In Season 3 episode 16, Michelle threatens the infected patient at gunpoint if he tries to leave the quarantine area. When the infected claims she would wouldn't pull the trigger, Michelle ends up gunning him down when he tries to leave the building.

^ "...Michelle threatens the infected patient at gunpoint if he tries to leave the quarantine area."

I realize that Michelle is threatening to shoot him, but when you write it this way, you need to say what Michelle threatens to do. It isn't bad English, but it is awkwardly written.

You could change it to:

  • ...Michelle threatens the infected patient at gunpoint when he tries to leave the quarantine area.
  • ...Michelle threatens the infected patient at gunpoint when he says he's going to leave the quarantine area.
  • ...Michelle threatens to shoot the infected patient at gunpoint if he tries to leave the quarantine area.

I haven't watched the show, so I have no idea which would be correct.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown

    Deconstruction: Mihaly A. Shilage
As one youtube commentor put it, he's one of an Ace Combat Player: Us.

1) It's been a while since there's an Ace Combat game, with Infinity released at 2014, there's a 5 year gap before Ac 7 came out. Technically, we have became veterans that haven't flown the skies for a while. Mihaly is an old, legendary ace, just like us. To top it off, his experience and kill records gives him a bit of an ego. How many of you thinks that AC 7 will be "easy" since you've played plenty of Ace Combat games?

2) "There are pilots like you in every generation, and I felled every last one of them." Yellow Squadron? Pixy? Belka's aces? Ilya Pasternak? Even Milosz Sulejmani and Andrei Markov? We have shot them all down.

3) Mihaly shot down Brownie, who's already trying to flee instead of fighting back. Some of us did that too, as Mercenary Cipher, and even Mobius 1 shot down some fleeing copters.

4) Mihaly is greatly feared by his enemies so much that people thinks no normal experienced pilots can match him. We never had problems with normal enemy planes either, only very few aces gave us trouble. Same thing at how Mihaly destroys so many Osean forces at Farbanti without the Sol squadron helping him. Also, remember that in the previous Ace Combat games, your name itself makes the enemy fear you?

5) You're saying Mihaly can survive a lot of missiles is cheating? Didn't we get the same treatment all this time? The game even explains how this is possible.

6) Notice that outside of story dialogues, most of Mihaly's radio chatters are mostly "Taking evasive action", "I have a lock", "Taking fire", "Fox 2", "Shaking bandit", and so on? That's mostly what AWACS will say to us in a dogfight.

7) Remember how Mihaly destroyed ships in Farbanti? Flying low at high speed to fire missiles and swoop pass, or climbing high, do a 180, and dives down towards the ship? Personally, I do that, and a LOT other players did that too, so I have heard.

8) I don't know about you, but there has to be a moment when you went "Huh, that's not bad, but you're dead now" to an enemy plane, similar to Mihaly 'toying' with his enemies before shooting them down.

9) If you survived for a while at mission 7, Mihaly will say "He dodged again... Interesting.". Honestly, would you say the same thing when you encounter a unique enemy that looks like any other normal fighter, but he's able to evade your missiles several times?

10) "I unleashed pure chaos in this world just so I can keep my wings". When you think about it, what was the time in Strangereal when a new Ace Combat game comes out? A war. Everytime you become a pilot in an Ace Combat game, a war is happening in Strangereal.

11) "The better one's mine". Whether in multiplayer, or in the single player campaign, how many of us that wants a challenging one on one with a skilled enemy without your allies helping?

And, when Mihaly was finally shot down, he survived, but he cannot fly again. I wonder, whether it was from rage, boredom, or just the realization that you're not as good as you think anymore, how many of us 'gave up' and stopped playing the game when someone shot you down too many times in multiplayer or if you find the game too hard...?

  • Last Scenario: Augustus worked himself to the top so he could become the Empire's minister and seeks to prove that even commoners can get the throne. He effortlessly manipulates Felgorn to murder the Emperor so that the Spoiled Brat princess Helga could take over, then let her run the Empire into the ground so that when he covertly assasinated her, everyone rejoices and appoints him Emperor. And when Felgorn finally wises up and turns on him, Augustus allows him to kill him, stating before dying that he was content and that, with his desire fulfilled, he had already won.
