Crack is a video game currently in development. The game itself takes planet in the Planet Neurosis, the homeworld dominated by the gold-fur Mole-like creatures known as the Talpa Sapiens.
One night, a mysterious ship has crashed nearby Golden siblings' trailer where they sleep, Erick, Alice and Dill investigate a crash site, which soon it reveals that in the spaceship it was a cocoon, which a cute blue blob has been hatched, they adopted him and given his name, "Bluey". Meanwhile in the quarry, the Black aliens from another planet arrive to find the resources useful to conquer the galaxy, however, they got interrupted by a mysterious figure. Next morning, William has already kiddnapped Erick's niece, Zin Zhuang and he's got to rescue him. Erick then finds a cave after saving his niece, He finds a key piece and a map, which the key pieces are pieces of the key to Clancy's HQ guarded by his allies, Roboots and Chicken Stormtroopers, and so thus Erick's epic quest to space is about to begun...

- Animation Bump: This game uses pixel-art sprites and they are perfectly animated due being small, perhaps large sprites are hard to animate (except for Lucifer).
- Tough the FMV cutscenes are animated in the same vein as TMS Entertainment.

- Cool Starship: Erick has one brought from the Mechanic's garage, he can travel across the galaxy to find the key pieces.
- Chairman Clancy's Black UFO is mode of transport which he travel with it, He can transform itself into a verious vehicles he created and into Humongous Mecha.
- Darker and Edgier: The game is just Lighter and Softer, BUT IT'S DARK!
- Digitized Sprites: The Main Menu and the props like barrels, etc. EVEN DOOM-DOOM ITSELF!
- Dismantled MacGuffin: The key pieces are the Plot Coupon of the game, Erick must collect them all from Clancy's allies: Chicken Invaders and the Roboots, in order to open the Big Bad's HQ and confront him.
- Fantasy Kitchen Sink: The whole planet Neurosis has Dragons, Fairies and Elves, Sea Monsters (including Nessie), Yōkai, AND MANY MORE! Also spaceships.
- Floating Limbs The Roboots, they are limbless Robots who invaded planet Terra Chronos in order to squash the entire planet with their half-moon-shaped device. The Roboots they are led by Commander Eye-VO.
- Giant Mook: Cone Man, one of Chairman's mooks can block Erick and toss cones at him.
- Green Hill Zone: Rock Hill Valley is where the game begins, Erick must catch William who captured his niece before he tortures her.

- The Roboots are based on robotic enemies from the cancelled prototype of Rayman 2: The Great Escape. Not to be confused with being Captain Ersatz.
- Lethal Lava Land: Vol-Cay-No, a volcanic place populated by eyeless owl-like dinosaurs that resamble Conductor. Erick can ride on them and flatten their heads to make platforms.
- Lighter and Softer: At start of the game.
- The Lost Woods: Blueberry Forest, is a little swampy forest where you see bees are blue will chase you.
- Low Culture, High Tech:
- Ado Town (mentioned when they're in Cherry Blossom Gardens) is a capital city of the Feudal Japan-like clan. They're Inhabitated by forest and mountain dwelling natives who they make electrity using water and copper, thanks to the Kawa river and copper mine they settled on centuries ago.
- The Bean Temple is a Mayincatec shrine, which they're inhabitated by jungle-dwelling natives who animate stone statues. The soldiers dressed like similar to that worn by Jaffa and wield energy staffs, and some has cloaking devices.
- Humongous Mecha: Doom-Doom, Chairman's giant robot body used for the mass destruction.
- Invisible Anatomy: The Talpa ears are always invisible. (And of course, they were supposed to look like cats').
- The Migration: The Golden sibligns are already grown up and they travel with their trailer various places they go.
- Monstrous Germs: German is an anthromorphic germ/bacteria encountered in Sweet Valley who lives in his house filled with flith and garbage. He can spread mold and mildew on any anthropomorphized food and other people by biting them. His really huge problem is the soap.
- Purely Aesthetic Era: Ado Town is still stuck in feudal japan, though it's a modern suburbia.
- Retraux: The game itself designed to look as if it came out on the SNES and PlayStation with high bright enchanted graphics of SEGA CD and simillar to graphics of cancelled Rayman on SNES. And of course the gameplay is the reminiscent of Turrican and sort of Jazz Jackrabbit.
- Shifting Sand Land: The Wild East found on the Island of Raising Sun, despite it's a middle east-style setting with cactuses.
- Slippy-Slidey Ice World: Mt. Lumihiutale
- Speaking Simlish: Despite everyone talking english, inhabitants of Neurosis have their own French-Japanese like language called "Moumise", though this never heard anywhere, we can just see only text in the background. The language seems to sound different with different people to fit their personality, such as Konata's sounding like an anime girl, Clancy's sounding like grunting, Artificer Mark's sounding like chicken-like gibberish, and etc.
- Also their names are in Moumise, like for example: Erick to Erique, Konata to Cometta, Dill to Dyl, etc.
- Toon Town: Toon City found on planet Toontopia.
- Urban Fantasy: The Planet Neurosis itself, it collides with Science Fantasy.
- Transforming Mecha: Chairman Clancy can transform his UFO into various vehicles and other giant mechas he built.
- Unexpected Gameplay Change: A Puyo Puyo minigame found inside the Stinky Egg on the control panel, while nearly finished construction, in which the player must defeat the chicken stormtroopers three times in order to get a key piece.
- Unexpected Shmup Level: a 2D space shooter sequence starting after launching the spaceship, and also the final one which takes place in a space station before opening Clancy's HQ.
- Wutai: Cherry Blossom Garden which it's near Ado Town and Fort Hiro, which they're marked on the Island of the Raising Sun.

All people were killed, but Zin has been survived. Following the wars, Zin was put in the basket and gets lost in the sea for three months until she was found and raised by panda bears. Year later Zin was lost in the forest until Golden siblings found her in the bushes and adopted her.

- Does Not Like Spam: She only eats Japanese cuisine and she's hatred of eating western foods, especially pizza and hamburgers.
- Drop-In Character: Whenever she enters to her interest with Erick, She will appear out of nowhere offscreen near Erick and say, "Hi, Erick-Kun!". She can visit Erick anytime.
- Sometimes mostly happens when Konata appears on the bed trying to wake up Erick, walking towards her without seeing her, opening the door, or a random character at Erick's apartment gets door slammed by her. And also this happens when she appears off-screen and kisses Erick.
- Friend to All Living Things: She's gentle and friendly towards everyone, but also thanks to her Shrinking Violet persona.
- Friendly Rivalry: Usually with Alice, but the only thing would fate is Alice being a deadpan.
- Genki Girl: She's full energic, actaully frequently. As almost compared to Doremi's.
- The Glomp: Done a lot with Erick and Alice. You can let her do this in Rock Hill Valley and after rescuing her in Clancy's HQ.
- Gratuitous Japanese: Her fondness for calling people with Japanese Honorifics, actually sometimes "desu" might appear when she ends saying something.
- Go-Karting with Bowser: Despite being rivals, Alice is also a friend of Konata's.
- Hime Cut: When she's without her crown and other hair accessories. Her dark-purple straight hair reaches her shoulders.
- In-Series Nickname: She's called Kona for short, others include Kona-Hime and Konata-Tan.
- Kawaiiko: Whenever she's around Erick and Bluey.
- Kimono Is Traditional: She wears pink, red and purple kimono with heart (or flower) patterns and yellow triangles below.
- Nice Girl: A very pleasent, and nice to everyone.
- Offscreen Teleportation: Well, this also happens near to Erick, check out Drop-In Character above.
- Pint-Sized Kid: When she was a little girl about 11, Erick was 9 when.
- Portmanteau: Her surname, Inukaze is a combination of "InuYasha" and "Harukaze".
- Slumber Party: Often appears to stay with Erick for a sleepover. From their childhood and onwards.
- Shrinking Violet: Much pretty infamous for being too shy, but the reason she's friendly and gentle but an extremely sweet girl who wants to make friends, mostly she was found by Erick when they're kids and he developed crush on her, and thus both befriended each other.
- Shy Blue-Haired Girl: Her hair is dark-purple.
- Trademark Favourite Food: Waterlemons, Ramen noodles and Rice!
- Verbal Tic: Of course, Konata's always fond to call the person's name with the japanese honorifics. As well she's called Konata-Tan by the villagers, and for example she mostly calls Erick Erick-Kun, Alice, Alice-Chan and so on.
- Also "Desu" might count.
- Vitriolic Best Buds: With Alice, due to her deadpanness probably would not harsh Konata.
Professor Keith Golden (Kei Goraden)
Father of the Golden siblings, he is a scientist and mechanic who lives in his lab and the observatory. The siblings were used to live here until they emigrate to live on their own.- Bear Hug: After all when Erick was missing, he returned home and he introduced his girlfriend.
- Berserk Button: "DON'T TOUCH MY INVENTIONS!"
- Brought to You by the Letter "S": "KG" stands his for his name, appears on his many large inventions and vehicles.
- Eye Glasses: A very huge glasses, small pupils.
- Truly Single Parent: He's only the father of his siblings, but his unnamed wife has left to the unknown fate.
- Wacky Parent, Serious Child: While Erick and Dill are nice, he's to his daughter Alice, well because she's a deadpan.
Asuka Inukaze (Azuqa Inukaze)
Konata's mom and the Emperor's wife. She's the tailor who sells Kimonos and other clothes for individual customers at her clothes shop.- Beware the Nice Ones: Just don't bother her when she's busy sewing, or just don't so mean to her.
Villains
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: The Chairman himself is proclaimed as the ugly, evil, fat, threat of the galaxy.
- Expy: To Dr. Robotnik.
- Furry Confusion: In one cutscene where he observes bacteria on a microscope and researching the weapon that causes diseases, he's actually a bacteria.
- Humble Beginnings: The titular character Erick, spawned very earlier as a stick figure 10 years ago.
- No Budget: This Game is still in progress without using money. The one-man spend 5 years still during development, no problem that is it being homemade.
- Shout-Out:
- When Erick quickly wakes up after taking a Wild Take noticing when he heard a scream of his niece kidnapped, Erick moves his arm above his head just like from SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated teaser trailer.
- Clancy demotes his former henchman, Lubila by giving him a DEMOTION, this parodied an AoSTH episode, Tails' New Home and this.
- Erick's common catchphrase, "100% BRAVENESS!" is a parody of Anpanman's "Genki Hyakubai!" which in english means, "100% Greatness!".
- What Could Have Been:
- The game was originally going to be made on Game Maker game engine, which was going to be about an pair of eyeballs coming to life and escaping from the old abandoned tower.
- The game was also originally be a platformer game like Mario where the player could punch enemies, it was then later retooled into a Run n' Gun genre akin to Turrican and Jazz Jackrabbit.
- This also supposed to have cast of funny animals, until they were replaced with characters of Erick's same species. Including a green bat character named Doroia who originally intended to be Erick's sidekick. He was dropped in favour of Bluey.
- Not to mention this also supposed to take place in the planet where Kirby lives.
