• Battle Boomerang: Wonder Woman uses her tiara as a variant of this as a means of knocking out the secondary criminal who was holding Elena hostage.
• Big Bad: Doctor Poison.
• Bilingual Dialogue: The Russian speaking criminals appear to understand what Wonder Woman is saying in English.
• Damsel in Distress: Elena.
• The Dragon: Bob.
• Evil Laugh: Doctor Poison delivers this after his main henchman, Bob congratulates him on his latest successful invention.
• Fake American: Even though her Russian accent is noticeable, Diana Prince claims to hail from an "Amazonian island that's somewhere in America".
• Falling into Jail: Wonder Woman tells Doctor Poison point blank, that he is going to jail.
• Fake Relationship: Elena lies to Diana about her speaking to a Jerkass of an ex-boyfriend, when in reality, she was speaking to criminals on the phone that she owes money to.
• Get Out!: Wonder Woman tells the remaining Mook of Doctor Poison's after he puts down his gun and surrenders.
• Good Weapon, Evil Weapon: Wonder Woman's bracelets, lasso, and tiara are "good weapons" while the hoodlum's guns, knives, and Doctor Poison's spray are "evil weapons".
• Gratuitous Russian: Wonder Woman is suddenly able to speak Russian upon placing the golden lasso of truth around Elena's wrist.
• Heroism Won't Pay the Bills: The very first episode of the Wonder Woman serial involves Diana Prince coming in for her first day working at an office cubical.
• I Just Want to Be Special: Elena tells Wonder Woman that she wants to go back to college, travel the world, and become someone who is better than she is now.
• Incurable Cough of Death: Doctor Poison demonstrates just how lethal his poisonous spray can be by exposing it to an unsuspecting gangster, who proceeds to cough up blood before dying on a couch.
• Kick Chick: Wonder Woman initially disarms a knife-wielding criminal by kicking him straight in the stomach and then upside the head.
• Killer Bear Hug: One of Doctor Poison's Mooks delivers one to Wonder Woman in retaliation to punching him in the stomach.
• Last Chance to Quit: Wonder Woman tells a criminal that it's his last chance to drop his knife after telling him that he can't scare her, being that she's a demi-god.
• Mad Scientist: Doctor Poison.
• Mexican Standoff: Wonder Woman finds herself in this when facing off against a criminal who is holding Elena hostage.
• Multi-Mook Melee: Doctor Poison instructs his henchmen to go after Wonder Woman after she failure to kill her with his poisonous gas spray.
• Naïve Newcomer: Diana Prince at her new office job.
• No-Sell: Wonder Woman tells Doctor Poison that she's immune to poison after he sprays her directly in the face with it.
• Perpetual Poverty: Elena tells Wonder Woman that she owes criminals money after she asked if she could borrow some to pay for food.

• Poisoned Weapons: Wonder Woman must take on villains who are distributing a spray that contains one of the most powerful poisonous gasses in the world. The poison is so powerful that it can literally kill a person in seconds.

• Precision F-Strike: A knife-wielding criminal tells Wonder Woman in Russian to "Fuck off!" when he refuses to drop the knife.
• Punch-Clock Villain: One of Doctor Poison's henchmen tells Wonder Woman that he was only hired a day prior and therefore, has no idea where she could find him.
• Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Doctor Poison and Bob immediately leave after realizing that they are overmatched against Wonder Woman.
• Superman Stays Out of Gotham: Doctor Poison's henchman Bob mentions Supergirl, when asking him just how many super-heroines can they kill with his meta-potion.
• Switch to English: Diana Prince's new co-worker, Elena is instructed by their boss to speak to her in English, after Diana clearly didn't understand what she was saying to her in Russian.
• You Are Better Than You Think You Are: Wonder Woman tells Elena to just be better than she is now.
• You Leave Him Alone!: Wonder Woman's first costumed appearance has her saying "Leave her alone!" to the two criminals who are menacing Elena.
• Younger Mentor, Older Disciple: Considering that Amazonian women like Diana can live over a thousand years, Elena all but becomes this when Diana begins her new office job.

Season 1, Episode 2

• Bag of Kidnapping: A woman is held hostage with a blue plastic bag covered over her head. She soon tells one of her kidnappers that she can't breathe and to place remove the bag. When another man walks into the room, she asks if the man that she was talking to, is not alone in there.
• Bilingual Dialogue: Wonder Woman says to the Russian-speaking kidnap victim in English "Be careful next time."
• "Blackmail" Is Such an Ugly Word: Olga Zuel asks Doctor Poison if he's going to blackmail her.
• "Blind Idiot" Translation: The subtitles list the kidnapped woman saying to her kidnappers "Are you poisoned me?" Later, one of the criminals says to the kidnapped woman "I sorry. We don't wanted kill you. We wanted scare you."
• Choke Holds: Wonder Woman uses her golden lasso to place one of the kidnappers in a choke hold.
• Damsel in Distress: The kidnapped woman that Wonder Woman has to rescue.
• Fights Like a Normal: Olga Zuel asks Doctor Poison if he seriously wants her to beat up a metahuman like Wonder Woman.
• Fight Magnet: Doctor Poison tells Olga Zuel that she likes to fight and overcoming great competition. So what better competition is there than Wonder Woman.
• Flippant Forgiveness: The kidnapped woman slaps one of the criminals in the face after initially telling him that she forgave him over the whole ordeal.
• Giant Woman: Olga Zeul, also known as Giganta, who is a bodybuilder, powerlifter, and champion in Sambo.
• Helpful Mook: A man while sitting on a couch, gives Diana Price a card that list all of the places that Doctor Poison would be at. He then tells Diana that he hated working for a psychopath like Doctor Poison. All the while, Diana speaks to the man in Russian. She tells him that there's no need to give the information on Doctor Poison's whereabouts to the police.
• I Owe You My Life: The kidnapped woman thanks Wonder Woman for her help before telling her that she saved her life.
• I'll Kill You!: One of the kidnappers tell their hostage that they will remove the package over her head upon her request, but they will kill her anyway.
• The Immune: Doctor Poison asks his henchmen how Wonder Woman could be immune to every poison on the earth. He then suggests other possible ways to kill her such as finding some new experiments, radioactive bombs, and laser guns. One henchman then suggests that they use Kryptonite, assuming of course, that has any affect on Amazons.
• Kick Chick: Wonder Woman kicks one of the criminals in the face after catching him with her lasso.
• Mock Millionaire: The kidnapped woman asks why she was abducted in the first place. One of the criminals tell her that it's because she said at the bar, that she's ​rich. She soon reveals that she lied about being rich and to prove it, they can check her bank card. This then leads to one of the criminals to suggest shooting her in the head for their troubles.
• Neck Lift: Wonder Woman does this to one of the criminals after he attempts to shoot her.
• Parrying Bullets: The kidnapped woman warns Wonder Woman to be careful when one of the criminals pulls out a gun and aims to shoot at her. Thankfully, Wonder Woman is able to turn around in the nick of time and block the bullet with her bracelet. When he tries to shoot Wonder Woman again, it turns out that he's out of bullets, which makes him say "Oh no!"
• Precision F-Strike: When the lights in the kidnappers' hideout suddenly go out, one of them shouts "What a fuck is this?"
• Seduction-Proof Marriage: Doctor Poison tells his henchman upon first seeing Olga Zeul's photo that she's perfect but he already has a wife.
• Slipping a Mickey: The criminals tell the kidnapped woman that they mixed her cocktail with drugs.
• Super Serum: Doctor Poison tells Olga Zeul that he has something that will not only improve her strength, but will make her a match for Wonder Woman.
• Tattooed Crook: One of the kidnappers has a star tattooed above his right eyebrow. He tells his accomplice that he took so long to arrive because he was stuck in traffic.

Season 1, Episode 3

• Audible Gleam: Oleg comments asks Wonder Woman if her lasso is shining when she wraps it around a criminal's neck.
• Beauty Equals Goodness: One of Sergey's henchmen says to Wonder Woman in English "You're so beautiful, princess."
• Bilingual Dialogue: Wonder Woman speaks to Sergey, his henchmen, and Oleg in English even though they are all native Russian speakers.
• "Blind Idiot" Translation: Elena's co-worker tells Diana Prince in reference to Wonder Woman "We're both was saved by her." Later, Oleg says to Wonder Woman "You look like the girl from my office, Diana, but you are not she is."
• Evil Debt Collector: Sergey tells Oleg that he owes him his dead cop brother's full debt.
• Harassing Phone Call: Elena's co-worker in the office suggests that she should block a man's phone call. Elena responds by saying that it's too late since he already knows where she lives.
• I Choose to Stay: Wonder Woman tells Oleg that she will stay behind and wait for the cops to pick up Sergey's henchmen.
• Identical Stranger: Diana Prince's boss suggests that she write an article about Wonder Woman given that she looks like her.
• I'll Kill You!: Oleg is informed by one of Sergey's henchmen (while under the influence of Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth) that Sergey will kill Oleg if he doesn't give him the money that he is owed.
• I've Never Seen Anything Like This Before: One of Sergey's henchmen says to Wonder Woman the she's never seen anything like her costume before. Wonder Woman immediately throws him against the wall after he places his hand on her lower back. She follows that up by kicking him in the head.
• Omniglot: Diana Prince's boss in the office asks her how she learned Russian in a short time. Diana also gives special thanks to Elena for helping her learn.
• One-Hit Kill: Sergey chastises his henchman for allowing Wonder Woman to destroy him with a single blow. The henchman then gets up and places Wonder Woman in a choke hold. During the struggle, Sergey manages to escape unnoticed.
• Parrying Bullets: Wonder Woman uses her bracelets to block the bullets from Sergey's firearm.
• Pink Means Feminine: Diana Prince wears a pair of pink trousers when she arrives at the office.
• Please Wake Up: Wonder Woman says to an unconscious criminal "Hey, wake up!" shortly after knocking him out against a wall.
• Sarcastic Clapping: Sergey claps when he and two of his henchmen walk into the same room as Diana Prince's office boss, Oleg. Sergey soon asks Oleg if something is wrong.
• She Is Not My Girlfriend: Oleg tells Sergey that Wonder Woman isn't with him.
• Soul-Crushing Desk Job: Diana Prince tells her boss that she had to quickly learn how to speak Russian because she needs the job.
• The Stool Pigeon: While under the influence of the Lasso of Truth, Sergey's henchmen shows Wonder Woman on his phone, where she can find Sergey. Wonder Woman soon tells Oleg to not to worry as she will find Sergey.
• Switch to English: When Sergey hears Wonder Woman speak to him in English he asks one of his henchmen to speak to her in English. The henchman proceeds to ask Wonder Woman if she's a cop or a cheerleader.
• Use Your Head: Wonder Woman headbutts Sergey's second henchman after he punches her in the gut and pins her against a wall.
• You Leave Him Alone!: Wonder Woman tells Sergey to leave Oleg alone.

Season 1, Episode 4

• Bilingual Bonus: Wonder Woman first says to the Informator in Russian "What are you doing here?" The Informator responds by saying "I'm sorry. She threatened my family."
• "Blind Idiot" Translation: While speaking on the phone, Sergey says "Dude, can I call you later? I busy now!" Later, as Wonder Woman has her lasso wrapped around Sergey's neck, he says to her in Russian "WTF! Why I can't move?" Wonder Woman responds by saying in English "Please, shut up! It was a hard day for me." In the following scene, Bob says to Alina and Elena "I don't care about your boss. Do you know who I'm and why I'm here?" When Wonder Woman initially faces off with Giganta, Wonder Woman says to her "Why you so self-confidence?"
• Curtain Camouflage: Wonder Woman is introduced after hiding behind the curtain in Sergey's apartment.
• Difficult, but Awesome: After defeating Wonder Woman, Giganta says "So. That was difficult!"
• Evil Laugh: Giganta does this after Wonder Woman fails to punch her and Giganta herself, sucker punches her straight in the gut. Giganta then tells Wonder Woman to not give up.
• Evil Wears Black: Giganta wears a black t-shirt and black gym leggings.
• Exploring the Evil Lair: Wonder Woman does this prior to her confrontation with Informator and Olga Zeul (Giganta).
• Gratuitous English: Giganta initially says to Wonder Woman in Russian "I'm here to stop you! Do you wanna know who sent me? Doctor Poison!" Doctor Poison in Russian actually translates to "Доктор Яд" or "Doktor Yad".
• Groin Attack: Wonder Woman kicks Sergey directly in the groin after blocking his punch. Sergey however, soon fights back and places Wonder Woman in a choke hold.
• Guile Heroine: Wonder Woman pretends to lapse into unconsciousness when Sergey attempts to strangle her. Wonder Woman naturally, immediately begins to fight back against Sergey.
• Honor Is Fair Play: Giganta tells Wonder Woman that she's not only here for the money but also, for the honor. Defeating Wonder Woman would therefore, by the greatest achievement for her.
• I Have You Now, My Pretty: Giganta upon observing an unconscious Wonder Woman lying on her back on the floor, says in Russian "Gotcha!" and then laughs.
• Last Chance to Quit: Wonder Woman tells Giganta in Russian that this is her last chance to escape as she doesn't want to hurt her. Afterwards, Giganta kicks Wonder Woman straight in the stomach.
• Little "No": Wonder Woman says in Russian "NO, NO!" as Giganta places her in a choke hold.
• Not So Invincible After All: Sergey says in Russian that Wonder Woman is not so tough when she begins to pass out from his choke hold.
• Oh, Crap!: Sergey when Wonder Woman blocks his punch with her bare hand and proceeds to overpower him.
• Possessive Wrist Grab: Giganta does this to both of Wonder Woman's wrists during their fight.
• Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: Giganta performs these on Wonder Woman after releasing her from her choke hold. This is followed up by Giganta placing Wonder Woman in a bear hug and proclaiming that it was time to finish her.
• Rhyme Theme Naming: Alina and Elena.
• Stronger Than They Look: As Giganta has Wonder Woman placed in a choke hold she tells her that she's stronger than her.
• Switch to English: After Wonder Woman tells Sergey to put down his phone, Sergey says to her in English "So princess, what do you want from me? How can I call you?" Wonder Woman responds by saying "People call me Wonder Woman, but that doesn't matter for you now, because you are going to the jail soon."
• This Is for Emphasis, Bitch!: Sergey says to Wonder Woman in Russian "I win, you stupid bitch!" as he strangles her and weakens her.
• Who Are You?: Wonder Woman asks this while speaking in Russian upon first meeting Olga Zeul/Giganta.
• Would Hit a Girl: Sergey attempts to throw a punch at Wonder Woman only for it to immediately be blocked by the palm of her hand.
• You No Take Candle: As Wonder Woman places her lasso around Sergey's neck, she says in English "Now stand still!" even though Sergey had just been kicked to the ground by her and is now seated.

Season 1, Episode 5

• Big "NO!": Wonder Woman says this at least twice in Russian when Doctor Poison's henchman, Bob is taking off her bracelets.
• "Blind Idiot" Translation: Wonder Woman says to Doctor Poison in Russian "Your parents was genocidal criminals. Later, Giganta says to Elena "Are you so self-confidence?" Elena responds by saying "Almost!" before blasting Giganta in the chest with a device that emits a red laser. This allows for Wonder Woman to successfully fight back against Giganta by punching her repeatedly in the nose. Bob then claps after seeing Giganta collapse in defeat and says to Doctor Poison "We are lose boss! I not a part of your team anymore."
• Incapable of Disobeying: Elena and Alina completely obey Doctor Poison due to special toxins that he took from Poison Ivy affecting their bodies.
• Bodyguard Babes: After Wonder Woman asks Doctor Poison if he's going to commit genocide, he tells her that he was counted on her as a bodyguard. But while she's under the effect of her lasso, she will completely obey him.
• Dark Action Girl: Giganta, who also doubles as The Dragon.
• De-power: Doctor Poison instructs his henchman Bob untie Wonder Woman but not before removing her bracelets which in Doctor Poison's words, keeps her power.
• Eloquent in My Native Tongue: Even though Wonder Woman and Doctor Poison's actors have demonstrated that they are capable of speaking English, they spend the entirety of this episode speaking in their native Russian.
• Evil Laugh: Doctor Poison does this after Bob hands Wonder Woman's bracelets to him.
• Finish Him!: As Giganta has Wonder Woman pinned to the ground and placed in a choke hold, Doctor Poison thanks Bob for finding a strong mercenary in Giganta before yelling "Finish her!"
• Heroic Bystander: Elena.
• Irony: Doctor Poison says to Wonder Woman "Let's talk about Lena and Alina. Will be very cool if people you saved will destroy you. Girls, I have a job for you!"
• Killer Bear Hug: Giganta places Wonder Woman on when Wonder Woman is forced to fight her without her bracelets. Giganta then attempts to strangle Wonder Woman with her bare hands as Wonder Woman is lying on her back on the floor. When Wonder Woman manages to break out of Giganta's strangle hold with a kick, Giganta says to her "We're not finished yet!"
• Mind-Control Device: Wonder Woman informs Elena that Doctor Poison is completely under her control while her lasso is on his body. After thanking Wonder Woman, Elena says to Doctor Poison "Task number 1 - clean fucking house!"
• Overpopulation Crisis: According to Doctor Poison, he will kill millions simply because the planet is overpopulated.
• Percussive Prevention: Doctor Poison tells Wonder Woman that Giganta could've broken her back had he not stopped her from doing so.
• Precision F-Strike: Doctor Poison yells "What a fuck are you doing?!?!" after Elena appears to snap out of her mind control spell and wraps Wonder Woman's lasso around his wrist. Elena then asks Doctor Poison to order Giganta to let Wonder Woman go.
• Strong Girl, Smart Guy: Giganta and Doctor Poison respectively.
• The Villain Must Be Punished: Wonder Woman ultimately says to Doctor Poison "What happens in the end of the movie? Bad boys are going to jail?" Doctor Poison responds by saying "I don't watch happy endings movies."
• Waking Up Elsewhere: The episode begins with Wonder Woman waking up to find herself in a chair while tied up with her own lasso.
• Who Even Needs a Brain?: Doctor Poison informs Wonder Woman that Elena and Alina brains are completely turned off before telling her that she can't escape from here now.
• World's Best Warrior: Doctor Poison tells Wonder Woman that in Giganta, he has already found a warrior who's stronger than her. He adds that Giganta can be hired and that's why she was ready to defeat Wonder Woman.
• You Killed My Father: When Wonder Woman asks Doctor Poison what he will do, he says that he will continue to make toxins, poisons, and their accessories. He adds that his inventions will be used to cause chaos inside the country and in the whole world. He concludes that this is revenge for his parents.

Season 2, Episode 1

• Badass Bystander: Diana Prince, who immediately intervenes in the thief on the street's conversation with the woman that he's demanding money from. The thief immediately tells Diana that it's none of her business and to get out of here.
• "Blind Idiot" Translation: When a woman tells a would be thief that she will call the police, the man says to her "I don't afraid cops! Because I have my own police!" The woman then says that she lives next door and her husband will be there soon. The thief then says "I repeat for the last time: I need your wallet and mobile phone otherwise I will kill you." After Diana Prince wraps her lasso around the thief's wrist, she says "Why you blackmail her?" Later, the hostage says "What's going on here? Why your lasso shin minute ago?" Diana replies by saying "Because this is 'lasso of truth'. That guy say the truth. Later one, after the hostage asks Diana she's in a world with only women, Diana says "I try to find another amazon. We can't contact her long ago." After hearing this, the hostage says to Diana "The Amazon? WOW! All of you have a nicknames? What type bracelets I seen last time?" Later, Diana puts her bracelets on and says "Do you mean that bracelets?" Diana then says "That bracelets is bulletproof." When Diana first sees her Wonder Woman costume, she asks the hostage if she's sure about it, the hostage says "I sure Dress it up." The following scene has the thief saying to the men who kidnapped his wife "Can we forget poker game? I sure we can find another ways." After Wonder Woman deflects three bullets with her bracelets, the would be gunman says "How that works? Is your bracelets is bulletproof?" After Wonder Woman is informed that the woman that she's there to find and rescue is still alive, the gunman says to her "We ate pizza together with her today morning."
• Cool Crown: Upon putting on her Wonder Woman costume, Diana Prince's friend tells her that she needs one more accessory, which is her golden tiara. Her friend then gives off the "thumbs up" gesture after Diana asks her what she thinks of her look.
• Dynamic Akimbo: Wonder Woman places her hands on her hips as soon as she enters the hideout of the two kidnappers. Soon, one of the kidnappers confronts her and asks who she is. He then asks Wonder Woman about why she's listening to big guys talk. He next tells Wonder Woman that she has a cool costume before informing her that Halloween is not soon. After Wonder Woman responds by saying "You make mistake." the man turns to his accomplice and says "Look at that doll. I want to go to a restaurant with her." This causes the other man to laugh.
• Enhanced Interrogation Techniques: Averted as one of the kidnappers pleads with Wonder Woman to not interrogate him with her lasso like his accomplice as he promises her that he'll tell the truth. He then tells Wonder Woman that that they have the thief's wife but they didn't want to kill her. The thief was constantly fooling them. The kidnapper then tells Wonder Woman that the hostage is in the attic before giving her a key.
• Gadgeteer Genius: After the thief on the street asks Diana Prince if she's a cop or secret agent, the victim tells him that it makes no difference because she's a super woman with cool gadgets.
• The Glasses Gotta Go: Upon first seeing Diana Price with her Wonder Woman costume on, her friend takes off her glasses and instructs her to let her hair down.
• I Have Your Wife: The thief informs Diana Prince that his wife is being held hostage after he lost a poker game. The captors want 100K in roubles. Diana responds by saying "OMG That so stupid!" Diana soon tells the thief that she needs the location and time before assuring him that she has his back.
• I'm a Doctor, Not a Placeholder: One of the kidnappers emphatically tells Wonder Woman that he is an actor, not an assassin after Wonder Woman asks he he wanted to kill the woman that he's holding hostage.
• Lady Land: According to Diana Prince, only women live in her world and there are no robberies in it. Her friend replies by saying "What world you talk about? There are no man in your world?" Diana's friend then says "OMG!... Are you ... are you lesbian? Diana retorts by saying "Lesbian? Who is it?" Diana's friend later says to her "Super. But you have to move fast to protect yourself from a headshot. All your gadgets are great. Just don't tell anyone story about the island of lesbians, or rather about the Amazons.
• Meganekko: Diana Prince.
• Melee Disarming: Wonder Woman uses her lasso to disarm a gunman after she deflects his bullets with her bracelets. Wonder Woman then wraps her lasso around the man's wrist and says "Now you will be a good boy and I wanna hear the truth."
• Not a Game: After Wonder Woman punches out one of the kidnappers, another one begins to point his handgun at Wonder Woman and says to her "No more games!"
• Oh, Crap!: The expression on the kidnapper's face when Wonder Woman wraps her lasso around his wrist.
• Ordered Apology: Diana Prince tells the thief on the street that she will help her but first, he must apologize to his victim.
• Precision F-Strike: After the thief tells the two men who are holding his wife hostage that he needs more time to get 100K roubles for them, one of the captures says "All of them talk about same shit." Later, when the thief asks the men if he can give them another part of the money the following week, one of of them says "I don't wanna hear that type of shit. Shoot him!"
• Prim and Proper Bun: Diana Prince sports one before she receives her Wonder Woman costume.
• Significant Wardrobe Shift: Diana Prince's friend tells her that she can be a superheroine but she needs to change her clothes. When Diana asks her friend why, she tells her that it's because all superheroines are sexy.
• Wouldn't Hit a Girl: The thief on the street tells Diana Prince that he would never hit a woman after Diana asks him if he would hit his victim if she started to run away.
• You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!: After the thief hands over a wad of cash to one of the men who is holding his wife hostage, the captor realizes that he's been handed American dollars and says "Are you kidding? We need roubles." The captors then grab the thief by the collar, pin him to the wall, and say to him "Are you kidding? Your money not enough for restaurant even!"
