It's been discussed a lot at the Video Uploading
thread that a lot of poor videos are slipping through the cracks, and that a clean-up effort is necessary if we are to combat the problem.
Common issues are:
- Videos spoiling major events from a work
- Videos not actually fitting the trope they're attached to
- Videos in which the important part doesn't happen until halfway through, with the length being ultimately pointless
- Videos that use the entire work, breaking copyright; this can be done either with one video showcasing an entire short video, or multiple videos that add up to using the entire work in piecemeal.
- Videos lacking the proper media source, or any media source at all.
- General quality problems, like audio issues or artifacting.
So, we've got our work cut out for us; but this is at least a place to discuss problems and come to solutions.

The Drawn Together example under Something Else Also Rises isn't really that bad, but there's this weird flashing bar that's kind of distracting, like it was ripped from a VHS.

Black Comedy Rape and Prison Rape have videos despite the page having the No Video Examples, Please! Mark.
I don't think that many people use the No Video Examples, Please! list, and frankly in the absence of a process for handling additions to the list I can see why. Plus, the page is under discussion in this thread.

I put this in ATT and was told to take it here. Someone posted the same clip in the Video Examples for Clone High that had already been posted, for the same trope. Not to mention that the new clip is much lower quality than the first. How should one go about dealing with this?

The example for "Just Joking" Justification contains a watermark in the top right. Is it a pirate streaming site?
EDIT: I immediately encountered the same watermark on the Miraculous Ladybug video for Plagiarism in Fiction. Check all the videos on VideoSource.Miraculous Ladybug.

I don't even know if it's an example of Crippling Overspecialization, though it is listed as an example on the page as well. Is "good at magic, bad at fighting" too broad to be an overspecialization?

I don't think so; in order for that to qualify, they would have to be specialized in a narrow range of spells.
The Threat Backfire video with tropes as sources still hasn't been dealt with.

EDIT: Nevermind I thought it was the same trope but the other one is posted in Rapid-Fire "Shut Up!" (I was viewing the videos from the Breaking Bad page)
The same Breaking Bad scene was uploaded twice for Big "SHUT UP!", most likely by different people. I suggest keeping the latest and slightly longer video because I think the first and shorter one begins and ends too abruptly.

Corrected an error on Videos Needing Review. The Digimon Frontier video on Tickle Torture does lack a media source, but does not have a watermark.

what's going on with the videos for Straw Character? while they seem to fit, they're a bunch of videos by the same person, which doesn't seem to fit the idea of video examples. it'd be best to just trim it down to a couple, right?

What's going on seems to be that one person who's super into the Jreg fandom uploaded a lot of examples of Straw Character from his videos.
The answer isn't to trim down so there's less from Jreg, it's to add more examples from other works so Jreg isn't dominating.
