Staff

    Principal Steinbeck
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/d8df9eba_abf0_4cdf_b04a_fda812379c21.png

Played by: Lovell Stanton

The ill-tempered principal of Junior's school and one of the few human characters on the show.

  • Big Bad: He was this in the Bowser Junior's Summer School story arc. Though he rarely appeared, he still antagonized Junior the most, among Bowser.
  • Dean Bitterman: A very stern and often outright abusive principal.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Beats up Toad in Summer School over a paper ball and screams at Shrek to Get Out! after asking a redundant question.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: He is notably disgusted by pedophiles, "saving" Junior from Chef Pee Pee, apologizing to parents after the Mr. Winkle incident, and passing Junior to second grade after Mr. Winkle returned and the school burnt down.
  • Expy: With his affinity for nice suits, purple, maniacal laughter and violent tendencies, you wouldn't be wrong to see some similarities with The Joker.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: A completely psychotic principal who wears sunglasses.
  • Get Out!: Says this to Shrek after he asks if he can have cheesecake in class.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Is easily provoked, to the point of nearly beating or insulting a student.
  • Large Ham: He almost always speaks in a hammy tone.
  • No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: He does something to Toad over a paper ball.
  • Practically Joker: See Expy.
  • Sadist Teacher: Or rather Sadist Principal.
  • Scary Black Man: So much that dramatic violin music plays at times to foreshadow how crazy he is.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Is not above beating his own students. Just ask Toad. That said, he still invokes Even Evil Has Standards against pedophilia.

    Jackie Chu
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/c8cae379_080c_4686_9b74_548305ed9dc9.png

A stereotypical Asian with a PhD in Calculus. He was Junior's teacher in Summer School, for a while in the first grade, and in the school videos from 2016 and onwards.

  • Asians Eat Pets: Jackie Chu frequently mentions eating dog for dinner. In one video, he even laments about how expensive it is to buy dogs from the pet store for dinner everyday.
  • Asian Speekee Engrish: All the time, and has many of the Chinese stereotypes as well.
  • Catchphrase: "You DUMB!"
  • Cool Teacher: Of all the teachers, he's the most respected and well-liked.
  • Didn't Think This Through: In "Fat Junior", Jackie Chu thought Junior being fat means he'll be a great sumo wrestler and get him to fight a sumo champion; Woah He Big, without any training. He didn't teach Junior any of the basics. He made Junior drink Lard causing Junior more fat and enough to get him diabetes. He immediately got Junior to fight Woah He Big on the same day without training. Junior had no experience in Sumo Wrestling while Woah He Big is an experienced sumo wrestler and a champion. Junior lost immediately when the fight began.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Jackie Chu has a tendency to punish the entire classroom for the actions of a single student. This is possibly due to his poor eyesight.
  • Ditzy Genius: He has a PHD in calculus, won "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" without using any of his lifelines, and did well in a competition of the smartest people in the world. However, he sometimes lacks common sense, believing that you have to say every letter in the alphabet twice, that photosynthesis works by taking a photo of a plant, and that all food includes dogmeat.
  • Fantastic Racism: Upon finding out that Junior, Joseph, and Cody are humans, he kicks them out of the class and refuses to let them back in with absolutely no explained reason other than “I can only teach humans.”
  • Genius Bruiser: Jackie is a skilled martial artist and can easily take down anyone who crosses him, but most videos seem to show a more intellectual side of him, as not only does he have a PhD in Calculus, Jackie Chu has also demonstrated a rather impressive IQ that rivals (and arguably surpasses) Cody. This is evident whenever he is competing in quiz shows (that are often really difficult by the way) like "Who Wants To Be A Millionare?" (named after the quiz show of the same name) and the "International World's Smartest Person Competition" in "Smart Jeffy!"
  • He-Man Woman Hater: Possibly. On one hand, he is a married man. However, he seems to encourage his students to kill their babies if they are girls.
  • Informed Flaw: Jackie Chu apparently has really bad eyesight due to his slanted eyes, as evident during the "Summer School" series where he draws a bunch of scribbles on the whiteboard, and again during "The Test!", where his vision could almost be mistaken for blindness. While he undeniably has genuine eye problems, not only is Jackie Chu a karate master, and a beloved teacher, he also has a PhD in Calculus. How he managed to do so when he can't even write his name is never explained, as he is never seen using any form of braille to help with his blindness.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: In "Chef Pee Pee's Birthday", Chef Pee Pee has a crappy birthday thanks to Bowser, Junior, and his deadbeat father. While Jackie Chu still calls Chef Pee Pee dumb, he does give him a shirt with his name on it, which his kids made in a sweatshop, and informs him he will also be getting an iPad in the mail. He even invites Chef Pee Pee to help him name his pregnant wife's upcoming child.
  • Large Ham: Good Lord, does he chew the scenery with his Asian Speekee Engrish.
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: Jackie started off as a chef for Bowser, then became a teacher for Junior (both as a kung-fu master and at his school), and also an investor for Nintendo.
  • Never My Fault: In "Fat Junior", he gets Junior to fight sumo champion; Woah He Big, without any training. He immeditely force Junior to fight him. When Junior lost, Jackie yells at Junior for losing the fight. Jackie doesn't take responbility for event. It was really Jackie's fault for what he did to Junior.
  • Politically Incorrect Hero: Jackie may be a Cool Teacher but he has also expected his students to kill their female babies for their school project and, worse yet, kicked Junior, Joseph and Cody out of his class simply because they are turtles.
  • The Smart Guy: The smartest character on the show as he has a PhD in Calculus, and he regularly brings this up many times.
  • The Sociopath: While he always seemed to take an interest in boasting about his intelligence and using it as an excuse to abuse his students (and in some instances his own son), he's more or less become one by "SQUID GAME", not only by tricking his students into participating in a life-or-death competition, but also by forcing Brooklyn T. Guy into complying as his role as the Pink Soldier through the said role's suit's Self-Destruct Mechanism.

    Clarissa Fitzpatrick-Coleman
Voiced by: Elaina Keyes
An unlucky woman who is the mother of Patrick and Emily, and works as a teacher on the Kindergarten section of Y U DUMB Elementary School in addition to many other jobs.
  • Abusive Mom: It's hinted in a few episodes that she doesn't wants Patrick in her life.
    • In "The Magical Button!", Patrick is shown to be locked up inside a cage.
    • In "Black Yoshi's Job Interview!", he's shown calling 911 after his mother abandons him in a park at night.
    • In "Cody Goes To Kindergarten Part 3", it's shown she doesn't want any more children when her pregnancy test comes out as positive.
  • Butt-Monkey: Many of the videos she's appeared in tend to have something horrible happen to her, whether it be getting pushed around by others (especially Mikey and Brooklyn T. Guy) or watching her children die right in front of her.
    • In "Judge Jeffy!" she's sentenced to death by Jeffy when he finds out she tried to feed her kids Green Beans.
    • In "Brooklyn Guy's Ear Problem!" Brooklyn poses as the manager of the Applebee's she works at and fires her as she runs off in tears.
  • Depending on the Writer: How she feels about her own kids depends on the episodes, with some episodes showing her as uncaring about Patrick for example, while other times she seems to care about her childrens, even getting distraught whenever they get killed in front of her.
  • Hypocrite: She tells Cody to not swear in her class, yet she has her swearing outburst in front of the kids after she's had enough, something Cody calls her out on.
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: In addition to her job as teacher, she's also worked as a waitress and a stripper, justified as she doesn't make much money and is doing everything so she can to make a living, even having a failing OnlyFans account for some extra cash.
  • Nice Girl: Downplayed. She tries to be nice and cordial to everyone she deals with, but most of the time the people she has to deal with make her life a living hell, leading her to regularly lose her cool.
  • Noodle Incident: She's lost students under her watch before under undisclosed circumstances.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Just like many other SML characters, she has died multiple times, only to return without explanation in the next episode.
    • In "The Magical Button!", which also happens to be her first appearance, she dies as result of Junior pressing the titutar button.
    • In "The Monster Mash!", she's killed in the shower by Ghostface

Classmates

A depraved boy who constantly remarks things as being "crazy", and Emily's brother. He is one of Bowser Junior's classmates in the first grade.

  • Catchphrase: "That is so crazy!"
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The Foolish to Emily's Responsible.
  • Keet: He appears to always be on a sugar rush.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The Red to Emily's Blue.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Just like many other SML characters, he has died multiple times, only to return without explanation in the next episode.
    • He gets run over by Chef Pee Pee in "Chef Pee Pee Quits! Part 3", after he started attacking Officer Goodman.
    • He gets mistakenly shot down by the Loan Dolphin in "The Hitman" when Mario was trying to get him to kill Jeffy.
    • In "Black Yoshi's Job Interview!", he gets mauled by a coyote.
    • In "Easter Egg Bunny Goes To Jail!", he's hit in the head with an easter egg, killing him instantly, which kick off the plot of the episode.

  • Catchphrase: "That's loco!", a Spanish variant of Patrick's catchphrase.
  • Gratuitous Spanish
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: In "Bowser Junior's Playtime 4", he plays the parts of a divorce lawyer for Junior and Joseph's divorce, the justice of the peace for Sally (Cody) and Ken's wedding, and the doctor for the birth of Sally's daughter.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/d60c7a0b_0b56_4d19_ab43_38bc312faead.png

Voiced by: Anthony Miller

An ugly and obese kid who is one of Bowser Junior's classmates. His name is short for "Fatso".

  • And a Diet Coke: In "First Day of School!", the episode that introduces his character, he is surrounded by Twinkies, a Hershey's Candy Bar, Zebra Cakes, and a Diet Pepsi.
  • The Hyena: He usually laughs a lot whenever given screen time and is usually the butt of fat jokes with Jackie Chu.
  • Big Eater: Even in the middle of impersonating Santa (don't ask).
  • Sweet Tooth: Look at his snacks (and drink).

    Bully Bill
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/e4d51547_aa7d_4720_b20d_e84289d5f75c.png

Voiced by: Chris "Pablo" Netherton

A Bullet Bill who is a bully, especially to Jeffy and Bowser Junior.

  • Abusive Dad: According to "First Day of School!", his parents hit him whenever he doesn't listen to them, which is why he takes his aggression out on other kids.
    • "Jeffy's Bike!" reveals that his father outright forces him to be a bully, and beats him when he doesn't bully someone.
  • The Bully: Even more so than Tanner from "Bowser Junior's Summer School!", who is at least friends with Junior and Joseph.
  • Bullying a Dragon: A Downplayed Example. He has been beaten up by Jeffy at least SEVEN times and still makes fun of him. It never ends well.
  • Eye Scream: How he is defeated in "Bowser Junior Learns Karate!".
  • Freudian Excuse: According to "Jeffy Gets Bullied!", he bullied because his name was "Bully" and, so, he feels he must become a bully, however, as said in the entry above, his parents are unpleasant.
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: In "Chef Pee Pee's Bucket List!", he waits in line for the water slide alongside the rest of Junior's friends when Junior attempts to cheer Chef Pee Pee up by bringing Disney World to him.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Him finally learning his lesson (and even invoking Defeat Means Friendship with Jeffy) at the end of "Jeffy Gets Bullied!"? Completely ignored in their subsequent encounters.
  • Karmic Butt-Monkey: Jeffy almost never misses a chance to pound him when he's wronged him in some way (e.g. "Jeffy Gets Bullied!"). Karma also seems to hate him.
  • Made of Iron: During "Jeffy Goes to Juvie", Jeffy lodges an axe into the back of his head, and Bully survies and just treats it like it was a typical school bruise.
  • Meaningful Name: He is a Bullet Bill who is a bully. Averted with his puppet form.
  • The Reveal: In "The Bully Solution!", Bully Bill's Mom is revealed to be Muriel, the lunch lady,.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Like other characters, even he isn't vulnerable, mostly thanks to Jeffy.
    • "Bowser Junior Learns Karate!" implies that he may have died due to an eye injury.
    • In "Robot Jeffy", he gets fried by Jeffo (the titular robot counterpart of Jeffy) after punching the robot and causing it to go into Kill Mode.
    • In "Jeffy Gets Expelled!", it is revealed that Jeffy threw his explosive anklet at Bully Bill while fighting with him, and it exploded upon contact. Nevertheless, Brooklyn T. Guy, being himself, never arrests him for murder or even accuses him for it.
  • Villainous Friendship: He ends up having one with Jeffy in "Jeffy's New Friend!".
    Harry
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
A British foreign-exchange student who speaks with a Cockney accent, and is the newest student at Y U DUMB Elementary School.
  • Big "NO!": His Catchphrase
  • Bus Crash: Of a sort. Logan reveals in a vlog that Pooby had destroyed Harry's puppet after he made a reference to it in "Chef Junior".
  • Suspiciously Similar Substitute: To Cody. He was mostly used to give Junior and Joseph a Straight Man to bounce off of while Cody was reduced to appearing via FaceTime.
  • Gonk: One of the ugliest puppets in the show next to Jeffy.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: After Cody returned, Harry disappeared from the series without an explanation.

    Penelope
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/penelope___character___sml.png
Brooklyn Guy's daughter
Voiced by: Elaina Keyes
A female classmate of Junior who harbors a particular disdain for him and a crush on Cody. In "Career Day!", she's revealed to be Brooklyn's daughter, with the two of them being on poor terms.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: In her first appearances, Penelope’s voice is a lot more monotone, and the way she moves is more stiff, due to her being played by Rachel DeLuca instead of Elaina Keyes.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She may come off as condescending and rude, but deep down she really cares for her family and friends, especially Junior.
  • Official Couple: With Junior after "Junior's Crazy Girlfriend!".
  • The Smurfette Principle: Following the official Cease & Desist from Nintendo, she takes Toadette's place as Y U Dumb? Elementary School's only female student.
  • Tomboy: Penelope is very assertive and enjoys playing video games.

    Mikey Tyson
Played by: Anthony Miller
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/static_assets_upload12323130133075225992_7.png
"I think my dad murdered my mom."
A male student in Mrs. Fitzpatrick-Coleman's kindergarten class and the primary antagonist of the "Cody Goes To Kindergarten" episodes. He is an extremely ill-mannered and obnoxious student who especially picks on Cody, also revealed to be the son of a man in an affair with his teacher.
  • Asshole Victim: In "Cody Goes To Kindergarten Part 4" , he gets beaten up by Cody, Junior, Joseph and Freddy while Mrs. Fitzpatrick in particular decides to let the beating happen. Might sound extreme, since he's still a kindergartener, but considering how much of a brat he's been to this point, nobody feels sorry for him, nor do they blame Mrs. Fitzpatrick considering she was a favorite target of Mikeys.
  • Bratty Half-Pint: And how! He is constantly rude and disruptive, much to the chagrin of Cody and Mrs. Fitzpatrick-Coleman.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: He is a complete nuisance to his elder classmate and teacher and not above getting Cody in trouble as well, even going so far as to bite Cody's ear off when challenged to a fight. Needless to say, he has not a single redeeming quality in sight.
  • Kids Are Cruel: Aside from bothering Cody and Mrs. Fitzpatrick-Coleman nonstop, "Cody Goes To Kindergarten Part 4" has him steal Cody's final exam and deliberately write Cody's name and answers wrong, so that Mrs. Fitzpatrick-Coleman will fail him (and keep him stuck in kindergarten).
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Cody finds out the hard way in "Cody Goes To Kindergarten Part 3" that Mikey is surprisingly adept at dismembering ears with his teeth.

    Freddy

  • Beware the Nice Ones: When Cody lets Freddy join in on beating up Mikey, he doesn't hesitate in joining the beatdown.
  • Bring My Brown Pants: Prone to shitting himself, wether out of eating too much or out of fear.
  • Nice Guy: He is very nice and polite to others, as well as being the only friend of Cody's in the Kindergarten.
  • Token Good Teammate: Out of all the kindergarten classmates, he's the only one respectful of everyone there, especially Cody.

    Daryl Steinbeck
A male student in Mrs. Fitzpatrick-Coleman's kindergarten class and a tetriary character in the "Cody Goes To Kindergarten" episodes. He's Principal Steinbecks son, and usually spends classes pushing 'Bear' on his tablet. He's on the spectrum.
  • Berserk Button: The only animal that matters to him is the bear. Pushing genuinely anything else on his tablet that isn't bear will make him rage until bear is pressed again.
  • One-Word Vocabulary: Only uses his tablet, and the only word he ever expresses with it is bear.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Coca Cola. No guesses as to why it's his favorite.

Antagonists

    James Goodman
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/42d6ee5d_71d5_42ee_8364_f13b8276ce3e.png

An aggressive, foul-mouthed businessman with an indescribable obsession with crushing or even eating the testicles and nipples of those who displeases, is Mario's landlord and threatens some outlandish punishment when the latter can't make his mortgage payments. He's incredibly greedy, as well, embodying the evil side of capitalism due to the fact he owns a lot of businesses and can bribe Brooklyn T. guy when he acts as a police officer. Was also a police officer during the earlier episodes.

  • Abusive Dad: He is briefly shown to be this at the end of "Mr. Goodman's Son!". Although one may have no doubt he'll gladly spoil him, he doesn't take kindly to his son Richard learning his lesson that money can't buy you everything and promptly smacks the Airpods of his head.
  • Ambiguously Jewish: His surname might imply that he's of Jewish descent. His father (who debuted in the titular video, "Mr. Goodman's Father") also looks and sounds very stereotypically Jewish.
  • Amoral Attorney: He qualifies in "Jeffy's Shirt!", where Goodman tells Mario that his million dollar check is void (Which to be fair, is more Mario's fault than Goodman's) and that he is going to put it in the shredder. Only to then reveal that he stabbed his client in the back and changed his name to Poopy Butt, goes on to cash the check knowing full well that it was Mario's (Even holding said check in his driver's license photo) and brags about it just to rub salt in the wound.
  • Bad Boss: Working for Goodman is clearly a hassle. He's often rude, hypocritical, and treats everyone around him like dirt. Mario, Chef Pee Pee ("Chef Pee Pee Quits!") and Brooklyn T. Guy clearly can't stand him and it's clear they only obey him out of fear.
  • Bad Cop/Incompetent Cop: Sometimes slips in this territory for being unprofessional in his police job.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: In most of his appearances, Goodman receives absolutely no comeuppance for his horrid actions, mainly because Mario is too meek and submissive to stand up to him, and the entire police department is so corrupt, they're basically Goodman's private army.
  • Big Bad: As of 2016 (or more specifically, The Koopalings Part 2), he became the main antagonist of the series
  • Berserk Button: Goodman's bad temper is already one of his defining traits, but these things really make him loose it:
    • If he sees a chainsaw in your apartment, you'll be EVICTED from it.
    • Also, if you don't pay him your house payment, and he will verbally shut you down. He's even threatened physical harm on more than one occasion because of this.
    • If anyone DARES to steal his credit card information, he will mail himself to your house and bite your nipples off. Black Yoshi learned it the hard way in "Black Yoshi's Big Bamboozle!".
  • The Bully: His whole relationship with Mario makes him this, as he clearly seems to demand house payments less out of greed and more just to sadistically torture and dominate over Mario, practically using him as a stress ball to take out his sadistic tendencies on as much as possible.
  • Catchphrase: "Breaking news, m'kay?"
  • Characterization Marches On: Originally, Goodman was portrayed as a dopey everyman with Mr. Mackey-like mannerisms, and was formerly the guy with all the jobs. Come 2016, his character has changed drastically into a greedy and malicious business tycoon, his old jobs are now done by Brooklyn T. Guy, and basically rules over the middle class with an iron fist due to the police being incredibly corrupt and taking bribes like candy.
  • Cluster F-Bomb: One of his defining traits post-Flanderization is his extreme sailor mouth that would be on par with Jeffy.
    "Let me in, fuckhead!"
"Yes, it's a safe! It's heavy as fuck!"
"Next time, if you decide to fuck me, your nutsack in my mouth, m'kay?"
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive: Post-"The Koopalings! Part 2" episodes have him being in control of Mario's property, whether it's his house or even gaming products as well as being "Rich as fuck." That being said, Goodman is a really aggressive man who usually threatens to steal all of Mario's possessions and clearly not reasonable in the slightest. Worse still is his threats of violence against Mario (most often involving doing some to his testicles), and the fact he knows he can get away with it because he's rich and, as shown in "Jeffy's Drivers License!", can easily bribe the police since Brooklyn T. Guy is a Dirty Cop.
  • A Day in the Limelight:
    • "The Bet!" is the first video to feature Goodman as the lead character.
    • "The Life Of Goodman!" is the first video since "The Bet!" to feature him as the main character, documenting his rich lifestyle, his hobbies, and how he interacts with those around him.
  • Demoted to Extra: Doesn't appear as often, since Brooklyn T. Guy started making more appearances.
  • Dirty Coward: He relentlessly harasses the poor on a regular basis, but when he is put in their shoes for so much as a few minutes, he complains and demands to go back to his privileged lifestyle, as he is too much of a pathetic and spoiled loser to take any kind of hardship.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Before Goodman's threats became mostly more reasonable following fan backlash and the demonetization crisis, he had pretty exaggerated punishments when it comes to giving Mario orders.
    • In "Nintendo Switch", he vows to bite off Mario's testicles if he finds the titular console lost or broken.
    • In "The Diamond!", he says that he would sew his ballsack to Mario's mouth if something happens to the titular diamond.
    • In "Jeffy The Rapper 2", he threatens to twist Mario's nipple really hard if he doesn't pay his house payments by midnight. As if that wasn't enough, he also vows to rip it off his chest and eat it. He even tells him about a victim of his nipple-twisting, of whom he calls "No Nipple Tim".
    • In "Jeffy's Drivers License!" he completely loses it. He revokes Mario's drivers license, buy a rocket ship for 3 billion to strap the license on, bribes the police so he can get away with it, and forces Mario to watch said rocket launch just because Mario bumped into Goodman's Lambo with zero damage done. Adding insult to injury, Goodman himself decided to park his car in Mario's driveway, so he did all that to Mario over something that was his fault too. It wouldn't be surprising if Goodman parked his car in Mario's driveway intentionally just so he could assert his dominance.
  • The Dreaded: With all the horrible stuff he can get away with, it's no wonder Mario can't stand up to him. Not only is Goodman implied to be incredibly strong, it's also implied that, if given a reason, he could bribe the police to have Mario arrested on trumped-up charges.
  • Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: In "Chef Pee Pee Goes to Hollywood!", he forgives a $50,000 debt simply because Chef Pee Pee made a meal with a blue waffle, something his mother always made for him as a child. This shows that Goodman is not completely heartless.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Yes, even Goodman has occasional morals:
    • In older videos, while he does use his policeman job to abuse his power and is no friend of kids, even he seems visibly disturbed by Bubbles lying about prison to Toad's class and making it seem cool in "Summer School 2", implying that Goodman at the very least wants to discourage children from going to prison. note
    • In one of Lance's character Q&A videos, one user brags that he has moon-sized testicles compared to Goodman's self-proclaimed elephant-sized testicles. Goodman told him to seek immediate medical help, showing that even he has a limit on how big testicles should be before it becomes a problem.
    • "Goodman's Son Gets a Job!" shows that he takes the value of money very seriously, as he cut Richard off and made him get a job after the latter clogged one of Mario's toilets with $100 bills.
    • In "Precious' Biggest Fan", he's shown holding back tears while reporting Precious' death, showing that even he was a fan of her.
    • In "Mr. Goodman's Revenge!", he outright questions Mario why he wouldn't want Rosalina to be arrested for attempted assault. May or may not be a subversion, though, since he also says he'd have no issues with it being consensual (and paid for) kinky stuff.
  • Evil Debt Collector: In episodes where he demands Mario's house payment, threatening to torture or kill Mario in various ways (this later became mere eviction after the demonetization debacle). It's heavily implied that Goodman is not actually Mario's landlord, since Mario got the house for free, and that Goodman is running an extortion racket to obtain more testicles and nipples to eat. And he can get away with it because the entire police force is at his beck and call due to being easily-bribed.
  • Expy: His general disposition in recent years calls to mind Henry F. Potter, albeit a much more extreme version, as well as Mr. Burns.
  • Face–Heel Turn: He has became this in newer and recent videos due to how much of a mean and antagonistic jerk he is when he treats poor Mario like garbage, torments him, extorts him under the guise of "house payments", is so incredibly greedy that he feels the need to own everything in sight and rule over the middle-class with an iron fist, views women as property, and overall cannot be reasoned with. You either acquiesce with his demands, or die.
  • Flanderization: Compare pre-modern Goodman, who, despite his flaws, still tried to live up to his name by reinforcing the law, to the new aggressive, foul-tempered and sadistic one in later videos.
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: He can be seen attending Mario's donut party in "No Nut November!".
  • Good Hurts Evil: Since his Face–Heel Turn, he has become so immersed in his own evil that every time he does something nice, he suffers physical pain.
  • Hate Sink: He's a greedy corporate jerkass who verbally treats Mario like crap and almost hardly ever gets any form of comeuppance.
  • Hypocrite:
    • In the Chef Pee Pee Quits! series, he kills Tyrone Calvin without reason and orders Chef Pee Pee to run over a kid who was attacking him, yet when Pee Pee tazes Bowser, Goodman scolds him. Obviously, Chef Pee Pee calls him out on this.
    • In "The Watch!", Goodman freaks out particularly at Brooklyn T. Guy over his Rolex watch getting stolen and chews out Mario for giving away the other watch as it didn't belong to him. This coming from a guy who took a check given to Jeffy and a lottery ticket that belonged to Mario despite already being rich.
  • Hypocrite Has a Point: In "Mr. Goodman's Revenge!", he insists that Rosalina be jailed for (accidentally) damaging his car with a hammer, even briefly criticizing her for attempting to hit Mario with a hammer. While this comes from the mouth of a guy who constantly threatens extreme retribution against Mario for an overdue house payment and never faces any consequences himself, he's not entirely wrong that Rosalina deserves to be punished, given how unlikably cruel and hypocritical she is sometimes.
  • Humiliation Conga: In "The Bet!", he loses all of his money to a bet after Chef Pee Pee unexpectedly wins a cooking competition, is promptly fired from all of his jobs, and then is subject to what Chef Pee Pee usually goes through, including cleaning a toilet after Shrek used it.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: For whatever reason, he seems obsessed with eating male testicles and nipples (represented in Lance's Q&A videos by gumballs and marshmallows, respectively), and it's implied his collection of house payments are an elaborate extortion racket to get more testicles and nipples, especially in Mario's case, as Brooklyn T. Guy (really Does Bad Things Guy) gave him the house for free.
  • Inspector Javert: Tons of his early appearances involve Goodman arresting Mario above all others, or at the very least attempt to do so (Especially in the Stupid and Dumb Adventures' series) Less so nowadays due to being a successful businessman, but he still has traces of it here and there to contrast Brooklyn Guy's impulsive recklessness and general incompetence.
  • Ironic Name: Goodman is anything BUT a good person. He is either incompetent and idiotic at best, or a gigantic Jerkass that rivals the likes of Bowser at worst.
  • Jerkass: Greedy, temperamental and downright malevolent (among many other things), there's practically no good in Goodman.note  If there's a way to set a low, he'll find a way to do it. And if he does something nice, it causes him physical pain because he's become that evil.
  • Jerkass Has a Point:
    • In "Black Yoshi's Black Friday!", Goodman complains about Mario asking him for money, when Mario can't even make his house payments on time. Though it's implied Goodman severely underpays Mario for his work at Nintendo, as well.
    • In "Jeffy Gets a Job!", he fires Jeffy, Savannah, and Brooklyn T. Guy from Jimmy John's for the respective offenses of giving away free sandwiches, stealing money from the cash register, and keeping a money thief employed simply for her high-quality sandwiches.
    • In "Mr. Goodman's Revenge!", he has a leg to stand on when he points out that what Rosalina did warrants punishment (she threw a hammer at his car, thus breaking his window while trying to beat up Mario with it merely because he texted a thank you to his ex for sending him a happy birthday message). When Mario tries to tell him that he was the original victim of Rosalina's crime, Goodman replies with this:
Goodman: Well then, why wouldn't you want her to go to jail for trying to hit you with a hammer?!
  • Jerkass to One: Of the Crueler to One variety. Already a completely despicable person, he's especially antagonistic with Mario. "Jeffy's Big Mess!" confirms that Mario is his favorite target as 1.), he's the only person who doesn't pay his rent and 2.), he just likes to mess with him.
  • Karma Houdini Warranty: For most of his appearances, he never receives any comeuppance for his actions, no matter how immoral they are or how much he makes Mario suffer, especially since he swears a lot and threatens testicular violence. None of this has endeared him to fans at all, and shows that Logan believes a rich asshole getting away with doing horrible things is somehow comedy gold. "The Bet!" finally rectifies this.
    • He also attempts to win a "Get Out of Hell Free Card" in "The Costume Contest!" because, in his own words, he's "done some fucked-up things in [his] life". Of course, he doesn't get it because the whole contest was another one of Craig the Devil's Poke the Poodle stunts. Yep. Goodman's going to Hell, alright.
  • Killed Mid-Sentence: In "The Magical Button!" after Junior kills him by pressing the titular button for a pack of Hubba Bubba.
Goodman: Breaking News, m'kay? It— (collapses, broadcast cuts off)
  • Laughably Evil: He has a pretty dark sense of humor, and is prone to exaggerating things to comical proportions.
  • New Jobs As The Plot Demands: Before Brooklyn T. Guy got back from the bus and became a recurring character, Goodman was the guy who would often be seen with different jobs, specifically a police officer.
  • Non-Indicative Name: Since 2016, Goodman has become far more aggressive, foul-mouthed and boastful about his fortune, constantly extorting Mario under the guise of "house payments" and frequently claiming that people "fucked him", far from what a good man does. This has led fans to believe that the Goodman in the newer videos is actually his evil twin (whom many have named "Badman"), much like how Does Bad Things Guy replaced Brooklyn T. Guy from "The New House!" to "The Secret Door!".
  • Never My Fault: Happens in "Jeffy's Drivers License!" The episode begins with Mario about to drive Jeffy to school, only for Goodman, driving on the wrong side of the road, to park right in front of Mario's driveway as he's backing out. Mario then lightly hits his Lambo. As per usual, Goodman blows his stack.
  • Obfuscating Disability: In "Jeffy Plays Baseball!", Goodman fakes being paralyzed after Jeffy knocks him out with a baseball bat and demands Mario wait on him hand and foot. Only when a fed-up Mario states he'll take Goodman's Lamborghini as payback does Goodman reveal he was never actually paralyzed.
  • Obstructive Bureaucrat: Goodman will do whatever he can to get in Mario's way, whether that's arresting him, extorting him, or threatening to cause physical harm to the poor guy.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: He views women as property, and once bought Jeffy from Mario.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Red to Brooklyn T. Guy's Blue.
  • Satanic Archetype: He has more in common with Satan than Craig.
  • Screw the Rules, I Have Money!: The one time Mario called the police on Goodman in "Jeffy's Drivers License!", Goodman outright bribed Brooklyn Guy $130 to look the other way, a bribe he happily accepted. It's heavily implied that the entire police department is corrupt and takes bribes from Goodman on a regular basis, hence why he rarely, if ever, experiences any comeuppance.
  • Seven Deadly Sins
    • Lust: Has gotten several women pregnant as a result of his careless sex life.
    • Envy: Got upset over his father giving his money to his pet cat over him.
    • Wrath: Flies into violent fits of rage when he does not get his way.
    • Pride: Constantly brags about how rich he is.
    • Sloth: Always makes other people work for him and never does anything himself.
    • Greed: His most defining vice, so much that he might as well be the SML version of Mammon.
    • Gluttony: Always wants the finest food to eat and refuses anything else.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: After flanderization, he continuously swears at the gang frequently, although this seems to have died away since the 2017 Adpocalypse.
  • The Sociopath: A clear cut one given his complete immorality, Lack of Empathy, and active sadism. Could be upgraded to Psychopath with his mentally instability and fits of rage and occasional violence.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: Became more aggressive and foul-mouthed during the 2016 videos, and it's stuck with him ever since.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Zigzagged. Starting in 2019, he was somewhat rerailed. This is best shown in "Mr. Goodman's Son!", in which he doesn't threaten Mario with some outlandish punishment for not being able to make his house payment, but instead calmly asks if he'll babysit his son while he goes to take a piss on the moon. When he appears again at the end, he continued being civil with Mario, only losing his cool with his own son. This indicates that Logan has gotten the message about the fans utterly hating Goodman's guts. However, in subsequent house payment videos, Goodman was back to making unreasonable demands of Mario, but he only went as far as threatening eviction since his previous threats of ludicrous mutilation would get the videos demonetized. And in "The Human Potion!", he was evicting Bowser for being a turtle, and the worst he did was threaten to call animal control, doing so in a very calm manner like he would pre-2016. From 2020 onwards, it heavily varies; sometimes, he'll be as bad as his flanderized self, sometimes he'll inch a bit closer to how he was portrayed in older videos, and he can take on both personality aspects.
  • Ugly Hero, Good-Looking Villain: He is the Good-Looking Villain to Mario's Ugly Hero.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: He is a evil and greedy Jerkass who represents the dark side of American capitalism by essentially being the local crime boss, and often antagonizing Mario for money under the guise of "house payments", using threats of extreme physical harm to force others to comply with his often-unreasonable demands, and flipping out at extremely minor offences.
  • Verbal Tic: "M'kay".
  • Villainous Friendship: During his time in the police force, Goodman appears to be somewhat good friends with Bubbles. Oh sure, he'll still arrest him, but they still seem to get along, are even implied to have slept together at one point ("Summer School 2"), and Goodman himself doesn't really seem to care about any of Bubbles' victims (Hell, it's implied in "Mad Cell" of "Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures" Season 2 that he's either aware of Bubbles raping people and doesn't care or is even paying him to do it and is actively supporting it somehow.)
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: His entire appearance in "Jeffy's Paper Shredder!" counts as this. He threatens to use Mario's nipples as a jump rope, and when Mario tries to explain about his shredded up lottery ticket, Goodman goes to "recycle" it, only to then fix it with tape and take all the cash for himself. Then he shows up to not only brag about it in front of Mario's face, but doesn't even share a dime with him despite Mario being the one who got the ticket in the first place. To be fair, Goodman does pay for Mario's house payments, but even then, Goodman says that doing so caused him physical harm, and proceeds to threaten Mario again if he doesn't pay his car payments by the next day.

A devil who owns Hell.

  • Affably Evil: He's a pretty nice guy for a portrayal of the devil.
  • Big Red Devil
  • Evil Is Petty: In "Evil Bowser", some of his ideas in helping Bowser get his evil back include leaving the water running in Bowser's own house and overturning a glass of water.
  • Hated by All: In "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Part 2", he uses a lifeline to ask the audience to help him answer a question. All four answers result in 0%, and the Brooklyn Guy asks the audience if their keypads are broken. He soon finds out that the audience deliberately chose not to help Craig.
  • Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot: He’s a devil who dresses and talks like a Classical Movie Vampire.
  • Poke the Poodle: His idea of being evil usually amounts to this.
  • Put on a Bus: Due to YouTube's advertiser-friendly guidelines, videos with Craig in them keep getting demonetized, which lead to Logan having to retire him from the series. This didn't last long, as Craig returned in the 2018 video "The Costume Contest!", seemingly as a massive middle finger towards YouTube.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: This is especially prominent in "Super Bowl Commercials", where he advertises Crazy Craig's Car Dealership. The only two colors of the cars he sells are red and black.
  • Strange Minds Think Alike: Shares Jeffy's idea to call a magician to make the dead body disappear in "The Dead Body."
  • The Devil Is a Loser: For the ruler of hell, he's generally a meek pushover who is rarely taken seriously.
  • Tom the Dark Lord: Craig the Devil isn't really a name that instills fear into people.
  • Vampire Vords: Has a rather vampiric voice for a devil.

A dolphin that's a loan shark.

  • Affably Evil: He appears to be friendly with Mario.
  • Devious Dolphins: He's a dolphin whose job is a debt collector, and he wears a black leather jacket and speaks in a gruff voice.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: He ain't no snitch.
    • Also in "Bowser Junior's Lemonade Stand", he called the cops on Junior for destroying Cody's lemonade stand and saying it was rude.
  • Loan Shark: A dolphin that's a debt collector.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: He's only villainous to the character that's in debt as it's his job. And when Junior tries to get him to destroy Cody's Lemonade Stand, he doesn't do it because he thinks it looks nice.
  • Would Hurt a Child: In "The Hitman!", he's completely willing to kill Jeffy, as long as he gets paid.

In-Universe Entertainment

    Charleyyy
Played by: Lovell Stanton
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/e442f32a_904c_41e1_8f3e_1a0282b14b80.png

A lively entertainer who's the title character of Bowser's favorite Show Within a Show, Charleyyy and Friends.

  • Abusive Dad: Once threw his infant daughter down a staircase out of stupidity. It's just a baby doll, but still.
  • Catchphrase: "Hi guys, I'm Charleyyy!"
  • The Ditz: The whole show is about him trying to do everyday tasks, but he always does them in the most ridiculous fashion, such as literally looking for his job when he loses it.
  • Gretzky Has the Ball: In "Bowser Goes To The Movies!" he happily declares a touchdown while getting a hole-in-one in golf.
  • Laugh Track: Accompanied by a studio audience constantly.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: He once caused Bowser to think he has kidney stones, thus leading to Junior making a big mess in the kitchen using Diet Coke and Mentos, much to the latter's own fear and Bowser's and Chef Pee Pee's anger.
  • Sitcom: His show parodies the formula of over-the-top sitcoms about an idiot main character.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: His segments inflict the main plot elements of videos such as "Black Yoshi's Job", "Bowser Junior's Big Mess!", "Bowser's Goldfish!", and "The Fishing Trip!".
  • Spell My Name With An S: His name has three Y's at the end of it. In "Jeffy and Junior's Big Heist!", Junior asks Charleyyy why his name is spelled like that, and Charleyyy tells him that he got each "Y" for each divorce he had, because he wonders why he even got married in the first place.

    Candy
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/candy_9.png
A twerking teddy bear who often briefly appears as a stripper only for her father to show up, angrily screaming her name.
  • Shaking the Rump: Almost all of her appearances involve her twerking.
  • Family-Friendly Stripper: Is always fully clothed. Her outfit is most likely sewn on though, and her original creators may have intended this as part of the joke.
  • Dying Race: According to Logan, Candy's line of teddy bears are no longer being manufactured.

    Doofy The Dragon
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/a3ecafc8_22c3_49f8_a5b6_262b122031ee.png

A demented green dragon and the star of Junior's favorite kids show, Doofy The Dragon.

  • Ax-Crazy: Prone to violent fits of rage.
  • Bad People Abuse Animals: Doofy has killed several bunnies and to say he is a good person would be lying.
  • Depraved Kids' Show Host: Depraved doesn't even begin to describe it. In his show, he has slaughtered animals, promoted drug usage, hosted not one, but two mass suicides, and has a knife as a prize in his cereal!
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Doofy has gone berserk over relatively small things. Like killing the Easter Bunny over not getting any Easter chocolates.
  • Domestic Abuse: He has beaten up his ex-wife and threatens to kill her sometimes.
  • Driven to Suicide: Kills himself in almost every episode in regard to his terrible home life.
  • Dropped a Bridge on Him: In 2018, he was officially retired from the series due to his violent acts and tendency to commit suicide being one of the contributing factors in Logan losing ads on YouTube due to their increasingly-strict and borderline-draconian censorship policies.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: He is prone to losing his cool pretty easily.
  • Lazy Bum: Heavily implied in a couple episodes where he immediately gives up on teaching kids how to tie their shoes, another where he didn't pay any bills, and another where he states that he has to start being responsible when he has to do laundry.
  • Meaningless Villain Victory: Lighting himself on fire in one episode inspired Junior to start a fire, leading to his house burning down. Considering that Doofy is more Obliviously Evil that heroic, he does not do anything heroic at all.
  • Nightmare Fuel Station Attendant: Kills animals, and even wants to kill his ex-wife for leaving him.
  • Obliviously Evil: And how!
  • Small Role, Big Impact: Like Charleyyy, he is responsible for causing the main plot elements in such cases like "Bowser's House Fire!" and "Pop Rocks and Coke!", which is almost never brought up again after it happens.
  • Suicide as Comedy: Frequently kills himself as a form of entertainment.
  • The Bus Came Back: Despite being dropped from the cast in 2018, he makes a surprise return in "Jeffy Ball Z" as the dragon Jeffy summons.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: He dies only to come back to kill himself again, and so on.
  • Unexplained Recovery: After killing himself in one episode, he always comes back alive as if he never committed suicide.
  • Villain Protagonist: Of his own show. He wants to kill his ex-wife for leaving him and has killed animals.

Brooklyn's Family

    Karen
Voiced by: Elaina Keyes
Brooklyn T. Guy's dim-witted wife.
  • Ascended Extra: Originally limited to only 1 to 3 appearances a year following her debut in "Home Alone 2", she has become much more of a recurring character as of the jump to the 2020's.
  • Dumb Blonde: Has blonde hair and is one of the most mindless, incompetent characters on the show.
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: One positive that can be said for her is that she's probably the only truly nice character of the cast, having a generally positive and kind-hearted attitude.
  • No Indoor Voice: Sports a very loud, high-pitched voice, much to the annoyance of anyone forced to be around her, especially her husband Brooklyn Guy.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Often died in her earlier appearances, usually followed by Brooklyn Guy celebrating. Discussed in "Shrek's Coma".

    Jonathan
Voiced by: Anthony Miller
Brooklyn T. Guy's younger, nerdy, and perverted brother, who has a crush on his wife Karen.
  • Extreme Libido: As demonstrated in "Brooklyn Guy's Switch!", he was able to last in bed five times (Though he was in Brooklyn T. Guy's body at the time).
  • Jizzed in My Pants: Falls victim to this whenever he hears Karen complimenting him.
  • Manchild: He's thirty-two years old but has the maturity of a nerdy teenager with a sheltered worldview.
  • Momma's Boy: In contrast to Brooklyn T. Guy, he's really close to their mother and is the favorite son.
  • Nerd Glasses: He just so happens to wear a pair of black round glasses.
  • Occidental Otaku: He has plenty of figurines of anime female characters to serve his...fantasies.
  • Odd Name Out: Jonathan alongside Doctor Me and Frank are so far the only members of the Guy's brothers to not be named after their actions, a pun or a state.
  • The Peeping Tom: In "Brooklyn Guy's Thanksgiving!", he is revealed to have set up cameras in the house's bathrooms, which he used to film Brooklyn's wife going in to take a shower.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: He looks like a slightly younger, nerdier version of Brooklyn T. Guy.

    Barbara Guy
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
Brooklyn T. Guy's mother. A Doting Parent to his younger brother Jonathan, but despises Brooklyn for not being able to see her, with Brooklyn reciprocating the prejudice. Also sleeps with Brooklyn's colleague Simmons.
  • Abusive Mom: She is extremely hateful and spiteful to her older son Brooklyn Guy.
  • Hate Sink: Given her despicable personality and abusiveness to her own son, Brooklyn Guy, we are clearly supposed to hate her.
  • Hypocrite: Barbara often complains about his son not visiting her, and then berates him within the same breath.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: As one of the people who raised him, she has little room to berate and abuse Brooklyn for being a "good-for-nothing deadbeat son". That said, it's hard to disagree that his occasionally corrupt actions as a cop, his bad parenting skills, and the many errors he makes show that Brooklyn's ethics as a person leave a lot to be desired.
  • Jerkass to One: She's an overall crass, rude, and indecent hag, but goes out of her way to show her son Brooklyn Guy that she holds him specifically with complete contempt.
  • Never My Fault: She berates Brooklyn Guy for not visiting her, as well as him showing zero care for her death, all the while failing to consider that the relentless abuse she subjects her oldest son to is the main reason why he wants absolutely nothing to do with her. Her blatant Parental Favoritism doesn't help either.
  • Secret Test of Character: In "The Prank!", she fakes her death as an April Fools' joke to see which one of her sons cares about her. Jonathan passes when he (excessively) mourns her death, while Brooklyn fails miserably since he couldn't care less (for understandable reasons, though).
  • The Reveal: It is revealed in "Junior Valentine Day Gift," she forced Brooklyn Guy to marry Debra Dimple Ass when Barbara thought Brooklyn got Debra pregnant.

Cody's Family

Cody's black Jewish step-father. He is mostly the opposite of his step-wife, who treats Cody nicely.

  • All Men Are Perverts: He wanted to get into a threesome with his wife and Chef Pee Pee once.
  • Ambiguously Jewish: Just like his own step-son.
  • Berserk Button: Don't call him the N-word or the F-Word (The OTHER F-Word).
  • Cloudcuckoolander: In "Jeffy's Bad Word", he got angry with Mario for wanting a white light bulb, and demanded Mario to buy a black light bulb, because "Black Lights Matter".
  • Everyone Has Standards: Despite being an Abusive Parent to Cody (at times, even wanting him to be dead), he does not tolerate pedophiles, as seen in "Jeffy's New Dad!" and "Career Day!".
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: He usually has this trait. In fact, in "Cody's House", he got mad when he noticed Cody's mother raping Chef Pee Pee because he "wasn't invited". He also beat up Mario and Junior when they ended up pressing his Berserk Button.
  • Jerkass: Especially in his appearances with Cody.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: With many other SML characters, he has died multiple times, only to return without explanation in the next episode.
    • "Chef Pee Pee Quits! Part 2" has Officer Goodman shooting him because he's black. Goodman then covers his murder stating that he was beaten up by Calvin to justify his murder.
    • Black Yoshi kills him in "Black Yoshi's Blank Check!" while playing Call of Duty in real life with REAL guns.
  • Too Dumb to Live: In "Black Yoshi's Blank Check!", he willingly played real-life Call of Duty with Black Yoshi using real guns and died because of it. This causes a visit from Brooklyn T. Guy, which ends in Mario getting arrested despite telling the truth.
  • Wacky Parent, Serious Child: One of the Wacky Parents to Cody's Serious Child.

Cody's mother. She treats her son nicely and speaks her mind, but she doesn't have as much intelligence as her own son.

  • All Women Are Lustful: She once had the hots for Chef Pee Pee.
  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: She tends to embarrass Cody from time to time, such as in "Bowser Junior's 6th Birthday", when she asks him if he needs to go to the restroom, and even offers to help him pull his pants down.
  • Cannot Tell Fiction from Reality: As mentioned down below, she thinks what she has seen on Spongebob Squarepants is real, such that she tried to teach the class about "marine biology" using that show as a reference in "The Substitute Teacher!" and in Cody's Mistake, she refused to let Cody go to the beach with his friends because she thought Sandy Cheeks would emerge from the ocean to karate-chop him. Even Cody (who is a kid, mind you) knows it's just a cartoon.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Among other things, she believes a sentient cheeseburger was the true leader of the Nazi Party and used Hitler as a puppet, that SpongeBob SquarePants is a nature documentary, and in "Cody's Mistake!", she forbade Cody to go to the beach, believing that, since SpongeBob is a nature documentary, Sandy was going to come out of the water and karate chop him to death.
  • The Ditz: Very clueless and not that smart.
  • Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Played for Laughs. When she first meets Chef Pee Pee and falls in love with him, her first instinct is to rape him, to which Junior and Joseph joked about while Cody didn't seem shocked at all. When Brooklyn T. Guy later enters the scene, Chef Pee Pee tearfully says that she raped him, to which Brooklyn disregards under the pretense that, "men can't be raped."
  • Fat Comic Relief: Junior constantly makes fun of her weight, even to her face. This seems to extend to the universe itself making fun of her for it. In one video, when Cody shoots Junior with a ray that transforms people into sea life, he turns into her instead, because she's a "whale". In another video, when a "Learn the sounds of animals" toy is used and the arrow lands on the cow, the toy states "The cow says..." and than plays a voice clip of her saying "I love you Codykins!"
  • Horrible Judge of Character: She is completely oblivious to Junior's bratty behavior in "Bowser Junior's 6th Birthday", and takes his insults as compliments.
  • Hypocrite: In "Cody's New Family!", she calls out Tyrone for cheating on her with Boquisha (which resulted in the birth of Sprinkle) and successfully divorces from him. This from the woman who has also cheated on Tyrone more than once (and even raped Chef Pee Pee).
  • Nice Girl: Clueless as she is, she's still one of the more notably selfless characters. Her doting nature towards Cody especially stands out in a series packed to the brim with abusive or otherwise apathetic parents.
  • Pædo Hunt: In one video, she has Cody use an invention to make her younger, and she develops a relationship with Junior until the effects wear off.
  • Sensei-Chan: Has this role in "The Substitute Teacher".
  • Wacky Parent, Serious Child: One of the Wacky Parents to Cody's Serious Child.

Mario/Marvin's Family

Mario's 87-year-old grandfather.

  • Cloud Cuckoolander: Is so senile, the first (and only) thing he did as the teacher in "Bowser Junior's First Grade Part 1!" is draw what he had for breakfast on the blackboard.
  • Deliberate Values Dissonance: While his prejudice of other ethnicities and womanizing tendencies would've been the norm in his youth, it's not very accepting in modern times to showcase how outdated his views are at best.
  • Dirty Old Man: He has shown this tendency towards younger women, such as Candy in "Bowser Junior's Lemonade Stand!", and Rosalina in "The 1UP!".
  • I Can't Hear You: People often have to yell things in his ears due to his poor hearing.
  • Racist Grandpa: He is Mario's grandfather and fought against the Axis Powers in WWII. Although his service is admirable, Wilfred is still quite racist towards other ethnicities in the modern day long after WWII ended, such as black people like D-Money, asians like Jackie Chu, and even hispanics like Felipe.
  • Scatterbrained Senior: He once called Mario to fix his microwave thinking it was a TV.
  • Shell-Shocked Veteran: He still talks about WWII experiences and he still has a fierce hatred of Those Wacky Nazis, Played for Laughs.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Pudding, to the point where in he got kicked out of the nursing home for stealing pudding cups in "Mario's Grandpa".

Other, etc

    Screwball the Clown

A clown who lives in a white van near Joseph, and often comes with him to Junior's house. He is a convicted child molester.

  • Bad "Bad Acting": In "Bowser Junior's Big Mess!", Junior pays him ten dollars to pretend to be him, and he barely even tries.
  • Driven to Suicide: He tries to shoot himself in "Bowser Junior's Candy Bar!", however, it turns out to be a fake gun.
  • Pædo Hunt: Not only is he a drug dealer, but he is also a convicted child molester.

A hobo, introduced in "Mario's Hobo Problem!". He calls Mario "Cheezeburger Man" after Mario reluctantly gives him 20 dollars and the rest of his Buffalo Wild Wings.

  • The Alcoholic: He is addicted to Mario's beer.
  • Beggar with a Signboard: He carries a sign that says, "Will WORK 4 FOOD!!", and even then, he doesn't do the job anyone gives him.
  • Catchphrase: "Cheezburger man."
  • Lazy Bum: He claims he will work for food, but when Mario hires him to unclog his toilet (clogged up by Shrek), he does not do the job.
  • Reality Warper: Even more so than Jeffy. He always reappears next to Mario regardless of wherever he was. One example would be Mario locking him inside the bathroom, only for Chef Pee Pee to call him about Hansel taking beer from the fridge an instant later. Despite the bathroom door being locked.
  • Taking Advantage of Generosity: No matter what Mario does for him, he doesn't do anything to return the favor.
  • The Thing That Would Not Leave: He becomes this when Mario tries to kick him out for not doing the job he gave him.

    Cameel Habib Habab

A camel who works at a company.

    Super D
Voiced by: Chris Netherton
One of Rosalina's ex-boyfriends who earned the ire of Mario for his underhanded attempts to get her back.
  • Blue Is Heroic: Subverted. His costume is largely blue, but he's actually a Nominal Hero.
  • Dumb Muscle: He is very strong, but he's also very gullible, repeatedly falling for an obvious food scam.
  • Earn Your Happy Ending: Of a sort, during the climax of "Jeffy's Crayons!", he gets into a fight with Rosalina's other superhero-themed ex Super Big D. In the end, they become Fire-Forged Friends...or rather Fire Forged Lovers considering Super Big D's comment on them being more than friends.
  • Flight: He is regularly shown flying in his videos
  • Jerkass: He is selfish, commits crimes, and repeatedly tries to steal Rosalina from Mario.
  • Living Lie Detector: He states in "Jeffy's Christmas Gift" that he can detect lies.
  • Transmutation: He can turn anything into a cake.
  • Reality Warper: He can divorce people with his "Divorce Vision" and change colors with his "Paint Vision".
  • Weaksauce Weakness: In "Junior's Pink Bib!", he is shown to be weak against Sprite. This is made even worse by the fact that in "The Tornado!", its revealed that he completely lacks any Nigh-Invulnerability and can easily be killed through conventional means.

    Chives
Mr. Goodman's long-suffering butler.
  • Butt-Monkey: Marvin is lucky enough to merely suffer Goodman's jerkishness once a month (and even occasionally get on his good side). Chives is stuck serving him 24 hours a day, while bearing the brunt of his verbal and physical abuse.
  • Closet Sublet: He sleeps in a small closet under the stairs in Goodman's House.
  • Extreme Doormat: An even worse case than Marvin; he puts up with Mr. Goodman's crap every day and has to bend to his every whim, all while being incapable of standing up to him without suffering his boss' anger. Lampshaded in "Jeffy's Butler!", where Marvin vainly tries to help him stand up for himself.

    Judge Pooby
Played by: Chris Netherton
The go-to judge whenever a character finds themselves standing trial.
  • Character Catchphrase: When the need arises for the characters to go to court, expect him to begin the scene with "Order! Order! Order! Order! Order!" whilist slamming his gavel.

    The Huckerdoos
Voiced by: Anthony Miller (Timmy), Lance Thirtyacre (Hank), and Elaina Keyes (Suzanne and Susie)
Marvin's new neighbors who seem to appear better than his family on the surface — only to reveal themselves to be just as, if not more, dysfunctional than they are.

In general

  • Big, Screwed-Up Family: Easily can put Marvin's, Junior's, or Brooklyn Guy's own families to shame.
  • Corrupted Character Copy: Arguably a send-up to The Dinklebergs, a rival family who are far nicer than the main ones by comparison. But while the Dinklebergs are a genuinely functional family and unknowing of the Turners' hatred for them, the Huckerdoos are putting up an act and are just as or even more dysfunctional than their rivals.
  • Dysfunctional Family: This family has the dad Hank who is a jackass to his family and shares an awfully wedded life with Suzanne, has their son Timmy as the Butt-Monkey of the family, and have their daughter Susie as a ditz.

Hank Huckerdoo

  • Abusive Parent: He forces his kids to be well-rounded and to stick to a routine to the point where they become suicidal, as shown in "Babysitting the Huckerdoos!".
  • Control Freak: Hank is a huge one, being obsessed with making his family appear to be as perfect as they can be, to the point where the mere thought of them being any less than that is enough to make him fly into a fit of rage.
  • Education Papa: He gets mad when his kids don't get straight A's as shown in "Babysitting the Huckerdoos!".
  • Faux Affably Evil: For as much as he tries to pass himself off as someone you'd want to kick back and have a beer with, Hank can never go too long without letting his overinflated sense of superiority rear its ugly head.
  • Hate Sink: Quite possibly one of the biggest examples in the entire series, which is beyond saying just so much in the same series that has characters like Nancy, David Winkle, Does Bad Things Guy and Barbra Guy.
  • Hypocrite: He orders his family to follow the "Huckerdoos" and not do the "Huckerdon'ts", yet he breaks a lot of those rules such as not having a faithful marriage and being a potty mouth.
    • Constantly makes Timmy read his Bible - specifically Leviticus 18:22 and goes on and on about how sinful homosexuality is, yet he is guilty of committing adultery and using God's name in vain, which that same Bible specifically states as being sinful acts.
  • Hidden Depths: Despite his seemingly conservative values, Hank has enough knowledge of the nuances of LGBTQ and seems to have his own set of "issues" regarding his sexuality according to Brooklyn Guy in "SML Movie: Stinken".
  • Hiding Behind Religion: Strongly implied that he is just using Leviticus 18:22 as an excuse to mistreat his family, given that he does not seem to follow the words of the Bible otherwise.
  • Jerkass: Beyond being a complete dick towards his family, Hank comes across as being immensely conceited and condescending towards anyone he interacts with.
  • Jerkass to One: He never wastes an opportunity to berate or mistreat Timmy especially in all of their appearances together, so much so that it makes you wonder if Hank outright hates him for failing to reach his impossibly high standards of what the "perfect" son should be like.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Hank doesn't care about his family or anyone else, but himself and his trophies. And anytime he was to show some semblance of a good side, his nasty qualities always came around.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: We often see Hank get his comeuppance and we enjoy it. In Five Nights at Freddy's 4, Bonnie and Freddy devour him.
  • Parental Favoritism: Downplayed, since he isn't a good father to either of his kids. Still, his treatment of Susie is much lighter than that of Timmy.
  • Standard '50s Father: Deconstructed. Hank seems to have the aesthetic and belief values of the usual template of the American breadwinning father of the 50s but showcases all of the negative parts of it as well.
  • The Sociopath: He is a cruel, abusive, controlling, arrogant, and adulterous monster with no empathy for others or shame for his actions and behavior.

Suzanne Huckerdoo

  • Pink Means Feminine: Wears a pink dress and seems pretty girly.
  • Southern Belle: Has this stereotypical accent.
  • Stepford Smiler: On the inside, he absolutely hates her life because of how much of a Control Freak Hank is to the point she's willing enough to cheat on him the moment she gets an opportunity.

Timmy Huckerdoo

  • Academic Athlete: He is a straight A student according to Hank... except for when he got a B in "Babysitting the Huckerdoos!". "The Firework Problem!" also reveals he has soccer practice.
  • Born Unlucky: He gets abused by his parents, specifically Hank, all the time to the point he becomes suicidal and depressed, he's afraid to come out of the closet to them, gets bullied by Junior and Joseph despite viewing them as his closest friends, and seems to have Cody as his only true friend, implying that he's unpopular compared to his younger sister.
  • Broken Ace: Underneath that Academic Athlete and smiling expression lies a deeply troubled boy who yearns for his father's unconditional love and acceptance of his sexuality.
  • Butt-Monkey: His father is harsher on him than he is to the rest of the family and the other boys sans Cody look down on him and tend to get him into trouble. With the life he lives, it's a wonder he hasn't ran away or defied his father yet.
  • Camp Gay: "Junior The Crazy Boyfriend" reveals he's this in secret, something Cody is very supportive of.
  • Can't Live Without You: It has been shown multiple times that he is less miserable when he's with Cody and would be quite devastated if they break up.
  • Captain Oblivious: He's not necessarily aware of the fact that Junior and Joseph don't like him as he still views them as his friends. Quite sad seeing as the feelings aren't mutual.
  • Closet Gay: While he does admit that he's a homosexual in one of his reaction videos, he denies that he's gay in the SML channel. This is most likely because of how religious and strict his dad, Hank, is.
  • Collective Groan: He gets this from Joseph and Junior in "Neighborhood Watch" when he makes homosexual jokes.
  • Covert Pervert: When his parent's aren't around, he's pretty dirty, as he takes great interest in girl-on-girl porn in his debut.
  • Does Not Like Men: He keeps telling people this, but it's made quite clear in videos such as "Cody's Boy Band" and "Junior the Crazy Boyfriend" that he's into them, particularly Cody. In "Junior's Stolen Birthday Present!" his sister reveals that she knows that Timmy looks at "pee pee" on the internet and he's clearly eager to give Junior a blowjob when he assumes Junior snuck into his house to have sex with him, like he did with Cody earlier.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The foolish sibling to Susie.
  • Friendless Background: He doesn't really have any friends seeing as no one besides his family showed up on his birthday in "The Stolen Present!" and how he doesn't hang out with anyone else besides Junior and his gang. Even then, the former and Joseph show little respect for him and would rather manipulate him under the guise of actually accepting him. Heck, even his own little sister has more friends than him. The only one who genuinely likes him is Cody and would be heartbroken if he left him.
  • Friendship Denial: Junior and Joseph don't want him to be apart of the trio seeing as they think he's just another Cody and state that they can only have one gay friend. They also show that they don't care if he gets into trouble and trick him into the gang, meaning that Timmy committed all those crimes for nothing.
  • Gayngster: Along with being a homosexual, he committed multiple crimes in "Neighborhood Watch" just so he can be apart of the Skeeter Boys. Though, this plan backfires as Junior and Joseph refused to let him join in the end, making him upset.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: In videos like "The Firework Problem!" and "Neighborhood Watch!", it has been shown that Timmy does bad behavior so he can be friends with the trio, however, Junior and Joseph don't want anything to do with him. He did, however, become Cody's new boyfriend. In his reaction to the latter video, he was sad to find out that Junior and Joseph don't like him and don't want him to be apart of the group.
Brooklyn Guy: (to Timmy) Yeah, they literally just said they don't want you to be apart of their group.
Timmy: I... I don't know what to say. I thought we were the best of friends.
  • I Regret This Index: In his reaction to "Neighborhood Watch", he tells Brooklyn Guy that he regrets wanting to join the Skeeter Boys because he finds Junior and Joseph to be rather stupid and unfriendly.
Timmy: (to Brooklyn Guy) You know, looking back...I guess I didn't need to be a Skeeter Boy.
Brooklyn Guy: No, they're kinda dumb.
    Timmy: They're kinda mean.
Brooklyn Guy: And they get in alot of trouble.
    Timmy: Yeah.
  • Joins to Fit In: Sort of. He tries to be apart of Junior's group on multiple occasions, only for it to backfire when he finds out that Junior and Joseph don't see him as a friend and just someone they could easily manipulate and get into trouble.
  • Masculine–Feminine Gay Couple: The feminine to Cody's masculine. He has a very flamboyant gay voice when his family (especially his dad) isn't around and uses lots of feminine slangs like "queen", "slay", and "fabulous".
  • Nice Guy: He doesn't seem to hate anyone and is even nice to those who don't like him back.
  • Official Couple: With Cody as of "Cody's Love Triangle".
  • Only Friend: Cody is literally the only person who treats him with respect and sees him as more than a friend.
  • Overly Long Name: His full name is Hank Timothy Huckerdoo, Jr. But every calls him "Timmy".
  • Silly Love Songs: In "Cody's Love Triangle", he sings a really sad love song ("I Really Love Cody") about how much he's deeply in love with Cody.
  • Straight Gay: Justified. Besides his flamboyant gay voice and odd quirks not befitting the poster male child of the standard 50s nuclear family, Timmy's true sexuality wouldn't been revealed in "Junior The Crazy Boyfriend". Then again, when living under the same roof with Hank Huckerdoo for father, "coming out" would only add more trouble than what Timmy is already going through if he doesn't live up to his expectations.
  • Third Wheel: Or rather fourth wheel in "Neighborhood Watch" when Junior and Joseph tend to leave him out of the group because they don't like him.
  • Twice Shy: One-sided anyway. Though, it's quite clear he has feelings for Cody as of "The Firework Problem", he doesn't tend to say it out loud and denies his sexuality mainly because of how strict his father can be.
  • The Unfavorite: He is treated with more cruelty from his father than his sister.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: In his reaction video to "The Celebrity Crush!", he's clearly disgusted with Junior after his actions got Toby Sherbert and a cancer patient killed.

Susie Huckerdoo

Mascots

    Ronald McDonald

  • Adaptational Villainy: He's not the kindly Ronald McDonald you see in the commercials.
  • The Alcoholic: His first appearance establishes him as this.
  • Arch-Enemy: He's this to the Burger King
  • Dies Wide Open: His first two appearances has ended with him dead with his eyes open
  • Jerkass Has a Point:
    • Despite trying to kill Junior, Cody and Joseph over it, he's right that the three kids shouldn't counterfeit more tickets for french fries and would've left them alone if Junior hadn't tried to produce more.
    • He makes a point about how stupid it is that McDonald's made their adult happy meal toys based on Kerwin Frost, given that practically nobody even knew who he was before that happened.
  • Pet the Dog: He lets Cody keep his fries when he finds out that Cody's ticket is legit.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: He's been killed by the Burger King in his first two appearances.

Wendy is the mascot from Wendys.

    Samuel Sanders
Samuel Sanders is the current mascot from Kentucky Fried Chicken.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Attempts to kill Marvin, Rose and Duggie when he thinks they want to steal his secret recipe.
  • Right for the Wrong Reasons: Deduces that Duggie is lying about his chicken having been covered in poop, but assumes it is so he can steal his secret recipe when Duggie is trying to get a refund so he can buy a Chizza.

    Grimace
Grimace is a popular mascot from McDonald's.
  • All About Me: Grimace believes that since his birthday milkshake has his name in it and is sponsored in his name, that it's his milkshake alone and that no one else is allowed to drink it; he is more than willing to kill people over this.
  • Ax-Crazy: Grimace kills anyone that drinks his milkshake.
  • Evil Is Petty: Grimace doesn't want anyone to drink his milkshake.
  • Serial Killer: Grimace murdered over 700 people.
  • Speech Impediment: Grimace has that disability. The words he says "Open the Noor! (He means Open the Door!) and "Niffing" (He means Sniffing).
  • Would Hurt a Child: Murders Patrick and Timmy for drinking his milkshake, and later attempts to murder Junior, Cody, and Joseph for the same reason. Later he helped Ronald McDonald try to kill the trio again after the boys committed a crime of created counterfeit coupons of free medium french fries to steal without paying them.

    Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is the mascot of the Walt Disney Company- and a psychopathic, unstable drug lord in the SML universe.
  • Adaptational Villainy: He's a far cry from the kindly Mickey Mouse we all know and love.
  • Ax-Crazy: Most of his appearances have shown him willing to kill anyone that screws him over.
  • Character Catchphrase: Whenever he gets sexually aroused, he says Hot Dog~.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Do not show interest in Minnie Mouse or have sex with her. He and his friends will go on the warpath just to have their revenge as both Marvin and Brooklyn T. Guy can attest to.
  • Disproportionate Retribution:
    • In "Bowser Junior Goes to Disney World! Part 2", he kills Brooklyn Guy when he thinks Brooklyn sold Junior a free toy.
    • In "Junior's Sad Disney Trip!", he and Goofy attempt to murder Cody and Joseph because they prefer Universal Studios theme parks over his.
  • Domestic Abuse: He's heavily implied to be this towards Minnie Mouse. While not explicitly shown, it's confirmed in his character's reaction to SML Movie: Jeffy's Disney Trip!.
  • Greed: He once tried to get Junior to buy two bottles of water, so he could make 40 bucks and is not happy at all when he assumes Brooklyn Guy sold a free toy to Junior.
  • Villainous Friendship: He may be a drug lord whose capable of killing you if you managed to piss him off, but his friendship with Donald and Goofy still runs strong. He even cried when Goofy died from drug overdose in "Bowser Junior Goes to Disney World! Part 2". Though his character's reaction to SML Movie: Junior's Sad Disney Trip! reveals that he's not above being annoyed by them, though.
  • Would Hurt a Child: He tries to murder Cody and Joseph when they say they prefer Universal Studios theme parks over his.

    Minnie Mouse
Minnie Mouse is Mickey's wife and the mascot of the Walt Disney Company. She's cheats on her husband. She hit on Marvin and Brooklyn Guy.

The Police Department

    Simmons
Brooklyn Guy's co-worker.
  • Affably Evil: Whenever he is helping Brooklyn Guy with a crime, he is still the same chipper Aussie he always is, even when he's breaking into people's houses or killing people during "The Purge".
  • Ascended Extra: His appearances have become much more frequent as of the human puppet era, likely owing to his partnership with Brooklyn.
  • Awesome Aussie: When Simmons is given time to shine as a hero, he can actually prove to be a pretty compotent officer, such as blocking a bullet with a lucky ketchup packet, or when he saved a bus full of children in "Jeffy's 19th Birthday".
  • Depending on the Writer: What remains consistent is that Simmons usually is partnered up with Brooklyn T. Guy on his various misadventures. What those entail depend on the episode, ranging from being a police officer, to being a career criminal. His personality also fluctuates from being Brooklyn's voice of reason to being Brooklyn's Bumbling Sidekick.
  • Dirty Cop: While generally not as crooked as Brooklyn Guy and more heroic for the most part, Simmons can still be quite corrupt and willing to abuse his power, such as "The Cop Bet" where he has no issues arresting children on frivolous charges.
  • Likes Older Woman: Appears to be around Brooklyn's age and is in love with Brooklyn's mother.
  • Nice Guy: While not the brightest bulb, Simmons is generally pretty friendly with everyone he meets.
  • Not So Above It All: Although generally less corrupt than Brooklyn T Guy and even his Chief, there are instances of Simmons abusing his power as well.
  • Would Hit a Girl: In "Jeffy's 18th Birthday!" he says he doesn’t care about hitting Nancy.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Whenever he is Brooklyn's partner-in-crime, he tends to have no qualms hurting Junior or other children, such as in "Home Alone" or "The Purge".

    Chief
Brooklyn T. Guy and Simmons's police boss and also head of the government defense.
  • Ascended Extra: Formally a character who was [1] and occasionally came back, he's more commonly used in recent years like others affiliated with Brooklyn.
  • Idiot Ball: He hires Junior, Cody, and Jeffy to be in charge of defending America after they accidentally shot down a spy balloon. He didn't bother to ask them how they shot it down and he was stupid enough to shut off the satellite defense system causing the country to be defenseless.
  • Never My Fault: While it's undeniable that Brooklyn and Simmons are pathetic excuses for cops, he never seems to take any responsibility for keeping them around even when it's obvious they tend to cause more problems than they do solve.
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: As of late, he has been depicted as a manager of other occupations instead of strictly a police force. Of course, Brooklyn is still an employee of his in many of them.
  • Police Are Useless: Has occasional lapses in maturity and will slack off if he sees an opportunity.
