trap near the end dropping people into a tiny room with solid blue maps on item frames, simulating a Blue Screen of Death. Pekora expected her victims to start freaking out when seeing the latter, thinking that the game bugged out. Aqua and Miko both visit the place, stepping on the arrow trap and actually getting jumpscared by the dispenser's arrows, and the BSoD room causes both of them to freak out and spin around in circles, thinking the game was broken just as Pekora predicted.
• Haachama designs a minecart roller coaster course that tours the hololive Minecraft server and its constructions and pixel-artwork, and it's meant to culminate in the rider dying on Subaru's burning Netherack pile. Only things go hilariously awry when Miko accidentally disembarks mid-course, causing her cart to lose momentum and creating a congestion with Towa and Haachama's rides. They decide to just jump off to their death so they can restart the course. The final fall to their death is also stopped by the leaves of a nearby tree, leading to the three of them getting stacked awkwardly atop each other in their minecarts. Meanwhile, Sora, who was looking for a thrill and eagerly awaiting the moment Haachama's coaster would kill her, ends up having a perfectly safe and happy ride around the Holoserver.
• The night after Miko and Pekora defeated the Ender Dragon, they organized a group hunt for Elytras which will be needed for a game in an upcoming Hololive sports fest. FAMS (Fubuki, Ayame, Mio and Subaru) who just finished their Phasmophobia stream as well as Botan who happened to logged in, joined them.
  • Before the hunt, they gather in the sports field. Fubuki acts like a drillmaster and explain what should they do when exploring The End. Everyone pays attention besides Ayame and Pekora who instead aim their bows at each other.
  • They split into two teams, FAMS and the team of Miko, Pekora and Botan. FAMS found an Elytra first with Ayame getting killed while fending off shulkers. They tested the Elytra when they came back to Overworld with Subaru falling to death failing to fly testing it.
  • When the group of Miko, Pekora and Botan is about to reach their own Elytra, Miko tries to make a bridge while Botan cover fires her from shulkers. Pekora attempted to do the same but accidentally shot Miko who fell to death. Miko's scream echoed through Pekora and Botan's respective streams.
  • Miko demonstrates how to use Elytra properly to others, wearing it and a Dragon Head. Fubuki called her a cockroach.
• After Pekora completes a giant mecha version of herself (nicknamed the Pekodam), Subaru decides to build a giant macho duck (nicknamed the Shubangelion). Pekora notices, and doesn't want to be outdone, so she starts shooting it with flaming arrows to make it look like it's catching fire. ^note Flaming arrows, fortunately, won't ignite any flammable materials. Subaru has none of it, declares This Means War! and starts chasing after her with shears, threatening to skin her with them. The audience notes that this is no different from Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck.
  • Subaru takes revenge by building a burning pile of Netherrack, positioned to look like the Pekodam has pooped itself. Pekora notices this a while later, and can't help but laugh, while casually insulting Oozora Constructions by calling the burning poop its signature structure.
    Subaru: As expected, Oozora Construction is known for making poop buildings.
  • Miko joins the fun by constructing her own mecha model right next to Pekora's. When she's finished, she also vandalizes the Shubangelion by giving it a head matching her Minecraft skin's. Pekora also adds a water flow at the mouth so it looks like it's puking. Subaru discovers this and also declares This Means War! She also considers making Haachama an enemy, too, as her work photobombs Subaru's creation, but then decides to draft her into her side of the conflict should it escalate.
  • Fubuki who passed by the vandalized Shubangelion saw Miko's face on it and made an impression of Miko waking up with six-pack abs.
  • Eventually, Subaru finishes the Shubangelion, and as revenge she depicts Pekora's and Miko's severed heads in its hands, both vomiting waterfalls. Pekora is equally impressed and amused, while Botan and Polka discuss building an AT Field to defend against their neighbor's mecha, or their own version of Ramiel (called Lamyiel) to fight it. Meanwhile, Haachama is in anguish over the complete Shubangelion being so big that her own creation can't be seen.
  • On the stream where Subaru completes her work on Shubangelion, Polka was also streaming Minecraft together with Nene. At one point, Subaru died twice in a relatively short timeframe due to her taking down the wrong part of scaffolding that she uses as a platform to make Shubangelion. Polka (and later Nene) then starts counting down Subaru's death count from falling, initially starting with just a simple "2" before they both went into pun territory on the latter deaths:
    • Polka typed in Cure Sunny's "Taiyou san san!" for the third death, which Subaru deliberately inflicts to see if Polka really is counting her deaths. After more bullying by Polka in the Minecraft chat, Subaru declares war on both Polka and Nene.
    • After Subaru died for the fourth time due to yet another scaffolding issue, Polka ordered Nene to type a message in the chat for Subaru's fourth death. Nene bluntly said "That's the 4th time!" in the chat.
    • Not long after Subaru got confused by Nene typing in the above-mentioned message, she killed herself again after jumping off to the solid ground by accident. Nene's message for this particular death? 5MENNASAI, or Gomennasai.
      Subaru: For a second there I thought you were a genius.
  • Botan eventually joins the fun by constructing a model of herself proning with a sniper rifle, nicknamed the Botanx. It even has an anvil for iron sights and a dispenser at the tip to make it operational. While reviewing her progress, she realizes that it's aiming at the Shubangelion, around the level for a Groin Attack. Subaru notices this on Twitter when she saw Botan's post, and goes to construct a SB field to protect her mech's crotch, but her audience and Botan also notice that it looks more like a targeting reticle than a force field.
    Botan: Position the target in the center before pulling the switch.
• Near the end of collab among Mio, Mel, Rushia, Kanata and Polka, Rushia drank an invisibility potion and poisoned Polka who then suspected Mio and acted insane. The others eventually found out Rushia's prank and starting hunting her down, refusing to end their streams until they got Rushia killed.
• Matsuri and Fubuki then decided to try the obstacle course race until Matsuri ends up getting caught in a spider-web with her yelling incessantly as Fubuki catches up, stops for a moment, then moves on. Matsuri then slowly begins to fall down and lands into the fire hazard to her death all the while cursing.
• Prior to a collab with Kiara, Pekora wondered what would happen if Moona logged in during her tour of the server, getting worried that the girls would fight over her and how she should handle the situation. When Kiara and Pekora had their collab the next day Moona actually did log in and followed the two of them around for a bit before approaching Kiara, which resulted in them fighting over Pekora.
  Moona: I'm happy 4 u
  Kiara: Don't take my senpai away from me I love her
  Moona: She's mine.
  Pekora: (laughing) FIGHT! FIGHT! Moona vs. Kiara, FIGHT!
  • After a heated moment Kiara encourages Pekora to defuse the situation by telling Moona to put down her sword. So Moona puts her sword away, only to then pull out an axe instead.
  • One has to admire Kiara's Suicidal Overconfidence in throwing the first punch when she has no armor and Moona walks up with full diamond armor and an enchanted diamond sword. With a single hit, Moona reduces her from eight hearts to three and a half.
  • When trying out one of the Sports Festival courses, Kiara dies from a firework explosion. Moona types out a sardonic "pff" in the in-game chat following the accident.
  • Moona later revealed that this whole incident was completely unplanned, and that Kiara later DM'd her to thank her for playing along. ^note Moona had been on a social media hiatus following an unrelated event and thus had no way to know what was going on, she had no time to check on things till after the collab and saw what had gone on
• During Pekora's and Moona's collab, Botan chances upon them building their office and tries to sneakily watch them. She gets caught, and Pekora guides Moona on responses that sound like a gangster. After getting caught again, Moona tells Botan that there's a fee for viewing, to which Botan offers them a bowl of Suspicious Stew. Pekora eats it, goes blind for a while, and Moona panics.
  MoonaHoshinova: botan omae o yurusanai ^note I won't forgive you, Botan!
  botaaan: yabe ^note Oh no.
  • Pekora talks about Japanese comedians and asks Moona if she knows any of them, to which this exchange follows:
    Moona: But, the most popular comedian I know is...
    Pekora: Hm?
    Moona: Is named... Usada Pekora.
    Pekora: [immediately smacks Moona] You Fool! You fool! No, shachou [is not a] comedian! I'll fire you. [...] No, Pekora is [an] idol, Hololive idol!
    Moona: Hololive is an idol?
  • As Pekora and Moona take a group shot in front of their completed office, Moona realizes she's still using the sports festival skin long after the event has concluded.
  • Later, they decide to try out the obstacle course for fun. Near the start, Moona slips off, and while Pekora is laughing at her mistake she also falls. Pekora would end with several unfortunate deaths in the obstacle course, losing to Moona both times.
• Aqua pranked Miko as a payback for calling her 44.5 years old back during her birthday, by poisoning the latter while invisible. Miko killed Aqua for this and laughed at the latter's equipment names when she stores them in a box for retrieval, named like "Ono ^note Japanese for axe. is OH NOOOO!", "Demon Sword ONION (LvMAX)" etc.
• Suisei tricks Mel into going inside the burning Netherrack booby trap house which was previously built by Subaru and modified by Aqua and Shion.
• Watame finds Mel building a sheep ranch. Since she is in the vicinity, Watame decides to help Mel gather sheep for the ranch, but also puts herself inside it as a joke, much to Mel's amusement.
• During another Minecraft stream where Gura's still trying to hunt for a Trident, she finds Ina fishing at a balcony of the mob spawner. Gura deliberates pushing Ina off, only for Ina to turn around at the last second and start casting her line at Gura. A few moments later, while Ina's still fishing, Gura shoots her off the edge, starting a silly chase scene as she takes the railway to escape Ina.
  • Ina screams "U SEAPICKLE" in chat as Gura makes her escape, and retaliates by filling Gura's home with Snow Golems. When confronted on this, Ina feigns innocence, saying "Did you leave the AC ^note Air conditioner on?" Gura's giggling so hard she's at a loss for words, eventually resorting to just typing Angrish into the chat again.
  • Five months later, the inverse situation occurs as Ina snipes Gura while she fishes from the PPP.
• On Christmas Eve 2020, Ina gets invited to the JP holoserver, accompanied by Polka and Nene.
  • From the get-go, just by comparing the stream thumbnails, you can see that Polka and Nene intend to flirt with Ina, who's completely unaware of their intentions.
  • On Nene's and Polka's floors they each have a dirt shack for the other member. Ina just calls them "cozy".
  • When Ina relaxes in the hot tub, she jokes about the bathwater being "tako soup". Nene darts off, returning with a bucket, intent on getting a scoop of bathwater that Ina's been in. Polka, on the other hand, stands in the hot tub and tilts her viewpoint so that it looks like she's directly slurping the bathwater. After Nene gets her bucket of "tako soup", she charges Polka 500 yen for it.
  • As Nene leans in for a "kiss" with Ina, Polka punches her away, and calls it "Japanese greetings". Nene then asks Ina for some "greetings" of her own, to which Ina obliges. Polka then goes ham on Nene, who protests "I don't want it from Polka, stop it!" Ina asks Polka if she wants to be "greeted" too; Polka gives her an Iron Sword and asks her to "greet" her with it. Nene excitedly asks for the same.
  • At Flare's house, they meet Lamy, who gives the trio some cakes to eat. When they note they're to full to even begin, Lamy smacks them a few times with a Diamond Sword so their hunger gets depleted while regenerating health. "There, now you can eat."
  • Again, Polka and Nene end up in a fistfight after Nene gets caught leaning in for another kiss. Ina gets them to break the fight, and Nene, at death's door, requests for Ina to land the killing blow. Polka gets the kill with a sneak attack, but Nene's too excited at the thought of being killed by Ina to notice. A few moments later, Nene catches on, and another fistfight breaks out.
  • Eventually, Polka asks Ina to choose between them. Ina just chooses both, having one hand for Polka and the other for Nene. Both Polka and Nene are fine with this.
• A recurring gag in Minecraft streams is the presence of "companies" — groups of players who go on expeditions or undertake building projects together. One of said companies is AKUKIN Constructions, headed by Aqua. One night, Aqua, Mio and Marine went about the server interviewing potential applicants.
  • While trying to meet Choco, Mio gets blown up by a Creeper.
  • After Choco comes Lamy, and everyone's immediately concerned if her excessive consumption would interfere with her ability to work. Lamy denies drinking any alcohol, but no one buys it; after being pressed further, Lamy admits to drinking some wine the night before — one whole bottle. When she shows off her bakery, they find a beer and wine dispenser mounted into the wall. Marine also brings up their drunk Among Us collab the night before and suspects Lamy of being susceptible to hangovers.
  • For Nene's interview, she shows off her floor of the Gen 5 building. The group is blinded by the bright coloring of her floor. When reading the words inscribed into the walls, they realize that her "Ah Yo" can be read as "Ahoy", and Marine is flattered. After getting hired, Nene eagerly gets in Aqua's face, causing her to shyly cower behind Marine and Mio when she's backed into a corner.
  • After interviewing Nene and Aki, Kanata comes crashing down on them as a Dynamic Entry for her application. She shows off her Drowned farm as proof of her ability. Marine and Mio are impressed enough to start calling her "the new president", and an irritated Aqua starts punching all three to assert that she's still the president.
  • When Aqua's position looks threatened as she can't quite offer a project to match Kanata's farm, she tries bribing Kanata with cod to keep her from usurping the title of president. Marine suggests bribing her with TNT, but Aqua is reluctant to do so. Kanata begins tossing out her supply of TNT, winning Marine and Mio over almost instantly. Aqua has to resort to bribing her with cooked cod to keep her position.
  • Eventually, they realize that Kanata's Drowned farm seems to be malfunctioning. Marine and Mio do an immediate 180 on their attitudes towards her and sentence her to underground labor.
  • Iofi comes after Kanata, who showcases her "playroom". Aqua assumes that Iofi has been sleeping with Moona, a member of rival company Usada Constructions, and begins surrounding the bed with TNT. Iofi quickly explains that the playroom was built after she left Moona on suspicions of cheating.
  • Iofi was intended to be the last applicant but the trio attempted to recruit Flare and Mel who happened to log in that night. Flare demands Wither Skeleton Skulls as payment, which Aqua can't afford.
  • When they visit Mel's house, they discover the Usada Constructions logo mounted on a chest and suspect her of already being employed by them. Mel explains that she does volunteer work, and this was given to her after delivering cakes to everyone on the server. They look in the chest and realize that Mel's been handsomely compensated with diamonds among other things, and Aqua realizes that no amount of cod can match what Pekora's left for her.
  • Shion logs in, thinking of applying for AKUKIN Co. despite her rivalry with Aqua. Marine makes it clear immediately that she's unwelcome, while Aqua reluctantly goes ahead with the interview. When Shion states that Aqua also invited her for the interview, Marine and Mio start suspecting that Aqua's losing confidence in getting an employee. While checking out her house, Shion tells them that Aqua helped build it — including the prickly berry bushes and the Magma Block carpet. Marine and Mio begin discussing defecting to Flare or Kanata, and an angry Aqua starts surrounding them in TNT. After Shion learns that she's paid in cod, she's unimpressed and decides to head off to Flare. Aqua, Mio, and Marine begin chasing her down, intending to kill her to stop her from spreading the company's secrets.
• While most of Amelia and Haachama's Christmas Stream is heartwarming rather than funny, for the first ten minutes or so of her stream Amelia was muted. ^note Haachama's end did not have this problem, however
  • Furthermore, it happened again in her collaboration with Kiara on Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes - At least on Kiara's side.
• Moona shows Ollie around the server. Shenanagins ensue:
  • They started with Ollie under a grave, and Moona is about to "raise her from the dead". After uncovering the grave revealing Ollie underneath, Moona threw a Potion of Weakness and a Golden Apple at Ollie as if she's trying to unzombify the latter.
  • As Moona shows Ollie the Usaken Trade Center, and explains how non-members need to pay for its services, the interface suddenly announces that Ollie has gotten the advancement for diamonds. After a moment, Moona realizes that Ollie is fleeing with one of Usaken's diamonds, and a chase ensues, which ends with Ollie attempting to jump into lava, only for her to overshoot the pool and die from fall damage instead.
  • During the chase, Flare congratulates Ollie with a "Nice!"
  • Moona returns the diamond to the trading center, and attempts to block off the entrance, only for Ollie to find a backdoor entrance to try again.
• Again with Ollie, she quickly became involved in various shenanigans which involves some JP senpais upon her joining the Holoserver in just one week.
  • At her first solo stream in Holoserver, she is about to build her house when Matsuri logs in and caused her to scream and go nuts over Matsuri. They meet but when she saw Matsuri meeting Reine as well, she became jealous, attacked both of them and sulked inside a random house.
  • One time, she meets Miko when she asked for location of community wool farm. She tried to give Miko a piece of steak but accidentally threw a rotten flesh, which the latter laughed about and called it "Ollie's meat" before happily eating it on the spot. Later when Ollie is swarmed by zombies while trying to get her skeleton horse into her grave house, Miko comes to fend off the zombies. Miko laughed hard upon finding out Ollie lives under a grave like a zombie.
    Miko: Don't act like you're really a zombie. [chat] Nice zombie.
  • Nene pulled a prank on Ollie by making a tunnel which connects the latter's grave house to the 5th generation's building and extends the ladder to the tunnel. Ollie found it out and got very confused.
    Ollie: What is it with me coming home to my house becoming something else? [...] The last time I went home is my house become a ramen shop, now my house became a cave? What's going on?
  • Mind you, Ollie climbed the entire length of Nene's ladder, from the surface to the tunnel, missing the house entirely three times before she finally figured out what was going on.
    Ollie: Why is it so long?
  • And speaking of 5th gen and ramen shop, Botan upon learning what Nene did, pranked Ollie as well.. by setting up a ramen shop outside Ollie's house.
• Miko sent a return gift for Moona which goes with a book. At the end of the book, there is a note saying "P.S. FAQ=Love" which Moona muses upon reading. Shortly after, Miko personally goes to Moona and chatted with a really "tee-tee" exchange.
  Moona: FAQ is love?[...] Moona FAQ Miko then! I love you. (laughs)
  Miko: Miko FAQ Moona. Love you too.
• Polka, who had been left with a very low health after a zombie attack, accidentally runs into a berry bush and dies. The said death earns various reactions from everyone else online with Moona became worried, Kanata and Miko laughed for how uncool that death was, Noel surprised finding out it's possible to die from berry bush, and Botan who also laughed and tried to call Polka a "sucker" before holding back her "gamer instincts" and simply stayed silent about it.
• When Miko and Flare visited Kanata as the latter was constructing her castle, Flare and Miko decided to put up signs on it declaring it to be a school, sporting messages of "Kanata Academy under construction!" and "Free campus housing!" Kanata goes full tsukkomi as the two continue with the school jokes and even put up a small chest to accept applications. Kanata later gets attacked and killed by a small zombie, all the while yelling to it that her castle isn't an elementary school.
• The Akukin Construction Relay saw a good dozen of the girls all add their own ideas to Aqua's newly built HQ.
  • Lamy takes most of her stream building a small room without saying what it is she's making. It takes until she's nearly done, a process that involved the use of pistons and even diamond armor on a stand, before she proudly reveals her project.
    Lamy: Toilet!
  • Mel's part of the relay might as well be titled "Mel is clumsy and it's adorable". Among other things, she gets lost on the way and has to practically be carried there by Aqua, nearly sets herself on fire trying to build a hot spring, and sees her water repeatedly "disappear mysteriously" because she keeps putting blocks over it.
  • Iofi has to reassure everyone that no, she's not building one of her trademark "playrooms". She instead builds a cafe, though she gets assaulted by zombies a few times in the process. In later parts of the relay, she can be seen in the background herding a comically large number of cats into her cafe.
  • Kanata has a complicated relationship with her new "Spy Gorilla" title (since she's part-timing under both Aqua and Pekora), introducing herself as such yet trying to get her chat to not call her that. Then, since she completed her work on the Akukin logo early, she opted to quickly make a big pixel art of a Super-Deformed Aqua face... except Minecraft isn't really designed for drawing Blank White Eyes and the result looks almost creepy enough for a horror game.
  • Marine decides to make a room with all the things Aqua likes! So she builds an obsidian Evil Overlord throne room entirely lined with TNT. The black and red horror room popping up on top of a white and blue building only makes it funnier.
  • Nene opens her stream openly telling everyone that since Mio is up next, she can do whatever she wants, someone will be there to fix things if they go wrong. She promptly goes ham on glowing blocks, replacing every wall of the upper floor with a radiant I LOVE AKUKIN logo (once again, in true Nene fashion, only readable from the inside). Then she builds a small jungle on the roof, only to panic when her tree placement ends up accidentally recreating the Neo Armstrong Cannon. Aqua doesn't notice and just thinks it looks great.
  • Mio, naturally, gets really, really confused at what happened to said upper floor once it's her turn to log in.
  • As a conclusion, Aqua, Marine and Mio do a tour of the place, before gathering in the new throne room for some parting words. Marine and Mio suggest that maybe all of their workers should be entitled to some compensation. Aqua gets all evasive and tries to avoid the subject. Marine whips out a flint and steel.
• Kanata attempts to fight the Ender Dragon only to be confused when it doesn't show. Later, Moona is confused when she hears a roar and the sound of flapping wings, and leaves her house to see an Ender Dragon flying overhead in the overworld, destroying poor Pororo's face before vanishing. Kanata later signs in and explains that the staff had been trying to fix the Ender Dragon, but spawned it in the overworld by mistake. However, the dragon left a hole in Towa's house in a Freeze-Frame Bonus during Ollie's stream the next day as she passed by the house, in which direction the dragon flew to before disappearing.
• It's common for the idols to have separate simultaneous streams on the Holoserver, the only concern they would have being the need to coordinate sleep (SOP there being to drop what you're doing and get to sleep if anyone types out "zzzzz"). One night, Flare did the usual sleeping procedures and a frantic 3-minute scramble followed: Some, like Matsuri, Subaru and Reine, were able to get to sleep without problem. Suisei had to search through houses to look for an available bed before she got to her house, then she sent out a lot of Zs that the others found hilariously menacing. Nene was really high up constructing something and decided to jump to her doom just as Lamy was telling her she could just log out. Lamy also got to sleep without issue, but kept getting up to retrieve Nene's items. Moona was away from her keyboard getting a snack and immediately decided to log out when she saw the messages, but logged back in thinking that time had finally lapsed and ran for one of her beds. In the middle of all of this, Suisei got a marriage proposal from a female fan while Subaru wondered about recruiting Reine for Oozora Kensetsu. They outright cheered when the morning finally came.
• During a collab with Ayame, Subaru finds that someone has left a pile of blocks making up the shape of a lump of poo where her house used to stand, much to her annoyance and Ayame's amusement. Later at the same place, Subaru made an even bigger lump of poo made of netherrack which happened to be below a floating YAGOO statue, making it looks like the statue crapped like crazy. Suisei, Towa, Watame and Haato later joined her to complete it, then they set the poo on fire and later, blow it up along with themselves and the YAGOO statue and those who survived set themselves on fire. The Gen 5 girls witnessed it and left confused.
• In the evening of February 6, 2021, Akai Haato did her stream and, after a near Heroic BSoD episode after seeing "Haachama" on a plant box, greeted everyone else with her signature "Oha-rouge!" They responded in kind save for Kanata, who was freaked out and thought that Haachama's account had been hacked. It took Kanata's chat to calm her down and tell her that Akai Haato is back and that she should avoid awakening Haachama. While this was happening, Polka died to lava twice and Flare called to her to live.
• After Roboco falls into lava and loses everything, she encounters Ollie, who's got nothing on her but several stacks of grass (JP: kusa) she's planning to leave in Nene's house as a prank. For lack of anything else to give, Ollie starts throwing the kusa at her. Given that "kusa" is effectively the Japanese equivalent of "lol," hilarity ensues.

• When Flare got together with Choco and Polka to teach them about biomes, they elected to ignore her in favor of flirting with each other. She snaps at them, but when Choco explains that she couldn't not react when Polka's face was right in front of her, to which Flare agreed that it couldn't be helped.
• During one of her streams, Subaru decided to take a closer look at the massive structure that Haato is building, unaware that the latter is present. As Subaru is inspecting one of the structures, she looks up to notice Haato staring at her. Haato asks her what she's doing before getting within centimeters of Subaru's face. A nervous Subaru whispers "What do I do?" to her chat, before answering that she came to take a look. Haato's response - "Oharouge" - makes Subaru laugh out a nervous "Yabai" before typing in the chat "Haa... chama? Thank you! Oharouge!" as Haato gives her a bunch of eggs as a present. As Haato continues to stare at her, Subaru laughs nervously and calls her "scary" several times before running for her life, prompting Haato to give chase. Even funnier if you watch the whole thing from Haato's perspective, which shows that she genuinely just tried to act nice, only to end up accidentally terrifying Subaru with her presence alone.
  Haato: [calmly, as she chases after Subaru] Why is she running? Why is she running?
  Subaru: [screams in fear]
• Coco and Ollie happened to be streaming Minecraft at the same time, so Ollie, ever the serial flirt, proposes to Coco. Coco turns her down by saying she's already married to Kiryu Kazuma, to which Ollie starts singing Bakamitai. Coco sings along with her, completing the chorus, and then decides she's ready to marry Ollie. Ollie's so excited that she conducts the exchange of vows all by herself, but when Coco warns her "No cheating!" Ollie is left speechless and can only stammer out a nervous agreement and sheepishly back away. Ollie dies after getting punched off a cliff, but all is well as the two of them then go home and sleep together.
• During Subaru and Rushia's collab, the latter gushes so much over how cute Subaru is when she coughs and sneezes, to the point where Subaru says she's reacting like a Subatomo. Rushia replies that she decided not to praise Subaru at all that day and anything heard to the contrary are nothing but auditory illusions.
• March 11: Kiara joins Subaru for a Japanese-only collaboration. Ergo, a chicken and a duck playing Minecraft together and making bird noises throughout the stream. The crowner comes nearly two hours into the stream, when Kiara indulges Subaru's wish to hear Kiara's voice without a filter... by bawking for five seconds straight.
  • When Subaru tells Kiara about Korone's rather odd behavior, she realized she talked to the latter casually as if she's with another Japanese person. So she attempted to describe Korone in English with "Korone is very dangerous, so take care".
• March 13: Moona and Reine continue working on ID's mall and the latter decides to troll the former by decorating the game shop like a "disco kindergarten".
• March 15: Pekora meets up with Choco late into the former's stream and early into the latter's, respectively.
  • Choco is infamous for her level-grinding antics, so much that she updated her Minecraft pre-stream loading screen to a fan-made MMD animation of her chasing an Enderman, her usual target for level farming. Once she starts the live stream, she's already in the middle of an Enderman kill farm.
  • Pekora invites Choco to her new amusement park, intending to use her (seemingly) unaware senpai as a guinea pig for her new mischief. She's amazed to hear from her viewers that Choco has been level grinding all the way to a whopping 508. However, against everyone's expectations, things go hilariously poorly for Pekora; Choco misses the pitfall at the entrance completely, and in trying to get her to fall in Pekora ends up falling instead. Not long after, when Choco unequips all her armor and is seemingly in danger of dying from one of Pekora's deathtraps, Pekora panics and tries to talk her out of triggering it and losing the levels she tried so hard to gain. When that fails, and Choco triggers the trap anyway, Pekora frantically tries to keep her alive by using 3 splash potions to heal her up, and tries to get her to jump in the water to put out the flames. Afterwards, when Choco expresses a desire to continue trying to free the poor snow golem, Pekora quickly frees it and disables the trap to keep her from trying again. Later, she wonders if Choco was deliberately playing suicidally to mess with her, as Choco had not only put off dousing the flames for a long time, but had also deliberately sank to the bottom and acted as if she was drowning.
• When Sora gave AZKi and Roboco a tour of her house, she shared that she hadn't yet given her many dogs names. AZKi decides to do it for her.
• Towa, after the reveal that she is the 6th member of Pekora's company, checks out Pekoland and wanders in Moona's coaster when she fell off from high place and died. Polka and Moona who are also logged in reacted to this.

  • While she is making glass-covered flowerbeds in Pekora as her job, Botan logged in and turned out to had last logged out where Towa is making them, causing Botan to be oddly stuck in the glass part of it. Towa is shocked and then laughed hard on the stuck Botan until the latter gets to free herself.
• During Sora and Flare's collab, they tour Gen 0's yet-unfinished house, in that state for over a year, and Flare starts yelling into the ether that Gen 0 should invite each other to complete it. Sora explains her roundabout method for inviting others for a collab (wait until she encounters them in-game and invite them then) and mentions that it rarely works, Flare breaks down laughing and says to just use Discord.
  Flare: "In a place called Hololive, even though they have so-called talents but they all suck at communicating."
• Rushia kidnaps a zombie piglin child and, on her way back home, gets seen by Roboco who was walking her cat. She gets embarassed being seen like that by her senpai and runs away "like a criminal caught red-handed". She runs to get an invisibility potion so she can resume her smuggling hidden from prying eyes and, on her way there, she accuses Roboco of kidnapping that cat and reasons that they are partners-in-crime because of it. For her part, Roboco's just wondering why Rushia left the child in a boat by the railway.
• Coco one-ups the recurring chibi-YAGOO sculptures by crafting a massive pixel art of a monochrome despondent-looking YAGOO. Her choice of location, though, is right behind Pekora's "Pekoland" amusement park. Both streamers finish their constructions on the same day, and Pekora is taken aback when she discovers what Coco's built. The YAGOO pixel art steals a lot of attention to the point that several in the audience (and even some of the hololivers) start calling it "YAGOOland" instead. When Pekora asked her about it, Coco suggests putting bunny ears on YAGOO to make him not out of place but, only for her suggestion to get rejected with a Big "NO!".
  • Pekora's reputation as a prankster leads to the attendees being worried about various attractions ending in their death. While the rollercoaster isn't a death-trap, Pekora didn't test it enough to account for multiple people on the ride at the same time, leading to a moment where Coco, after completing a loop, collides with the incoming Moona which reduces both their speeds, sending her careening off-course from a drop. Coco then bounces off Botan, who managed to overtake her, and is sent off the rails in the wrong direction.
  • Reine pays Pekoland a visit on her own, and when trying the rollercoaster, she bounces off a stray minecart on the tracks and is stranded off-course. A few seconds later, the minecart she bounced off of lands right on her head.
    Reine's review: NICE COASTER! Now I am a sandwich. 5 stars.
  • Coco's despondent YAGOO structure becomes an unintended part of Pekoland's minecart rollercoaster, and like with the other YAGOO structures, the various girls who see him during the ride are left speechless or react with joking disgust. Haachama, for one, showered the ride with praise, went abruptly silent once YAGOO came into view, and resumed praising the ride after it left her view.
• Sora has a fondness for pumpkins and used them for flooring in some of the structures she built, something her kouhai find a bit unsettling. Flare, Polka and Suisei got freaked out when she showed them. Kanata was as well, but tried to hide her true feelings from her beloved senpai. Roboco was the only one to not have any strong reactions.
• Watame starts shipping Endermen, which causes Flare to worry how Marine influenced the sheep. She confirms that she got influenced by Marine's doujin.
• Towards the tail end of Gen 0's very first collab, Miko gives an impromptu speech about the support the rest of them gave her during Hololive's early days. One by one, she thanked Roboco, Sora, AZKi... then ignored Suisei entirely and wrapped up her speech. The comet runs up to hit her, complaining that she waited 5 minutes and didn't even get mentioned.
  • Early into the stream(s), they decide to split up to gather resources. Sora, Roboco and AZKi's group had a mostly chill and comfy time, while Miko and Suisei experienced a lot of chaotic fun. Descending underground, the MiComet pair were ambushed by spider mobs, causing Suisei to go ballistic while Miko alternates being between tackling the poisonous critters and laughing her head off from Suisei's panic.
  • But before that, under the belief that 1 emerald equals 100 diamonds, the MiComet pair keep digging for emeralds until Suisei says there's no point in mining. Miko decides to use this opportunity to prank Suisei by blocking her access with dark oak blocks, to which Suisei calls her out to the point of whining like a baby.
    Suisei: "OI! What are you doing, You Fool! OI, YOU FOOL! OI, OI! Let me out of here, mama! Let me out!"
  • After the girls took pictures of each other, Sora accidentally punches Miko. The latter didn't see who hit her, and immediately assumes it was Suisei, causing a fight between the two, while their genmates watch the battle unveil. Suisei won with nothing but the cake.
• As Subaru was showing Sora her Shubangelion, only then did the duck notice the pixel art that Kanata put on its crotch back in February 2021.
  • Sora trolls Subaru a bit by edging close to a lava pit, pretending to be oblivious to the danger as the duck panics, and then coming up close behind her while she isn't looking. Subaru tells her that she exudes the same scent of danger as Suisei.
• Pekora, Towa, Moona and Botan all had separate streams and came together for an impromptu collab that produced many laughs.
  • When it was just Towa and Botan, the latter took any opportunity to troll her senpai: by closing up a hole and trapping Towa underground, blowing up the side of a cliff with so much TNT that it damages Towa's elevator and then plugging up the hole in said elevator with TNT.
  • A bit after Moona joins in, she accidentally calls Botan "senpai". Towa tries to convince her to call Botan a brat instead.
  • Pekora announces her arrival by turning on her echo filter, and dials up the chaos by jokingly inquiring about a clip she'd seen about Towa wanting to convert to Shiranui Kensetsu, which Towa insists was clipped out of context.
  • Later however Botan and Towa jokingly consider switching when they ask about overtime pay only to get denied, which results in Pekora attempting to ask Moona what her stance is on "Midnight Allowance". A combination of Moona's still-developing Japanese and missed audio turned her teasing response of "Kiss [is] okay" into "It's okay", which after a bit of confusion Pekora took to mean that work itself makes Moona happy and chides her juniors to follow her example. Pekora eventually placates them by explaining that she pays after the job is finished. Her employees later take the opportunity to demand Elytras.
• After flying around and surveying what she built for the summer festival, Kanata lands and finds herself stuck under a lamp. Coco, who met up with her in her own stream, decided to fence her off and put up a sign as though it was an exhibit.

  Kanata: "This is not an exhibit!"
• Pekora asks her chat which is better: apples or pears? She herself is a firm apple lover and declares that obviously all members of Usada Kensetsu would be apple lovers. Chat immediately goads her into finding out, so she asks Botan, Lamy, and Coco. Botan and Coco immediately chose pears, while Lamy was a single keypress away from answering apples before she saw Botan's answer and changed hers to match. After a very painful pause Pekora replies with a strained "Of course it's pears!" and promptly goes through the Five Stages of Grief before sulking for awhile. Botan, suspecting that Pekora is faking it, decides to have a bit of fun and gives her golden apples renamed to be pears, which Pekora actually does chuckle at before eating.
• All members of Usada Kensetsu assemble their first full-roster collab. Chaos is a given.
  • At the start, they're meant to do short and sweet self-introductions, which only Moona and Kiara are able to do. Pekora gets talk-back about how lame her introduction is for a CEO, Kanata's deep handsome voice surprises everyone, Towa introduces herself as though she was going to do a live show, and both Coco and Rushia half-heartedly copy Pekora's intro.
  • After introductions, Rushia lampshades how Botan is the one directing the collab and jokes that Botan is now a candidate for CEO, which everyone has a chuckle about before Pekora declares her intention to prove she's qualified for the seat.
  • When Botan introduces the challenge to build a nagashi somen ^note  A type of contraption that floats noodles along a stream of water for customers to grab for consumption , they hit a snag trying to explain the concept to Moona as there is no corresponding word in English, leaving even Coco and Kiara stumped. A little bit of Gratuitous English ensues before Coco realizes they can just share a video.
  • During the building contest, while Team Moona (Moona, Kanata, Coco and Rushia) do their work peacefully, Team Pekora (Pekora, Towa and Kiara) are in constant chaos with Towa got killed in first few minutes. After Towa died for the fourth time, Pekora snapped, going full Straight Man and demands Botan to switch Towa to the other team.
  • Rushia impersonates Pekora properly and does a pretty good job of it.
  • Towa dies at least three times over the course of the stream. Twice due to being blown up by a creeper while trying to open the exact same chest and a third time against a zombie before then disconnecting. Pekora gets very frustrated by this and yells at Towa to stop dying.

    Pekora: "AH↓HA↑HA↑" MY ASS!
• At the end of their collab stream, Nene talks about wanting to share body hair removal details with Lamy. The snow elf desperately tries to get her to stop to no avail and settles for bonking her friend throughout the conversation.
  Lamy: "You're talking about the hair on your head, right?"
  Nene: "Hahaha, possibly..."
  *BONK*
  • Earlier, they have a conversation about the best words to use in describing Nene's butt. Nene thinks that her butt is soft while Lamy is more of the opinion that it's fit.
• While minding her own business in her June 11 stream, Noel runs into Pekora, who tries to impress her with her new greeting (animated version for convenience). Noel feigns approval, but when repeating the greeting during her superchat reading time, she takes a moment to realize just how cringeworthy it is compared to Pekora's normal one.
  Noel: ... I probably should have stopped her.
• The evening of June 14 saw a number of the idols stream together, though only Kanata and Botan had actually planned to collab.
  • Sora tries to stalk Suisei, but the latter spots her as she's rooting through the chests in the Ankimo house. As soon as they see each other, Suisei's head goes haywire a la The Exorcist.
  • Miko and Suisei go cave diving and, as they're fighting a creeper, Suisei accidentally pushes Miko into some magma and the latter dies. Suisei rushes to try and save her equipment and freaks out as she gets swarmed by more creepers.
    Miko: "Wait a minute. It says 'Sakura Miko jumped into magma to escape Hoshimachi Suisei'. This is your fault!"
  • The MiComet pair find that new lockers were installed for all Shiranui Kensetsu employees. Miko sees that, instead of her name, her locker is labelled "Nye" and inside it is a book titled "An Absolute Way To Win At Tsunomaki Janken".
  • Pekora gets surprised when she hears Suisei enter her home and go through her chests. Pekora arrests her as soon as she exits the building, but lets her go when she claims to be a main character from a RPG and gives 64 baked potatoes.
    Pekora: "I'm rooting for you, hero!"
  • Pekora, Kanata and Botan try out the ice circuit, only for Pekora to get stuck on the honey blocks while her kouhai make it to the end.
  • Miko and Suisei give the ice circuit a try and it goes about as well as one would expect. They go in tandem the first time and get tossed around and get dizzy from all the spinning but make it to the end. They race against each other the second time and Miko loses her boat almost immediately while Suisei takes a while to reach the end because she gets thrown around at the last section.
  • Rushia gets distracted by a LINE call from Inuyama Tamaki and her mic bugging out. Botan and Pekora use the opportunity to trap her in glass.
  • The UsaKen girls check if they can put a magma trap on the ice circuit but it spreads farther than they anticipate so Pekora sends Rushia to fix it. Knowing that UsaKen projects usually end in the deaths of its employees, Rushia hands over her items for safekeeping before she does so.
  • Pekora, Kanata and Botan ask each other their blood types. To no one's surprise, Kanata's is B, which is the usual blood type of gorillas. When they learn that Pekora's blood type is also B, they come to the conclusion that she is also a gorilla.
• In June 15's Shiranui Kensetsu collab, Polka kills a piglin child and gets mobbed by the adults. Miko and Flare can't stop laughing as the fennec leads them around like in a parade until she gets pushed over into magma.
• Nene built a maze with two entrances - one goes to the maze proper, while the second is a fake entrance with a lava pit at the bottom.
  • She tries to force Lamy into the false entrance... except earlier in the day Towa went in the same entrance, and in a panic, dug her way out. Lamy happens upon Towa's exit and followed it into an undiscovered cave system and mistakes that for the labyrinth. When no death message arrived, Nene went in herself... with her diamond gear, and dies due to not getting out in time.
  • Shortly after, Nene invites the entire Shiranui Constructions (Flare, Polka, Miko, Suisei) into the labyrinth. Suisei and Miko go first, taking the false door and chancing on Towa's exit, mistaking the cave it leads into as the labyrinth. Suisei gets ganged up on by Creepers and gets blown up, while the force of the explosion flings Miko into the nearby lava flow.
  • Polka and Flare are tricked into the false entrance. Flare sees through the deception the moment she falls into lava, and goes for the other door. Polka, on the other hand, is desparate to know the way forward from the false entrance, and blindly goes into the false entrance again.
  • Towa's attempts to escape to safety led three participants to more untimely deaths, all unbeknownst to Nene. Several say that this truly was a devilish deed on her part, albeit all accidental.
• At the same time as the above, Shiranui Kensetsu had a mighty chaotic stream where they intended to go fight the Ender Dragon. It starts with Miko and Suisei fighting like rowdy siblings, with Suisei dying and ready to start round two because Miko took her elite sword and only gets crazier from there.
  • They give Suisei a punpkin head without telling her what it's for, with Miko in particular anticipating her reactions. And the comet does not disappoint when she goes absolutely ballistic from the Endermen.
  • Suisei accidentally kills Flare during the Ender Dragon fight.
• Towards the end of the Akukin Kensetsu comeback stream, Mio and Marine contemplate joining the other construction companies when Aqua comes in out of nowhere and starts bonking them.
• In Shiranui Kensetsu's June 22 collab stream, Suisei uses Elytra for the first time. When she celebrates her first flight, she glitches out and reappears like an Enderman. Miko and Polka notice this, point it out and congratulate Suisei in a very particular manner.
  • Suisei asks Miko why she always says "Nye". This causes the latter to have an existential crisis while Flare and Polka panic. For Suisei's part, seeing Miko gaze up to the heavens while contemplating the question makes her break down in laughter.
  • Miko gets "Hi honey~" going around the group, with Flare just giving a lazy "Hi~".
• Nene congratulates Coco on her new outfit reveal, with Kanata replying to the two as well, and their interaction somehow morphs into a sort of Japanese Twitter roleplay with Nene pretending to be an E-girl while Kanata and Coco act as wealthy old men, white knighting and sending dick pics.
• The UsaKen relay at June 24 had a good share of laughs.
  • Prior to relay proper, Ollie was enticed by a shooting game stall that Moona had created which promised free milk in the barrel. Ollie went through and start looking for the milk, but Moona was there and scolded her for stealing the prize. In Ollie's defense, the sign didn't say the milk was for after properly playing the game. Ollie was lucky she was at full health, because shooting the target three times resulted in her getting poisoned down to only half a heart left because she couldn't find the milk to cure it.
  • At Botan's turn, she saw Polka posing to break a stone marker which Kanata claims she gonna defend with all her life. Later, Botan saw Polka again sleeping on a half-floating bed and wheezes, and mused if Polka is a sage or something.
  • Rushia put cooked rabbit meat on her stand which Pekora interpreted as threat. Pekora attacked Rushia who then tried to repel using campfires, only to be burned by them herself.
  • Marine fell to death a number of times which eventually drew attention of Botan, Polka and Moona.
  • When Moona is about to end her part, Pekora's loading BGM leaked out.
  • At the end, Pekora once again tried to get Moona say "nani mittendayo" (what ya lookin' at?) but Rushia stopped her. Pekora then turned it to "nani mittendayo, pettanko?" (what ya lookin' at, flatty?) which Moona said so. Rushia attacked Moona for this.
• In pursuit of the elusive blue axolotl, Kanata has been breeding axolotls non-stop, going for over 24 hours total with over 2000 axolotls bred.^note She eventually gets it, but after 27 hours and 3200 axolotls in total. In the meantime, Fubuki gets her blue one with less effort, and Marine really lucks out with a blue in just 40 minutes. She shows off this achievement to Kanata, who freaks out.^note For extra irony, Marine did it while in Kanata's house, using Kanata's own PC, and using Kanata's own axolotl farm. And when Kanata finally gets her blue axolotl, her vocabulary regresses to gorilla grunts when trying to show off her achievement to Botan, who was oblivious to Kanata's excitement and only thinking of congratulating her until one viewer pointed out in a follow-up stream that Kanata sounded intimidating. Meanwhile, Arurandeisu also undertook his own quest for the blue axolotl, and his extensive efforts definitely took a toll on his sanity. He would succeed after twenty-one days and 4662 Axolotls bred.
• During a collaboration between Miko and Luna, the two explored Pekoland, including the roller-coaster accessible branch of Botan's ramen shops. Hilarity ensued when Miko didn't get out of her cart fast enough and Luna landed on top of her. Luna found it so hilarious that she broke character and couldn't even try her baby-giggle.
• Polka discovers that Botan's used her borrowed gold to line the walls of her hidden casino and that Nene and Botan have built a giant axolotl aquarium in her room. She retaliates by greatly renovating Nene's and Botan's rooms — Botan's gets turned into a moss jungle, while Nene's becomes a honey block labyrinth that's an utter pain to navigate. Nene is left speechless at the renovations, while Botan just can't stop giggling. Even Lamy is utterly baffled at what Polka has done to her genmates' rooms.
• Across separate sessions, Miko manages to win at Tsunomaki Janken and do so twice in a row to Watame's complete disbelief. Sora goes through it too and loses for the first time. Watame suggests dedicating Miko's win to Sora to keep things balanced, much to Miko's ire.
  Miko: You'll be sorry for this!
• After getting Miko's help for her raid farm, Moona gives her a ride back to town on a boat. For some strange reason, the boat sinks. Twice. Cue the chat wondering if she's gained weight.
• During their July 31, 2021 collab, Flare and Polka get surprised by Coco's giant Yagoo mural as it pops into their field of view in the middle of a conversation.
  • The same collab has Polka come across a chest full of some gold blocks and a mixture of other similarly colored blocks. For added Mind Screw, some of them are named "all block" (the kanji for "gold" 金 and "all" 全 are visually similar), including some of the actual gold blocks. Polka immediately (and correctly) assumes Botan did it as some sort of follow-up to the time Botan "borrowed" Polka's gold for a building before getting thoroughly confused as to which blocks are real gold. When she asks Flare for help, even she starts second-guessing herself after seeing the "all block" gold blocks.
• Noel makes a bit of noise about wanting to join one of the companies and tells her viewers that it's Shiranui Kensetsu. Pekora hears of it but is certain that the knight will join Usada Kensetsu so she logs on and goes to meet her. They meet in the street, but Noel doesn't notice and turns back to get some emeralds and Pekora is triggered when it looks to her that she was just snubbed. Upon intercepting her again, Pekora makes obtuse remarks about the "job hunting", mentioning that Noel should prepare some tribute to the company she intends to join and that she is looking forward to it. For her part, Noel is really confused and her viewers tell her that she should pray.
• Pekora, Rushia and Flare do a Minecraft hardcore mode collab which is an easy recipe for chaotic fun, especially with the latter taking every opportunity to troll her genmates.
  • They hit a magma vein while digging which gets them in a panic, though Pekora was able to block it off in time. As soon as she turns around, she sees that Flare was already about to trap her in with the lava.
  • As Rushia is digging up in some tunnels, Pekora blocks her route and Flare continues laying stones down as Rushia breaks them. Rushia takes the opportunity to blame it all on Flare. Then, Rushia cries to Pekora and the rabbit threatens to beat the elf up on her subordinate's behalf, but backs down when Flare jokingly rises to the challenge.
  • Flare accidentally makes a hoe to Pekora and Rushia's dismay. They're worried that she used diamonds to make it and, before she clarifies that she used stone, she asks what they'd do if she actually did: a punch to the face and a lava bucket.
  • Pekora can't help but develop trust issues as she's digging after Rushia remarks that she would just seal Pekora in if they ever hit magma while Flare laughs like a hyena and lays a stone block down every time Pekora looks back.
  • While in the Nether, the trio are almost spotted by a Ghast while standing on a one block wide bridge, with Pekora having a panic attack and ordering everyone to retreat, much to Flare's amusement. When they try to advance again (with Rushia now armed with a bow and arrows), Flare imitates the Ghast's ambient noises to troll the party, to hilarious results:
    Flare: Eeeuuurrgh...
    Pekora: What was that sound just now!?
    Rushia: What was that sound just now!?
    Flare: Uh... it was me.
    Pekora: Stop messing with me!!
• The August 21, 2021 #HOLOserverPORTAL relay race to link the EN server to the JP one wouldn't happen without funny hijinks.
  • Right off the bat Kanata's explanatory Power-Point is scuffed when she uses an AI produced English translation which confuses "saaba" (server) with "saba" (mackerel.) So not only does the image say that their goal is to connect the EN Mackerel to the JP Mackerel, Kanata's English is not good enough to notice the error, so she reads the sentence as written.
  • Reine was greeted by a creeper at the very start of her turn before she even started building anything.
  • Moona's contribution is a pretty spectacular-looking temple ruin, centered around an imposing Moai-like statue. Everyone is impressed, but things quickly turn to utter confusion as she tries to explain it's actually supposed to be Squidward.
  • Mel's turn has her set her stream to the tune of "William Tell's Overture" as she constructs a VIP warehouse. She completes the building, but forgets to include a roof; after all, why would a Daywalking Vampire need one?
  • Risu's turn has her build a treehouse while being nervous throughout. But upon seeing the untimely death of Mel by way of sweet berry bushes, she asks Mel "You okay?" before laughing uncontrollably. This was lampshaded by the chat calling Mel a "tumbal proyek"^note Indonesian for "construction sacrifice"..
  • Haachama's relay was hampered by technical difficulties, but she managed to speedbuild a tower that overlooks the entire server... only to accidentally fall to her death. Midway through her stream, she also gets constantly harassed by a Phantom while trying to sleep.
• Gen 3 has a practice hardcore collab^note  technically they're playing survival, but they're only allowed one respawn before they have to voluntarily abide by the permadeath rule . Hilarity Ensues:
  • Things literally start off with a bang when they all join only to find a creeper waiting for them in their spawn. While the others are running for their lives, Rushia tries to punch it to death with predictable results, using up Rushia's only continue.
  • During their mining competition, Noel doesn't pay attention when digging and accidentally drops lava on herself. With no water bucket, she runs around like a headless chicken and ends up burning to death.
  • Said mining competition ends with Marine being the Butt-Monkey as she never manages to find any diamonds and reduces to begging for one, even licking the feet of her fellow gen mates.
  • After going through the Nether Portal, Flare lets out a yell when the portal turns out to be on the edge of a cliff and she nearly jumps into lava. She would soon yell in triumph when she realizes that there's a Nether Fortress nearby.
  • Pekora, Rushia and Noel try to flex their English at each other.
  • Marine wonders if an Enderman who doesn't drop the pearl is actually a woman with Flare commenting that she's never wondered about it before.
  • While going towards their destination, Marine hoped to ride alongside Noel in the boat, only for Noel to hitch a ride with Flare instead. Then Noel starts flirting with Flare with Pekora telling Noel to knock it off.
• Kronii and Mumei got together for an excursion into the JP server, and the fun began before they could even leave the EN server:
  • Kronii dared to Mumei to find the Bunkeronii, stating that she would be impressed if the owl could do so, and is floored when the owl manages to do so quickly. When she sees what Mumei did to the bunker entrance, she channels J. Jonah Jameson in their following exchange.
    Mumei: I removed two- two blocks of uh... two blocks of dirt and that's it. But I could already see the inside before.
    Kronii: You- you're fired.
    Mumei: What do you mean?! I'm the one who alerted you of your lack of security.
    Kronii: Okay, that's true. Yeah, okay. We need- we need that. You're- you're re-hired.
  • As always, Mumei gifts Kronii some berries and when Kronii noted that it's not as much as she expected, Mumei rushes down to the berry farm. Polka pops up on chat and Mumei notes that their senpai has a lot of berries, Kronii tells her that they're not doing a berry-picking stream.
  • Mumei pretty much invites herself to live with Kronii with many suggestive comments.
  • Kronii was putting together armor for Mumei but accidentally made eleven pairs of iron boots and immediately went through the five stages of grief in a few seconds.
  • Seeing Gura looks to have triggered some PTSD for Mumei, who screamed like a monkey before composing herself and saying "Hi".
  • Kronii said that "Nature is bad" when they were in the wilderness, and Mumei called out to Fauna to tattle on what the time master said, who then immediately backpedaled.
  • They visit Pekoland and Kronii does her best to convince Mumei to trigger the fireworks trap and, after a long back-and-forth, the latter finally does do it... but only when the former rushed in right beside her. Right after, Mumei then convinces Kronii to press the button again.
  • They take the smaller roller coaster from opposite ends and collide in the middle, finishing where Kronii started. Kronii thinks that they should do it again, but it seems a bit much for Mumei who declares she has just one heart left. Kronii then says that she has one and a half hearts.
    Mumei: Okay, well then you didn't have to flex like that.
  • They go to KFP and Kronii gets a bit disturbed about how they're eating chicken while a KFP employee is staring at them. Mumei on the other hand...
    Kronii: Oh, speaking of chicken, we're eating right in front of the employee. Isn't that kinda messed up?
    Mumei: No. No, that's part of his job.
    Kronii: Really?
    Mumei: Yeah, he has to watch.
    Kronii: That's kind of messed up.
    Mumei: He has to know his place.
    Kronii: I don't think that's really ethical.
    Mumei: What is- What is ethical in here?
  • They take the big roller coaster and Kronii bails in the lava halfway through out of fear and gets trapped with no way out. Meanwhile, Mumei makes it through properly and sees Coco's giant Yagoo mural.
    Mumei: Who's that?
    Kronii: I guess this is where I die, huh? This is a really sad way to go, huh? ... Well, thank you for playing with me.
    Mumei: Did you die?
    Kronii: I'm going to.
    Mumei: Are you?
    Kronii: Yep.
    Mumei: Stop it!
    • The in-game chatbox then informs everyone present in the two servers that Kronii tried to swim in lava. Cue a "lul" from Gura who's still in the EN server, and confused concern from Sora who's still playing off-stream.
• Gura decided to jump into the JP server during part of her building stream, and fell victim to Pekora's IQ test room set up right next to the portal. The chat was already saluting her for her impending death, to her annoyance. The chat was also trying to warn her not to right click on any of the swirling purple boxes in front of her. Cue a right click that results in her immediate death.
  GauGura was killed by [Intentional Game Design]
• On October 10, 2021, IRyS decided to do a guerilla stream on the JP server, but ends up running into Baelz, Ina and several other JP senpais.
  • One hour in, and Polka decides to join in on the fun. The Fennec tries to teach IRyS how to properly utter a sexy "Ara ara~", only for the Nephilim to flub it and sound like a grandma having a stomach ache.
  • Miko wastes no time trying to get into IRyS's pants by inviting the latter to a single bed and getting her to say "Miko's eyes are more beautiful than diamonds". As a Funny Background Event, Polka logs out as the scene unfolds.
  • Three hours in, and Sora starts stalking IRyS, prompting the latter to outmaneuver Sora and stalk her instead.
  • IRyS then explains to Polka why she hates Santa Claus. Polka takes the explanation in stride and gifts IRyS a viewful of fireworks.
  • The Running Gag Funny Background Event of the many deaths of Aqua, who was running her own stream in which she tried to clear an obstacle course, especially with the frequency of them being from self-inflicted exposure to berry bushes. Polka and IRyS are baffled by and comment on these moments, particularly when the chat displays that the maid-styled idol had withered away. As the Nephilim's stream of the game comes to a close and she parts with Polka, a few more deaths are stated in the chat, culminating in:
    minatoaqua was poked to death by a sweet berry bush while trying to escape Zombie
    • Ultimately, Aqua's misadventures with the obstacle course start being watched by Polka, who voices intent to show how cool she is to her senpai having cleared it herself. A few more deaths later results in Aqua logging out of the game to Polka's mirth, ending the stream out of frustration.
• Subaru and Lamy encountered each other while doing their own separate streams. Lamy was feeling particularly bloodthirsty that day and attacked her senpai with her sword, asked her to wait a moment and then killed a chicken in front of her to get a reaction. Subaru wasn't paying attention to the poultry murder and was discovering that she could type a heart in the chat, causing Lamy to think that she had become a masochist.
• Zeta joins the JP Server with Miko as her guide (and eventually the tsukkomi). At one point, they go to Pekoland, and Miko has to rescue Zeta on multiple occasions, like when Zeta jumps off a minecart rollercoaster only to get stuck inside some glass. This results in the following exchange:
  Miko: gomen koko abunai!!! (Sorry, this place is dangerous.)
  Zeta: gomen.... i am pon...
  Miko: no pon ! miko mo (also) pon
  Miko: pon friend! !
  Zeta: pon friend !!!!!!
• Flare and Polka were doing a collab and they were soon joined by Miko. Suisei came in some time after for a fullShiraKen voice call and, with her Sololive set for the day after, the others fully expected her to engage in some self-promotion. Unexpectedly, she just came in to say good night and the other three ended up advertising for her, with Miko doing an impromtu and goofy rendition of Stellar Stellar.
• During their October 22 collab, Polka introduced Sora to her fighting ring, and ended up calling Pekora and Lamy, each of whom were working on separate projects on the EN server, over so that they could all fight.
  • The fight between Sora and Lamy shows the latter eager to defeat her Daisenpai in combat compared to Pekora, who was incredibly hesistant and reluctant to even so much as harm Sora. Lamy actually managed to get Sora on the backfoot, only to create a wide enough opening that enabled Sora to walk around and push the Snow Elf into the lava, sending Polka into a massive fit of laugher. Lamy then posts in the game chat "Sasugasu"^note As one would expect, to the complete amusement of Sora.
    Polka: Sora is strong.
  • Before she heads in to fight Polka, Lamy asks Sora via in-game model for the two to go and get married after she wins against her gen-mate. Cue a fight that ends with Polka burning slowly to death as she manages to defeat Lamy, and the Snow Elf loses all wind from her sails as the defeat sinks in and she stares to the heavens, unable to follow through on her pledge for Sora.
• Sora, Miko and Botan compare their death counts with each other and the tally comes to 75, 419 and 22 respectively. Miko takes some solace in the fact that Polka's count exceeds hers and Sora is surprised to finally meet someone with fewer deaths than her.
  Miko: Why haven't you two passed three digits yet?
  Sora: I should be asking you why you passed three digits.
  • They were having fun in the grounds with Miko high up on the gliding platform when Botan shot her in the head. She was real surprised with the precision of that shot while the lion was down laughing her butt off and Sora was impressed with the sound effect it made. When she told Pekora about it the day after, the rabbit got real scared.
• Subaru builds a box of obsidian lined with TNT, but seals herself on the inside and has to get Miko's assistance. Miko can't resist taking the opportunity to spook Subaru a little by coming in from the ceiling and lighting a harmless firework.
• Towa goes to visit Choco so they can fish together. The Devil cannot locate her fishing rod after arriving at her Senpai's house, though fortunately Choco had been watching Towa's half of the stream to know right where in Towa's inventory it is.
  Towa: I got it. [To her chat, not realising Choco is listening] I'm sure she'll be like [puts on a deliberately bad impression of the Demon] "What the heck?!"
  [Cue Choco running down the stairs and smacking Towa]
  Towa: Sorry- Look! I called it!
  • The whole thing descends into an inadvertent case of Disproportionate Retribution, as the two cast their lines at each other for a few moments, before Choco hooks Towa and decides to drag the Devil along the the fishing spot. The hook obscures most of Towa's FoV, so she fails to see Choco stand one of her pack of wolves up. However, it doesn't appear Choco was aware of wolves attacking any other entity their owner has, and the wolf starts attacking Towa, even in full view of Choco who's happily pulling the Devil along. Towa falls into a pit, her FoV still being obscured preventing her from jumping out, while the wolf finishes its attack and kills her. The Demon is surprised when the message "Towasama was slain by wolf" crops up in the game chat and there's nothing but the Devil's items left behind. While Choco shouts out an apology and makes the errant animal sit down again, Towa complains about the wolves lacking discipline. This bout of complaining prompts Choco to deliberately type out a Delayed Reaction:
    Choco: AAAAAAA
  • When the duo reunite and Towa gets her belongings back, they have this exchange:
    Choco: Seems like my doggy liked you, so much it couldn't help but bite you.
    Towa: Uh-huh. This... [draws her Diamond sword] Should I show it this?
    Choco: Don't do it, it's my doggy! My doggy... Stop it~ [hooks Towa again]
• The Shiranui Kensetsu girls host an interview with their prospective new employee, Noel.
  • The first thing they notice is that they're actually talking to an impostor because Noel accidentally logged in using Marine's account.
  • As soon as Noel arrives, they surround her with weapons drawn. Miko immediately takes notice of her boobs, which Flare says is flat on a Mincraft avatar, and she gets Suisei to remove her armor to compare. Then, Flare tells Noel to lie down on the bed and orders everyone to kill her.
  • During the interview proper, Miko lewds Noel and is set on fire by Flare for it. She apologizes, saying that there isn't anyone with boobs of her caliber in the company while looking pointedly at Suisei, who retaliates for that remark with a sword to the face.
  • The chat gets Miko to ask about Noel's relationship with the Oozora Circle, and the knight replies that she has no interest in joining them. What the chat was getting at though, was the fact that Noel is an ahijo, but she deflects that too by referring to the same-named seafood dish and that she simply likes it.
  • Noel intended to build a Santa but ended up building a Tenga and draws the others' attention when she couldn't stop laughing at it.
• The first HoloX visit to the JP Server was filled with various hilarity as they were guided through the server by various senpai:
  • The Akukin Construction leg of the tour ended with "a gift." All five of the HoloX members were encouraged to go to separate rooms with chests, and to open the chests therein. Naturally, one of them was trapped, and La+ ended up opening the one that was trapped. Even better Nene and Marine had predicted she would end up doing it.
  • The UsaKen members were not to be outdone, however, and set up a course that had a prize at the end (which also resulted in an explosion). While La+ managed to get to the prize first, she opened her inventory screen instead of the chest and was baffled as to why it didn't have anything in it. Koyori ultimately arrived to open the chest, which promptly killed both of them. Then, later, they were all assigned to mining diamond ore blocks... before the floor gave out beneath them, leading to multiple deaths for all five members.
  • The visit to the NePoLaBo tower saw Botan trapping her jungle with pitfalls filled with cobwebs that led back to Nene's honey-magma block floor. All of the HoloX girls fell in except Iroha. Naturally, this led to Iroha lording her skill over her genmates... only to fall in another pitfall herself.
• In Sora and AZKi's February 6 collab in the server, they talk about skiing with Sora sharing that she used to do it when she was younger and AZKi saying that she liked riding the lift. Then Sora tells about the time she once fell on her face from the lift and that her dad kept riding on up, for which her mom scolds him for much later.
• After the Warden was added to the game, Miko figures out how to take it down her way: by setting up a respawn point right next to the boss and getting killed by it over and over until she gets enough hits in to kill it. That's already funny, if also pretty cool. But the funniest part came from Shion's concurrent Minecraft stream, where she got to see dozens of messages announcing Miko's death every few seconds with zero context, leaving her laughing her butt off.
  Shion: Congratulations on your "It Spreads". Well, the death logs also spread a whole lot.

EN Server

• The ongoing saga of the infamous hole (of death) on the EN server:
  • The hole was discovered by Kiara, who fell into it and died, twice in a row. As revenge, she decided to leave the hole open, so that whoever made it would fall to their deaths, too.
  • The hole was unseen until IRyS explored the EN server looking for axolotls. After losing track of her horse, she fell into the hole, and promptly died. When Kiara found out, she was reduced to fits of giggles at the thought of her kouhai falling into the hole. IRyS later confronted her senpai, none of whom admitted to knowing who had dug the hole.
  • After HoloCouncil debuted, IRyS decided to fill in the hole herself so that none of her kouhai would fall in. What followed was a tragicomedy of errors, as once she actually reached it, her chat persuaded her to leave it open for nostalgia's sake. After she nearly fell in again, the chat continued by suggesting she put a sign at the bottom of the hole. Deciding to go down safely, she poured a bucket of water down, and drowned on her descent. Her second try proved more fruitful, but her ill luck continued, as she was forced to run by a zombie, blown up by creepers (twice), had her sign destroyed, and only finally managed to put the sign up after many trials. The ultimate result?
    Sign: HOPE you have a nice day.
  • Later still, Kiara was guiding Pekora on her first visit to the EN server in anticipation of the eventual merger. Kiara eventually showed Pekora the hole, and Pekora decided to try to push the phoenix down the hole. While Kiara managed to avoid falling, she did call her out for her attempt.
  • The deaths continued, however, as Suisei fell victim to the hole, and respawned in the JP server. Fortunately, she was quick-thinking enough to make her way back to the hole and even bring a water bucket to descend (somehow managing to avoid IRyS' fate of drowning) only to discover that if her items were still there, they had been pushed into lava by her own water flow.
  • The above incident was the last straw for management, who told Kiara to fully fill the hole. Chat eventually convinced her to put a slime block at the bottom instead.
• Calliope collaborates with Kiara on Minecraft:
  • Right off the bat, Calliope is in the middle of explaining the lack of BGM, only to get attacked by zombies. She panics, calls Kiara to deal with the problem, and then dies to a Creeper. All of this happens while the loading screen is still up. An artist's rendition of the scene here.
  • Kiara replicates the Minecraft bed meme near-verbatim, but Calliope bargains for a 1-block separation between their beds. This doesn't last very long, as Kiara repeatedly places her bed next to Calliope's despite the latter's protesting. This includes sneaking it right next to Calliope as she drifts off to sleep.
  • After they find a place to set up camp and begin building their house, Calliope thinks of having her room underground as it resembles the afterlife. In a Call-Back to her own past ventures in Minecraft, Kiara suggests that Calliope try to sleep in the Nether, punctuated with a knowing wink to the audience.
  • Calliope tries to end her stream, but Kiara is goofing off in the background. After failing to keep things under control, Calliope just hastily rushes through her Signing-Off Catchphrase. All this, while her soothing ending theme is playing.
• In the first full Hololive EN Minecraft collab, the majority of the 3 hour stream is spent digging a tunnel between the main base of operations first established by Calliope and Kiara and the ocean, where Gura had started construction on her replica of Atlantis. The stream itself is regarded in the same breath as Fubuki's chunk mining, being referred to as the "HoloEN VOID" stream. Standout moments include:
  • Gura leading the expedition in the wrong way for nearly a half hour, only stopping when Amelia questioned if they were getting closer and decided to dig above ground to find that they had been heading away from Gura's Atlantis settlement.
  • Kiara falling off their makeshift bridge into a cavern below just after Gura had assured the rest of the party she would be fine, and Calliope marking the place of her fall with a sign that says "Kiara Died Again LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL."
  • Calliope, who had fallen ill that same day and only attended the stream after taking some fast-acting medicine, fell asleep (or came close to it) several times. When she really succumbed to sleep, her model began slowly sinking off the screen; when she awoke, she started looking about absolutely confused at what was happening. The other members had decided to completely ignore her and not bring attention to it at all, proceeding through the game normally; only once she had woken up from her short nap did Gura formally acknowledge her return.
  • By the end of the ordeal and their return to the surface, every single member was incredibly tired and mentally drained.
    Amelia: "I feel like I've lost five years of my life."
    Ina: "Same."
    Calli: "Feels like 30."
  • Other highlights can be found here, including moments when the cast is being stalked by Phantoms which Gura mistakes as pterodactyls (which she pronounces "puh-terodactyl"), or the group trying and failing to take on an Enderman.
• During holoEN's second collective Minecraft collab, they venture into the Nether:
  • Gura's interface is stuck in "Pirate English", which features silly things like having the word "yarr" in practically phrase and changing item descriptions to a pirate's perspective (e.g. "Curse of Vanishing" becomes "Evil witchery of disappearin'" and the achievement "We need to go deeper" becomes "We need to sink our ship").
  • Amelia's house is denoted by a giant magnifying glass. Due to how Minecraft depicts glass blocks, the giant lens makes the magnifying glass look like a tennis racquet instead.
  • Kiara suggests that they try and sleep in the Nether. After they find a safe spot to sleep, and with some suggestion from chat, it's eventually agreed that Kiara would be the one to do it. Kiara and the bed explode the moment she goes to sleep. The rest of the group notes that the ensuing explosion opened up a very useful path for exploration.
    Calliope Ooh, fireworks.
  • When they first encounter Nether residents across a chasm, Gura suggests trying to lure them over and destroying the bridge underneath their feet. Calli immediately follows her advice by taunting them.
    Calliope: Hey, pussy boys! Come over and ffffffffffight us!
  • They refer to the act of trading gold with the Nether residents as "gacha". After catching a Piglin in a cage and naming him "Phil" (so he won't de-spawn), the girls declare him to be their own personal gacha machine.
  • A fantastic bit of Mood Whiplash with the chat was after Kiara fell in lava and died, and was so depressed about it that she went out to the nearest body of water after respawning and drowned herself once more... and Gura comments that she saw that and "just kinda watched", startling her. And to further the whiplash, everyone in her Chat was trying to cheer her up, and it seemingly works, donning her smile again... only to ask Amelia if she wants to build a chessboard. Cue the Chat freaking out and thinking they're about to be punished.
• Polka and Kiara meet up on the English server to disastrous results. Kiara had intended to give Polka a tour of the English server, but there were numerous technical difficulties that got in the way, such as Kiara crashing whenever she approached her chicken farm (because there were too many to be rendered) or Polka having inexplicably exploded while Kiara attempted to log back in. At various points, both of them fell through the world and crashed to the main menu. Still, they were able to salvage it with their charismatic nature and turned the stream into an impromptu talk show. They discussed how many instruments and noisemakers Polka had, either bought on her own or gifted from fans, to which she replied "yes" before clarifying she has too many to count (including a giant rubber chicken she was incredibly excited to use for Kiara) as well as Kiara threatening to kill Polka if she ever expressed interest in pursuing Calliope.
• As a prank, Gura threw a ton of eggs into Haachama's EN home, which then hatched into a bunch of chickens. Haachama, when she logged in, was absolutely delighted at her new flock and proceeded to leave Gura gifts.
• During the EN Christmas collab, the girls lay out that all of them (except Calliope) can invoke a Sound-Effect Bleep. When Kiara calls a tree on her house "very weird", Ina retorts with a couple of bleeps. Kiara proceeds to outdo her by bleeping up a storm, leaving everyone else in laughter. Some commenters joked that Kiara was bleeping so much it sounded like she was talking in morse code.
  • While decorating their Christmas Tree, Amelia goes off to get some vines. Kiara snaps up the opportunity for a joke, and Ina follows up with a pun of her own.
    Amelia: I'm going to get some vines, and I'll be back in about 4 minutes.
    Kiara: I thought Vines only take 6 seconds.
    ...
    Kiara: I'm a comedi-hen!
    Gura: Oh my god, comedi-hen! Kiara, you are on fire tonight!
    Ina: She's always on fire!
  • While taking screenshots of their cake and tree, Calliope mishears Kiara say "making-of photos" as "making out photos". As they quarrel...
    Gura: Mommy and daddy are fighting.
    Ina: It's okay. Just stay in the closet until they're done.
  • Gura asks Amelia what the white structure that Amelia built on top of Gura's house (as retribution for Gura adding huge boobs to Amelia's statue of herself) was supposed to be. When noticing it earlier, Gura had theorized that perhaps it was supposed to be a horn or a water spout (since Gura's house is shaped like a whale). Amelia doesn't even bother with an excuse, saying that it was supposed to be shaped like Flipping the Bird.
• During a collab between Kiara and Ina, Kiara comments on her neighbors doing work around their house. Her use of syntax gives a different impression.
  Kiara: Stupid neighbors are still banging, after all these hours they're still banging on something! (realizes what she said) Wait, oh my god...
  Ina: Context?
  Kiara: I mean... I mean they're really... ugh for hours I don't know-
  Ina: Context?!
  Kiara: The context is that they're banging on something, they're doing some construction or something I think...
  
  Kiara: Is it better to say that they're hammering?
  (Ina doesn't say anything)
  Kiara: Probably not...
  • At another point, Kiara mentions that she's been feeling sick when she wakes up lately, but phrases it that she's been "experiencing morning sickness", which in English is usually used to describe a symptom of pregnancy. Ina goes silent for a few moments while both chats explode with things like congratulating her and Calli.
• On March 19th, 2021, Calliope woke up extra early to host a stream where she just enjoyed fishing off the PPP tower for a couple hours. She knew that Ame was going to jump in later in order to give Ollie and Moona a tour of the EN server. The chat told Calli that they spawned near the minecart track where Adam Saddler passed away, so she started walking along the tracks to the other side. Meanwhile, Ollie, Moona, and Ame were ALSO using the track. Calli's sudden appearance caused Ollie to scream out of her gourd.
  • While Ame was showing the girls around, they headed down to Calli's house. Before they had a chance to properly enter her home, Moona was blown up by a creeper that just came out of nowhere. When hearing the news, Calli was more concerned about Mr. Steeds still being alive and Adam Saddler's grave remaining intact.
  • Later on, Bubba makes himself heard, with Ollie barking in response. Moona asks Ame if she wants another pet as it turns out Hololive ID has a dog that might also be a zombie. Ollie denies being a pet, until Ame says she'll think about it. When Ollie gets a little too excited at the idea of being owned by Ame, she quickly backs down. Watch it all here.
  • When Ame and Moona left Ollie behind the minecart tracks, they pretend they are having a date with spaghetti and meatballs diner. Ollie wanted some too but Ame pointed out her head already looks like such.
• Reine and Ina's May 2nd 2021 Minecraft collab is a wild ride from start to finish:
  • It literally starts with a bang as Reine is killed by a Creeper barely a second after the loading screen ends - which is funny enough on its own, but is amplified by the viewers being able to see Ina bursting into laughter, but not hear her since neither of the girls' microphones had been turned on yet.
  • Ina perpetuating the turkey joke by indirectly asking if Reine was born out of an egg, since the former has never actually seen one, much to the latter's annoyance.
  • Reine's incredibly ham-fisted attempt at flirting with Ina is so bad, both of them end up laughing non-stop for several seconds.
  • Reine finds a beached squid and fails to save it in time. She apologizes to both the dead squid and Ina before celebrating getting an ink sack out of the ordeal. Ina, being squid-like herself, feels threatened by Reine's delight and slowly moves her avatar away from Reine.
• Gura held a solo stream on May 4th, 2021. She grabbed some TNT from the PPP and blew up the giant door she created, but then looked up how to create a TNT launcher. The stream turned into an impromptu collab as Ina volunteered to get launched "into space", with Calli and Amelia coming in later to witness this moment. However, it didn't go as planned as Ina kept getting killed in the explosions, and her one successful trial only sent her up a short distance with the help of a Totem of Undying. Calli and Amelia tried it to more disastrous results, as the water freezing at inopportune times caused the TNT launcher to damage or even outright destroy itself.
• Kiara and Gura held a collab to make some pixel art of themselves on the EN server
  • Kiara breaks off into a tangent about feet (a Running Gag for the membershrimps) and leaving behind a legacy of feet-based pixel art for future EN generations to appreciate. Gura can't even get a word in edge-wise, so she just places a photo of the Hide The Pain Harold meme over her avatar's face and flips it around to show her confusion. The Chumbuds just completely lose it. Also, Kiara didn't find out about this until someone on Twitter showed her a screenshot after the fact.
  • A pair of Creepers spawn on top of Kiara's sculpture, and right in front of her scaffolding to boot meaning she has no way up or down without confronting them. She immediately states that she will rage quit should the Creepers ruin all of the progress she made. No points for guessing what happens next. Thankfully she was kidding about ending the stream and only brought up her end card for a bit, and the damage done to the sculpture was very minimal.
  • At one point during the stream, Gura attacked Kiara from the back and sent her falling off an edge to her death. The funny part being that from Gura's POV, a slight bit of lag made it look like Gura's actual attack had no effect on Kiara... only for her to suddenly jump over the edge, seemingly of her own accord. Also, from Kiara's POV, there was about half a second of delay between her hitting the ground... and her actually dying.
  • Kiara brought up that she was considering continuing her The Sims 4 playthrough and continuing the story of Clara's (the in-game child of Kiara and Calli) life. When Gura reacted with confusion to the notion of Kiara and Calli having a child together, Kiara decided to start talking about all the times and places that Kiara and Calli "did it", including in Gura's bathroom. Gura took it well.
    Gura: Jesus Christ...
• Gura and Calli held a collab to try and create a ferris wheel outside of Phoenixton, but accidentally let a villager out of the wall. At first, they thought they could get away with trying to push the villager into some nearby lava and nobody would find out, but Kiara was watching and had to log into the game to fix their mistakes. Cue the Oh, Crap! from both of them when they saw her log in. Gura even tried sucking up by complimenting how creative and lovely she was. They had also broken Kiara's ice bridge elevator, causing her to drown when she disembarked and nearly losing her Diamond armor. The entire event was capped with Kiara silently taking the villager back to her town in a boat, in full view of both Calli and Gura.
• Ollie stops by IRyS's house and adds two things inside it that IRyS hates the most: a ceiling fan and an armor stand with red leather armor on it, made to look like Santa. To say IRyS didn't take it well is a massive understatement.
  IRySuperGlue: hope has descended and is coming for you
  Ollie: [nervous cackling] Thatssoscarywhatdowedowhatdowedoisshewatching!? We gotta run. We gotta run! ByeRyS!
  • The kicker? IRyS only ever poked Ollie with a diamond pickaxe once just to spook her a bit, never actually killing her. What actually killed Ollie at the end of the chase was falling from a lethal drop from a random cliff in the Nether as she turned to what appeared to be an alternate path, which IRyS reacts to with crying emotes in the server chat.
  • IRyS greets Ollie with a diamond pickaxe in hand, which she switches out for Rotten Flesh, and taunts the Zombie by casually eating it in her presence. At the end of the chase, the Nephilim reveals that she never intended to hurt Ollie at all — she just wanted to continue munching on zombie meat in front of her.
• Bae had a solo stream that turned into an impromptu collab when Mumei logged in right after she started. The rat tried to coordinate and meet up with her genmate, only for the owl to immediately get lost as she went looking for berries.
  • Some ways into the stream, Mumei thinks she saw a shark somewhere in the water, upon which Bae, Australian chaos embodiment that she is, immediately jumps into the ocean (she was building near it at the time) to look for it despite Mumei's protests. After this, Kronii and Bae both assert that the game has only dolphins. Gura enters the server not long after, but leaves immediately.
    Mumei: "I told you, there's a shark!"
    • In the superchat segment following her stream the next day, Gura admitted she was watching that very stream in real time when she heard the above conversation.
    "[...]and then they brought up sharks - I think they saw my shark hat in the distance - and they were like 'Oh, there's a shark here!' And somebody else went 'There's no sharks in this game.' And then I said... [Beat] '...there can be!' And then I logged on and logged off for comedic effect."
  • At the end of the stream, Bae is reminded to show Mumei a flower. Kronii and Mumei then proceed to say flower to each other repeatedly, with the former doing it in a voice like Text-To-Speech that makes the owl cry from laughing so much, especially when Kronii moves her character so that her model overlaps with Mumei's. As Bae collects some screenshots, she asks for the Warden of Time to look at her, only for Kronii to turn around slowly enough that the jerky changes to the angle of the model's body, while the head moves more naturally, send both Bae and Mumei into complete hysterics. The two keep it up even when they're in bed and Bae is ending the stream.
    Kronii: Farewell.
    Mumei: Flowerwell.
    Kronii: Flowerwell.
• Mumei logs into the EN server and it turns into an impromptu collab when Gura is also on at the same time.
  • Before running into Gura, Mumei stumbles across the tombstones of HoloID and wonders who killed them. She then mourns for them right as the rain starts pouring.
    Mumei: ... It is the day for rain, isn't it? I forgot how the quote exactly goes.
  • She tells her chat about how she got lost and found her bearing by seeing Ame's mural. She saw it from the front at the time and only just saw the large block mammaries from the side.
  • They greet each other via chat, but a nervous Mumei ends up being rather formal with her senpai.
    Gura: [Types] HELLOOOO
    Mumei: [Types] Salutations! [To her chat] That's how you greet a shark, is it not?
    Gura: [To her chat] Salutations? Salutations? Who says "salutations"? ... "Salutations my good sir!"
  • Gura decides to "go say hi" to Mumei, who was in Ina's house at the time, by lurking outside like a stalker waiting to kill her.
    Mumei: I can hear the Jaws music!
    [...]
    Gura: It always feels like somebody's watching me~
    [...]
    Mumei: I feel impending doom. I wasn't feeling this before.
  • Mumei tries to complement Gura but accidentally says "Looking shabby" when she intended to say "Not too shabby". After a brief exchange and Mumei realizing the gulf between what she said and what she meant to say and they clear things up. Gura isn't willing to forget about it, however.
    Gura: gura will remember this
    Mumei: i wont
  • After the above, Gura tries to jump the railings, can't and swiftly runs downstairs in an attempt to look cool.
  • They engage in a silly exchange of babble before briefly switching to Spanish, which neither of them actually understand all that well.
  • Mumei ends up trapped in a hole in Gura's house, leaving her trapped in the water below the house with no way to escape. When Gura's chat tried to inform her of Mumei's situation, the latter tried to reassure the former with a "yes" and a ":)" that she's perfectly fine... Until the in-game chat showcased "nana_mumei drowned".
  • Gura decides to prank her by turning herself invisible. Things go out of hand when she shoots Mumei with a flaming arrow.
    Gura: Uh oh, don't die from that, that'd be unfortunate—
    nana_mumei was burnt to a crisp fighting GauGura
    Gura: Oh... Uhh... I'll grab her stuff, don't worry about that.
    Gura: [to chat] Of all the things you could've told me, you could've told me she was at, like, zero health!
    • Better yet, Gura's assumption that Mumei was low was a gross miscalculation. Mumei had been at almost full health at 8/10 hearts, and Gura's bow had shaved off about 6.5 of them before burning away the 1.5 remaining ones, meaning that there was almost no way she could have survived the arrow.
  • Mumei respawns with a newfound motivation to learn to play Minecraft.
    nana_mumei: thank you. you have given me a purpose. i am eternally grateful. :)
    GauGura: r u gonna kick my butt
    nana_mumei: A time will come
    Gura: [nervous breathing]
    nana_mumei: a time... will come... in time...
    Gura: [aloud] This battle will be legendary!
  • After the session, Mumei makes good on her promise with an ominous Tweet:
    "I will remember."
• A collab between Fauna and Mumei mostly involved the two of them exploring the world with their maps.
  • Fauna saw Mumei kill a cow out in the field and goes full Yandere mode, planning to get back at her. Nighttime set in, and Mumei set into the bed while building herself a small shelter immediately around her. Fauna ran over to a nearby lava pool and tried to prank Mumei by setting fire to her wooden shelter. Things immediately go south as the lava sets fire to the very forest itself! While Fauna tries to control the blaze, both of them are swarmed by zombies and ultimately die. Mumei's spawn was right there, but Fauna's bed was no longer present so she was set back to the world spawn. She acknowledged that her yandere tendencies resulted in Laser-Guided Karma.
    Fauna: Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of my own actions!
    • Mumei's perspective of the events only amplifies the comedic timing. As her screen gradually darkens from her trying to sleep, the first thing she notices is off is Fauna getting the achievement for obtaining a Lava Bucket. As a nervous Mumei continues hearing the sounds of lava bubbling, mobs growling/being hurt, and eventually the sounds of fire crackling from outside her shelter, Fauna mutters that she's made a miscalculation. This prompts Mumei to get out of bed and see a pool of lava next to her shelter...before she turns around and finds the forest engulfed in flames.
    • Speaking of Mumei's perspective, the only kill Fauna caught was that one cow. Mumei had been mischievously killing off several animals the entire time, always trying to remain hidden and keeping an eye on Fauna.
    Fauna: Why do you have your sword out?
    Mumei: Uh, I don't know how to play this game. I didn't even know it was out.
  • Karma immediately bites Fauna again a few minutes later when she sells Mumei on a plan to use lava to kill a wandering trader with the intention of taking the llamas for themselves. Due to a miscalculation on Mumei's part, the trader, the llamas, and Fauna all burn to death.
• The impromptu collab on September 22nd between Ina and Sana (with Kiara in some of the call), which was right on the heels of the announcement of their upcoming first collab, soon became a three-way as Mumei, who began her stream midway into the unplanned collab, ended up hanging around Sana mainly. Naturally, there are a few funny moments.
  • After Ina volunteers to lead Mumei to the desert area, she soon asks if Mumei is lost, which gets "no" as an answer. Moments later, she gets lost (to no one's surprise).
  • During said bit, Mumei ends up dying to a wolf (enraged because Mumei killed the chicken it was with). Sana and Ina scramble to find where she died (as to pick up her stuff), but have a hard time due to Mumei not knowing how to get there. Ina does find the items... just in time for them to despawn. Mumei doesn't seem to mind really (helped by all she had being very common items).
  • Sometime during the desert part, they decide to go into a cave, only to find a creeper, causing them to make a quick retreat.
  • Ina apologizes for building a real-life Usual Room in the game. This begins a bit where Kiara tells Ina that Minecraft is not real life.
  • Sana finds a rabbit and fawns over it, leading Ina to hope that Sana didn't kill the rabbit. Sana replies that she would never kill a rabbit, but chickens are fair game. Kiara, who had been silent for a long while beforehand, then asks what she just heard.
• Bae's September 24, 2021 stream of Minecraft becomes an impromptu collab when several other HoloEN mates join, leading to many hilarious moments.
  • The fun begins when Gura logs on and begins talking about cereal. This starts a cereal debate that Kronii and Ina log on to share their opinions over.
  • Once Gura joins the voice chat, Bae pranks her with the same Lightning McQueen speech from Gura's Jump King stream. Ina once again asks if McQueen is in Kingdom Hearts.
  • Bae and Gura check out Ina and Calli's onsen. Ina role-plays as a receptionist, and the two play along. Once Gura and Ina get into a pretend spat over getting a senior or kids' discount, Bae commentates on their stare-off.
  • Mumei and Kronii are trying to meet up, but Mumei can't find Kronii. This exchange happens in the game chat.
    nana_mumei: kronii i cant find you
    ourkronii: I'm in my house
    nana_mumei: this doesn't help me
    ourkronii: GOD I'M CALLING YOU
    ourkronii: PICK UP
    nana_mumei: did he answer
  • On talking about being reborn in another world, Kronii says she would hate it because she has to repeat life from the beginning. Bae asks who hurt Kronii.
  • Gura and Kronii do a spontaneous performance of the memetic "Chug Jug" song.
  • Gura tries to ask a question but can only say "Did you guys play". Bae and Kronii ask if Gura meant to finish the sentence with "Minecraft".
  • Bae attempts to get Gura and Kronii to sleep but the latter two keep getting wrapped up in other buisness, leaving Bae to become increasingly more distressed as she waits for them to do their thing. They take so long that morning rolls around naturally.
• On September 27th, both Gura and IRyS had their own Minecraft streams going, with Kronii joining the latter, that saw some crossing over.
  • Gura needs some quartz but doesn't feel like going to collect some for herself so she suggests to IRyS, who was level-grinding at the time, that mining quartz in the Nether is a fantastic way to gain XP. IRyS and Kronii were actually doing that when Gura contacted them and did confirm their gains but IRyS lies about not getting any quartz. Gura starts pressing her in uwu-speak and eventually decides to join their Discord chat and makes (jokingly) extortative threats that would make Pekora proud.
    Kronii: Oh, we'll let you know when we find more quartz.
    IRyS: Yeah, we'll let you know if we find some.
    Gura: Alright. Just remember, when you die, you drop all your stuff. Alright. Have fun. Good luck. Don't die, wink wink.
  • During it, Gura and Ina seek out IRyS and Kronii for some pranking, which the latter two anticipated and Gura finds IRyS on a boat being bait. The shark takes an invisibility potion and sneaks on the boat to give her kouhai a glorious jump scare.
  • Upon seeing a sign in Kronii's bunker that reads "Strip Mining Section", IRyS's mind goes YabaIRyS and Kronii immediately heads off any unseiso thoughts her senpai probably had.
    IRyS: Is that what they're actu- Is this- This is actually called? Or...
    Kronii: Yes! YES! It's not whatever you think it is [...] I don't know what you're thinking, but...
    IRyS: No-No! I'm not thinking anything [...] Pure soul!
    Kronii: Jagoo would be proud.
• While generally a cute wholesome stream, the Mumei and Kiara collab has a few funny moments:
  • One of the topics was swearing, and Mumei either forgot or intentionally glossed over the F-bomb she dropped during the "Are you smarter than a fifth grader" council meeting. Chat didn't forget though. Mumei talked about some of the words' original definitions, surprising Kiara. And at one point, Mumei sneezes cutely. The fact the two girls are on opposite ends of the swearing scale made it a pretty amusing topic as a whole.
  • Right after that, Kiara starts showing off some tools like a BLEEP and a voice changer (leading to the "demonic" setting being used). The voice changer would be used a couple more times.
  • Kiara asks Mumei about the rice she tweeted about, though she had to keep at it as Mumei nigh-forgot already. Kiara was mildly annoyed with being made to doubt herself about the tweets. (The clip/story can be seen in the concil's funny page)
  • The bits of Kiara being a mother hen, keeping Mumei on track and reminding her to eat.
  • Mumei shows off her Hank Hill impression, and Kiara remarks that she doesn't know who that is. Mumei says he's from an "adult cartoon", which shocks Kiara as she takes it the wrong way (thinking it's that type of adult cartoon) and Mumei tries to explain that it aired on TV.
  • Kiara decides to make her own omikuji, and when she, Mumei, and their chats were brainstorming how to label the unlucky sticks, somebody suggests "cursed", prompting a flood of jokes about the EN Curse. The worst stick gets a few suggestions, including "Zenloss", which Kiara cracks up at, but she eventually settles on "Doomed".
  • When she decides to try it out herself, Kiara makes the mistake of mentioning that she hopes she isn't doomed out loud. Guess which stick she gets? Cue the two of them hurriedly implementing the part of omikuji that would allow her to hang up her bad fortune and get rid of it.
• Bae laments to IRyS that Kronii prefers to eat her cereal soggy and is left aghast when her senpai reveals that she has hers the same way. Bae is left speechless as IRyS expounds on why. When the conversation moves to french fries, Bae is again floored when IRyS's soggy food preference extends to that.
• From what became a peak of seven EN members^note herself, Fauna, Mumei, Amelia, IRyS, Sana and Ina in a collab on Baelz and IRyS' streams; highlights here:
  • As more and more people came into the voice chat, Bae requested PNGs of them for her to place around her on the overlay. Mumei, Fauna, Sana and Ina send sensible images, Amelia sends an image with her bearing the mustache, whereas IRyS sends something that makes Bae burst out in laughter as she inserts it into the overlay - a horribly warped shot of the Nephilim with her sad expression that made it look as if she was melting. It remains in place for the rest of the stream.
  • During the gathering (around the 1:50 mark), Mumei ends up dying to a berry bush (not a surprise) as both Baelz and Fauna ask which bush did it, though Fauna was more extreme about it wanting to burn EVERY bush after Mumei reuses to tell her which one. Bae in contrast just wanted to chop down the offending bush.
  • The Running Gag of IRyS wanting to be properly fed by Bae and their related exchanges acting Like an Old Married Couple. One particular example from the end of a day of work and the start of the next:
    Bae: Honey!
    IRyS: Yes! I just worked overtime, Dear, with just a berry in my stomach! [She and Bae laugh]
    Bae: Well done, I'm so proud.
    Sana: Do you think she'd rather eat the berry than your bentou?
    IRyS: I'm gonna lose weight. [Answering Sana] Yes, just a single berry. I'm hungry! Onna naka suita! Imagine going to sleep on an almost empty-stomach.
    Bae: You know, you've done- [...] I reflect on my actions.
    IRyS: Mm-hm.
    Bae: Today you get two berries. [Gives her exactly that]
    IRyS: [After consuming them] What happened to the baked potato?
    Bae: Uhhhh...
    IRyS: Honey, I think I saw you have, like, a ton of baked potatoes in the inventory.
    Bae: Umm...
    IRyS: What happened to that? Are you hogging the food?
    Bae: Uhhh....
    IRyS: The food supply? Our food supply?
    Bae: Noooo... No...
    [IRyS climbs the scaffolding for the gazebo and begins jumping on it endlessly to get Bae's attention]
    Bae: [throws a baked potato to the ground] Go fetch. [Begins laughing while IRyS does exactly this]
  • This then culminates in IRyS repeating her jumping activity and waiting for Bae to get close to hit her with a pickaxe. Bae immediately eats in front of the Nephilim to recover the lost health, before returning the favour with an axe to IRyS' face, throwing her from the top of the gazebo. A few falls later depletes the Nehphilim's health, and having consumed the potatoes she got from Bae earlier, has no way to replenish it, and she doesn't when she receives some bread. The next in-game day sees her following Bae up some scaffolding and remarking that she saw the rat eat something, only to be killed by an axe to the face, which was intended to be a slap; this sends the two into hysterics while Fauna, a witness to the Accidental Murder, goes to hide. When IRyS returns, she immediately starts a fistfight with Bae in retaliation.
    Bae: Honey, we can just talk about this! Use your words!
    IRyS: WE CAN TALK WITH OUR FISTS!
  • When Ina joins the collab, IRyS is quite taken with what TakoEats has to offer, openly ruminating that with the wider selection of food and a bed, she doesn't need Bae as a waifu anymore. A few minutes later, IRyS came running back from her task to collect the farming hoe that Bae picked up after downing the Nephilim.
    IRyS: Waifu! You have my hoe! [Bae starts laughing] You have my hoe, waifu!
    Bae: Come again? I don't know what you're talking about.
    IRyS: You have my hoe!
    Bae: Well, you said you don't need a waifu, so no hoe for you! [Beat as she audibly acknowledges the words she uttered] Wait I didn't realise what I just said!
    IRyS: [as Bae wheezes] Context, Bae, context! Read the context!
• Gura's October 1, 2021 stream becomes another period of hilarity through and through.
  • Gura recounts a time where she and her family, including her brother, decorated their Christmas tree with sugar cookies. She noted that the next day, all the cookies up to a certain height would be gone.
  • After grabbing some bonemeal from the main area, Gura is about to return to the portal area when chat urges her to return to the bonemeal generator and get the bone blocks from the bottom of the chest. She goes back and checks, and realizes that what chat saw was not bone blocks, but actually iron blocks. Gura excuses herself for a moment, and returns with a star image with "thou hast made a valiant effort" on it to present to chat.
  • After Kronii joins the voice chat, the two get into a discussion that somehow leads to people making original characters for Shrek. They proceed to share various Shrek OC images with each other off-screen.
  • After a bit of spirited Shrek talk, Gura shares one of the images she found with chat — a picture of a Shrek Halloween mask. She attempts to fiddle with it to set up for a gag, but cuts out the wrong parts, leaving just floating eyes and mouth. She crops out the mask properly on the second attempt and places it over her head.
  • After Bae joins the voice chat, Gura looks for some images to represent the other two. She settles on a clock man with Kronii's face on top for her and a CG mouse with an elongated nose for Bae.
  • While talking about children's shows the subject goes to The Big Comfy Couch. Kronii suddenly mentions that the lead actress got shot, making the mood very awkward.
  • After Mumei joins the voices chat Gura finds a picture for her too and settles on an owl head with feet attached. Gura also takes the time to update Kronii's picture to a baked-bean-filled clock with Kronii's face on top.
  • Mumei claims that her call setup doesn't always pick up her laughter so she tells the others that whenever they hear awkward silence from her in response to their jokes, they should just assume that she is laughing. Shortly afterwards, they discuss making a "bush dome" above a pond:
    Kronii: That's going to be really bushy.
    Gura: The bushyyyyyyy bush.
    Mumei: I didn't laugh that time.
  • Kronii and Mumei have an impromptu hide-and-seek game, with Kronii seeking out Mumei. Gura sees where Mumei has gone, but entertains Kronii as the two goes on a wild goose chase, traveling across the railway and looking in the wild, while Mumei hangs out at the portal area the entire time. Once the others finally let the truth be known to Kronii...
    Mumei: Well, Kronii, if you got some glasses for your bad vision, you could've seen that I was at the station!
    Bae: My, my. Oh my.
    Mumei: You'll see it. You'll see it one day.
    Gura: I was wondering if you had the stream open, Kronii, because you walked by her three times.
    Kronii: Oh, really?
    Gura: Yeah.
    Kronii: And you didn't tell me?
    Gura: No, you were so confident going your way! I was like, "Yes, let's adventure! Go, Kronii! Yeeees!"
  • Mumei goes to help Kronii expand her bunker farm, and Gura tags along to see what may happen. Gura is bothered that Mumei is breaking gravel blocks with an iron pickaxe, and the following happens —
    Gura: Somebody stop [Mumei], she's cutting gravel with a pickaxe.
    Mumei: Does this upset you? Watch, let me make it worse. [switches to a diamond pickaxe]
    Kronii: No, no no no. Don't do that. [proceeds to block Mumei]
• Botan wanted to explore the EN server. Right before she jumped through, she equipped her night vision goggles so she could sneak around.
  • When Sana showed up to give her a tour, Botan was already making her way to the Pantsu Express. Sana set down a minecart and Botan got in. She started singing the theme to Indiana Jones as she crossed over.
  • Botan wanted to take Sana to the JP server, but they needed to cross the Pantsu Express again. A misplaced KFP employee forced Botan to stop literally underneath the Ollie statue. After continuing on the track, Botan couldn't help but giggle at the Ame statue again.
  • Botan correctly identifies Ame's giant magnifying glass as exactly that, but her chat convinces her that it's actually a tennis racket. She tries out the English term out loud only for Sana to correct her, for which she rightly blames the chat.
• Subaru explores the EN server and gets to talk to Kronii for the first time when Polka invites her into their discord call. The normally cool and collected time master is so star-struck that she becomes tongue-tied and her Japanese fluency flies right out the window.
  • When she rides the Pantsu Express, Subaru takes a peek at the giant figures on the way, complete with sound effects. She mentions at the end of it that she wants to put up a sign saying how excited she was by it.
• Pekora drops by the EN server while Baelz and Sana are playing. She subjects Sana with a TNT trap that launches her high up, only for Sana to come back asking for more. After the second launch goes awry, Baelz expresses her shock at what Sana's up to. Pekora then gets an idea to blow Baelz up and gets Sana to cooperate. While Pekora's secretly resetting her trap, Sana begins talking up Bae's house, piquing Pekora's interest. Pekora walks up, peeks into what seems to be an entrance, and Bae punches her into a deep hole, killing her via fall damage. The Prankster has one-upped "War Criminal" Pekora, and Pekora herself has high hopes for what Baelz will pull off.
• During her first foray into the HoloEN server, Sora was traveling across the infamous Pantsu Express, very determinedly not looking up. At the same time, Kanata was playing a prank on Baelz by hiding one of her portraits in the latter's house. And thus, right as Sora passed underneath one of the statues, Kanata told her kouhai where to find the portrait via in-game text chat.
  Amane_Kanata: Look up.
• As their original plans to play Tick Tock: A Tale For Two fell through, Ame and Kronii get together for a Minecraft session.
  • Ame uses her smol avatar for the stream, making for a hilarious contrast to Kronii's avatar.
  • Kronii mistakes one of Ame's hiccups for a squeaky toy. She apologizes when she realizes otherwise and says at least Ame's hiccups sound cute, unlike her own. Kronii later attempts to simulate her hiccups and chat replies that she sounds like a bullfrog.
  • After a trip through the nether, they find themselves undeground. Ame says that she can feel that they're close to the surface in her Minecraft bones. Kronii remarks that Ame must have played a lot to have known that, and Ame counters that Kronii might have played even more still.
  • Once they're done exploring faraway lands, they go back and check out Sana's observatory-in-progress. When they reach the top of the staircase, Ame challenges Kronii to a fight to the death, and builds a small platform for them to fight on. The two go to their corners, and on the word "go" Kronii immediately charges forward and knocks Ame off to her death.
  • The two visit Gura's haunted-house-in-progress and unexpectedly find Gura in there, working on the house's interior contraptions. They spend the rest of the stream teasing Gura, doing things like blocking her in her own house.
• Gura and Shion have a date inside Minecraft.
  • Shion decides to write a message on the JP Visitor's Wall that declares the two of them are married, and writes it in English. Gura remarks "Eigo Jouzu" but then looks closer and sees it says "Were Married" instead. Gura gets sad and Shion quickly fixes it to "We're Married". Pesky apostrophes.
  • They visit the fortune shrine, but Gura stands too close to the stick dispenser when Shion pressed the button and gets the first stick. Gura got a 1 for Luck, while Shion then got a 4 for Doomed.
  • Gura shows off Pekora's bunny house and insists on blowing it up just for karma. Shion strongly objects and they leave.
  • Gura wants to show Shion to PPP, which she thinks is "Pee Pee Pee", so she starts calling it "Poo Poo Poo".
• On October 11, 2021, fans became witness to the start of the Holo Council Civil War between Kronii and Fauna. (Disclaimer: this is purely an in-game arc and not an actual dispute.)
  • For context, both Kronii and Fauna were streaming Minecraft at the time when the former invited the latter to join her newly formed Bunkeronii Corporation. Fauna played along for a while, helping Kronii with a Nether project.
    • Of note is the interview that Fauna goes through to get her job at Bunkeronii Corp. After discussing her intentions with Fauna and Ina, Kronii asks the former if she wants to work at Bunkeronii, which the Avatar of Nature asserts to as she's "unemployed", which sends Ina into some chuckles. The interview itself:
      Kronii: Okay, I need to interview you for just, you know, the technicality with this business.
      Fauna: Uh huh.
      Kronii: So, what are your strengths?
      Fauna: Um, I'm very strong.
      Kronii: Okay, that's good. Well, what are your weaknesses?
      Fauna: Hm, I'm very weak.
      Kronii: Okay, you're hired. [Ina starts laughing] Come here.
      Fauna: Perfect!
      Ina: That was the most perfect interview I've ever heard.
    • When Kronii sets up an "Employee of the Day" sign for everybody to see in the stairwell, Fauna half-heartedly gushes over it. The Warden of Time tries to make it more exciting that Fauna's the first person to have that honour, which isn't saying much considering Fauna's her only employee after a prior dismissal of her supposed previous workforce of Piglins. After a moment of silence, Fauna declares in a chipper tone that she'll get back to work, prompting Kronii to fall into a bout of chuckling while Ina chimes in:
      Ina: Whatever keeps the workers happy, right?
      Kronii: Exactly!
      Fauna: Morale has never been higher.
    • At one point Kronii ponders about recruiting Mumei, seeing as the latter is already living in the Bunkeronii. Fauna is quick to object.
      Kronii: Why? She would love working here.
      Fauna: This work isn't suited for someone like Mumei.
      Ina: Protective...! (breathless laughter}
      Fauna: You have to understand, I can do it myself! We don't need any more!
      Kronii: That's very heroic of you.
  • After seeing more and more of Kronii's Bad Boss tendencies Fauna decides to make a run for it, blocking her former boss in a strip mine on the way out. What follows is a wild chase leading from the Nether all the way to the JP server, with Kronii slowly turning Laughing Mad as she fails to find her prey. Eventually the chase ends after Kronii gets knocked off a ledge by a Phantom, leading to a total loss of all the items she had on her. Fauna ends her stream shortly after, though she logs back in briefly to say "GG" and apologize for Kronii losing all of her stuff.
  • What makes the whole scene even better is that Ina was also streaming at the same time and was in the same voice chat, but kept mostly quiet and talked to her viewers via the in-game chat function. Her reactions to the events, especially Kronii's slow decent into madness, pretty much mirrors her chats. At one point she even pulls out some popcorn and soda to enjoy as she listens in.
  • Some highlights not shown in the compilation:
    • As Kronii is just closing in, Fauna amazes her chat by taking a spectacular Leap of Faith off the giant tower into a pool of water.
    • Fauna manages to make her way back to the main settlement and wordlessly approaches Ina for help, who proceeds to quietly hide her away behind a Paper-Thin Disguise netherrack wall while still voice-chatting with Kronii as if nothing happened. Because Fauna made her avatar take up the whole screen to combat stream sniping, this part is only visible in Ina's stream.
    • As the realization that she has lost slowly sinks in for Kronii, she calmly fills a bucket with water and contemplates whether or not to murder her Enderman roommate in cold blood for leaving blocks lying around.
    • Kronii is killed by a tiny zombie near her tree farm, but as she races back up to get her revenge, she realizes with disappointment that the sun has already done her job for her, and goes off to find a different zombie to kill to make herself feel better.
    • Eventually unable to stand the situation anymore, Kronii dashes forth into the wilderness in a Roaring Rampage of Revenge, taking out anything that comes her way (except cats, dogs, and foxes), even one of Kiara's villagers, prompting a brief My God, What Have I Done? expression before she heads off to continue.
• For their first stream, HoloDeath (Rushia, Calli, and Ollie) get together in Minecraft.
  • Calli mentions that she's given milk to Ollie on her stream. Ollie says she really likes milk, especially it's from Calli. Calli takes away Ollie's milk as a response.
  • While making their way down Sana's observatory, Ollie asks "Senpai, want to see me do a flip?" and jumps off the stairs, with expected results.
• The Shiranui Construction collab was all kinds of chaotic.
  • Before they even set foot in the EN server the team stumble upon a Woodland Mansion and decide to clear it out. During a brief stop to look at a cat statue someone (most likely Suisei) lights it on fire. Once the fire starts to spread out of control Flare gives them the go ahead to burn the whole mansion down, which they take to with gusto. Miko in particular is thrilled, merrily singing while she lights up everything around her to the point where she ends up trapping herself and has to break through the floor. Once they all escape they gather round for a group photo in front of the smoldering remains.
    Miko: Burning~ Burning~ Ba ba ba burning~
  • The four of them decide to vandalize the Amelia statue on the Pantsu Express. Adding nipples to the chest, and putting their banner under her skirt so you see it when you look up. Amelia herself was even there approving of it all.
  • When Flare has to go AFK for a bit, Miko convinces the others to bury her and set it up like a grave site. Flare returns and demands to know who trapped her. Pretending like they didn't do anything, they quickly dig her out, only to find she's not there. She somehow vanished.
• Pekora shows Kiara and Nene her new "experiment". A mine cart roller coaster that ends with the rider getting launched high into the sky, and intended to land in a pool. Kiara tries, gets insane air, and dies. Nene, who stated her intent to enact punishment on Pekora if anything happens to Kiara, inevitably follows through on her promise, while Kiara calls the rabbit out. Pekora convinces Nene to give it a try, and she does with the caveat that Kiara punishes her if she dies. Nene does not get the same air time and ends up dying as she was unable to fall towards the pool. Cue Kiara chasing Pekora down, with a freshly respawned Nene joining her as they tail the rabbit, before Pekora is ultimately slain by the phoenix's axe.
• Upon seeing the landmark of Amelia's house, Mel thinks that it's a magnifying glass due to the detective's profession but Watame convinces her that it's a tennis racket, due to what she had been told before and because of the tennis ball that's also there.
• The arctic fox incident from IRyS' October 23 stream has her tease Kronii to maximum tsuntsun levels by pointing out her Minecraft addiction, and in turn, Kronii turning up the Deadpan Snarker tendencies, gifting IRyS a fox and then congratulating her when she manages to almost immediately get it killed before passive-aggressively logging out.
• Mio's first collaboration with an EN member, Bae, sees her caught up in the marriage/divorce dispute between the rat and IRyS.
  • Right out of the gate, she is extremely surprised when Bae explains the situation to her:
    Bae: You see, to tell you the truth, I recently got divorced with IRyS.
    Mio: [laughs] What are you even saying?!
  • Having taken Mio as another mother, Bae continues and says that the reconciliation between the rat and the Nephilim would make Mio IRyS's mother-in-law, right as IRyS logs into the server.
  • At Bae's house, Mio notices the Nephilim aiming a bow at Bae:
    Mio: Is that okay, Bae-chan?
    Bae: [meekly] Mama, please save me. [turns to escape the building] This is why I divorced her.
    IRyS: No, you didn't.
    • This leads to Mio querying if the duo are still in the middle of divorce proceedings. Bae doesn't know either and sums it up as a "Mysterious Relationship".
  • IRyS tries to refute the notions of the divorce continuing by shaking her head non-stop, even nuzzling up to the collab partners to get her point across and calling Mio "Mama" too. Bae however can't remember why they're getting divorced, which results in an arrow to the head from the Nephilim, to which Mio can only laugh.
    Mio: So domestic violence is the cause?
  • Mio suggests the two make up, and Bae says that she'll won't mind a proposal from the Nephilim, if she receives a diamond. She receives meat instead. Bae isn't amused, but Mio most assuredly is.
  • A visit to Bunkeronii brings the trio to IRyS and Reine's room, all while IRyS is using the in-game chat to explain things aren't how they appear.
    Bae: Mama, what do you think of this? My wife-to-be sharing a room with another woman?
    • After explaining to the English audience what she and Mio were talking about, they discuss the issue presented by the lack of wall between Reine's space and IRyS' space in relation to the nebulous relationship between the Nephilim and the rat, which culminates in:
      IRyS: [Approaching Mio] mama yurushitekudasai^note Please forgive me
  • Mio comes up with a solution to the relationship troubles:
    Mio: IRyS needs to say you're the best girl for her. Ah, she gave me a carrot.
    Bae: [in English] Why are you trying to win her over by giving her things? [in Japanese] You cheater. [Mio breaks out in laughter again]
• Kronii comes back to Minecraft after over a month, with IRyS also streaming Minecraft starting 90 minutes in:
  • Kronii had seen fanart of the Bunkeronii full of doors, but was unprepared for what Mumei had done. She also clearly wants to be angry, but because chat told her that Mumei was to blame, she's left trying to figure out how to make it work.
  • She discovers Reine's spicy fanfiction and is confused but intrigued.
  • Shortly before IRyS's stream starts, Bae and then Mumei log in and join in voice chat. Almost immediately after IRyS joins in as well, she shoots an arrow that destroys Bae's badly damaged armor, leading to Bae claiming that IRyS stripped her.
  • Bae and IRyS claim that the many foxes that Mumei has introduced are Mumei's and Kronii's babies. Kronii denies this at the time, but later Mumei refers to them as "my babies" and Kronii corrects her, "our babies."
  • Mumei later tries to reenact the aforementioned Reine fanfiction with Kronii, who is of course having none of it. IRyS catches the reference and offers to read out the fanfic, and Mumei specifically requests that she change it to be about Kronii and Mumei. IRys obliges, reading the fic with all of the "reader's" lines in an attempt at a Kronii impression and all of "Reine's" lines in a surprisingly good Mumei impression while changing all instances of Reine's name to Mumei's.
  • After Mumei logs off to go to bed, Kronii realizes just how badly Mumei has messed with her orderly farm and says she's going to throw Mumei off a cliff. Mumei logs back in a few seconds later, saying she forgot if she closed all the doors, and plants a berry bush in the path to delay the Warden of Time after Kronii attacks her. She's about to log off again when Kronii calls for her to return to the farm to be scolded for her actions. Mumei tries to pin the blame on IRyS, and Kronii forces Mumei to take down the berries in the beetroot section and replant the row. She plants a mixture of beets and carrots and then logs out, leaving Kronii seething.
• The Bunkeronii arc continues six days later (Mumei streaming, Sana and Kronii joining in later):
  • Mumei finds Gura's response to Reine's fanfic. She starts to correct Gura's spelling of the word "mattress" (Gura thought it only had one "t") before deciding it wasn't her place to do so, then laughs at the Ye Olde Butchered English that Gura has decided to make God speak in. She then creates her own addition...except it's just an excerpt of "Sugar, We're Going Down"
  • The game stacks a number of Mumei's foxes on her bed in what she calls a "slumber puddle", which is both adorable and hilarious.
  • When Kronii first logs in and discovers the aforementioned beet/carrot mixture, Mumei and Sana are outside. Mumei breaks the fourth wall to say that she's legitimately forgotten why Kronii is mad at her and is not just doing her bit. When told, she replies that she thought Kronii had discovered the disparity immediately and thus that if she'd wanted it changed, she would have done so herself.
  • Kronii subsequently discovers that part of her bedroom floor has been replaced by watermelons. She initially blames Mumei for this, but is quickly set straight that this was IRyS's doing.
  • Doggeronii kills Mumei, who then unleashes her army of foxes on Kronii. This leads to Doggeronii killing her again.
• The gingerbread house construction collab between Gura, Ame, Fauna, Sana and Kronii on December 19, 2021. Sana greets Gura with the senpai honorific, and Kronii tries to follow suit, only to fumble and corpse at the absurdity of calling the small shark as senpai. This prompts Gura to rear her passive-aggressive side in a retort that sounds more like a vertically-challenged senpai getting annoyed at her taller kouhai.
  Gura: Well... Little, tiny, stubby clock lady... Fine, is that a challenge? Where are you?
  • To cover the grounds of the house with snow, Gura decides to fill up a chest with snow slabs and place them manually. In an effort to conserve snow by smoothening it out, Gura not only doesn’t realize there’s more snow in the chest, but also ends up losing snow to refill the missing snow (because it is a net loss of snowballs to make snow).
  Gura: I should not have done this...
  • Eventually, the girls get the idea to build some snow golems because they trail snow on the ground for free, with Fauna creating most of them. At Sana's suggestion, they shear the pumpkin heads off the golems to expose their silly-looking faces beneath, much to Fauna's shock since she didn't know that was possible (or that she only needed one pumpkin since you get it back after shearing it off the snow golem). They eventually go overboard and build an entire army of snow golems that end up crowding the courtyard and obstructing their efforts, one of which even manages to get inside the house somehow (which leads the girls to dub it "The Chosen One").
• Bae and IRyS make their own contribution to the ever-growing world of "Noise Complaint", inserting themselves as occupants of an adjacent room, who are about to start a spicy game of Monopoly.
• Just a few hours later, Ollie shows up to pay off a bet where she had to write a PavOllie fic. She reads all the existing ones and starts freaking out because she'd actually prepared in advance and was just going to be transferring from Microsoft Word, and the proper prose fanfic she'd written clashed with the goofy script-format creations everyone else had written. She then vows to write a second one that fits in with the others.
  • Ollie wants to make sure that she's got the tone of "God" correct so she returns to the previous fics, and notices in MC's chatbox that Miko had entered and left the servers twice while she was writing. When Miko rejoins the server a third time, Ollie goes to greet her properly...and loses all of her progress on her fanfic.
  • The fic itself contains a long stretch of obscenities too spicy for Minecraft. Which in true hololive fashion, are then revealed to be completely tame on the following page.
  • Chat urges Ollie to make an "uncensored" version, and Ollie asks if they want real smut-smut or handholding kind of smut, and says that if it's the latter, she'll have to study from the art of Reine and the others. Just then, Reine enters her chat, sending Ollie into a flurried apology.
• Fauna and Reine meet up with the intent of getting things done. However, they're sidetracked after reading all the additions to Reine's fanfic universe and add a new chapter to the saga, starting with the two attempting to fish in the bathtub and ending with Zero Escape references.
• Baelz, Mumei, and Haachama explore the EN server. Predictably, chaos ensues:
  • The three are hit by a delay when Minecraft goes into maintenance and decide to bide their time with a Super Mario Party guerilla collab. Unfortunately, Bae and Mumei do not own that particular game.
  • When visiting the museum, the group comes across the Phantom membrane representing the collab between Shion and Gura. As the Japanese word for "membrane" ("maku") is also a slang term for the V-card, Bae immediately tries to dodge the proper explanation, eventually settling to call it a wordplay on "dakimakura" ("body pillow") after the fact that Gura and Shion did sleep in the same bed towards the end of their stream. Then she goes and says what it really means anyway.
  • Haachama becomes the latest victim of Bae's trap house.
  • On multiple occasions when sleeping for the night, they end up lining up with one bed at the foot of another instead of side by side, leading to Mumei being obsessed with the idea of Bae smelling her feet. Haachama is of course enthusiastic about this development.
  • Bae tells Mumei that the polar bears eat foxes and offers to give a demonstration, leading to Mumei attacking her. Of course, they're Bae's foxes, so attacking her means that Mumei draws aggro from the very foxes she was trying to save. Then a zombie shows up and kills Bae anyway, and the foxes get to survive after all.
  • Mumei and Bae end up joining Haachama and becoming part of the Hololive English Resistance. They decide to worship the Godchama and are about to duel to the death to give their goddess a sacrifice before remembering that they still have unfinished business and can't afford to be respawning just yet.
• Bae and Mumei give Chloe and Lui a tour of the EN Server.
  • When showing off the gingerbread house, they accidentally let one of the snowmen out, and spend about ten minutes trying to herd it back into the house.
  • Chloe is very enthusiastic about the Pantsu Express.
  • Chloe becomes yet another victim of Bae's house trap. After respawning, she attacks Lui for not following her down the hole.
  • Throughout the entire collab, Lui flirts with Mumei, leading to yandere reactions from Chloe. This eventually culminates in Chloe forcing Lui into marriage, all while continuing to threaten Mumei.
  Chloe: (after Mumei flirts back with Lui) Mumei-senpai! I will not forget this!
  Mumei: I will.
  • Mumei's contribution to the wall of commemoration is "minna daisuki I don't want no trouble."
  • At the end, Bae asks if anyone has any announcements. Lui announces again that she loves Mumei and Chloe attacks her.
• Mumei logs in to create her treehouse with an open voice chat, being joined first by Sana and then by Gura.
  • Due to some weirdness with the server merges, Gura's account has basically been reset, so she doesn't have access to the in-game chat. Sana decides to chat for her:
    I like shrimp!
    • Because of the reset account, Gura reacquires an achievement, getting a congratulations from Koyori and Sora who are collabbing on the JP server at the same time this is going on. Mumei messages that Gura's in-game chat isn't working and Sana sends Gura's reply, to which Koyori responds that Sora's in-game chat isn't working, either.
  • Gura teaches Mumei about 2x2, and Mumei proves equally incapable of forming the 2x2 grid. Then Mumei finally notices her chat telling her that it's not applicable to the type of tree she was trying to plant, anyway.
  • Throughout the collab, Mumei regales the other two girls with the trivia from her previous night's ASMR stream. While a lot of it was already creepy, Gura managed to push it into Black Comedy territory, upon being told that her description of the small early chainsaws as "baby chainsaws" was actually on the right track for their purpose, guessing "baby amputation". Mumei says she somehow managed to make it worse; Gura, upon learning that the actual purpose was to aid in childbirth, asks how what she said was any worse than that.
  • Gura leaves (Sana having already left about an hour earlier) to give Mumei's chat their "precious Mumei time". Mumei immediately puts up her end card, takes it down just long enough to say "bye", and puts it back up again.
• Gura and Sana had separate streams that soon turned into an impromptu collab with the addition of Kronii, Fauna and Mumei.
  • Their collab started off with Gura giving Sana a jump scare over voice chat.
  • Noticing that both she and Sana are in their summer festival outfits, they wonder out loud if they've just lost their (default) clothes. Gura's idea from that: "Naked models when?"
  • Gura thinks that the raw rabbit looks too much like a "dump truck".
    Fauna: Gura's been alone in Minecraft for too long, looking at the raw rabbit.
    Gura: Send help.
    • When Mumei is asked what she thinks it looks like, she bluntly replies: "A fetus."
  • Kronii mentions that she wants to pet a shark, but immediately rejects Gura and so the latter does her best to convince her kouhai to do so. Mumei's response to all this?
    Mumei: Only on my watch.
  • Gura brings up the time Kronii spoke Japanese to Polka and Subaru with a funny Valley Girl accent. After they're done reminiscing, they wonder why they're standing out in the rain. Then Gura bullies Kronii into submission.
  • They all marvel at Moona's renovation of the Bunkeronii entrance. Fauna and Gura take the opportunity to pull a prank and trap Kronii there, then they all leave her stuck there and calling for help. When they come back for her, she attacks them.
  • Kronii insists on giving Mumei a full stack of potatoes despite the latter's protests, making it sound like the Time Warden is force-feeding potatoes to Mumei.
    Gura: Is that animal abuse?
  • After Kronii left to take a nap and prepare for her next stream, they summon her back with the American Dad! theme song.
  • Fauna and Mumei take Gura to Kronii's room and intimidate her into keeping their works in the Bunkeronii a secret.
• Mumei's ability to confuse people into thinking it's Gura talking is so strong, not even Gura herself is immune.
• Kronii makes her latest return to Minecraft and is accompanied by Fauna and Mumei. She hasn't gotten any better at handling their antics and proceeds to get her heart played with.
• A good portion of Gura's 6/7/22 stream is spent making a redstone contraption that plays a "boink" noise in the Bunkeronii simply to mess with Kronii's head. Sure enough, a few days later Kronii spent a few minutes slowly losing her cool over the noise before she discovered where the prank is and disabled it, vowing to get back at her one day.
• After the release of the Wild update, Amelia went exploring in search of frogs. She was just wandering randomly in hopes of finding the new wetlands biome where frogs can spawn. While rowing around in a boat in the water, she comes across an assortment of random items floating in the water, and deduced that someone must have died here at some point before moving on. It was where Haachama was killed by a Drowned, and her materials had been floating there for nearly a week because the chunk had not been loaded since.
• The Council and IRyS get together to defeat the Ender Dragon, but it all devolves into uncoordinated chaos, between Mumei getting lost on the way to the portal, Kronii and IRyS not listening to the instructions, Bae getting rushed by an Enderman and Sana ineffectually trying to smack the Dragon with bread. Fauna, who did most of the prep work and basically carried the raid, ended the stream visibly stressed and retired to her house after a successful raid. When the rest of the group race each other into her house for a sleepover and start fighting, she kicks them all out and even digs herself into a deep hole to escape their shenanigans, only for Bae to drop in.
• Gura and Kaela take a tour of the EN server and prepare to resume work on Gura's Atlantis project. Kaela even puts down some signs to make sure the task will eventually be finished.
• Bijou lures her genmates into a pitfall trap with the intention of them to escape through the "Ladder of Shame". Shiori, on the other hand, uses her water bucket to progressively scale up the walls of the pitfall. After she clambers out, she punches Bijou into the trap and scoops away her waterfall, leaving Bijou to use the Ladder of Shame herself.

ID Server

• The Grand Opening relay of the holoID server, as the six try to build a tower, has a fair few moments:
  • At the end of Risu's leg of the relay, some of the brick blocks she put down suddenly start bursting with silverfish when she tries to fix a mistake, freaking her out as Moona, Anya and Iofi come to help her destroy them, while part of her work becomes undone. As she goes into her outtro, the entire stack of bricks are revealed to be infested, likely as a prank.
  • Iofi's leg of the relay sees her struggle to stay alive, frequently falling off the areas she's working on to near-death or death. While this appears common among the ID members throughout the relay, near the end of her stream, she falls from a horizontal structure of quartz to her death, respawns, and perishes again on her way back up the tower to collect her things.
  • In Moona's leg of the relay, she and Ollie decide to commemorate the opening by jumping off the top of the tower. As Moona identifies the front of the tower and stares down at the ground where the other members are working, Ollie tells her sempai that she has so much to live for, only to jump past Moona and scream throughout her descent, the other girls laughing at the inevitable outcome. After a fake out, Moona follows suit, only to respawn at the server's default spawn point some distance away due to having broken her bed. Cue further laughs from the rest of the girls when they realise she isn't coming out of the tower or the shelter at its feet.
• Moona and Ollie build together in the ID server and have a session of doing truth or dare:
  • Ollie is challenged to do a Valley Girl accent for five minutes and opts to do the Indonesian equivalent of Jaksel accent^Explanation Jaksel being South Jakarta and there are those that speak with an affectation that mixes Bahasa Indonesia and English, often in a broken manner. Usually attributed to young and pretentious folk. She narrates a story with the accent done so painfully perfect that Moona calls it off not even halfway through the alloted time.
  • Moona takes truth and gives out her three sizes, freshly measured right then and there. The results render Ollie silent and defeated for a solid minute.
• During one of the HoloID server streams, Ayunda, Moona, Ollie, and Reine were building a structure when Risu showed her knowledge of memes. Ollie and Reine were left scrambling to shout it down, while Moona stood atop the structure, apparently unable to understand the reference.
• Reine crashes Risu, Moona, Ollie and Anya's collab hoping to eavesdrop on a spicy discussion. Anya brags that she was inside Moona not long before, only for Reine to reply that Moona stepped on her the day before. The conversation moved to Reine arranging a sleepover with Risu after Moona shares how great the squirrel is at stepping on people.
• In the Mar 22, 2022, a discussion between Risu and Ollie about the food served at HoloExpo results in Moona hearing the word "chikan" and shouting it over and over, not knowing what it means. Risu explains it using the Indonesian phrase "begal payudara," sending Ollie into possibly the hardest fit of laughter she's ever produced on stream.
• Just about anyone's reaction when they see Kaela's framed collection of elytra she farmed (i.e about 36) in her house. Moona commented that she has raised a monster.
• Bae and Mumei check out the ID server for the first time, with the latter's stream starting a bit after the former. Right as Mumei's stream is starting, Bae is in the process of trying to convince Zeta that she's not Bae, but Watame. Predictably, Mumei acts confused and claims to have fallen for it once the two get in voice chat together.
  • Bae notices the giant subway tunnel underwater and calls it out to Mumei.
    Bae: Mumei, they have a subway!
    Mumei: Oh, I'm hungry. I want one!
    Bae: Not that Subway!

All Branches Server

• Botan comes across Sakura Miko's house that's once again on fire due to lava. Upon arriving at the scene, Miko doesn't panic and instead just apologises profusely to Botan.
• Gura explores the server and comes across Kaela's lava-themed rollercoaster ride. After reading all the reviews of how fun it is, decides to try it herself. At the end of the ride was a mine cart left behind, so Gura couldn't actually leave and ended up burning to death. Her response was to threaten litigation.
  Gura: ILL SEE YOU IN COURT -xoxo goowa ;3
• While building and perfecting her castle gate, Kronii begins to admire her own work and what she has accomplished. Cue a creeper blowing up near her and taking out a chunk of a wall. She remains composed while cursing and then comes the second one, taking out more of the structure. At this point, she loses all composure and starts swearing out a storm, raging at the game.
• While being shown Miko's "lie detector" machine by Sora and Iofi, A-Chan asks the machine whether the statement that she has huge breasts is true of not. The machine then proceeds to judge the statement as true, causing Sora and Iofi to call the machine defective.
• Just about anytime Ollie gets one-upped by Kaela, whether it be construction projects, Kaela casually accumulating the affections of the other Holo members, or just simply Kaela playfully trolling Ollie. This is usually met with Ollie screaming at the top of her lungs in frustration.
  Ollie: CURSE YOU, KAELA KOVALSKIA!!!
• During their build of a underwater base, Bijou was coming up with lyrics for a Myth version of the "Gyatt" song, which Calli reluctantly helps as she's a bit interested in what they could come up with, at times even enthused with coming up with the lyrics, even though she wants nothing to do with the song. Once they finished, Bijou gives co-credits to Calli for helping her, to the latter's joy before she immediately pedals back as she want neither her name nor the royalties associated with the notorious brain rot song.

hololive Minecraft Sports Festival 2020

• In preparation for the Minecraft Sports Festival, Aqua, Subaru and Miko give it a test run.
  • During the obstacle course, Subaru is first to fall, while Miko is caught in a spiderweb and can only wait to slide off to her doom. Subaru stops trying to catch up and instead waits for Miko to fall to her death, intending to loot what she has on hand. Aqua calls the test match then, declaring it a draw.
  • During the PVP Arena, both Aqua and Subaru make a beeline for the diamond blocks at the start... but then Aqua starts attacking Subaru, batting her off the platform. After a few repetitions of this, Subaru stops trying to go for the diamonds and instead blocks Aqua from the Hopper where she's supposed to deposit her diamonds. Eventually, Subaru dies from fall damage, Aqua loots everything she had, and it turns into a literal fistfight between the two to keep Aqua from maintaining her score.
• There also humorous moments during the hololive Minecraft Festival. Some highlights here:
  • Aqua notices several members trying to "kiss" (i.e. crouch and face each other very closely) and begins punching them away. She's not above accepting any kisses offered, though.
  • When the guest members were introducing themselves, Sora comes on stage and introduces herself and hopes everyone will have fun. Cue everyone, and we mean everyone, throwing food at her as gifts, to her bemusement. Miko, meanwhile, tries crawling under the stage for fun, only to get caught in everyone's jumping, making it look like everyone is trampling on her.
  • For the ball-tossing game:
    • Pekora tries to communicate to Moona about the need to notify when one's out of snowballs so that they can switch members. A lot of broken English is involved, not helped by Marine's Maringlish. Meanwhile on Haachama's teams where Risu who can understand Japanese better had joined, Haachama failed to properly explain the mechanics to Risu, only the latter to finally understand it through Luna's Nanolish.
    • One of the players dies mid-game so they can quickly pass their snowballs to their teammates. Miko and Mio are left confused.
    • White Team A (Suisei, Aqua, Subaru, Okayu, Rushia, and Aki) loses because someone threw in a pumpkin pie by mistake, which took up a slot in the Hopper receiving the snowballs. Suisei then slowly approaches Aqua while armed with two carrots, and proceeds to beat her up with them, as if she's angry for Aqua's incompetence.
    • Red Team B sees some of their snowballs traveling far into the skies. Somehow, Polka's doing it.
    • At the end of the event, everyone has a free-for-all snowball fight.
  • During the the obstacle course:
    • Shion starts by punching Aqua off the starting line to give herself an underhanded advantage. Aqua recovers and makes some expertly-timed jumps to gain the lead, and hears Shion fall to the lower and more dangerous level of the course. Despite the advantage Aqua has, she's shocked to learn that Shion still claimed first place by just bum-rushing through the lower level's hazards.
    • For the second round of the same obstacle course, Suisei has no issues going across its upper levels and finishes first. Meanwhile, Sora slips and falls, and succumbs to pufferfish poison. Mel has it the worst, as Suisei pushed her off the course right at the start and she proceeded to die to both fire and pufferfish.
    • Fubuki slips, quickly recovers, and while traversing the upper level, she makes a dive for the finishing line, dying to fall damage on the way. Mio's slightly confused over whether to disqualify Fubuki over this.
    • After Coco slips off to the lower levels, she takes her time leisurely swimming across the pufferfish pool. Polka, who wasn't participating in the race, somehow dies to the obstacle course hazards.
  • For the "Elytra darts" game, players are to glide through their team's hoop with Elytra before landing on the dartboard to score. During Aki's turn, she ends up dying during the landing, to the confusion of many, including the chat. It turns out Mel shot her down as part of Pekora's team effort to sabotage their opponents. Furthermore, the red team's general attempts to shoot down Aki hurt themselves more as they ended up taking a number of each other's shots.

    • Roboco meanwhile got her points deducted after failing to fly into hoop at first try and flying into the wrong hoop at her second chance. She was so embarrassed by this that she streamed the night after just to try it again.
  • During the ore mining round, both teams were out for blood.
    • For the A teams' round, Botan, being a crazy efficient killer, gets a streak of three kills before Okayu gets her. After she respawns, the first thing she does is hunt down Okayu for revenge before continuing her killing spree. Meanwhile, Pekora takes advantage of the mid-field brawl to sneak to the opponent's Dispenser and steal their points.
    • The B teams were not spared from the bloodlust, either. The affected included Watame and Lamy of all people, who were so busy killing the opposing team that they didn't focus on Polka, who was actually doing the objective. Haachama is the red B team's Butt-Monkey, as she gets killed the most that round.
  • During their free time, Luna throws snowballs at Haachama who then reprimands Kanata nearby for "raising a naughty child", only to retract her words as she claims there's no way for Kanata to be a mother because of her flat chest. Kanata angrily chased off Haachama for this.
  • Suisei's Comedic Sociopathy must've rubbed off on Lamy, as she participated in killing a traveling merchant that happened to come onto the festival grounds, along with the former and Matsuri. In fact, this is rare moment for Sora to be present when Suisei's own bloodthirstiness begins to leak out.
  • Sora at some points can be found crouching around during relay. It turns out, Sora did this to take pictures of everyone during the relay while it was happening.
  • Everyone's played a mannequin challenge at one point, with team leaders shout "THE WORLD" except Haachama who said "Haachama Cooking" instead.
  • At one point, Aqua got Shot in the Ass with an arrow. Suisei does not fail to notice this, same goes for viewers. This was captured in a memorable shot, including Okayu and Akirose turning their heads out of concern.
  • At one point, Suisei, despite her volume being low on Discord, can be heard shouting "Korosu! Korosu!" ("Kill! Kill!") despite the next event being a track race.

UsaKen Summer Festival 2021

• The Usada Construction Summer Festival of June 27 is a gold mine of hilarious moments.
  • As Calli arrived to the event venue with help of Fubuki, Gura rushed to and punched her then ran away.
  • Kiara tapped a bed near her own stall and ends up sleeping there. OozoraKen Circle and Ollie saw her lying on bed so they stepped on her. Calli watched the whole thing.
  • Gura and Amelia jumped into a boat for the ice boat race. After Gura being frustrated by the lag on the server preventing her from making any progress, she eventually made it to the water jets that boosted everyone to the 2nd level. Gura was low on health from since when she logged in, and the fall damage killed her.
  • During the target sniping event, Rushia ended up shooting Miko in the head and killed her. Everyone erupted into laughter and gathered around the loot she left behind.
    • This was not long after she accidentally shot Polka in the head when the fennec was right next to her.
  • Inside the haunted house was a section of grave stones. Ollie claimed she was having PTSD. Moments later, she shrieked in terror when she saw a creeper as part of the attraction.
  • Pekora made a pet-bobbing attraction where one uses a fishing rod to pull horses, cows, axolotls, etc. out of a deep pit using a fishing rod. However, she didn't account for what would happen if one of the members fell in ^note she herself always escaped with her elytra, and ended up having to fish out anyone who took the plunge. Victims included Sora as well as Matsuri, Reine, Choco, and Subaru. Pekora and Botan later added a rule that fishing out a fallen hololive member worth 10 points. Even after the festival ended, the pit proved tempting to hololive members when Suisei and Miko fell in together, forcing Sora to take her turn in rescuing them.
  • This festival was the first time that Miko and Gura had ever met each other. Miko used her very-recently learned "Elite English" skills from Coco to introduce herself to Gura and held a basic conversation in English. Her pronunciation of "Jaws" was heard as "George" on Gura's end. She introduces herself as a demon and gave Gura a bit of a jump when she dons an Ender Dragon mask. Gura asks if she can get a kiss. Miko is fine with giving Gura a kiss, but Suisei objects and starts punching Miko when everyone hears "Mouth to Mouth". Ollie even brings up the old "This is a better love story than Twilight" meme upon witnessing the interaction.
  • Moona teaching Pekora to say "do you see this shit?" while looking over a balcony (referencing the Spider-Man (1967) meme) with Towa innocently mistaking "this shit" as DC (downloadable content) before Coco telling Pekora what Moona is actually saying.
  • While Rushia and Kanata were in Miko's haunted house, they encounter Calli. Rushia was already pretty scared, not helped by Kanata trolling her, so she screamed and ran when she saw the reaper. In her own stream (and in her own generation's Discord chat), Calli just said "Hi" and asked "Rushia-senpai, do you know the way?"
  • As Pekora is guiding Calli and Gura to the archery field, she wants to show off her English skills and asks the reaper the color of her panties. Calli doesn't want to answer at first and Towa interjects to scold Pekora and roast her English. Unbeknownst to them, Calli did actually answer (black) while they were bantering.
  • Due to some lag early in the collab, Towa was stuck in the flight position when she fell off the water slide. Embarassed at how she's appearing towards her juniors, and with some proposed solutions ineffective, she asks for help in the general chat and ends up being killed by Pekora. When the others saw the murder happen, Kiara says "That is not helping" while Moona and Ollie type "F" to pay respects.
  • Fubuki was giving her Sukon-Bu some fanservice but it looked to the other girls like she was giving out food, so a number of them decided to pay her back by surrounding her and inundating her with food.
  • While everyone was preparing to watch the fireworks, Reine accidentally kills Coco with her fishing rod. She apologizes immediately after but, on Subaru's urging, proceeds to follow it up with "gomennasorry".
  • Unsurprisingly, given that they both have No Sense of Direction and the extreme expansions the server went through in the 8 months since Moona gave them a tour, both Gura and Amelia had no idea where they were or how to get to the festival when they logged in. Gura's last respawn point was still at Moona's house, while Ame's was on the Haachama death coaster.
  • Matsuri used the True-Or-False game to tease Subaru about the "Subaru is a girl too, you know?" tweet and make the latter say it as a punishment for losing. Subaru initially refused and rather die than say it, but eventually said the line embarrassingly. Subaru then runs off but falls off to death while trying to go down through a water slide. Later, Towa's grave near the water slide is changed to "R.I.P Towa and Subaru".
  • Iofi appears to acquired Miko's curse when she lost in Tsunomaki Janken five times in a row. Even worse when Miko actually wins in the mini Janken game.
  • Ina saw Polka just standing by herself and decided to come join her for company. Polka didn't know Ina's intentions at first, and was so enamored with her standing next to her that she immediately started spamming the screenshot key.
  • Gura and Ame decided to cap off their day with a 1 v 1 deathmatch. Sora and Azki watched this with some confusion before Sora decided to take some screenshots.
  • Iofi gets a strider from Pekora's gacha and doesn't know what to do with it and everyone's reactions.
  • Once again, TakaMori are awkwardly flirting with each other, only for Coco and Suisei to break up the flirts as the Couple Extermination Committee.
• The day after the 2021 Summer Festival, Botan hosts Flare, Marine, Noel and Luna to a belated version of the festival.^note  Flare was recovering from surgery during the original festival and Noel was taking care of her, while Marine and Luna had other obligations resulting in them missing the festival as well. One of the events Botan refereed for was the ice boat race. She watches from atop as Flare flies by with little issue, Marine shortly behind her. Noel, however, has a much more difficult time - first going the wrong direction at the starting line, then falling out of her boat at the water elevator and being unable to get back in it. All the while, Luna's connection went out, leaving her avatar just sitting at the start line, motionless. The coup de grâce, however was Botan panning back to Noel after checking on Luna to see Noel had made it back to the water elevator, then somehow fallen out of it, escaping the track entirely and screaming in confusion. The end result is a solid three or so minutes where Botan simply cannot stop laughing.

UMISEA Collaboration

• Marine and Aqua find Gura's innuendo filled message. Marine tries translating from memory with... limited accuracy. Like thinking "best booty in these waters" somehow means "Nice Boat", and a "are you happy to see me" comment are rap lyrics. She then puts the message in a better translator and doesn't really understand it. Then chat tells her they're all dirty jokes and Marine is surprised that Gura is so filthy.
• Gura out of the blue taking over Akukin Kensetsu and renamed it Gurakin Kensetsu, ousting Aqua as the CEO. Marine immediately ditched Aqua and joined Gura, much to Aqua's chagrin.
• Gura acting all adorkable and called Marine a nudist, resulting in Marine sending Gura dropping down a hole which appears by activating a contraption. Marine tried doing the same to Ina but she does not fall in and then both of them fell in when Marine activated the contraption again, jumped down from the treasure chest to the hole which Aqua followed suit by jumping into the hole too.

hololive Minecraft Sports Festival 2021

• Due to Suisei being Not a Morning Person, she ends up dropping off before the festival starts, which make's Aqua's description, which even says "Goal: Never oversleep @HAACHAMA Ch 赤井はあと @Suisei Channel @Flare Ch. 不知火フレア @Nene Ch.桃鈴ねね @Shion Ch. 紫咲シオン @Polka Ch. 尾丸ポルカ" much funnier.
• During Miko's opening speech, Aqua and Shion are destroying each other's blocks and beating each other with them, despite being on the same team. The same friendly-fire behavior is also on Kronii and IRyS's side where they start fighting each other.
• During the obstacle course, many antics ensued:
  • It's almost the entire GAMERS group participating in the first round of the obstacle course. (Amelia instead of Mio, since Mio's hosting) Korone's a little nervous from the audience, so Subaru and the rest of her team gather around her and give her a few punches for encouragement. It ends up giving Korone the focus she needs to finish ahead of Okayu.
  • In the obstacle course, Nene, Matsuri, and Fauna end up dying to lava. Calliope somehow kills Nene. And Matsuri somehow wins.
  • Haachama and Rushia ended up falling off the course and burning to death. Choco gets caught in a spider web and dies from the hazards.
• When Bae checks the score difference before the ball-tossing round, she inevitably giggles when her team is 69 points behind red team. Gura figures that they'll need a great carry to close the gap, and quickly fills with confidence when she realizes that Calli's in the opposing team.
• The Red Light Green Light course takes the Anyone Can Die to its illogical extreme as nearly a third of both teams' members keep dying to the course's hazard.
  • Before White Team B gets to start their course, a Funny Background Event shows Miko hitting Suisei, who is known for cheating, before they start the practice run.
  • While waiting for the Red Light Green Light event to begin, the girls of Red Team C begin acting out in stereotypical valley girl accents, as instigated by Kronii. Even Calli, who was vehemently opposed to the practice before, ended up joining them. Ollie was so flabbergasted that she jumped ship to White Team C's voice channel to escape, only for Calli to follow her and bring her back, like a father coming to collect his child from daycare.
    • Wanting to see what was happening to the other team, Baelz checks in on Red Team C's voice channel, and upon being greeted by all the valley girl accents, promptly gets out without saying a word.
    Baelz: (on leaving Red Team C's voice chat) .... yeah, nope.
  • During the actual race, most of the participants managed to survive the the real round, and then Haachama ends up getting stuck by a gate, which had both teams cheering her on as she gets to the finishing line.
  • Pekora along with Towa and Watame participated in Red Light Green Light game while their other teammates cheer for them by waving while holding rabbit meat, which scares Pekora. Okayu implies it's a message that Pekora should win or else she'll become meat, which Towa affirms.
• Naturally, with so much bloodthirst, the PvP scavenger hunt is full of questionable and hilarious moments.
  • In the Scavenger Hunt, Towa starts to really show her devil side show by slaughtering the White Team, with Choco being her prominent wrench during the match.
  • During the explanations of the event, IRyS helps by explaining in English. Both Pekora and Okayu whisper their amazement at IRyS's English, only for IRyS to be annoyed by the remarks.
    IRyS: Stop saying I’m amazing, I’m from EN after all!
  • Before one of the matches start, IRyS's team suggests protecting Mumei. Until she starts attacking her own team.
  • At one point, Mumei said that Calli had "dark socks", which Calli misheard as "curb stomp" She then proceeds to show IRyS how it's done.
  • And then when it was time for the B teams to start, literally everyone were out for blood, which includes Suisei, Flare, Lamy, Matsuri, and Marine repeatedly killing each other. When Suisei respawns, they end up having to restart the match due to being stuck. This rematch has Suisei utterly dominating the other team without dying this time. This gets heavily lampshaded by IRyS's team while they were watching.
  • Bae's performance in the Team C PvP event is simply impressive. Mio later naming her "Hakotaro the Thief?" Simply hilarious.
• During the Birdman Darts game, Calli repeatedly crouches which IRyS and Ollie interpret as "aggressive twerking". Later in Scavenger Hunt game, Red Team C do the twerking as their form of cheer dance, with some members in Red Team A (Pekora's team) nearby got curious and joined the dance party as well.
  • This is even funnier when contrasted with White Team C, who were mostly talking about PVP strategies at the exact same time Red Team C was goofing off.
  • While taking aim in the Birdman Darts game, Bae gets shot by her own team. Everyone gathers and starts laughing at the single arrow sticking out of her cheek.
• Aqua wins the relay race for White Team B. The members of the White Team show their gratitude by beating her to death.

  Shion: It was too much.

• After the event, Miko returned to the sports festival server a few hours later and saw Polka AFK'd there. Watame also returned a few hours after Miko left, and Polka is still there in the same spot.
• After the event, Anya tweeted a screenshot of the time where she got pelted by arrows and lived on. Bae's reply is comedy gold:

  Bae: People die if they are killed. .. .. It should have been. But this is. .. .. What! ??

• Pekora and Marine play the One Block Challenge. Hilarity Ensues. Highlights here.
  • During the opening conversation, Marine fools around with her zipper, causing Pekora to try and censor the pirate as there are kids watching, which only makes Marine break out her Lovable Sex Maniac tendencies and distract Pekora. Pekora then tries to resize her model:
    Pekora: Huh? Now I look like a baby!
    [Both laugh]
    Marine: I gave birth! This is my daughter, Pekora! Peko-chan, give your greetings!
    Pekora: Hello! Marine-mama^note The translation uses mama, but Pekora actually says "Okaa-chan", or Mother. gave...- Starts laughing
    Marine: Oi, who's "mother", huh?! I'M NOT THAT OLD Y'KNOW!
  • They attempt to make a poem only for it to go off the rails immediately, forcing Pekora to take charge of it.
    Pekora: "Up until just now, Marine was incredibly nervous"
    Marine: "Except that was not the case, and you have once again been tricked by Pekora."
    • It culminates in Pekora actually having been the one nervous because of Marine's raunchy activities, and the rabbit tells the pirate to watch herself, especially her cleavage.
  • As soon as the game loads, Pekora is taken aback by Marine holding a pickaxe, then switches to first-person view and gets a eyeful of the pirate's Minecraft jacketless swimsuit model. The rabbit immediately chastises her being "naked" and punches her off the singular block. Marine takes revenge just as quickly.
  • They get confused as to why they break the block only for nothing to really show up other than a crafting table, a log and a couple of pickaxes. After a few deaths each, Marine notices a square off in the distance and notifies Pekora, only for it to be revealed to be the moon. Cue Marine being cast into the void again. Marine then points out the sun and gets Pekora to remark on its beauty, only to flirt with the rabbit. She's cast in the void for her trouble.
  • As they restart the game due to a Game-Breaking Bug with pretty much nothing but the same grass block respawning over and over, Marine elects to open Lamy's sake and pours a glass. Pekora remarks that it sounds like bathroom noises.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard in motion:
    Pekora: In order to decide who's the Alpha of this one block world, well, let's let our fists decide!
    Marine: Sure! [Knocks Pekora off the small ground they made]
    Pekora: WAIT A SEC! YOU BASTARD! PEKORA HAS A CHEST, A PICKAXE AND LOTS OF THINGS! ARE YOU AN IDIOT? YOU JUST THREW THAT ALL AWAY! [Perishes]
  • They soon gain a pig and a cow, and Marine becomes determined to name them as the duo's children and utilise Pekora's name as a basis for their names, especially the cow being named Ushida Bekora. Pekora disagrees.
    Marine: I was thinking just now. "So this is how married life with Pekora would be."
    Pekora: That's ABSOLUTELY not how it is! Cut it out-peko!
  • Marine tries to congratulate the rabbit for a good day's work and gives her a tulip. Pekora immediately casts it into the void.
  • They manage to get their assortment of farm animals into a pen:
    Pekora: Right, we've got one cow, one sheep, one chicken, one pig, and one "person". [Laughs] ^note The specific term she uses for "one" in each case is used for animals or objects - not people.
    Marine: Right, dear livestock! From today, Marine will be staying here! I'll be the bitchy boss of you livestock! All of you; make sure you work properly!
  • With a few more animals, Pekora thinks they've got the basis for a town. Marine disagrees and says that if the small amount of land they have and the few entities upon it are all it takes for there to be a town, then Pekoland must be like that too.
    Pekora: You're the one living in a worn-out pirate ship!
  • They eventually get a spawned chest that has hearts floating out of it, and elect to take a screenshot for the moment, only for a sheep to get in the way and Marine to flirt with Pekora, earning the pirate another slap.
  • Pekora asks if they're trying to secure their food source, which angers Marine and makes her challenge the rabbit, who then refers to the wheat and carrots she was planting. A cow then steps onto the rabbit's farmland as she remarks about Marine's love for the animals, and Pekora punches it away.
    Marine: Did you just... perhaps do something to my livestock, hmm?
  • A Mooshroom spawns in. Pekora finds it disgusting whereas Marine is completely taken with it, trying to name it "Houshou Pemari".
  • They both have a Freak Out when a zombie spawns in, but Marine manages to slay it.
  • A cow nudges Pekora just enough so that when she turns to move to another part of the land, she falls into the void.
  • A Creeper spawns in. There is not enough room to safely slay it. Both manage to survive, but sadly it takes Pemari in its explosion. Marine is heartbroken, and Pekora tries to cheer up. Tries.
    Pekora: Everything living will one day die! Marine's going to die one day, Pekora's going to die one day, y'know-peko!
    Marine: What bizarre things are you saying? [Gets punched]
  • A second Creeper spawns in and takes the pig with it. As the two back-and-forth over roles and who will deal with future mobs, Marine watches a sheep fall through the hole in the ground because of the flowing water.
  • A third Creeper spawns in. Pekora immediately knocks it towards Marine. A delay to it detonating manages to give Marine enough time to realise she heard the hit sound effect, and the Creeper blows up, harming Marine and taking all but one cow with it. Marine promptly loses it.
    Marine: [As Pekora can do nothing but laugh] You're kidding me! You're kidding me! You're kidding me! You're kidding me! [Punches Pekora] You too! You also failed to kill it! Oi, oi! Pekora, look! Look at the cattle! You get it? We only have one left now!
    Pekora: I hit it towards Marine like "boing!".
  • Marine steps away for a few moments, and Pekora takes the opportunity to box her in with blocks. On her return, Marine is amused and asks if Pekora likes to cover up dirty things. This leads into them realising they're the only two people on the entire land, and Marine tries to pull an Adam and Eve Plot.
    Marine: There's only two of us, and right now, for Pekora's sake, I've stripped down considerably, y'know! Why not go skin-to-skin on this cold d- [Punched]
    • Pekora tells her to go do that with the cow. Marine leans over next to it, and the cow clips its head into Marine's model, making Pekora think they're kissing. Marine tells the cow not to do that in public and gives it another. It leads into a discussion over the Ushida Bekora name again and Marine noting she's married to the cow, which makes Pekora try to rein Marine in by invoking the fallen Pemari's name.
  • They get an Arctic Fox, and are very excited, naming it Shirakami Fubuki. They then get a Polar Bear, which proceeds to kill the fox and a rabbit. They have a minor Freak Out as the bear's action nearly put it over the edge of the ground.
  • Marine states she has a gift for Pekora and approaches the rabbit with a raw rabbit. Pekora immediately attacks her and sets her tamed wolf on the Pirate. Marine slays it, but is downed by the second wolf.
  • A new rabbit spawns in, which the pirate alerts Pekora to. She comes out of the makeshift house just in time to see the small creature leaping away from Marine, into the Polar Bear, which pushes it off the edge of the ground, and the rabbit falling into the void along with it. Marine completely loses it while Pekora screams in horror.
• One Block SMOK Edition, absolute Chaos ensues with the SMOK group.
  • As soon as the Challenge starts, the members are punching each other off of the block as they try to build.
  • They made an animal pen which is a shoddy structure of various blocks built in their first session, Okayu herself being sealed in by Korone on accident to keep the animals from escaping, bonus that she is using the prisoner character skin that was made for an earlier incident where she caused trouble on the older JP server.

    Okayu: "Waah! Koro-san!"

    Korone: "Eh? Ah! My bad"

    Subaru: "Why'd you trap her in?"

    Okayu: "I'm still in here!"

    Korone: "This looks fine honestly."

    Okayu: "No no, come on, what is this, a jail?"

    Subaru: "You kinda look right at home there, Okayu."

  • Once Polar bears start spawning in, the platform starts becoming overcrowded, so their solution is to make a shed a ways away from the platform and wall the polar bears in, by attacking them to lure them away from everyone else, Subaru being a decoy to lure them into the enclosure as she rushes to it being mauled by said bears repeatedly as Okayu seals each one in.
    • Shortly after the first bear...
      Subaru: "There's already another bear here!"
      Okayu: "Alright, that one too if you don't mind!"
    • And immediately after Subaru lures the 3rd into the building another pops up
      Korone: "Oh hey, we got another one!"
      Subaru: "Enough!"
• Kiara, Gura, Ina, and Mumei visit the Minecraft Disney World.
  • Gura's knowledge of Disney World is so thorough that most of chat suspects her of working there prior to becoming a vtuber.
  • Everyone freaks out when they still hear music even with the music turned off, just on the chance that the sound effect blocks are playing an actual Disney song.
  • Kiara somehow gets into a glitched state where she's continually falling into the water.
  • The girls go on the Buzz Lightyear ride.
    • Kiara did her best to get a high score, and bullied Mumei for not keeping up.
      Kiara: Get on my level, Mumei! You can't call yourself a member of the Holo Birbs!
    • Gura used her expertise of the ride to completely dominate the scoreboard.
      Ina: Gura already has 52,000 points!
      Kiara: WHAT!?
    • Kiara's reaction to seeing Gura's high score of 981,500 points was "What the fuck!?"
  • Gura notices the Sleepy Hollow ride.
    Gura: That looks like the Sleepy Hollow ride. That's the best ride for taking a nap.
    Ina: Oh, the shade!
  • They crack up on seeing the bird that Sleeping Beauty interacts with come out of her butt. Kiara moves on to Winnie the Pooh just as he pulls out a jar of honey from behind himself.
    Gura: I don't think that's honey.
• The Council and IRyS's attempt to defeat the Ender Dragon doesn't go very well, with an hours-long stream of Fauna essentially babysitting everyone else. Some of them spent their time pranking each other well before they even get to the End Gate and others forgot what to actually do during the boss fight. At one point, IRyS and Kronii try to lay the blame on each other for not setting ther spawn points at the End Gate before actually jumping in — Fauna's expression during the argument generally sums up her experience with the collab as a whole.
• During hololive's 2022 Summer Festival, Chloe attempts to flirt with Kronii after seeing Mumei flirt with Choco for diamonds. She doesn't get very far as her flirting consists of begging Kronii to "love her" without giving any diamonds. Furthermore, when Choco asks Kronii to flirt with her, Kronii gives Choco a very sultry "I love you" while giving Chloe an "I...like you.", sending the orca into a crying fit.

hololive Minecraft Sports Festival 2023

• Anya tried to type something into chat, but it just came out as "t". Ina was the first to pick up on this, so she typed "t" into the chat, and suddenly all the other girls followed suit. IRyS was confused by the sudden flood of "t", and typed "T" instead.
• Gura ended up being Kronii's "horse" for the horse game, so Gura posted a screenshot of Kronii's butt.
  Kronii: nice view perv
• One of the games, "holo-hunting" involves the three teams capturing members who fit a certain category. It starts off pretty well with categories like "Debuted in 2023" and "Taller than 160 cm", but the whole competition goes into utter chaos as soon as the category "Most Seiso" is called. Cue the teams indiscriminately capturing as many members they can find, all while an exasperated Miko and Subaru counter back that the members they captured are not seiso at all! Iroha was among those captured, and while everyone agreed that she fit the category, she protested that she wasn't seiso from her perspective.
  • FuwaMoco were double-unlucky in one round as the first category was "height between 150-159 cm" and hid in a corner to avoid being spotted as that's their height. In the last 5 seconds, Kiara caught Mococo (the Minecraft avatar for the twins) and dragged her off to the hunting cage. When the timer reached 0, FuwaMoco thought they were safe. The new category, however was "Animal Ears" which still fit the two "guard dogs" and Mococo was sent to the cage either way.
  • Fauna takes issue with being caught and counted as one of the "Goofy" members.
