This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

- TF 2: Confusing as, though it was constantly redirected to Team Fortress 2, it's also commonly used as an abbreviation for Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, being the second film in the Transformers Film Series.

Change ""Misdemeanor" is a bit of an Understatement, but" to "It was revealed in the "Not So Awesome" incident that". That change would correct a case of Word Cruft note and delete a pointless link to Understatement.
- Role-Ending Misdemeanor: "Misdeameanor" is a bit of an Understatement, but Justin was removed from Channel Awesome after multiple allegations of rape and sexual misconduct.
Furthermore, delete No Export for You because in a trivia list it means the work itself was not exported worldwide, which should be a moot point on an Internet show.

To Disney.The Lion King: Add:
- Melancholy Musical Number: Zazu begins singing "Nobody Knows The Trouble I've Seen" while moping in a ribcage in Scar's lair. Scar objects that the song is too maudlin, and commands Zazu shift to one with "more bounce to it." Mockingly, Zazu shifts to "It's A Small World After All", which Scar finds even worse.
Change:
- Scar is being challenged by Simba's return, but he makes the pride turn against Simba by making him still believe he caused Mufasa's death. As he drives Simba towards the cliff, he decides to give a Just Between You and Me speech in which he tells him what really happened. This helps Simba shake off his guilt, and he gets his Heroic Second Wind against Scar, forcing him to confess his crimes in full of view of everyone.
To:

1. Can you add this trope in Quest for Camelot?
- Your Other Left: While Garrett (who is blind) is driving a wagon to the stables as well as avoiding the fire and Ruber's mechanical army with Kayley shouting directions to him: "Left! Go left! Your other left... No, Garrett, right!" In this case, it's Kayley confusing the directions and then correcting herself rather than Garrett mixing them up, but the effect is more or less the same.
2. I am very disappointed that the vandal's actions only repeated the page lock.
On Television Is Trying to Kill Us, in the Side Effects Include... entry, the pothole to Know-Nothing Know-It-All should be corrected so it no longer links to the non-existent "Know Nothing Know-It-All" page instead.
