Hydroxyl is the Seventh of the Seven directors. None of the others take him particularly seriously. He always votes with Sendri, so no one even bothers to try to sway him, and most of the time the others are irritated at him for breaking one of their things, whether that thing be their computer or their priceless ming vase.
As a Novakid, Hydroxyl is entirely made of miscellaneous plasma and tungsten. They don't even reproduce sexually, yet are dimorphic for some reason. If that's not bizarre, I don't know what is.

Alwan has overly high standards, and supports a corrupt system. If that's not evil and standards in the same place, I don't know what is.
