    Steve
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/q3dwid.png
Steve is the channel's main mascot, is a Minecraft player who lives through crazy and surreal adventures and has personally met almost every kind of fictional character.

Tropes:

  • Series Mascot: He was the main character on the channel, before the recurring videos with Sonic starring.
  • Mascot Villain: He indirectly fits this trope. He often acts like the bad guy, starting fights, threatening people and even committing murders. He's basically the most cruel and insane person on the entire channel.
  • Unsympathetic Comedy Protagonist: He was supposed to be a hero, but he's more of a silly, stupid Minecraft player who makes immature jokes.
  • Magic Staff: He has one, so much so that it is thanks to this that he can fly and has the possession of some magical powers.
  • Best Friend: He is best friends with Sonic and possibly Krissy.
  • The Rival: He is Herobrine's rival.
  • Plucky Comic Relief: He's usually just there for comedy.
  • Laughing Mad: Most of his laughs are insanely long and crazy.
  • Flight: He succeeds thanks to the power of his magic staff.
  • Born Unlucky: He really doesn't have much luck in some old videos.
  • I Warned You: He makes it very clear to people that if they talk badly about Minecraft, they will regret it a lot, before brutally beating the person who dared to say such a thing.
  • Butt-Monkey: He really suffers when Krissy is around.
  • Jerkass: Steve fits into this, apparently.
  • Same Character, But Different: Judging by his name and being the main character, he could be the original Minecraft Steve, as he has never been seen in any of the channel's videos.
  • Anti-Hero: He fought, raped, harassed and murdered a ton of harmless people in a large portion of videos, but he is the "dear" hero of the channel.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: He received a well-deserved punishment in the older videos.
  • Professional Killer: It wasn't enough to have a huge amount of death victims, he still uses "experienced" ways to murder his victims, the most notable being killing someone by drowning them inside a closed place. What a great protagonist.
  • Fanboy: Oh my friend, if you say any negative word about Minecraft in front of this guy, say goodbye to your life.

    Herobrine
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bs66.jpg
It is the theme of a "creepy-folder" made in the Minecraft community. He was adapted as the channel's villain, serving as a rival and enemy to Steve. He is similar to the original Steve from Minecraft, only with completely white, glowing eyes.

Tropes:

  • Evil Feels Good: Really, in this incarnation, he's just a guy who takes advantage of his powers to destroy and devastate places and cause evil just as a hobby.
  • Opposite-Sex Clone: He has one (in this incarnation obviously) who works as a teacher at the School for Monsters.
  • The Rival: He is Steve's main rival.
  • Mascot Villain: He is the channel's real villain.
  • Villain Protagonist: He also stars in some of the channel's videos.
  • Antagonist Abilities: He is truly considered in both the original incarnation and this one to be the most powerful being on earth.
  • Psychic Powers: Not only in this one, but in most of his adaptations he is also shown to have many supernatural powers.
  • Prophet Eyes: There's something present in basically every kind of incarnation of him. His soulless white eyes.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: The deep voice is also a thing in many of his adaptations, including this one.
  • Flight: Like Steve, he can fly, but of course without the help of a magic staff.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: Unlike his original self, he's actually not at all dark or scary here.
  • The Underworld: He is believed to reside there.
  • Silent Antagonist: Only in its original incarnation. He's the exact opposite of that here.
  • Hidden Villain: He is known by the community for being sneaky and watching over his victims from afar.
  • Villain Antagonist: In fact, he is the main antagonist of the channel.

    Sonic
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/43gc1.png
Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the fictional characters Steve meets and is Steve's best friend. He met Steve after being teleported to the world of Minecraft by a portal invented by his great enemy, Dr. Robotnik.

Troops:

  • The Hero: Both in his original self and in his channel adaptation he demonstrates great heroic deeds.
  • Heroic Resolve: He's been through some pretty tough situations when facing villains and bad guys.
  • Animal Talk: He is a hedgehog and talks.
  • Art Evolution: Its cgi model has been changed in newer videos.
  • Action Hero: He is a talking hedgehog who uses his running skills to face evil.
  • Anti-Hero: He already fought Steve once.
  • Jerkass: This adaptation of his fits a bit into that trope.
  • Art-Style Clash: Although he is in a universe made entirely out of blocks, he has the same look as his original character and strangely isn't questioned by Steve about it.
  • Art-Shifted Sequel: In fact his cgi animation has changed in the current videos to have a more "realistic" fur and to look like the character from the movie.
  • Trappedin Another World: He was teleported to the Minecraft universe by Robotnik through an invention.
  • Series Mascot: He took over as the main character in 2020.
  • Best Friend: He is best friends with many people, including Steve and Baldi.
  • The Rival: He is the rival of Robotnik in the real franchise and of Mario in this adaptation.
  • Nice Guy: He is one of the few non-insane characters in the Futuristichub universe.
  • The Protagonist: He took that role in the current videos.
  • Super Speed: Obviously, he's Sonic after all.

    Mario
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/2dsac8.jpg
Mario is another fictional character that Steve knew personally. He is the main character of the Super Mario Bros.

Troops:

  • The Hero: He is one of the main heroic characters on the channel.
  • Jerkass: In this adaptation he is very immature, insane and idiotic.
  • The Protagonist: He is in some videos.
  • Art-Style Clash: It is not made of blocks even though it is in a square universe.
  • Anti-Hero: He fought Steve and other characters supposed to be good several times.
  • Heroic Resolve: He was seriously injured while fighting Steve once but still insisted on continuing the fight.

    Baldi
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bg23667.jpg
Baldi is one of Steve's best friends and one of the channel's mascots. Of all the video's incarnations, Baldi seems to be the one that stays most faithful to his original self. Except for just a few extra tropes.

Troops:

    Santa Claus
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/wdmic43.jpg
Of course, of so many fictional characters in the Futuristichub universe, Santa Claus could not be missing.

Troops:

  • Santa Claus: Despite drawing a lot of blood from Steve during a fight, he's still the real Santa Poel... in the Futuristichub universe.
  • Badass Santa: He demonstrated great fighting skills when he fought Steve, and even managed to successfully take down the fanboy.
  • Still Believes in Santa: Steve himself couldn't believe it when he first saw him, he thought it was just some kidnapper in disguise.
  • Karmic Misfire: It was actually Steve who started the fight, but it was poor Santa who ended up earning karma for defending himself, and was killed in a very bad way.
  • First Lawof Resurrection: Despite clearly being violently killed by Steve, he somehow came back alive in later videos.
  • Nice Guy: Despite what happened on his first date with Steve, he is one of the few non-asshole characters in this universe, and he even forgave Steve for his bad actions, even after he was beaten up and burned alive by him.
  • Ass Shove: Before burning him alive in the fireplace, Steve took a Christmas cane and stuck it up his ass. At least that was an off-screen scene.
Cruel and Unusual Death: So much so that his death is actually painful to watch.

    Spongebob and Patrick
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/923abdv3.jpg
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bfdt52.jpg
Two main characters from the famous cartoon "Spongebob Squarepants", who met Steve after somehow being brought into the Minecraft world.

Troops:

  • Adaptational Jerkass: Spongebob: He's very petty and even aggressive here and even pushes Steve once.
  • Twist Ending: Steve tried his famous drowning tactic on Patrick, but unfortunately for him, guess what? Patrick is a SEA star!
  • Butt-Monkey: Patrick has already taken a lot of beating from Steve because of his mentions of Minecraft.
  • Catchphrase: "Oh, barnacles!" by Spongebob and "Minecraft is dumb." by Patrick.
  • Adaptational Intelligence: Patrick, but not so much obviously.
  • Beautiful Singing Voice: The exact opposite of Spongebob when he sings to Steve about Bikini Bottom.

    Angry Birds
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/esiof.jpg
The fictional titular birds of the famous iOS game that were somehow already living in Minecraft when they met Steve.

Troops:

    Krissy
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trbsf278.jpg
A weird Minecraft girl in a bikini, used in a lot of old videos.

Troops:

  • Jerkass: She is an asshole to everyone, including Steve, whom she loves to tease.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Steve and the few other characters who interacted with her hate her because of her spoiled and rude behavior.
  • Hartman Hips: Like all the females in the Futuristichub universe, she strangely has a very curvy body and a huge ass with visible buttocks.
  • Joke of the Butt: One fact about this channel is that there has never been a video with her without there being a scene focusing on her ass.
  • Remember the New Guy?: She just suddenly appeared on the channel with no explanation as to who the hell she is and what connection she has with Steve.
  • Anti-Hero: Much like Steve, she has antagonized him in several videos and even had an attempted murder against Steve, but is still considered a character on the good side.
  • Spoiled Brat: Literally, she even demands a lot from Steve in some videos.
  • Ass Shove: In one of the videos, a Ugandan Knuckles grabs her leg causing her to fall to the ground. As she falls, her ass is turned towards him, who soon comes to the conclusion that she is showing that the "wae" is in her buttocks, so he and possibly the rest of the Uganda Knuckles take a dip inside her. butt.
  • Boobs-and-Butt Pose: She does this in the thumbs of the videos she appears in.
  • Butt Biter: In one video, while she is swimming, a talking fish is attracted to her ass underwater, and gives her a big lunge, causing her to fly back to land with the fish biting her ass.
  • Butt Sticker: After falling back to solid ground after the bite, the fish ends up being suffocated and squeezed by her buttocks.
  • Thong of Shielding: Almost all of her ass is exposed by her short bikini.
