Before anybody asks, I already answered this one.
A Stand can be named whatever the user wants to name it. The musical motif is just because Araki likes making music references.
In Part 3, Stands were mostly named after Tarot Cards, such as Star Platinum, Magician's Red, The World, and so on. Later in Part 3, Stands were named after the Egyptian Gods, Anubis, Thoth, Bast, etc.
There was one Stand User named Vanilla Ice, and his Stand was Cream.
It wasn't until Part 4 that Stands were regularly given musical names, such as Crazy Diamond and Kiler Queen, but there are still some Stands that don't have a theme name, such as The Hand, Harvest, and Cinderella.
So, yeah, they can have any name the User wants to give it.

- Putting Honkai Impact 3rd baddies
- Rewriting Lucifer (Motion picture version), Shuichiro Keido and Segai Waltz Makoto's entries
- Proposing two out of three Houshin Engi baddies
- Proposing Arty Binewski and Snark in which I propose the latter for MB.
- Successfully propose Mary although it was Newton who help me convincing other people on her qualifications.
- Putting Papa/VIRM despite the anime being divisive by the anime community
- Putting The Swamp Witch because why not?
- Putting some of Kazuhiro Fujita baddies
- Putting some of the candidates that came from anime that was aired in Fall 2018 (Got a lot of jackpot thanks to it)
- Putting one of Da Ji's incarnation because she's one of my favorite villains

Have you played any of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games? If so, which Pokemon did you play as?
It's a decidedly mixed bag. I enjoyed Aquaman and Wonder Woman (2017), but found most of their other movies seemed to be lacking something- they're not really all that fun.
