This thread is dedicated to image suggestions for pages without pics (including those pulled by Image Pickin'). Guidelines:
- Please read How to Pick a Good Image and Just a Face and a Caption before suggesting an image. Additionally, make sure to source the image in your post.
- If you have multiple suggestions you'd like to field for a single page, that can merit its own thread. Otherwise, use this thread.
- It is recommended that you upload your suggestions as you would like them to be formatted on the page.
- A crowner will be generated with suggestions which will be voted on as normal:
- The crowners will generally run 12-15 items at any given time and may go as high as 20 if there's a backlog of suggestions, so please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 3 days, any options with a net vote count of ≥10 can be put on their respective pages. After 5 days, this can apply to options with a net vote count of ≥7. Anything below that will need to go the full 7 days.
- After 7 days, generally the unprocessed options that have a positive vote count (2:1) can go up on their respective pages. Old thread rule, no longer enforced
- Suggestions will generally be processed and added to crowners in the order they come into the thread.
- Selected images will be tagged using this template (which goes above the image):

Mmm yeah, please also remember that the goal was never to lock up and add the pics as soon as the clock hits 72 hours on the crowner. Often, we can't do that.

I understand your anticipation to get the crowner done with so a backlog doesn’t form, but you ought to slow down a bit. It would barely make a difference if the crowner ran for 5 days instead of 3.
Anyways, some notes for the next crowner (which we don’t have to throw together immediately even if we do have enough suggestions in the queue):
- Theme Tune Roll Call: I like this suggestion in concept, but as others have said, the shadow on the bottom on the first pic needs to go. I’d also argue we could do without the final panel; three get the idea across well enough.
- Tarot Motifs: Already has an image, so a thread would be needed for this one. I liked the suggestion that was brought up in this thread, but I nevertheless prefer the current on the page.

Now that the number of subpages has gone from two to three, and the prior image went to the new subpage, NightmareFuel.Public Service Announcements Safety needs a new image so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. The problem is that I don't know what image to use - as it is described on that page instead of where it is currently pictured, I actually almost feel like the page image for the main NightmareFuel.Public Service Announcement is the best choice, yet that would require replacing the image on said main page (which I can honestly think of some contenders in that case, granted).

Nothing "needs" an image and if you can't think of one, it's best to leave it be unless someone else can.

Sorry, was just seeing if anyone had ideas. I still find it odd that the main page uses an image of a PSA described on the Safety subpage, though. Does anyone have a good HD image of the scene in the infamous RSPCA "please give us a pound or we'll have to pull the trigger" PIF where the dog is held at gunpoint? I think it could possibly be a good replacement image on the main page while the current image gets moved to Safety, as that ad has gotten really infamous in recent years and is described there.

I don't see anything wrong with moving the image on Public Service Announcement to Public Service Announcements: Safety and selecting a new image for the former from the remaining sections on the main page (Animal Cruelty, Bullying and Racism, etc.). However, I would recommend starting a new thread because any action you take would affect multiple pages, one of which already has an image

- Download (or screenshot + save) the images you want to use as a .png or .jpg file
- Go to the Image Pickin' Forum and press the "Start a Thread" button (you can't open a new thread at the moment as all slots are full)
- Add the images you want to propose to the OP
- To upload images, press the "Upload Image" button and select the image you want to upload. Press "Submit" and TV Tropes will create a link for the image. Use that link to embed your image in a post

The image on NightmareFuel.Public Service Announcement could stand to have a quality upgrade, anyway, regardless of whether it gets moved or not. I've seen higher-quality versions of "Top Chef" out there.
I could also grab an HQ image of the "How Much Is That Doggy?" PSA, but I'll reserve both suggestions for the IP thread when it gets made. IP is full at the moment so you'll have to wait a bit until a spot opens up.
