I have multiple questions, but the main ones are where is this from and is it official?
It's a little cool dude from the OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes short Carol! It appeared at the end as a little gag and I thought it looked goofy cool.

That’s Bumper, one of my two characters in FG’s very own We Are All Space Mercenaries. He’s a good boy that was built by my other character, Tilt, and effectively acts as his best friend and impulse control.
I tried to make him a bit of a fun spin on the whole Robot Buddy thing by keeping the “self-made companion” bit but jettisoning the part where he’s supposed to only ever be loyal to Tilt — they’re buds, but Bumper’s got his own thing going on (what said thing is, I’m still figuring out, but we’ll see).

Reminds me of a musical album cover art I knew....
Captain Edward John Smith. He's the captain of the infamous RMS Titanic during its ill-fated maiden voyage, where he went down with the ship when it sank. Before that, he's one of the best captains of the British-American shipping line, and the pride of his company, the White Star Line. There's a reason he's nicknamed "The Millionaires' Captain", after all.
Also, that's not a photo of him being played by Bernard Hill in James Cameron's Titanic (1997). That's a picture of the Real Life captain.

To be more precise, that's Saber of Red from Fate Apocrypha. Her true name is Mordred Pendragon, the Knight of Treachery. In this version of the myth, Mordred was a homunculus raised by Morgan Le Fay from Altria's seednote to usurp the throne of Britain. To achieve this, Morgan gifted her a magical helmet, Secret of Pedigree, which hides her lineage from others, and enlisted her as a squire for the Knight of the Round Tables. Eventually she rose through the ranks thanks to her superb swordsmanship and was granted knighthood. Through her adoration for the King of Knights, she became a living embodiment of chivalry itself, despite harboring jealousy for others due to the circumstances of her birth.
Morgan then revealed her unnatural parentage, as well as that Altria would never accept her as a true "son". This ignited an intense feeling of hatred inside Mordred. All the work she had done to gain her "father"'s approval is seemingly in vain. Once Altria departed for France in order to pursue Lancelot, Mordred began gathering followers and seized her father's territory. Altria's return was greeted by her "son"'s forces, who claims that she is fit to claim the throne. The two clashed until the fated Battle of Camlann, where Altria slew Mordred with the holy spear Rhongomyniad. With her last breath, Mordred calls for her "Father" and swung her sword down, inflicting the King with a mortal wound.
TL;DR: Magic clone has daddy issues, throws a nation-wide tantrum.
Under that imposing armor, Mordred actually looks like a skinny teenager◊, just like her father. She is brash, immature, and short-tempered, but underneath all that she is still a Knight first and foremost. Keep yourself in her good graces and you'll have one of the most loyal and noble Servants around. Heck, take away all that burning hatred and she'll become a surprisingly dorky Tsundere.
Combat-wise, Mordred is a firm believer of victory over all else, and would happily eschew fancy swordsmanship in favor of brutally efficient swings, punches, and kicks. Her monstrous speed and strength are inherited from her father's technique, Mana Burst, which allow her to release mana for an explosive increase of physical abilities. Her signature Clarent Blood Arthur is basically just mana burst channeled in a much bigger scale.

Hound, an Autobot munitions expert. Voiced by (and looks pretty similar to) John Goodman, he debuted in Transformers: Age of Extinction, which is, imo, the worst of the already divisive Transformers live-action movies. Although I do have a few favorite parts of that film, and Hound here is one of them.

Item #: SCP-TTKU-J
Object Class: Keter, because it can and will kill you
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-TTKU-J is contained in a reinforced standard containment cell at Area-0000 - far away from you, whom it wants to kill. Due to the fact that SCP-TTKU-J is a very dangerous thing that desires to and has the means to kill you, SCP-TTKU-J is to not be handled by you specifically. This containment method would render you effectively immortal as far as SCP-TTKU-J's killing-you objective is concerned.
Description: SCP-TTKU-J is a thing that kills you. Though murder is an illegal action in every national jurisdiction on Earth, condemned in most religious scriptures, and generally looked down upon, SCP-TTKU-J as an entity has no regard for any rule against killing you and has the means to do so in multiple ways - including, but not limited to:
- Use of a weapon to kill you,
- Use of a torture device to torture you, then kill you,
- Use of its own bare [REDACTED]s to kill you,
- Enlisting the aid of different thing that kills you as a means to kill you,
- Killing you until your life functions cease, then continuing to kill you,
-
Giving you a huguse of anomalous means to kill you, and - [DATA EXPUNGED] ██ ████ you.
In the event of a total containment breach of SCP-TTKU-J, the inevitable result would be a URK-class you-are-about-to-be-killed event, followed by a UHK-class you-have-been-killed scenario. As you are, presumably, a thing that should not be killed, the latter scenario is to be avoided at all costs.
Copied from SCP Foundation.
