- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Pretty much all of these characters have never made any appearances in any recent SML videos since 2017.
Tony the Tiger
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
A former major character, yet another of Mario's friends. He is immature and a bit dimwitted for no apparent reason.
- Buffoonish Tomcat: While a tiger who's rarely prone to slapstick, he's a bit dimwitted.
- The Bus Came Back: He appears in The Stinger of "Cody's 10th Birthday!" to do a shout-out to dahbdude for donating $100.00 to Logan's Patreon account, having not been seen since "Mario's Family Moves Out!" in 2015. Two years later, he made a brief cameo in "Jeffy's Pet Tiger!".
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Up until The Stinger of "Cody's 10th Birthday!", he hadn't made an appearance since "Mario's Family Moves Out!" in 2015. The official reason is that Jeffy rendered him redundant.
- Demoted to Extra: Was originally a major character but his appearances got fewer and fewer as time went on, until he was essentially replaced by Jeffy.
- The Ditz: An partially dimwitted friend of Mario.
- Verbal Tic: Will sometimes yell "POOP!" for no real reason.
Mama Luigi
Voiced by: Zeke (former)
A dimwitted clone of Luigi that appeared in the early generation episodes, particularly Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures.
- Back from the Dead: Was killed off in the premiere of Season 2 of Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures, then revived as a zombie only to die in an explosion, then appearing as a ghost in Luigi's Mansion.
- Berserk Button: Anyone touching his nickel.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Mama Luigi hasn't appeared at all since he last popped up as a ghost in Luigi's Mansion, although he finally came back in the "Toad's Mistake" remake uploaded in May 2017.
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: For all his stupidity & silliness, Mama Luigi has shown he can fight (e.g Bowser and Toad), even without his magic marker. And he can drag a fight out for hours. Also, touch his nickel and he'll pretty much hurt or end anyone.
- The Ditz: One of the stupidest characters on the show.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Kills Toad all because he touched his nickel.
- Foil: To Mario in Mario and Luigi's Stupid and Dumb Adventures. Mario is one of the few sane characters on the show and not an idiot, while Mama Luigi is an the obnoxious if bearable ditz.
- Improbable Use of a Weapon: His main weapon is a magic marker.
- Kindhearted Simpleton: An total idiot who is pretty friendly and cooperative besides those who touch his nickel or anyone who's an villain.
Luigi
Voiced by: Anthony Miller, Lovell Stanton, Logan Thirtyacre and Chris Netherton
Mario's brother.
- A Day in the Limelight: His "Luigi's Mansion" series.
- The Bus Came Back: He returns in "Ghost Jeffy!", which focuses primarily on him.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Up until "Ghost Jeffy!", Luigi has not had any interactions with Mario and most of the main characters in the main series since 2010.
- Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The Foolish to Mario's Responsible.
- Lovable Coward: His cowardly personality is much like in the games.
- Sibling Rivalry: He has one with Mario in "Ghost Jeffy!", wherein he calls Mario short, makes fun of his love life and Jeffy, and calls him ugly.
Paul the Lonely Goomba
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre and Chris "Pablo" Netherton
A Goomba who is one of Jackie Chu's summer school students.- Armless Biped: He's not nicknamed No Arms for nothing.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: He has not appeared since Part 7 of "Bowser Junior's Summer School".
- Running Gag: Many jokes are made over his lack of arms.
Tanner
Voiced by: Lovell Stanton and Lance Thirtyacre
A Shy Guy who is one of Jackie Chu's summer school students. He is good friends with Junior and Joseph, but bullies Cody for being a nerd and Paul for lacking arms.- The Bully: Mostly to Cody and Paul.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: He has not appeared since Part 7 of "Bowser Junior's Summer School". He has effectively been replaced by Bully Bill.
- Didn't Think This Through: At the end of Part 5 of "Bowser Junior's Summer School", he tries to get out of taking a test by pulling a fire alarm. What does he get out of it? A fire safety lecture from Brooklyn T. Guy the very next day, no less.
- Expy: He shares many similarities with Nelson Muntz from The Simpsons, as he is a fellow anti-heroic bully who is friends with the show's protagonist, and he has divorced parents.
- Verbal Tic: He says "Dude" a lot.
Cecilia
Played by: Chilly Jimenez
An exchange student from Mexico who is one of Jackie Chu's summer school students.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: She has not appeared since Part 7 of "Bowser Junior's Summer School".
- The Ditz: She doesn't understand English very well, to the point where she doesn't know what to do when it comes to passing out a test.
- Gratuitous Spanish: Is bound to speak in Spanish, since she is from Mexico.
Pixie Goblin
Voiced by: Logan Thirtyacre
A young pixie goblin resembling Toon Link, he's Bowser's adoptive son created by Chef Pee Pee in a cooking pot using Video Games, a Baseball, a toy car, and... his spit.- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: His last appearance was in "Mario's Family Moves Out!" with only his voice, while his last physical appearance was in "Bowser Junior's First Grade! Part 3."
Minnie Mouse
Voiced by: Logan Thirtyacre
One of Mario's friends, and Tony's love interest.- Berserk Button: She gets offended when others call her white bloomer a diaper.
- Beware the Nice Ones: She is a nice and sweet mouse, but she gets offended when others call her bloomer a diaper.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: She hasn’t been seen since Bowser Junior's Sickness.
- Demoted to Extra: In the 2007 & 2008 videos, she was apart of Mario's friends and made occasional appearances with them, however, as of 2009, while she still occasionally appears, she has noticeably no speaking roles in these appearances and has been pretty much demoted to a background character.
- Nice Girl: One of Mario's friends and is very kind.
- Recurring Extra: Mostly used in the background of Mario's adventures.
Princess Peach
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre (formerly), Chilly Jimenez (currently)
Mario's ex-girlfiend. She's been abrasive to Mario since she became aware of Mario's hair and broke up with him because of that.
- Adaptational Jerkass: Compared to the games, where Peach respects Mario and acts like a love interest to him, Peach in SML treats him horribly, acts ungrateful to what he does for her, sent him a restraining order for no reason, and also called him a creep.
- All Love Is Unrequited: Mario has an obvious crush on her, but she sees him as a creeper.
- Betty and Veronica: The Veronica to Rosalina's Betty. Peach is more about having fun, while Rosalina is more laid back.
- Demoted to Extra: Since Mario started dating Rosalina, she hasn't been seen as often as before.
- Innocently Insensitive: In Mario and Bowser's Stupid and Crazy Adventures, after Mario rescues her, Peach tells Mario she loves him...like a brother. She doesn't mean it badly, but Mario doesn't take it very well.
- Interspecies Romance: She dated Sonic the Hedgehog in "Mario's Wig".
- Jerkass: The reason she divorces Mario? Because he's bald.
- Put on a Bus: Hasn't appeared in a video since "Mario's Valentine's Day Problem!" back on Valentine's Day 2016 as said video has Mario finally getting over her and kicking her out of his apartment and, in turn, his life.
- Spoiled Brat: Acts like one in "Mario's Valentine's Day Problem!" where she acts selfish and rejects any of Mario's gifts to her.
Mr. Pig
Voiced by: Lance Thirtyacre
A pig who resembles Hamm from Toy Story. He has a high-pitched voice and loves to eat animal crackers.- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: He hasn't appeared since "The Big Thanksgiving" in 2014.
- Bus Crash: He was declared dead in "Jeffy Breaks His Helmet!".
- Demoted to Extra: He was originally a main character, but his appearances got fewer and fewer as time went on, before he eventually disappeared after the 2014 Thanksgiving special.
- Helium Speech: He speaks with a high-pitched voice.
- Gasshole: While not as much as Shrek, many jokes in the older videos revolved around him farting, burping or pooping.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Animal crackers.
Mr. Magoo
Voiced by: Logan Thirtyacre
Mr. Pig's father.- Berserk Button: Do not burp on purpose!
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: His most recent appearance was in "MR. PIG'S LIFE STORY" in 2008.
- Eyes Always Shut: Just like his original counterpart, his eyes are perpetually closed.
Taco Bell Chihuahua

A Taco Bell Chihuahua.- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: He Hasn't appeared since How To Eat An Oreo.
Daisy Duck

A duck that resembles Daisy Duck .- Berserk Button: She gets angry when someone calls her furry butt.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Her most recent appearance was "American Idol Mario Edition Episode 8" in 2008 in a flashback, While her most recent physical appearance was "American Idol Mario Edition Episode 5" in the same year.
