- Resistance: Fall of Man: The Stalker enemy was based off of the Landstalker vehicle from Deadlocked.
- Resistance 3: A child is seen playing with a Hydra tank toy towards the end of the game. Additionally, the trophy for getting a kill with every weapon in the game is named "Up Your Arsenal."
- Sunset Overdrive:
- A poster on a fridge at the end of the first mission references almost every game Insomniac had developed up until that point with legally-safe names. The Ratchet & Clank games become Catchet + Frank, Going Again, Round Up Your Decimal, Dreadlocks, Moocher: Rules of Seduction, Moocher: Blessed With Booty, Moocher: Snack'N Time, 4-Play, and Into the Texas.
- When starting the Smash Crates challenge, the Player has the chance to quip "A crate-busting challenge from the people behind Ratchet & Clank? File that one under 'not surprised'."
- Spider-Man (2018): Spider-Man can do a trick named the "Spidey McMarx", which is a reference to the "Twisty McMarx" trick one can pull off in Ratchet & Clank (2002).
- One that was ultimately cut from the final game: The Open-World Trailer shows that the act playing Radio City Music Hall was at one point "The Qwarks ft. DJ R.C."
Video Games
- Jak II: Posters of Ratchet and Clank in their Going Commando attire appear throughout Haven City.
- Jak 3: There is a Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal themed gun course that can be purchased in the extras menu for 5 Precursor orbs. Ratchet and Clank take the role of civilians while the Tyhrranoids become the targets.
- Ape Escape 3: You can capture an ape named "Ape Ratchet" that wears a costume that resembles Ratchet's look from his first installment and holds the R.Y.N.O. from the same game.
- Daxter: Masks of Ratchet and Clank that Daxter can wear can be found in the transit system and tanker levels respectively.
- inFAMOUS 2: The New Marais theater has a marquee full of names that parody other video games, with one of them being "Latch It and Skank."
- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time: A cheat can be unlocked after collecting 50 masks that turns Sly's cane into Ratchet's Omniwrench and the coins into bolts. In addition, a treasure can be found called the "Medieval Metal Man" that heavily resembles Clank in knight's armor.
- Kingdom Hearts III: Sora will take on Ratchet's fur color if he Formcharges with the Hunny Spout in Monstropolis. For bonus points, the Keyblade turns into a set of guns.
- Ghost of Tsushima: An origami figure of Ratchet's head can be seen on a table after the end of the game alongside origami figures of various PlayStation IPs.
- Astro's Playroom: A bot wearing Ratchet's ears with a smaller bot on its back and a load of bolts in its arms can be seen at one point.
- The Last of Us Part I: One of the various unlockable t-shirts for Ellie is a green and grey faux-double sleeve shirt with stylized art of Ratchet and Clank on the front.
- God of War Ragnarök: Ratchet and Clank are the subject of the poem "Tool and Bang," which has the duo on the cover and is overall one large reference to Rift Apart.

- Escape from Planet Earth: Ratchet's name is seen on graffiti.
- The Invasion: Oliver and his friend are seen playing Size Matters on the friend's porch. Oddly enough while the two are shown playing the game next to each other, they are decidedly not playing the multiplayer mode but instead are playing the single player mode simultaneously. For some reason.
- Paul Blart: Mall Cop: A promotional display for Tools of Destruction can be seen in the mall.
- Avengers: Endgame: Tony Stark calls Rocket Raccoon "Ratchet" while the latter is working on the team's time machine.
Other
- Jak and Daxter Trilogy: Towards the end of the film when Daxter recounts the duo's first run-in with Cyber-Errol, he states "As you can see, Jak and I can easily take out any robot that boots up. Even cute talking ones that like to clank around!"
- Champions (2016): Miles refer to Falcon and Patriot as "Ratchet" and "Clank" respectively when offering them spots on the Champions team.
