The Stinger at the end of the Tell Me Why page. It may be an obvious joke, but I still think it's pretty dang funny.
I clicked that expecting the joke to be something along the lines of "No." as an answer to the question in the title.
"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."From Nu, Pogodi! page (now deleted but found it in history):

Changed line(s) 15,16 (click to see context) from
- Alla Pugacheva: As an Anthropomorphic Animal (a fox). Hare and Wolf run into her dressing room and then both end up singing her song, Iceberg.
- Also in episode 14: Million Scarlet Roses plays in the background when Wolf visits Zayats. The fact that he came over wearing fancy clothing while bringing him cider and red flowers just boosts the Ho Yay Up To Eleven.
Reason: People are not tropes
From the characters page:
Zayats (Заяц), or The Hare — Ambiguously Gay: Despite being explicitly stated to be male by Word of God, he has thick eyelashes, pink cheeks, and engages in things that would be considered "girly". He was also voiced by a woman.
From Smeshariki page:
Spiritual Successor: While the two shows are probably unrelated (Smeshariki is older), the vivid artistic style with colourful outlines and fluid Flash animations, the combination of a Sugar Bowl setting and adult themes and the large Periphery Demographic make Smeshariki somewhat similar to My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic but with a Russian flair. Hell, even the characters are similar (there's a vaguely southern orange farmer with a large hat, a cyan sportsman and a purple and magenta intellectual).
From Nightmare Fuel / Touhou (also got deleted):
There's actually a bit of Fridge Horror regarding Remilia and Flandre Scarlet. If you read through Remilia's profile, it states that Remilia can't create more vampires because she doesn't have the appetite to drain all of a person's blood, confirming that (at least in this canon) vampires need to feed on a victim to turn them. Combine this with the fact that Remilia is stated to appear as a child, and Flandre is a whole five years younger than her. Some vampire out there nommed on two little girls who were probably somewhere around 5-10 years old!
The very existance of page You Have to Have Jews. Who said that TV Tropes is "woke"? In fact, it's "based", "redpilled", "problematic" and [more dumb buzzwords]!
MegaCorp used to have a real life section that was gold.
"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."This is in the Video Examples page of Hand Cannon. It's pure gold.
The caption on the Pokemon video example for Amazingly Embarrassing Parent.

"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."The page image of Zoo Race.
Google Snake Game.Do entries outside of TV Tropes count?
This (now deleted) hoax draft on Wikipedia:
Psychic Transmitters are ordinary People with the mental ability to read the thoughts of other People. Psychic Transmitters have reached the realm above self-actualization as stated by Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The realm above self-actualization has Divine Wisdom and Knowledge, Divine Judgment and Perfect Timing. One can reach the realm above self-actualization through prayer and meditation. The brain waves involved are "Quantum Waves". The "Quantum Waves" are the epitome of Human Development and Human Evolution. One must ascend the ladder of brain waves stating with Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Lambda then Quantum to reach this epitome of Human Development and Human Evolution. The path to Quantum Waves is attained in the same manner as the Ascended Masters of Christianity and other Eastern Religions. One should have Faith. One should have Peace, Love, Hope and the Belief in the Benevolence of God.
Everyone is a Psychic Receptor. With this in mind, one can develop their own individual psychic ability to attain the status of a Psychic Transmitter.
One should live a clean and healthy life style to cleanse the "Mind's Eye", the Pineal Gland. One should open the Critical Mind to the Subconscious Mind to allow their Instinct to play a vital role in their Thinking Ability.
The byline for Laconic.Feghoot amuses me. It must've taken a while to think of a good self-demonstrating pun.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. The page image for Mr. Exposition which is my state of mind most of the time when I'm writing. I have to tone it down a lot before publishing it.
Also my favorite panel from that comic.
"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."The image and caption for Chocolate Baby, probably the most wholesome example of adultery ever conceived.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.Almost all of Role Association, but some entries are better written than most.
There was some image on a page, I forget what exactly (maybe a subtrope of Bowdlerise) that went from a gun to some kind of boxing glove on a spring. I wish I could find it again; it was funny!
The Protomen enhanced my life.My first thought was "this is about the One Piece thing", which if I'm right, means you're thinking of Macekre.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. Thanks XD the really funny part is the censored version still has a gun-like handle complete with trigger!
And it got fan art. It's commonly known as the hammer gun and has a memetic status in the fandom where it can beat anything, and is apparently the main reason the character holding the hammer gun is remembered at all.

The Protomen enhanced my life.Clone Jesus has a real life section containing two entries: one is a conspiracy theory about Clone Jesus and the other is discussing the logistics of cloning Jesus, since he left behind no physical body. It finishes up by concluding that if one of the three churches claiming to have Jesus' foreskin actually have his foreskin then cloning might just be possible.
"Hope for our world, tragedy for another."In the BoJack Horseman cleanup thread, ~Synchronicity found an example that reads like the editor was trying to hammer the square peg into the round trope like a toddler tries to force the plastic square in the round shape sorter.
Have You Tried Not Being a Monster?: A variated, non-supernatural justified and played with example.
Rock'n'roll never dies! There's something funny about "Peace Be Upon Him" on The Prophet Muhammad being potholed as Phrase Catcher. Probably because I associate Catchphrase and its related tropes with sitcoms less than I do religious conventions of respect.

The word "LGBT-riffic" on the image caption for RENT.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Sorry to double post, but another case of misuse that amused me, also from the Bojack Horseman cleanup: Testosterone Poisoning used literally to describe a teenage boy going through puberty and frequently getting aroused.

Interesting. I can kind of see what you mean, but that picture still makes me cringe. Sorry.
He may be a giant, nightmarish brute, but like all villains in this series,he sure can sing.
