That is fanart of Disbelief AU Papyrus. In it, after the timeline is reset a bunch of times, sans decides to step in where Papyrus's battle in Snowdin takes place and prevent the child from going through another genocide run, but is killed. Papyrus becomes the final boss of a Genocide run and becomes surprisingly competent in a fight, even actually angry with you (Justified, of course, since you did kill his brother and best friend). You can find a mock battle of it on You Tube, I think.

The Anglerfish Team from Girls und Panzer. An anime series about schoolgirls who fight in tanks, and it's kind of amazing. They are the leading team of their school's Tankery/ Sensha-do club, and the show's main characters. Clockwise from the top, there's Miho, Hana, Mako, Saori, and Yukari.
