What kind of villain would the above troper be?

Vengeful's name makes this easy. He would be some sort of revenge obsessed villain seeking vengeance for some legitimate past grievance at any cost regardless of how much damage he does to himself or others.

A normal part member during most of the game. But when the party finally beats the Big Bad, They attack them relentlessly and the heroes have to fight them because of their change of heart.

Probably the Enigmatic Minion.

A stone cold assassin like Agent 47.

The villain you don't expect to be a threat, or even up to anything bad, before it's too late. Uses people underestimating them to their advantage

A video game villain who is working for the Big Bad, but has her own agenda. She's fought four times over the course of the story, with increasing difficulty each time, and specializes in laser-based weapons and powers that create "glitches" that distort the environment around the player. The battles against her have several phases, including a Bullet Hell phase where the player has to dodge hundreds of lasers and another one that has an Unexpected Gameplay Change into a Rhythm Game.

I think you would make a great Dragon. Something like a wizard or knight who serves the Big Bad faithfully and admires them. He also treats the Adorable Evil Minions with respect as well. Like a more Affably Evil version of Kamek.

Now let's go for a boss fight description.

It's a Warm-Up Boss that spawns mooks previously fought, teaching about timing and critical hits, the boss itself gets a bit harder as the battle progresses and Turns Red once forced into its final phase; when defeated, the boss joins your party and grants you the ability to summon helpers

A goofy but still world threatening Eldritch Abomination.

Leader of the Quirky Miniboss Squad that ends up joining the hero(es) when the main villain has gone too far.

A low ranking but very efficent soldier who gathers intel for The Dragon and has Undying Loyalty towards the Big Bad, she is also a great fighter and subjects the heroes to a Curb-Stomp Battle most of the times they encounter each other

A villain whose backstory involves Love Makes You Evil. He couldn't be with the one he loved, so now he's retaliating by plotting to create his own world and keep people/creatures from many other worlds there.

An Ax-Crazy villain who pretends to be sane, only to reveal that he's not sane and he's not left-handed.

A third party who constantly toes the line between good and evil, never siding with one or the other, ever, giving both sides a hefty challenge when it suits their goals. However, when the bad guys kidnap the one they swore to protect, the heroes get an undeniable advantage from then on.

A sophisticated aristocrat (think Lucius Malfoy, only MUCH more intelligent and competent) Anti-Villain who's very protective of his family but is nonetheless skilled at manipulating those who are against him. He ultimately has a heel-face turn, but keeps his manipulative tendencies.

A Wicked Witch who lives alone in the woods with all sorts of wild animals and monsters, which she controls. As it turns out, she cares deeply for all of them, and fights alongside them rather than just sending them to attack while just sitting back and watching. Has a grandiose Villain Song that's somewhere between a Broadway-style pop song and epic orchestral music.

Some guy who literally transform into a black panther and eat people.

A Dirty Old Man who spends every second trying to make every cute girl he comes across fall in love with him, regardless of age and species...

Should anyone refuses, he would use a huge stash of money as his weapon. He also throws gold bars as a Desperation Attack, which can deliver a One-Hit Kill if hit.

A creepy puppet master who lives alone in a mansion. He makes tons of dolls, which are alive, and he commands them to do whatever he wishes. Also possibly a Living Doll Collector.

The Brute who uses cat-like agility in addition to Super-Strength to become a Lightning Bruiser, he is The Dragon to a minor Arc Villain and becomes the Big Bad once the former is dealt with

A Benevolent Boss. What he lacks in raw power, he more than makes up for in the loyalty of his minions. He's not hostile to the hero(es) except when they're directly in the way of his plans, and might even help them out on occasion.

An expy of Dr. Moreau, an evil mastermind who lives alone on an island, and performs experiments to transform people into beasts. Unlike Dr. Moreau, though, Kirin is focused on turning people into real life versions of mythical beasts, and does so using less Body Horror-inducing transformation machines. Their archenemy is a James Bond-esque secret agent.

An Egomaniac Hunter vowing to collect every single animal hide, with a bit of Blue-and-Orange Morality, to boot.

A mystic swordsman who values honor and chivalry in a fight over all else, enjoys a good fight and generally has no true big bad goals, that being said, they never pull a Heel–Face Turn

An Affably Evil guy who may even befriend one of the protagonists. His primary motivation was revenge, and even with his villainous tendencies he remains a true gentleman.
