Loads of them. It is a 4chan project after all.

  • With the game having a SiIvaGunner contributor, a great number of music in Pokémon Clover are RSE soundfont remixes of songs:
  • A house in Vitlya City contains a nerd angrily ranting on how terrible this game is, he'd rather circumcise a rabid cat than to play this game. Outside there's a guy talking about going fast and giving you Quick Claw if you say yes; if you say no he mentions how it's no use, as well certain somebody who wants to make sure you're buying the newest version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
  • A girl in Gadech City has been diagnosed with Slugma. Speaking of Fortnite, the trainer encounter song for Youngsters is a remix of the infamous Default Dance music.
  • A guy by Mt. Moot paraphrases Friedrich Nietzsche's quote about the abyss.
  • A lot from the Trainers you fight:
    • The Lass resembles Yotsuba Koiwai, Gamers have Joker's makeup and all, and Weebs wear Kamina's famous glasses.
    • Certain Trainers instead incorporate this into their dialogue: a Team Karma Grunt quoting Burgerpants, a Pokémon Ranger quoting JoJo's Bizarre Adventure characters, a Channeler wanting to talk to you about "their lord and saviour Jesus Christ," a Lass in Rock Tunnel quoting Call Me Maybe, a Trainer in Troll Hole talking about jet fuel melting steel beams, a Pokémon Ranger saying how he got bit by a Toxiraptor only for the Pokémon to die after three hours of excruciating pain, a scientist named Abdol who uses bird Pokemon...Yeah, there's a good amount of these.
    • Other might have these in their names, such as Sailor named Moon, or a Hiker called Edmund who has made Super Blobbos Boy and The Binding of Embortion.
    • There's a Youngster named Ness who has Pokémon based on the other party members in EarthBound (1994): a Caroline note , a Galavire note , and a Cacademon note .
    • The Super Nerd trainer class are modeled to look just like James Rolfe. They are even holding the Nerd's signature Rolling Rock beer.
    • The Black Belt trainers are depicted holding up a Sega Saturn console.
  • Some NPC helped another one get them a tulpa, only for them to call it a Stand.
  • A random NPC on Route 9 mentions how Vegeta isn't just a Dragon Ball Z character, but also a spice used in Slavic countries.
  • Pokémon Quartz, Pokémon Reborn, Pokémon Sage, and Pokémon Uranium are mentioned at various points by random NPCs, with various degrees of niceness.
  • There's a Vietnamese person in Animango City that says ASS DRUG BAG FUCK before giving you a Hyper Potion.
  • The merchandise shop in Animango City features a poster of Dio Brando, life-sized dolls of Hatsune Miku and Kat, as well as normal dolls of Reimu Hakurei, Son Goku, and Marx.
  • A guy in Animango's observatory talks how "Pokémon faint when they are killed" while another just after Vitlya Woods says "Just because you're correct doesn't mean you're right".
    • There's quite a lot of Fate references throughout the game. The Infestation move tutor in Parax Town mentions something about the power of the worms and its side effect of changing the recipient's hair color. The move tutor in Outcast Island offers a variety of jaded advice straight out of a certain Counter Guardian, and even says "I am the bone of my sword" when teaching Swords Dance. Meanwhile the move tutor in Polony City is a certain Mapo Tofu-loving priest.
  • One of the buildings in Animango is the Ototototel.
  • A guy in Beehive's restaurant has made a very long and specific order.
  • You can find the Sanchez Brothers in the Game Corner.
  • Kommando Military Base and the areas near it are filled with references to Ace Combat and its fanbase. There's even a Bird Keeper north of Telekino City named Pixy (who has a Pixila).
  • One of the trainers in Wetback Trail is a gentleman named Carlos who says he has more money than any white person and claims that people are just jealous that a latino has more money than them. This is a refference to Carlos Slim, a mexican businessman who, at one point, was considered the richest man in the world.
  • There's a Ranger named Walker, who claims to have caught all Pokémon by throwing a single Pokéball and that once a Poizookie bit him and after three hours of agony the Poizookie died.
  • The pose of Kanye's sprite is based on the sprite for Buried Alive from the Pokémon creepypasta of the same name.
