A king and queen of the cyclops, who live in the middle of floating nowhere.
  • The Bus Came Back: The queen makes a return and a game debut in Ring of Heroes, where she is the main antagonist of Drobot's Episode Dungeon. The king Pipsqueak also does in in this book, returning after being seen as the boss of Motleyville in Skylanders: Giants.
  • Collector of the Strange: The queen keeps a horribly run zoo, with miserable fantasy creatures.
  • Cyclops: Their entire kingdom is composed of blue cyclopses.
  • Forced Transformation: The cyclops king is turned into a potted plant by Kaos's magic.
  • Made of Indestructium: The entire boundary of the city is constructed of Cyclopsonite, a mineral that's almost unbreakable and extremely heavy.
  • Menagerie of Misery: The Skylanders note that all of the animals she keeps are clearly suffering or being abused by the Queen.
  • Unfortunate Names: The king's name is Pipsqueak, and his name is also the password to enter the zoo. This almost gets him fried by Kaos when the latter demands he reveal the password.

A stone golem who has a great voice but hates singing.
  • Beautiful Singing Voice: His voice is so incredible that hearing it causes people to uncontrollably dance around.
  • Dreadful Musician: His incredible voice is a by-product of the earth segment inside him. When it gets removed at the end of the book, Rocky, like all other stone golems, sounds dreadful.
  • Involuntary Dance: Just about anyone who hears his voice will begin uncontrollably dancing against their will, and the spell is only broken upon Rocky silencing.
  • Musical Assassin: Inside the Explosive Emporium, he uses his singing to force the troll army to dance so that none of them can light the bomb that would destroy the whole building.
  • The Reveal: At the end of the book, it's revealed his voice actually comes from the earth segment of the mask of power.
  • Rock Monster: He's a walking talking stone golem.
  • Shrinking Violet: He literally goes to pieces before a show.
  • Superhuman Trafficking: He was found and imprisoned by Professor Puck, who forced him to serve as a carnival act with his singing voice.

Introduced in Cynder Confronts the Weather Wizard:

    Hurrikazam
An old man who can supposedly control weather all across Skylands.
  • Face–Heel Turn: He's stated to have been harmless until recently, and is then revealed to have begun working with Kaos.
  • Heel–Face Turn: After the Skylanders remind him of what horrors he's done, he turns against Kaos.
  • Improbable Weapon User: He can use his extraordinarily long beard as an additional appendage in emergencies.
  • Weather-Control Machine: He owns a machine that can do this, and is revealed to actually be powerless and incapable of doing anything himself.
  • Weather Manipulation: He is believed to have complete control over the weather all across Skylands. He's actually powerless himself, he just has his own Weather-Control Machine.

Introduced in "Eruptor Meets the Nightmare King":

    Nefarion
The nightmare king who brought forth the dark age of Skylands and had almost wiped out the Skylanders with his Mask of Power.
  • Beneath the Mask: Once his Mask of Power is removed, he is nothing more than a scared child and decks it once the Big Bad Ice Bomb is ready to blow up.
  • Enfant Terrible: He is revealed to be nothing more than a bratty child behind the Mask of Power. Despite that, he managed to defeat all of the Skylanders by his time.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: His Mask of Power proved to be the catalyst of the entire book series, and also the reason why there are almost no Portal Masters left in Skylands.
  • Hero Killer: Back in his time, he used the Mask of Power to hunt down and kill almost every Portal Master that existed, with the only survivor Wizbit managing to live because he defeated Nefarion.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: Nightmare King certainly lives up to his name to strike fear in his enemies.

    Wizbit
The last Portal Master who fought Nefarion and the author of the Book of Power.
  • Horrible Judgeof Character: He believed a Dark Portal Master that Eruptor, Grim Creeper, and Slam Bam are agents of the Dark Lord. This results in him getting duped by Kaos.
