IIRC, it is what happened if the game's Big Bad, Chaos, gains too much power from the cycles of war that has been occuring. In truth, he is, in fact, from a nightmare world that is cast upon Cid of the Lufaine for breaking a bargain of his with Shinryu.

Going more in depth, Pumpkin Jill is a character I made a year or so ago. Her basic deal is that she used to be a regular lass, before she was tricked into putting a cursed pumpkin on her head and becoming that.

She's cool with it! Now she lives on as an immortal spirit of Halloween that uses her newfound abilities to fuck with as many people as she can.

She's actually from Mystery Skulls Animated (though the background is almost definitely from SU). It's less Schedule Slip and more one small team doing all the work.

That is Carla, also known as the nickname Barb! She is a Furry Fandom character I created. She's an Italian pointer with a scorpion tail, named after Carlo Abarth. She's a race driver who loves Fiat and Abarth. Also, she's a sassy gorl.
