Kurdy from the Italian bootleg version of The Lion King. A hyena (presumably an aardwolf) who aids Shere Khan in his villainous quest to defeat Simba and take over the kingdom. Given his position, he is frequently abused by the tiger. He rebels (presumably under hypnosis? I'm not sure) against Shere Khan, giving him a savage beatdown and forcing him into exile, and convinces the rest of Shere Khan's flunkies (aardwolves, macaques and wildebeests) to go home.

EDIT: Have to clarify that Kurdy was, in fact, hypnotized. And yes, it is definitely a rather trippy series, considering that there's also alcohol and pedophilia.

That there is Nithriel, Hedon's Big Bad, a power hungry elven warlock in search of an ancient artifact deep within Hedon (the underground world). She has nice ethereal sounding hums. She is a boss fight in sixth level where you fight a giant version of her inside your own mind!

In Magic: the Gathering's Onslaught block, humans have multiple different classes, including Clerics. According to the story, some clerics became so devoted to the gods that they lost their physical forms. Edgewalker, a cost reducer for the cleric class, is one of them. It also has my second favorite art in the game, the first being Ashiok from War of the Spark.
