That's the album cover of Terrorfakt's Teethgrinder.
Now I don't think you'd enjoy the subgenre known as Power Noise aka Rhythmic Noise but... here's the first track if you're curious

Peppino Spaghetti, the protagonist of the upcoming indie platformer game Pizza Tower. This is his pose if the player gets an A-rank in a level. I like seeing him this confident, because he's normally a Nervous Wreck.

That's Teysa Karlov, one of the most important human members of the Orzhov Syndicate on Ravnica. She is a high-ranking Lawmage, who is over 112 years old. She is also basically in charge of the Syndicate behind the scenes.

Giygas, the infamous Final Boss of Earthbound. He/it is a formless monstrosity of malice attempting to destroy the world, speaks incoherently during his battle and uses attacks that You Cannot Grasp the True Form of. Originally, he was a psychically-powered humanoid white colored alien that looks like Mewtwo, but for an unknown reason, he had devolved into this thing.

Ah, meant to reply. That's Ayaze, one of the many enemies from UKSRT. That's, ah, the United Kingdom Sight-Reading Tournament. Basically people make custom charts that other people have to clear on their first ever try. Most of them have featured original characters, and Ayaze's one of them. In fact, she's basically the UKSRT mascot at this point, according to the UKSRT Wiki.

Thom Yorke from the music video "Lotus Flower", where he goes full on wack and dances like a madman. It was pretty memeable back then.

Fanart of Little King John from Ratboy Genius, drawn by Youtuber Lulu Luvscats for her remix of John's song "Potato Knishes."

It's Yohn from Suikoden Tactics. The mom part comes at the end of the game where she's revealed to be Kyril's mom and why he's unaffected by the Evil Eye.
And no, it's not a reference to your title. I didn't even notice it till you pointed it out.

Is this an alternate Toriel and is your title a reference to mine?
Shyren, also from Undertale. You sing with her so she can be spared, and the bottom "half" is actually her talent agent.

That's Nikaido from Dorohedoro donning her mask. Why so is...a spoiler.
Btw Mysky, if you're curious, there's an anime adaptation of it and if you have netflix, it's incoming there soon as well.

That is one of the "Ninja" characters in Audiosurf. The "Ninja" game mode is rather simple - you dodge grey blocks and collect coloured blocks, trying to fill out groups of 3 in your grid. All of this is done to a song of your choice.

Sasha from Advance Wars. She's a very ladylike Commanding Officer who earns money from the bases she has under her control. She also often looks after her brother, another Commanding Officer named Colin.

The Machine (yes, that's what it's called) from the flash game Test Subject Complete (no page here yet, but I'll make it eventually). It starts off just being a background element, until one level where it becomes active and tries to kill you with a laser while speaking in a demonic voice. It's also the final boss of the game. It may be a reference to GLaDOS

That's Staya, a toy dog who is the main antagonist in TinkerQuarry. Someone on Forum Games saw an avatar of him in my gallery and mistook him for a deer. Puma mentioned it in the game's Discord server, and the developer drew this. :P

cool and creepy caught my eye so...
In this case, it says nothing so... it's like art cover for Cyanotic's T3RM1N8T0R release few months backs, it's like an EP, containing two songs. Dedicated to the memories of John Russo and Jamie Duffy (RIP). Here's the link if you're curious and if you like this kind of music, which is like industrial techno electronica thing with Terminator flavor

Just gave it a listen. Awesome stuff!
That's Truck, one of the raccoons from Housepets!. He is one of Those Two Guys alongside the (slightly) smarter Falstaff. He's often seen following Falstaff's plans to get food. The two of them are, generally, nice people.

Also, expect me to pick this avatar on the "cutest avatar" and "avatar you must want to hug" threads when I get the chance. :P
Fanart of Jackle, a boss from NiGHTS into Dreams.... I don't know who drew it, someone else found it.

That's Jasper Kaylock, a main character from The Glass Scientists. He's a werewolf who was recruited into a league of illegal scientists by Henry Jekyll (yes, that Henry Jekyll).
That's Finn Amity, a minor character from Oddity Woods. He was one of the suspects in the first case. Yes, that really is jam.
