Michael J. Shannon (January 24, 1943 — November 23, 2023) was an American actor.
He was best known for his appearances in Little Shop of Horrors and Red Dwarf and his starring role in Future Cop. His appearances in such Cult Classics caused him to develop a cult following of his own.
Not to be confused with Michael Corbett Shannon (no relation).
