Tsukino Mito (月ノ美兎) is one of the first Virtual Livers to debut under the Nijisanji brand. Officially, she is a 16 year old second-year high school student and Class Representative somewhere in Virtual Tokyo, with a hard-working but somewhat tsundere personality. The reality of her character on-screen is... quite different.

Despite her character description and appearance, Mito's actual on-screen persona is one of straight-faced eccentricity and perversion, with such famous acts such as streaming ecchi games, discussing lewd topics, or casually talking about The Human Centipede. Though her behaviors are quite eccentric, she maintains her straight face and voice across the many bizarre streams she's made (like her infamous April Fools' Day videos).

She is respected by her fellow Nijisanji livers and often acts as a leader in collaborations. She has a quick wit and is good at controlling the flow of the stream even when mistakes are happening. She has an in-depth knowledge of Otaku culture and Japanese internet memes. She is a member of "JK Gumi", along with Higuchi Kaede and Shizuka Rin.

On December 12th, 2022, Mito finally reached the milestone of 1,000,000 subscribers on her Youtube channel, making her the fourth JP member to reach that milestone.

Animal Motifs: Rabbits. (兎 means "rabbit") Several of her alternate models and videos depict her with rabbit ears.
April Fools' Day: One of her most famous videos, On April 1st, 2019, Tsukino Mito went live with her April Fool's stream. It was previously teased on Twitter that a guest star would be appearing with her. The stream, however, was only 18 minutes long and no other Vtuber besides Mito appeared. Instead, right as the stream was starting, a video appeared through static on Mito's stream, revealing a bedroom and a figure dressed in a full Tsukino Mito cosplay (including a kigurumi mask and zentai bodysuit). That Figure proceeded to spend the entirety of the stream dancing, eating chicken, lunging at the camera, and speaking to Mito through a Mito soundboard. The stream was made private right after it ended, (going along with the joke her stream was hijacked).
Bizarre Taste in Food: Once went into an anecdote about how she used to really like eating grass at her school's yard as if it was the most natural thing in the world, much to the bewilderment of the live chat. She even compared the tastes of different plants and ended up with a preference for clovers. This quickly became her Trademark Favorite Food and spawned many fan art of her chomping on grass and offering it to other Vtubers. She's eaten all manner of other strange foods, such as various insect dishes, and once ate clione as part of a project with Doom Kobayashi, which she described as tasting like gasoline.
Chivalrous Pervert: Female example. She often streams questionable video games like Ecchi games, and at one point talks about an adult video where the actress cosplayed as her and says that she was disappointed she couldn't watch because of technical issues. In one of her free talk streams, she also outright requests viewers to make doujin out of her more.
Class Representative: At some point she became the virtual world's class representative (according to her Twitter profile). Occasionally she even acts like one.
Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Higuchi Kaede.
Improbable Age: Mito mentioned playing Amagami in an early stream. When someone pointed out the game was released 8 years earlier she concludes that she played it when she was 8, and then that she played Love Plus when she was 5.^note
The Insomniac: Mito often has problems keeping a regular sleep cycle.
Mortality Phobia: This is why she has a list of things she wants to do before she dies at such a young age.

Odd Friendship: With Kaede. They have noting in common from interest to personality but they are best friends.
Ordinary High-School Student: Her official character archetype. Really debatable on the "ordinary", though.
Out-of-Character Moment: Mito makes little attempt at maintaining her character of a "tsundere class president", as she intentionally says or does things that 16-year-olds shouldn't talk or do, like buying adult videos, enter brothels, or slip some of her real life experience that doesn't make sense if she really is a 16-year-old high school student. Though she regularly attempts to justify these off-the-wall comments as a joke or just a dream, these excuses are extremely flimsy and only result in her "official" character being even more sidelined.
Reasonable Authority Figure: She is this in and out of character. Every Nijisanji liver respects her as someone who has experience in live streaming. Her ability to control the flow of streaming and reliability in terms of streaming makes her respected among livers.
Series Mascot: For all intents and purposes, Mito is treated as the "face" of Nijisanji by her fellow VTubers.
Stress Vomit: During a retrospective stream, Mito recalled that when her first "Get to know Tsukino Mito in 10 minutes" video became "#1 most watched" on Nico Nico Douga, she went into coughing fits and almost actually did throw up at times.
Significant Birth Date: Her birthday was intended to fall on the harvest full moon, tying in with her Moon Rabbit motif. It wasn't until the following year that Mito found out that because it's tied to the moon, the date changes every year.
So Proud of You: She has this feeling toward Ichikara as a whole. In her Mosaic video game playthrough, she expresses how the company has changed for the better over the last few years.
Stylistic Suck: The Mito cosplayer who debuted in her 2019 April Fools' stream and who had since reappeared in several of her other videos wears an extremely low quality cosplay, enhancing the surreal comedy of these videos.
Technicolor Eyes: The only unrealistic component of her design is that her eyes have a purple/grey gradient.
Tomboy and Girly Girl: She is girly girl contrast to her bestfriend tomboy Kaede.
True Companions: She consider her group "JK Gumi" to be this. She also said that if one of JK Gumi retired from Nijisanji, They will also retired togather.

Elu (える)^note is an elf who came to Tokyo from the elf land. Although she has been struggling with the modern world, she fell in love with human subculture especially concept cafes, Internet culture, memes, and Pretty Cure.

Elu is one of the first generation who debuted as Nijisanji's Virtual Youtuber. She has a voice acting talent who has voice range from a cute little girl to a mature girl, and is good at one-man comedy. She can voice any story out of the blue. She also has a reputation of being good at small talk. Once she starts talking no one can stop her. In her debut, she was described as a "machine gun talker". In the past, she called herself a "lonely elf girl" but after she become friendly with other livers in Nijisanji, she is now a "former" lonely elf girl.

Yuuki Chihiro (勇気ちひろ) is a 10 year old magical girl. Originally she is an ordinary 18 year old girl who transformed into a 10 year old girl after she signed a contract to become a magical girl. Although she can use her magic to transform into her original body or even can turn into a boy.

Chihiro is one of the first generation who debuted as Nijisanji's Virtual Youtuber. She is considered to be the first magical girl and loli type virtual Youtuber. Despite her cute and 10 year old like voice, she always gives rude comments or remarks. The main part of her charm is the contrast between her voice and her ruthlessness. Due to her remark and her sharp choice of words, sometimes other livers call her "Chi-san" out of either fear or respect. She has a good sense of game when it comes to competitive games especially APEX Legends. APEX Legends is her favorite game to the point where by the start of 2021 almost all of her main content is this game. She often plays with her group of friends and the pro gamer Sumomo.

Gamer Chick: She is an Apex Legends regular and competitive player. On top of that she was known by other players that she is good at games, especially how well she spots enemies and her sense of hearing. She often plays the leader role when playing with other livers.
