This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

In Creator Killer, in Other, under Websites, there is a broken link. It links to Creator/Reddit, but it should link to Website/Reddit.
I don't think this is just me, since the problem is persistent, but the Real Life subpage of Nonindicative Name appears to be locked for no reason. (Correct me if I'm wrong on either front.)

Has the update generated ways to clear a ghost wick, instead of just shifting it to another page?

Can someone add The 3 Wise Men to Needs Wiki Magic Love? It's filled with bad grammar, it Needs More Examples, and a lot of the examples already there are zero context.

Is Doug Walker supposed to be locked? If not, unlock it; if it is, correct the links to The Dark Knight Rises and Larry King (apparently the doesn't exist yet) and add the following:
- Cliché Storm: He describes Brother Bear 2 and Camp Rock as this in his Disneycember reviews of them.

Regarding ghost wicks, I've noticed that when a page is edited but has no wikilinks, ghost wicks to it don't go away. Presumably the database isn't told to update wick counts when the page saved has no wikilinks. I've resolved it by adding %%HomePage to the pages in question and removing it afterwards. But then ghost wicks remain to this page...I'll report it. We still do not have a good ghost wick solution.

Hiya folks, couple changes I'd like to ask for on the MB pages, so could we please:
- Change the title on the anime page to Lupin III so it doesn't create a red link;
- On the film page please add a colon after Heat's title
- On the video games page BlazBlue's name is being split into two words, can that be fixed or is that just formatting due to the new site layout?
- On the same page General Shepherd is being listed twice so please delete the entry not in the Call of Duty tree.

- On Doug Walker, fix the first link to The Dark Knight Rises and change the first sub-bullet under Actually Pretty Funny to the following:
- Doug really hated the Steven Universe episode "Keep Beach City Weird", but he loved Pearl's line about humans wanting something to fight when really they have no control and can't do anything about it so much that if the episode had been those five seconds he would have been happy. Also, despite his hatred for Ronaldo, he admits to getting a laugh from his line "I'm full...OF SADNESS!" in "Restaurant Wars".

You're going to have to be more specific about what needs changing. All the wicks I can find for The Dark Knight Rises appear to be appropriate (though perhaps I'm just glazing over).
Also, that edit for the first sub-bullet seems like it should make it into two separate examples, given that they're not in the same episode.
~43110, the issue with custom titles is a bug in the rollout; to fix it in the meantime I've placed some curly brackets.
Should be done to here.
