An Affably Evil character, and one of the best villains at most anything not involving killing. Whenever the bad guys need someone to cause a distraction, cover up clandestine activity, or persuade someone (notice the lack of quotation marks) to help, Puma's the one they call. He's so effective, some are afraid of him - he might not use violence, but he's got plenty of other tools at his disposal should someone get on his bad side.
A Comically Serious villain who is also genuinely competent, they like to pass their time by hacking small websites and screens, they also excel at trolling their enemies, allies and random people ar they meet.
They generally lean towards Punch-Clock Villain status but their ammorality keeps them from it, they also admire ancient myths and beasts

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."He forms a Big Bad Duumvirate with his loved one. Together, they rule over a kingdom of Badass Adorable Waddling Head creatures. Vengeful and his loved one plan to take over the kingdoms nearby, but only out of a genuine desire to keep them safe, feeling that the other kings are too lazy and ineffective. Vengeful is A Father to His Men, and he's also really friendly to anyone else who gains his trust.
TNP, I hate to make requests, but can you please imagine what I would be like as a fantasy Big Bad? I'm just looking for inspiration. You can do something else if you want to, it's fine either way.
Oh, this is excellent! I thought I would just be a typical Evil Sorcerer, but the Magic Knight trope is really cool! I love all my different minions, and thank you for making me a Tragic Villain too!

"Humans and robots living together in harmony and equality. That was my ultimate wish."A powerful Magic Knight who was once hailed as a hero. After the loss of his best friend in a battle against a rival kingdom, he fell into despair. Even though the war is long since over, he seeks revenge, intending to wipe out the entire kingdom that he blames for the loss of his friend.
From his lair, he controls an army of frightening creatures such as spooky skeletons (), vicious werewolves, and living puppets, seeking to increase their numbers, honing his own magic power in the meantime, until he is ready to attack. His ultimate goal is to obtain the Artifact of Doom that will make him unstoppable.
Underneath all this, however, he is a tragic figure who feels he failed to protect his friend, and part of the anger he feels towards his enemies is projected from his own guilt. Can he let go of his hatred and redeem himself?
I hope it's good...
A great Mascot Mook.A Starter Villain sort of character, but they appear halfway through the story, as the Big Bad threw him towards the center of the heroes' adventure as a test of resolve: Would they absolutely brutalize someone meant for much earlier in the story, someone much weaker, just to advance? However, he quickly strikes a deal with the heroes and goes on the run, becoming a side character until he shows up and helps the heroes towards the end, much stronger due to his own adventures.

"DIO is the ultimate being! The being of the future! Dare you not to rival me!"A level 1 crook—I mean Mook who teams up with the villains to become the Natural Civilian Of Destiny (because being a villain sounds awesome) and eventually ends up becoming the second in command.
Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?A mad scientist sort of villain who pilots robots and generally has their henchmen do the legwork. A whimsical and theatrical villain, they’re actually quite affable when conversing.
A perverted villain who isn't really that evil, and mostly serves the Big Bad of the story under the promise of getting a harem once the Big Bad conquers the world, as the story progresses he joins the heroes as the Token Evil Teammate merely seeking a harem through "honest" means, but he eventually leaves that behind and becomes a good guy, eventually abandoning all his perverted characteristics.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."The heroes have defeated his beloved/partner in crime, which sends him on a Roaring Rampage of Revenge. Woe be to any who stand in the way of his evil genius!
...sorry if it sucks, I'm not a writer.
Stupid doomed timeline...Ozbourne is The Beastmaster, and one of the most difficult foes that the heroes face. She's not the Big Bad, though - she's on her own side. Most likely, the heroes have trespassed into her or her pets' territory. She's initially neutral, albeit ticked, but might potentially pick a side if she has a darn good reason to.
An evil mastermind slash villainous hacker who always wears a fancy suit and always does their dirty work behind screens. When they're confronted in real life, though, the heroes soon find out they're completely useless in physical combat and deck them in 5 seconds flat. Very smooth-talking and cunning.
Ha, I like that.

Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself? An ascended mook that appears totally harmless, but can really fuck your shit up when provoked.
Yessss that is perfect!

Hey how you doing well I'm doing just fine I lied I'm dying insideA Reality Warper villain who is neverthless smart enough to be the brains behind the Big Bad's plans
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."An Affably Evil villain who has an actually pretty hard boss fight, but people remember the bad jokes they made in the battle dialogue better than the fight itself.
Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?A Token Good Teammate and prime example of Boss in Mook Clothing, once defeated they become neutral until towards the end of the journey.
"DIO is the ultimate being! The being of the future! Dare you not to rival me!"A Knight Templar with a good Leitmotif.
"It's not what's on the outside, but the inside that counts. Such is the belief of a pansexual." *jerks it against a literal pan*Became a villain mainly because she thought it would be fun, running mostly on It Amused Me when planning schemes. Might seem somewhat harmless and silly at first, but is a mistake to underestimate, as some of the heroes find out
Yes xD

"Leftover items still have value!"A character similar to DJ Octavio or Mettaton. A famous musician whose boss fight takes place on a soundstage with colorful lights. This triggers an Unexpected Gameplay Change, shifting to a rhythm game in which Zan challenges the hero to a dance-off. When the player wins, it shifts to a more traditional boss fight where Zan attacks the hero with music notes, pixels, and lasers. Tons and tons of lasers. Despite wanting to fight the hero, Zan is very Affably Evil, surrendering to the hero and calling them a Worthy Opponent when they win the fight. Zan is also Fun Personified during her battle, going out of her way to make both phases of the battle as exciting as possible.
"Humans and robots living together in harmony and equality. That was my ultimate wish."An insane cartoonist with paintbrush and drawing based attacks (Think Adeleine in Kirby 64) who sends his creations to attack, when beaten they surrender and give you a free session of watching their cartoons.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."Is not a vilian to begin with. But if you fuck around and assualt them (but don't kill them) when you first meet them they become a pain in the ass later (think Eileen the Crow from Bloodborne)
Secret final boss or weirdly hard to kill hobo from the first town
Burritos are the most convenient and delicious food in the universe. Change my mind.A pyromaniac like villain. Mostly due to the icon.
That is my favorite idea of me as a villain.

Cosmic human watches over a certain Meme universe.A technopath who creates holographic replicas of their favorite fictional characters to serve as their minions. They're more amoral than evil but doesn't undergoes a Heel–Face Turn, instead they simply decide to lay low until they have a chance to strike back
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
An Adorkable and sympathetic Dragon to the Big Bad. She's not totally on board with his evil plan, but assists him anyway out of sheer admiration. But she eventually realizes how cruel he is, and makes a Heel–Face Turn. Her change in heart is most likely due to finding out that the Big Bad wants to destroy the world, and she loves nature so much that she can't bear to see it destroyed. A truly gentle person who somehow wound up working for a real monster.
I love that! I would love to be that kind of character.
