What is your stance on remakes in general?

I'm one of the guys who's more neutral on them. If they're good (like Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories or The Jungle Book (2016)), I'm game. But if it's bad (like Clash of the Titans (2010)).... I'm out.

Yeah, actually. I do mostly short stuff, and I do very little ship fics, mostly because writing that stuff makes me feel mega awkward. I've got a link to my AO3 on my troper page. I've also got a whoooole lot of half-finished fics scattered around my computer, taunting me.

IMO it can be a double-edged blade. It's either a good way to get rid of bad explanations for events or other stuff, or an excuse to do bad headcanons/ships.

The majority of the Real Organization's members are members of the original, but hey, Master Xehanort is The Leader, so the Real Organization wins! Besides, the Real Organization managed to do their mission to forge the χ-blade, whereas the original failed to do that.

"Fake" Organization XIII or "Real" Organization XIII?

I have actually put way too much thought into this on numerous occasions throughout my prolonged existence. Notable examples are:

1. A fundamentals-based character with a single super: A unblockable target lock that does minimal damage, but mimics the opponent's super for a single use; even bullshit boss ones.
2. A character whose basic combos are lacking compared to others, but once you know the game's mechanics and break the skill ceiling, they are just as capable, if not more, than the other characters, using the wall and juggle mechanics to perform long combos like the others.
3. A character with an Install that is toggled at any point, but drains their health.
4. About a year ago, I had an idea for a slow, fundamentals-based character who had great stage control thanks to a weapon with deceptive range. Completely separate from me, and without me posting anything, that character became Negan.

If you could design a fighting game character, what would it be like?

Not a "channel", per se, but I like The Dark Id's text-based playthroughs. His Xenogears, Chrono Cross, and Nier let's plays are absolutely worth reading.

Also not entirely Let's Play channels, but I usually watch Maximillian Dood and Jimmy Broadbent for fighting games and simulation racing, respectively. Due to their preferred genres, their videos tend to lean heavily on gameplay highlights than campaign playthroughs, though Max have uploaded videos of him playing through the Story Modes of several different games.
