Main Characters

    Angela Anaconda
Voiced by: Sue Rose
  • Attention Whore: She shows these tendencies from time to time. Many episodes center around her desire to be on TV or even just be the center of attention in school for a day. Although she's not nearly as bad as Nanette is about it.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: She's usually easygoing and nice but she does have her limits. Her brothers and her arch-nemesis Nanette learned this the hard way by her imagination spots which show them being tortured by her whenever they antagonize her.
  • Book Dumb: While not as bad as Johnny, Angela can have her moments of this. In the dog-walking episode, she thinks three times ten is "at least over forty". It's mentioned in "Cabin Fever" that she once tried to fake appendicitis but got caught because she thought her appendix was in her foot.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: She has a lot of bizarre fantasies and an active imagination.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Angela, every now and again, got a few zingers in, mainly when she talks to or about Nanette.
  • Full-Name Basis: Angela always addresses and refers to characters by their full names, with the exception of her teacher.
  • Mr. Imagination: The source of all the show's Fantasy Sequences and Imagine Spots.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Experiences some of these in "Gordy Floats", "The Non-Non Fight", and "Enter the Angela" in which she puts herself through her own Humiliation Conga and realises that she is to blame for her situation.
  • Nice Girl: She's this as long as you don't antagonize her or her friends in any way.
  • Out of Character Is Serious Business:
    • Whenever she puts herself through a Humiliation Conga in her mind, you know she's messed up.
    • In one episode, she's taught a move called the "Flip" and tries to provoke people into attacking her. She does it on impulse to Nanette and is actually shocked at what she did and even said she didn't mean it to her.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Tomboy to Gina's Girly Girl. She is a wild and mischievous tomboy who likes sports and has a morbid imagination, while Gina is a more sensible and reasonable girl who wears a pink dress.
  • Tomboy with a Girly Streak: While she usually dislike girly things, she wears a dress and enjoys hand mirrors.
  • Vibrant Orange: She wears an orange dress and has a wild personality.

    Gina Lash
Voiced by: Bryn McAuley
  • Big Beautiful Woman: Gina is on the heavy side since she eats a lot. Not only does this fail to stop Gordy Rhinehart from loving her, but in "Everybody Loves Gina", she models for Geneva, who compliments the girl on her big beautiful curves.
  • Big Eater: Is usually seen eating or talking about food.
  • Book Smart: She is very knowledgeable and good at school.
  • Child Prodigy: Very intelligent in spite of her young age.
  • Fat Best Friend: Gina is Angela's best friend and is quite fat. Although she averts most of the archetypes related with this trope, being intelligent, confident and a lot more calm and reasonable than Angela is.
  • Geek Physique: The portly kind. Gordy Rhinehart is her skinny counterpart.
  • Nerd Glasses: Shared with Gordy Rhinehart.
  • Nice Girl: Like her friends she's kind and nice to everyone as long as it's not Nanette.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Girly Girl to Angela's Tomboy. She's a more sensible and reasonable girl who wears a pink dress, while Angela is a wild and mischievous tomboy who likes sports and has a morbid imagination.

    Gordy Rhinehart
Voiced by: Edward Glen
  • Blue Is Calm: His sweater vest, his shoes, and the stripes of his shirt are all blue, and is the most kind, if timid, member of Angela's gang.
  • Blue Means Smart One: As mentioned above, he mainly wears blue, and he is very knowledgeable.
  • Dork in a Sweater: He wears a blue sweater vest and is a timid, cowardly, nerdy boy.
  • Geek Physique: The skinny kind. Gina Lash is his portly counterpart.
  • Hopeless Suitor: He has a huge crush on Gina, but it's one-sided and Gina seems to like him only as a friend.
  • Nerdy Inhaler: He's a nerdy kid who has asthma so he frequently whips out an inhaler.
  • Sickly Neurotic Geek: An asthmatic nerd with countless allergies.
  • Stereotypical Nerd: He's meek, he's skinny, he wears glasses, a sweater vest, and has many niche interests and hobbies from origami to gardening.
  • Nerd Glasses: Shared with Gina Lash, but his are bigger.
  • Nice Guy: Cowardly he may be but he's also one of the more nice characters in the show.

    Johnny Abatti
Voiced by: Al Mukadam
  • Book Dumb: A bit of a Running Gag is that he can't to math.
  • The Ditz: Not exactly the brightest or smartest character in the show.
  • Elvis Impersonator: Has a blue pompadour and likes to think he's cool.
  • Nice Guy: Despite his dim personality he's also a nice and polite kid who gets along with his friends in spite of annoying them with his stupidity.
  • Oblivious to Love: He seems to be clueless about Nanette's crush on him, even though she flirts with him at times.
  • Parental Abandonment: Johnny Abatti appears to live with his uncle and grandmother. He's mentioned his parents a few times, but they never appear onscreen.
  • Rambunctious Italian: His family is Italian and has a lively personality.
  • Ship Tease: With Angela. While he's not open about it, it's sometimes implied that he has a crush on her, since he's jealous of possible romantic rivals.

    Nanette Manoir
  • Alpha Bitch: She's a condescending and stuck-up french girl who goes out of her way to antagonize Angela and her friends.
  • Attention Whore: Nanette loves being the center of attention, and if anyone or anything (but especially Angela) takes the spotlight away from her, she will conspire to take them down.
  • The Bully: Shows no remorse in bullying other kids who aren't as popular as her.
  • Fauxreigner: While Nanette does have French ancestry, she plays it up by wearing a beret and constantly speaking (very inaccurate) French.
  • French Jerk: Nanette, despite being from Quebec, puts a full-blown stereotypically Parisian act.
  • Gratuitous French: Nanette, even though her French makes Peggy Hill's Spanish look superb by comparison.
  • Jerkass: Shows no redeeming qualities at all.
  • Karmic Butt-Monkey: It's hard to feel sorry for her whenever she gets tortured by Angela's imagination spots considering that she's a stuck-up french girl who bullies the latter and her friends.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: She often gets her comeuppance whenever she goes too far with her Jerkass behavior.
  • Rich Bitch: Considered to be one of the richest people in Tapwater Springs considering that she and her family have alot of money.
  • Teacher's Pet: Is considered to be Mrs. Brinks' most favorite student much to the chagrin of the other students in her classroom.

     Mrs. Brinks
Voiced by: Richard Binsley
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Like Nanette she often gets her comeuppance whenever her Jerkass behavior goes too far.
  • Loophole Abuse: Once per week, she must assign a student to manage of the school store and the rules forbid her from choosing a student who already had a turn doing it unless there are no students who never had a turn. When Angela and Johnny are the only available options, she assigns the both of them so she'll have to wait only one week instead of two before giving Nanette another turn.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: While normally she treats Nanette as a Teacher's Pet, if she actually does punish Nanette, then you know that Nanette has done something very wrong.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: She's this in at least two occasions.
    • When Nanette accuses Angela of stealing money from the school store, she punishes the latter. When it's later revealed Nanette lent that same money to Mrs. Brinks, she says Nanette probably made an innocent mistake but acknowledges Angela must be compensated. Angela was put in charge of the school store and Nanette became Angela's assistant.
    • When Nanette accuses Angela of stealing her trenchcoat, Angela points out they simply took each other's coat by mistake and Mrs. Brinks decides neither girl should be punished for that.
  • Sadist Teacher: Downplayed but she does punish her students whenever they misbehave (Which is how a real teacher treats their students whenever they misbehave). The only student she spares is Nanette, whom is her Teacher's Pet.
