• Jinki Extend: Kalis Norman manages to establish himself as one of these in less than ten minutes screentime, completely altering the tone of an otherwise tame and derivative show with his very presence. Disguising himself as thirteen year old Satsuki's older brother, he gets close to her, slashes her with his scythe, brutalises her, and then rapes her, ranting the entire time about how she should "be good for her big brother". When the rest of the Angel team arrive, Kalis tries to escape, taking Satsuki with him, and gloating about how he's going to continue "loving her like a brother". When Akao attempts to stop him, Kalis tries to kill her with one hand, while continuing to grope Satsuki with the other throughout the fight, snickering about how easy it was to do this to her. His actions leave Satsuki completely shattered, and of all the people in Shiva's employ he's easily the most despicable.
  • Kalis is even worse in the manga, where he's essentially a Rapist For Hire. Employed by de facto Big Bad Shiva for the purpose of breaking potential Angel pilots, Kalis assaults and rapes one of the main girls, driving her into a Heroic BSoD. When she refuses to scream for him, Kalis has a minor Freak Out ("You boring bitch, you won't even scream!") and starts cutting her up with his scythe; when the rest of Angel team interferes, he tries to kill them all. Reappearing at the end of the volume, Kalis ambushes Satsuki and tries to rape her as well, only to be halted by the male lead. Returning again in volume three, Kalis tries to apply his craft to the entire Angel team, via a giant, fluid spraying, tentacle rape machine. A raving misogynist, who gets off on the psychological damage he inflicts as much as the actual rape, Kalis is never less than absolutely disgusting.

I'd suggest re-writing that with correct Example Indentation first.

I have a request for an edit to this page. I like the image on the right of that sign, as it is the reverse of a common cultural double standard, and I am a supporter of the little known movement against it; known as 'Topfreedom'.

I want to add a caption to this image; "The invert of a double standard common in real life."

It could also have a link to the Wikipedia page about this movement if you think it's appropriate, but I'm not allowed to post links yet.

Amicable Exes: Christian is good friends with his ex-domme. Subverted in that she started a relationship with him at age fifteen, it's implied that his methods of domming come from her, and he sees nothing wrong with what she did.

• X Spectre Grey X: While I don't think Sage is a good games reviewer at all, his review of Halo 4 is completely horrible. At the beginning, he made it perfectly clear that he did not care for the series, so of course he wouldn't know what's going on. He never mentions this during his review, instead just being deadpan and bored. His complete lack of enthusiasm for the game is so obvious and overpowering, that it makes it impossible to take him seriously. It felt like he went into this game not liking it because, well, it's Halo. It also doesn't help that he actually says that he dislikes modern shooters, so he's already going in bias. He goes as far as to say that the weapons are mere reskins of each other, which is an outright lie. It's not even hard to determine the difference between most of the guns (even those in the same type, e.g the rifles). Sage just didn't care enough to look deeper. Halo 4 was made for Halo fans, and really, can only be appreciated fully by them, or at the bare minimum, someone's who's played a few games in the series.

• Tommyrod is one of the Sous-Chefs of the Bishokukai Organization in the Toriko series. While he puts on a rather Affably Evil facade with his subordinates he is utterly ruthless and won't hesitate to kill them if failed. His powers use Body Horror insects he keeps inside his body and he doesn't hesitate to sacrifice them, even with high capture levels. He takes sadistic joy in tormenting his opponents, or even bystanders like the unfortunate hunters he encountered in Ice Hell, and his brutal fight with Toriko just shows how much joy he has in inflicting pain on others. Its taken to extremes when he kills Komatsu's baby wall penguin's parents for absolutely no reason, just wanting to enjoy the suffering he inflicted.

For Monster.Live Action TV please change all the Law And Order and Law And Order SVU examples to Very Melon's examples at post 8278 here, except for Leon Vorgitch, who should be replaced with Ambar Son of Deshar's example at 8279

• Nix, known as The Puritan from Lord Of Illusions is probably one of the most evil villains from the mind of Clive Barker. At first, Nix is the leader of a fanatic cult and begins the movie by kidnapping a little girl to sacrifice for power, displaying a sadistic streak by letting his pet Mandrill baboon attack her. He is thankfully stopped and killed by his former apprentice, Philip Swann. while alive, Nix is a monster, he becomes far worse after he is resurrected by his cultists. Nix immediately kills his cultists out of disgust for their slavish devotion to him, sneering that while they've waited like lambs for him, "I'm not your shepherd." When he tries to lure Swann back to his side, Nix is so disgusted Swann feels love for beings who are 'just flesh,' that he brutalizes and fatally wounds Swann. Nix reveals his true intent is to murder the world and show it the terror of the grave.

• Mighty Max had some surprisingly dark storylines for a kids' series and some terrifying villains
  • Skullmaster, the Evil Overlord Big Bad was always a terrifying villain whenever he appeared. Skullmaster overthrew his previous master and took control of his subterranean kingdom from where he plots world domination. Skullmaster is a sadist, reveling in physical and psychological torture, and engages in both short term brutality and long term gambits. One of his most vile acts was vowing to save an ancient civilization from sinking beneath the sea, lying about it and trapping their souls as his slaves before in present day, sending them after Max's head "attached to the body or not." Responsible for the deaths of multiple heroes throughout the story, Skullmaster even attempted to blackmail Max for his mentor and friend Vergil's life by surrendering his magical cap. When Max turned it over, Skullmaster brutally killed Vergil anyways.
  • Spike from the same series was a psychotic Blood Knight who definitely Would Hurt a Child. Ten Thousand years in the past, Spike led a pack of barbarians to attack a peaceful villains when the heroic Norman was just a boy. Refusing offers of peace, Spike brutally attacked and killed Norman's unarmed father before attempting to kill Norman himself. Things went wrong and Spike was buried under the snow for the next 10,000 years, but not before gleefully saying he'd find the boy, kill him and eat his heart. In the present, Spike is no less savage and continues his battle with the now adult Norman until he is defeated. Spike is so evil that Norman feels absolutely fine killing him after Spike has already been defeated, and nobody bothers to complain.
  • Dr. Macdougal is also the first fully human villain to qualify. A Mad Scientist who discovered the existence of werewolves, along with the fact they were peaceful guardians of Scotland.She captured the pack and hooked them up in a rather unpleasant situation where their blood was painfully extracted into a formula for her. After drinking it, Macdougal would achieve the ability to transform herself and used it solely to kill innocent people, becoming the scourge of the highlands. When Max, a ten year old, stumbled upon her lair, Macdougal locks him inside and takes her formula so she can kill him, gleefully referring to him as 'Breakfast.'
