Florence Margaret “Peggy” Pope (May 15, 1929 – May 27. 2020) was an American actress. She was best known for 9 to 5, The Last Starfighter, and Choke. In addition, she won an Obie Award for performing in John Guare’s play Muzeeka.
Pope was married for several years to William Hawker, although the couple didn’t have any children. She had a furniture refinishing and resale business with fellow actress Renee Taylor. Pope died of natural causes at the age of 91.
