I'd imagine she can only afford precious few seconds to copy files if faced with something like that. If the file is big enough, then she might get cut off in the middle of copying.

This version of Caitlin isn't Blessed with Suck when it comes to her Killer Frost powers, I guess. It doesn't come with a deep, internal conflict, so she uses it to make ice sculptures, keep her house cool in the summer, and keep her drinks cold.
